Abstract
The present invention relates to a Cervi parvum cornu-derived cell. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a method for isolating Cervi parvum cornu-derived cells from the growing point of an antler; the Cervi parvum cornu-derived cells isolated by the method; and a method for culturing the Cervi parvum cornu-derived cells in a general medium or a culture medium containing FGF (fibroflast growth factor) or EGF (epidermal growth factor). According to the present invention, Cervi parvum cornu cells can be easily obtained from the growing point of the antler and enable osteogenic differentiation. Therefore, expensive Cervi parvum cornu can be replaced using the culture extract of the Cervi parvum cornu cells.
