a2、 所述移动交换中心对所述呼叫建立请求的主叫号码及被叫号 码进行分析, 确定需要对所述被叫号码进行变换时, 进入步骤 a3; a3、 所述移动交换中心根据预设的被叫号码变换方式对所述被叫 号码进行变换以确定真实的被叫号码。 如权利要求 4所述的边界区终端与归属地终端的呼叫建立方法 , 其特 征在于: 所述步骤 a2中 , 所述移动交换中心对所述主叫号码及被叫号 码进行分析后, 确定主叫归属地属于预设区域且所述被叫号码未包含 所述主叫归属地的区号时, 所述移动交换中心确定需要对所述被叫号 码进行变换。
6. 如权利要求 4或 5所述的边界区终端与归属地终端的呼叫建立方法 , 其特征在于: 所述被叫号码变换方式是指在所述被叫号码前添加所述 主叫归属地的区号。
7. 如权利要求 3所述的边界区终端与归属地终端的呼叫建立方法 , 其特 征在于, 所述步骤 b通过以下步骤实现:
b 1、 所述移动交换中心对所述真实的被叫号码进行分析, 确定所 述被叫为移动终端;
b2、 所述移动交换中心根据所述真实的被叫号码, 通过被叫归属 位置寄存器确定所述被叫的接续号码, 根据所述接续号码, 与所述被 叫归属地基站控制器交互建立所述呼叫。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的边界区终端与归属地终端的呼叫建立方法 , 其特 征在于, 所述移动交换中心根据所述真实的被叫号码, 通过所述被叫 归属位置寄存器确定所述被叫的接续号码具体通过以下步骤实现: b21、 所述移动交换中心根据所述真实的被叫号码向所述被叫归 属位置寄存器发送位置请求消息;
b22、 所述被叫归属位置寄存器向所述移动交换中心返回位置响 应消息;
b23、 所述移动交换中心 居所述位置响应消息确定所述被叫的 接续号码。
9. 如权利要求 7所述的边界区终端与归属地终端的呼叫建立方法 , 其特 征在于: 所述步骤 b2之后, 所述移动交换中心接收到本地基站控制器 传递的呼叫释放请求时, 所述移动交换中心释放所述呼叫, 并指示所 述被叫归属地基站控制器释放所述呼叫。
10. 如权利要求 3所述的边界区终端与归属地终端的呼叫建立方法 , 其特 征在于 , 所述步骤 b包括以下步骤:
Bl、 所述移动交换中心对所述真实的被叫号码进行分析, 确定所 述被叫为固定终端; B2、所述移动交换中心才艮据所述真实的被叫号码通过公共电话交 换网建立所述呼叫。
