Abstract

L'invention concerne un copolymère à base de benzimidazole représenté par la formule chimique suivante (1) dans laquelle: D représente un donneur d'électron, A représente un dérivé à base de benzimidazole et n est un entier de 10 à 150. On peut utiliser ce composé macromoléculaire dans différents domaines, tels que des photopiles macromoléculaires organiques, des transistors à couches minces organiques et des éléments électroluminescents organiques, étant donné qu'il permet de disposer d' excellentes propriétés d'absorption de lumière, de conductivité électrique, d'énergie photovoltaïque et d'émission lumineuse, et peut être mis en application dans le procédé de dépôt par rotation quand on fait fonctionner la photopile.
