[12] 解决上述太空排便问题, 可以通过以下的技术方案来实现: 一种太空马桶, 包 括壳体和安装在其内的粪便釆集系统和收集系统, 所述的粪便釆集系统为具有 管状输送槽的电动螺旋给料机构, 进料口也即进便口为管状输送槽的开口末端 且向上凸出壳体外, 卸料口也即出便口开在输送槽侧壁, 螺旋转轴内置于输送 槽内且与其可以相对轴向位移, 处于输送槽下方的工作清洗电动机输出通过一 中间带有凸环的短轴带动螺旋转轴, 短轴的一端为六角头配合螺旋转轴端面的 内六角孔, 短轴另一端的外表面开有一段螺旋槽, 工作清洗电动机输出轴上固 定有配合短轴的轴套, 轴套内壁有凸块对应于短轴的螺旋槽, 短轴中间的凸环 与输送槽之间的轴身上套有压缩弹簧; 所述的粪便收集系统接出便口。
[13] 所述的粪便收集系统包括: 一集便袋、 一板状的集便袋装载器、 片状的出便口 开闭器和连接片, 以及集便袋罩盒和出便口开闭驱动机构, 固定在壳体内的板 状集便袋装载器上开有对应于前述出便口的开口并在板的外侧制有凸环, 集便 袋袋口套在集便袋装载器开口凸环上; 在集便袋装载器内侧表面上、 沿开口的 一侧有两条平行、 竖立的导向压条, 片状的出便口开闭器和连接片通过一卡扣 可拆卸地连成一体, 并可相对移动地被限制在导向压条之间的集便袋装载器内 侧表面上, 其中连接片被夹在出便口开闭器与装载器内侧表面之间; 出便口开 闭驱动机构为收集电机带动齿轮齿条啮合, 竖向的齿条固定在出便口开闭器的 外表面上; 集便袋罩盒可拆卸地扣接在壳体上并将集便袋装载器及集便袋包裹 其中。

[64] 动态阻尼探测控制系统: 包括压力传感器 36及控制芯片 37, 控制芯片 37与压力 传感器 36及工作清洗电动机 6分别有控制线电连接, 本例的压力传感器 36设在电 动螺旋给料机构的螺旋转轴的底端, 感应粪便对螺旋转轴的压力, 控制芯片 37 设在工作清洗电动机减速齿轮箱 21上。
[65] 工作清洗电动机、 收集电动机均由电池 23提供电源。
[66] 工作吋双螺旋切片头受粪便的压力在弹簧 35的作用下向前推进直到 3毫米距离 , 清洗吋双螺旋切片头在弹簧反作用下退回到原位。
[67] 工作原理是: 将系统的进便口插入人体排泄器官内, 启动系统, 当动态阻尼探 测控制系统的压力传感器或应变传感器感应到粪便对双螺旋涡杆的压力后将电 信号发送到控制芯片, 控制芯片控制工作清洗电动机将双螺旋涡杆顶出管状输 送槽约 5、 6毫米釆挖体内排泄物, 通过双螺旋涡杆将排泄物挤压传递入粪便收 集袋。 航天员排泄完后, 按下关闭按钮, 粪便收集系统就会自动封闭, 航天员 便可从粪便收集系统中取下粪便收集袋, 将其放入收集箱中。 粪便收集系统包 含复式自动封口装置、 集便袋和集便舱。 集便舱可实现复式自动封口, 集便袋 釆用生物碳化材料制造, 可将粪便中的水分及臭味分子吸附。
[68] 当便体收集完毕后自动开闭器在齿轮作用下带动连接片往上走, 自动开闭器封 闭主体上的出便口, 连接片封闭需要拆卸部分的开口 (在这可以说是进便口) 。 需要拆卸吋按左右外壳上的脱扣按扭, 然后罩盒在装在它里面的弹簧的反作 用力下带动集便袋装载器和连接片弹出主题一段距离, 然后就可以用手去拿了
[69] 清洗过程: 壳体外部有清洗按扭, 按清洗的按扭吋, 旋转轴会高速反转 (工作 吋约一百多转一分钟, 而清洗吋可达三四千转) , 水由现在的出便口进入, 由 进便口出来。
[70] 如图 13 - 16所示, 提供一种适度插进肛门, 在直肠内张合挤压干结粪便, 同吋 也增大与粪便的接触面积, 更有效的使干结粪便被自动釆挖排出, 又避免过度 扩张肛门; 同吋还具有肛温探测、 粪便检测功能和 LCD液晶屏显示工作状态和 探测结果数据的粪便收集系统。

[72] 使用方法: 将导便筒 55进便口插进肛门, 出便口 66套上一次性集便袋, 打开电 源开关 61, 减速电机 63带动螺旋柱 67旋转釆挖粪便, 同吋张开电机 58通过凸轮 5 7带动连接钢片 53往复运动使张合片 52张开合拢, 热敏电阻 68对肛温进行探测并 通过控制电子板 59传给 LCD液晶屏 60动态显示, 通过颜色识别传感器 65和其他 方式对粪便检测, 检测信号经控制电子板 59上的 IC分析处理后在 LCD液晶屏 60 上显示使用者的健康或疾病状况, 在 LCD液晶屏 60还将动态显示张合片 52的张 合状态、 连续工作吋间和电源电量, 对釆挖的粪便通过导便筒 55从出便口 66导 出体外。 为防止张合片 52在张合是损伤肛肠组织在张合片 52外包有医用硅胶膜 5 1。 待机日期吋间显示。

[74] 按住开关 61接通电源, 减速电机 63通过动力接头 64使螺旋柱 67旋转; 同吋启动 张开电机 58, 张开电机 58通过凸轮 57使连接头 56和连接钢片 53往复运动从而带 动张合片 52连续的进行张合运动, 对干结粪便进行挤压和抱紧, 这样螺旋柱 67 在进便口 69处更能接触粪便釆挖, 对张合片 52的张合状态将实吋的反映在 LCD 液晶屏 60上; 在对粪便的釆挖过程中安装在张合片 52上的热敏电阻 68对肛温进 行测试, 肛温数据将实吋显在 LCD液晶屏 60上; 釆挖的粪便通过螺旋柱 67在导 便筒 55里传输吋被颜色识别传感器对粪便的颜色进行识别, 控制电子板 59将对 粪便的颜色信号进行处理以对使用者的消化道系统的健康状况进行诊别。 粪便 在螺旋柱 67的作用下通过导便筒 55的出便口 66排出。
