1、 申请日为 2008年 8月 28日、 申请号为 200810214097.0、 发明名称 为 "用户设备接入超时的处理方法、 装置" ;
2、 申请日为 2008年 12月 31日、 申请号为 200810184784.2、 发明名称 为 "用户设备接入超时的处理方法、 装置" 。 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种用户设备接入超时的处理方法、 装 置。 背景技术
目前 3GPP ( 3rd Generation Partnership Project , 第三代合作伙伴 计划) 和 n0n-3GPP (非 3GPP )标准组织正在研究一种新的接入模式: 家庭 接入。
下面结合附图对家庭无线接入系统作详细介绍。
如图 1所示, 家庭接入系统包括家庭无线接入点; 核心管理网元; 归属 用户服务器; 家庭接入管理服务器; 认证、 授权与计费服务器等。 现对家庭 接入系统中的各种网元进行介绍。
101、 UE (User Equipment, 用户设备) 通过家庭无线接入点, 使用许 可的频谱, 通过通用的 IP ( Internet Protocol , 因特网 /网际协议) 接入 网络连接到运营商的移动网络。 102、 HNB ( Home NodeB , 家用基站) , 是运行在 UTRAN ( Universal Mobi le Telecommunications System UMTS Territorial Radio Access Network, 通用移动通信系统陆地无线接入网) 频谱的家庭无线接入点;
103、 HeNB ( Home evolved NodeB , 演进的家用基站) , 是运行在 E- UT AN (演进的 UTRAN) 频谱的家庭无线接入点;
104、 Home non- 3GPP WAP ( Home non- 3GPP wireless access point , 家庭非 3GPP无线接入点) , 是运行在 non-3GPP网络的家庭无线接入点;
105、 通用 IP接入网络。
106、 HNB GW, 家用基站网关;
107、 HeNB GW, 演进的家用基站网关;
108、 Home non- 3GPP WAP GW, 家庭非 3GPP无线接入点网关。

如果 non-3GPP 网络为 WLAN 网络, non-3GPP GW为演进分组数据网关 (Evolved Packet Data Gateway, EPDG) ;
如果 non-3GPP网络为 Wimax网络, non-3GPP GW为接入业务网络网关 (Access Service Network Gateway, ASN GW) ;
如果 non-3GPP网络为 HRPD网络, non-3GPP GW为高速分组数据服务网 关 (HRPD Serving Gateway, HSGW) 。 112、 HMS (Home Management Server, 家庭接入管理服务器) , 具有管 理家庭无线接入点的功能; 匪 S可以是一个独立的网元, 也可以集成到 HSS 中; 删 S也可以直接和家庭无线接入点相连, 本架构不作限制;
113、 HSS (Home Subscriber Server, 归属用户服务器) , 用于存储用 户签约信息;
114、 AAA Server ( Authentication , Authorization and Accounting Server, 认证、 授权与计费服务器) , 用于对 UE (User Equipment , 用户 设备) 执行接入认证、 授权和计费功能。
为了限制 UE接入特定的家庭无线接入点或者特定的无线接入点, 引入 了封闭用户组 (CSG, Closed Subscriber Group)机制。 一个 CSG区域包含 一个或几个小区, 以一个 CSG标识符 (ID) 来标识。 一个 CSG区域限定对一 组 UE接入, 对该组 UE之外的其它 UE限制接入。 CSG标识一些 UE (或者 User/Subscriber (用户) , 本专利后续统一描述为 UE) , 这些 UE允许接 入运营商的一个或者几个小区, 但是这些小区对其它的 UE是限制接入的。 对一个 UE允许其接入的所有 CSG区域所对应的 CSG ID枸成允许的 CSG列表 (Al lowed CSG Li st ) , 也可称之为 CSG白名单 (CSG White List ) 。 UE 中存有允许的 CSG列表。 对特定的家庭无线接入点或者特定的无线接入 点, 其允许接入的所有 UE构成准入 UE列表 (Al lowed UE Li st ) 。
对于特定的家庭无线接入点或者特定的具有 CSG功能的无线接入点或者 特定的 CSG区域来说, 某些 UE接入该家庭无线接入点或者无线接入点或者 CSG 区域的时间是有限制的。 有可能是限制接入的时长 (后续描述为准入时 长) , 如允许使用 48 小时; 也有可能是限制接入的时间段 (后续描述为准 入时间段) , 如今天的早上 8点到下午 6点。
注: 准入时间段也包括 UE允许接入的截止时间, 如, 允许 UE在 2008 年 12月 31日 12 : 00点之前接入, 超过这个时间后不允许 UE接入。 在实现上述 UE在接入时间受限的情况下接入家庭无线接入点或者无线 接入点或者 CSG区域的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 在所述 UE接入家庭无线接入点、 无线接入点或者 CSG区域后, 对 UE的 接入时间应如何管理以及接入时间超时后如果处理, 目前还没有一个处理机 制。 发明内容
一方面, 本发明的实施例提供一种用户设备接入超时的处理方法。 一种用户设备接入超时的处理方法, 包括:
获取用户设备在封闭用户组区域或接入网元的准入时长或准入时间段; 检测用户设备接入该区域或接入网元是否超过准入时长或超过准入时间 段;
如果用户设备接入所述封闭用户组区域或接入网元超过准入时长或超过 准入时间段, 则将用户设备从所述封闭用户组区域或接入网元中删除。
另一方面, 本发明的实施例提供一种用户设备接入超时的处理装置。 一种用户设备接入超时的处理装置, 包括:
准入时间获取模块, 用于获取用户设备在封闭用户组区域或接入网元的 准入时长或准入时间段;
超时检测模块, 检测用户设备接入该区域或接入网元是否超过准入时长 或超过准入时间段;
删除模块, 用于如果用户设备接入所述封闭用户组区域或接入网元超过 准入时长或超过准入时间段, 则将用户设备从所述封闭用户组区域或接入网 元中删除。
本发明实施例通过对 UE接入封闭用户组区域或接入网元的接入时间进 行监控, 当发现 UE接入该区域或接入网元超过准入时长或超过准入时间段 时, 将 UE从该区域或接入网元删除, 从而实现了对 UE接入超时的处理。 附图说明

为了解决在 UE接入时间受限的情况下, UE接入超时后, 没有相应时间 管理机制的问题。 本发明实施例提供了一种用户设备接入超时的处理方法。
一种用户设备接入超时的处理方法, 包括:
如图 2所示, 201、 获取用户设备在封闭用户组区域或接入网元的准入 时长或准入时间段;
202、 检测用户设备接入该区域或接入网元是否超过准入时长或超过准 入时间段;
203、 如果用户设备接入所述封闭用户组区域或接入网元超过准入时长 或超过准入时间段, 则将用户设备从所述封闭用户组区域或接入网元中删 除。
根据获取准入时长或准入时间段的不同, 本发明的实施例中的具体实施 方式也有所区别。 下面结合附图对本发明实施例的一种用户设备接入超时的 处理方法分别进行说明。
首先介绍本发明实施例一。
本发明实施例中, 时间控制在接入网元内进行。
如图 3所示, 一种用户设备接入超时的处理方法, 包括: 301、 接入网元获得 UE的准入时长或准入时间段;
UE 的准入时长或者准入的时间段信息配置在 HMS或者运营商的后台系 统 (如运营商的运营支撑系统 (OSS, Operation Support System) 或者业 务运营支撑系统 (BOSS, Business and Operation Support System) ) 中, 由匪 S或者运营商的后台系统发给接入网元。 如, 接入网元上电开工后, 接 入网元发送注册请求 (Register Request ) 消息到匪 S或者运营商的后台系 统, 匪 S 或者运营商的后台系统在注册响应 (Register Response ) 消息中 将 UE的准入时长或准入时间段发给接入网元。
当 UE接入到接入网元时接入网元启动时间监控; 当接入网元中的资源 释放时 (如, 接入网元收到释放命令 (Release Command) 消息) , 如果 UE 接入接入网元 (或者 CSG区域) 的时长还未超过允许接入的时长, 则需要获 取新的准入时长, 所述获取新的准入时长的过程如本发明实施例十二所述。
在本发明实施例中, 接入网元可以为家庭无线接入点 (如 HNB 或者 HeNB 或者 Home non-3GPP WAP ) 或者为具有 CSG 功能的无线接入点(如 NodeB或者 eNodeB或者 non_3GPP WAP) 。 运营商的后台系统也可以为操作 维护中心 (0MC, Operation and Maintenance Center) 。
302、 UE接入超时后, 接入网元发送 Release Request (释放请求) 消 息到移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW;
当 UE接入到接入网元时, 接入网元启动时间监控 (如启动定时器) 。 当 UE接入接入网元 (或者 CSG区域) 的时长超过允许接入的时长, 或者 UE 接入接入网元 (或者 CSG区域) 的时间段超出允许接入的时间段, 则接入网 元发送 Release Request (释放请求) 消息到移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW, 消息中携带指示信息指示这个释放请求是由于接入受限导致的 (如消息 中携带原因值为 "CSG Access Restricted (CSG接入受限) ) , 或者, 消 息中携带指示信息指示这个释放请求是由于接入超时导致的 (如消息中携带 原因值为 "Time Expire (时间超时) " ) 。 303、 移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW 向 UE 发送 Detach Request
(分离请求) 消息;
移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW收到释放请求消息后分离 (Detach) UE, 发送 Detach Request (分离请求) 消息到 UE; 消息中携带指示信息指 示 UE分离请求是由于接入受限导致的 (如消息中携带 Cause原因值为 CSG Access Restricted (CSG接入受限) ) , 或者, 消息中携带指示信息指示 这个分离请求是由于接入超时导致的 (如消息中携带原因值为 " Time Expire (时间超时) " ) 。
304、 UE向移动性管理网元或者議- 3GPP GW回复 Detach Accept (分 离接受) 消息;
UE收到所述分离请求消息后, 将当前使用的 CSG ID从自己的 Al lowed CSG List中删除;
UE 回 Detach Accept (分离接受) 消息到移动性管理网元或者 non- 3GPP GW;
可选地, UE选择允许接入的小区 (如 non-CSG小区 (如 macro (宏) 小 区) 或者其它允许接入的 CSG小区(δ卩 Al lowed CSG List 中除当前使用的 CSG ID 外的其它 CSG ID 相应的 CSG 小区) ) 来接入。 UE 发起附着 (Attach) 流程, 通过选择的小区注册到运营商的移动网络。
305、 移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW通知接入网元释放资源; 对于 E- UTRAN网络, 匪 E发送 UE Context Release Command (UE上下 文释放命令) 消息到接入网元; 对于 GERAN/UTRAN 网络, SGSN 发送 Iu Release Command ( Iu释放命令) 消息到接入网元; 对于 non-3GPP 网络, non-3GPP GW发送 Resource Release Command (资源释放命令) 消息到接入 网元。
306、 接入网元释放资源, 回 Release Complete (释放完成) 消息到移 动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW; 307、 接入网元通知 HMS或者运营商的后台系统将所述 UE从接入网元的 准入 UE列表, 或者 CSG区域的准入 UE列表中删除;
当 UE接入接入网元 (或者 CSG区域) 的时长超过允许接入的时长, 或 者 UE接入接入网元 (或者 CSG区域) 的时间段超出允许接入的时间段, 则 接入网元通知 HMS或者运营商的后台系统将这个 UE从接入网元的准入 UE列 表或者 CSG区域的准入 UE列表中删除。
接入网元发送 Delete UE Request (删除 UE请求) 消息到匪 S或者运 营商的后台系统, 请求 HMS或者运营商的后台系统将 UE从接入网元的准入 UE 列表或者 CSG 区域的准入 UE列表中删除; 消息中携带接入网元的标识 (或者 CSG 标识) 、 UE 的标识 (如 UE 的 IMSI ( International Mobi le Subscriber Identity, 国际移动用户识别码) ) 。
可选地, 消息中携带指示信息, 指示 HMS或者运营商的后台系统这个消 息是 UE接入的时长超过允许接入的时长 (或者接入的时间段超出允许接入 的时间段) 导致的 (如消息中携带原因值为 "access time period expire (接入时间周期超时) " ) 。
308、 匪 S 或者运营商的后台系统接受接入网元的删除 UE请求, 将 UE 从接入网元的准入 UE列表或者 CSG区域的准入 UE列表中删除, 回 Delete UE Ack (删除 UE确认) 消息到接入网元;
309、 匪 S或者运营商的后台系统将接入网元的准入 UE列表 (或者 CSG 区域的准入 UE列表)通知给接入网元或者接入网关;
可选地, HMS 或者运营商的后台系统将接入网元的准入 UE列表 (或者 CSG区域的准入 UE列表)通知给接入网元或者接入网关。
删 S或者运营商的后台系统发送 Al lowed UE Li st Modify Request (准 入 UE列表修改请求) 消息到接入网元或者接入网关, 消息中携带接入网元 的标识 (或者 CSG ID ) , 准入 UE列表 (用户的 IMSI信息) ; HMS或者运营 商的后台系统也可以只将删除的 UE信息通知给接入网元或者接入网关, 如 发送 Delete UE from Al lowed UE List Request (准入 UE列表中的 UE删 除请求) 消息, 消息中携带 UE 的标识信息以及接入网元的标识 (或者 CSG ID) 。
接入网元或者接入网关也可以在 308中收到腿 S或者运营商的后台系统 的确认消息后, 将 UE从保存的接入网元的准入 UE列表 (或者 CSG区域的准 入 UE列表) 中删除。
如果多个接入网元或者多个接入网关使用这个 CSG区域, 则 HMS或者运 营商的后台系统发送消息到这个 CSG 区域相应的这些接入网元或者接入网 关。
310、 接入网元或者接入网关接受收到的消息, 将 UE从保存的接入网元 的准入 UE列表 (或者 CSG区域的准入 UE列表) 中删除, 然后返回确认消息 到匪 S或者运营商的后台系统;
311、 将 UE当前使用的 CSG ID从 HSS中的 UE的准入 CSG列表中删除; 在 CSG机制被使用的情况下, 需将 CSG ID从准入 CSG列表中删除, 删 除方法有如下三种:
方法 1, 如图 5所示, 501 、 匪 S通知 HSS更新 UE的准入 CSG列表。 如, HMS发送 Delete CSG Request (删除 CSG请求) 消息到 HSS。 请求 消息中携带 UE的标识以及 CSG ID信息, 指示 HSS将所述 CSG ID从 UE的准 入 CSG列表中删除。 或者,
删 S发送 CSG Update Request (CSG更新请求) 消息到 HSS。 请求消息 中携带 UE的标识以及更新后的准入 CSG列表信息 (即从原先的准入 CSG列 表中删除当前接入的 CSG ID后的准入 CSG列表) , 指示 HSS更新 UE的准入 CSG列表。
502、 HSS将 CSG ID从 UE的 Allowed CSG List中删除或者更新 UE的 准入 CSG列表。 方法 2, 如图 6所示, 601、 匪 S通知运营商的后台系统更新接入网元的 准入 UE列表或者 CSG区域的准入 UE列表。
如, HMS发送 Delete UE from Allowed UE List Request (从准入 UE 列表中删除 UE请求) 消息给运营商的后台系统请求运营商的后台系统将 UE 从接入网元的准入 UE列表或者 CSG区域的准入 UE列表中删除, 消息中携带 接入网元的标识 (或者 CSG标识) , UE的标识; 或者,
H S发送 Al lowed UE List Update Request (准入 UE列表更新请求) 消息给运营商的后台系统请求运营商的后台系统更新接入网元的准入 UE列 表或者 CSG区域的准入 UE列表, 消息中携带接入网元的标识 (或者 CSG标 识) , 准入 UE列表信息。
602、 运营商的后台系统将 UE从接入网元的准入 UE列表或者 CSG区域 的准入 UE列表中删除或者更新接入网元的准入 UE列表或者 CSG区域的准入 UE列表。 运营商的后台系统通知 HSS更新 UE的准入 CSG列表。
如, 运营商的后台系统发送 Delete CSG Request (删除 CSG请求) 消 息到 HSS; 请求消息中携带 UE的标识以及 CSG ID信息, 指示 HSS将所述 CSG ID从 UE的准入 CSG列表中删除。 或者,
运营商的后台系统发送 CSG Update Request (CSG更新请求) 消息到 HSS; 请求消息中携带 UE的标识以及更新后的准入 CSG列表信息 (即从原先 的准入 CSG列表中删除当前接入的 CSG ID后的准入 CSG列表) , 指示 HSS 更新 UE的准入 CSG列表。
603、 HSS将 CSG ID从 UE的 Allowed CSG List中删除或者更新 UE的 准入 CSG列表。
方法 3, 如图 28所示, 2801 、 移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW通知 HSS更新 UE的准入 CSG列表。 例如, 移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW 发送 Delete CSG Request (删除 CSG请求) 消息到 HSS。 请求消息中携带 UE 的标识以及 CSG ID信 息, 指示 HSS将所述 CSG ID从 UE的准入 CSG列表中删除,或者,
移动性管理网元或者 non- 3GPP GW发送 CSG Update Request (CSG更新 请求) 消息到 HSS。 请求消息中携带 UE的标识以及更新后的准入 CSG列表 信息 (即从原先的准入 CSG列表中删除当前接入的 CSG ID后的准入 CSG列 表) , 指示 HSS更新 UE的准入 CSG列表,或者,
移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW发送 Notify CSG Request 消息给 HSS, 消息中携带 UE的标识以及 CSG ID, 以及删除操作指示。
2802、 HSS将 CSG ID从 UE的 Al lowed CSG List中删除或者更新 UE的 准入 CSG 列表,向移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW 发送 Delete CSG Ressonse消息。
312、 如果移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW注册到 HSS, 则 HSS将修 改后的 UE的 Al lowed CSG List信息通知给移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP 上述实施例中步骤 302-304中, 是通过接入网元向移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW发送 Release Request消息从而分离 UE, 在本发明另一实施例 中, 接入网元也可以发送 Release Request 消息到 UE, 本实施例以下述的 302-304步骤替换上一实施例中的步骤 302-304, 其他步骤均相同:

2205、 如果步骤 2602中 UE不能选择一个允许接入的小区发起位置更新 流程, 则 UE发起分离流程, 将 UE从当前接入的接入网元或者 CSG区域中分 离。 UE发送分离请求消息到移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW。 消息中可以 携带指示信息指示分离是由于接入受限导致的 (如, 消息中携带 Cause原因 值为 "CSG Access Restricted" ) 或者 UE接入超时导致的 (如消息中可以 携带 Cause原因值为 "Time period expire " ) 。 UE将接入的 CSG区域对 应的 CSG ID从 Allowed CSG List中删除。

下面, 对本发明实施例中获得准入时长的方法进行详细介绍。
根据时间监控的处理网元的不同, 本发明实施例中提供了四种获取准入 时长的方法, 分别为: 一、 时间监控的处理网元为接入网元时的获取方法; 二、 时间监控的处理网元为接入网关时的获取方法; 三、 时间监控的处理网 元为移动性管理网元或第三代合作伙伴标准网关时的获取方法; 四、 时间监 控的处理网元为用户设备的获取方法。
其中, 方法一适用于本发明实施例一至本发明实施例三; 方法二适用于 本发明实施例四至本发明实施例六; 方法三适用于本发明实施例七至本发明 实施例九; 方法四适用于本发明实施例十及本发明实施例十一。
下面结合本发明实施例十二, 对方法一进行说明。
如图 4所示, 401、 接入网元发送 Release Request (释放请求) 消息 到移动性管理网元或者 non_3GPP GW;
对于 E-UTRAN 网络, 释放请求消息为 UE Context Release Request (UE上下文释放请求) 消息; 对于 GERAN/UTRAN 网络, 释放请求消息为 Iu Release Request ( Iu释放请求) 消息; 对于 non-3GPP 网络, 释放请求消 息为 Resource Release Request (资源释放请求) 消息。 对于 E- UTRAN 网 络, 移动性管理网元为 匪 E; 对于 GERAN/UTRAN 网络, 移动性管理网元为 SGSN; 对于 WLAN网络, non- 3GPP GW为 EPDG; 对于 Wimax网络, non- 3GPP GW为 ASN GW; 对于 CDMA网络, non- 3GPP GW为 AGW; 对于 HRPD网络, non- 3GPP GW为 HSGW。
402、 移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW通知接入网元释放资源; 对于 E- UTRAN网络, 匪 E发送 UE Context Release Command (UE上下 文释放命令) 消息到接入网; 对于 GERAN/UTRAN 网络, SGSN 发送 Iu Release Command ( Iu 释放命令) 消息到接入网; 对于 non-3GPP 网络, non- 3GPP GW发送 Resource Release Command (资源释放命令) 消息到接入 网元。

1 ) HMS 或者运营商的后台系统中存有接入网元的配置数据, 配置数据 中包括接入网元的标识以及接入网元的 CSG ID (标识 CSG区域) 信息。 匪 S 或者运营商的后台系统根据接入网元的配置数据, 查询 CSG区域对应的接入 网元, 腿 S或者运营商的后台系统给对应的接入网元发送消息。
2 ) 匪 S或者运营商的后台系统中存有 CSG ID的配置数据, 这个配置数 据中有 CSG ID 以及 CSG ID对应的接入网元的标识信息。 HMS根据 CSG ID 的配置数据, 查询 CSG区域对应的接入网元, 给对应的接入网元发送消息。
406、 接入网元接受 HMS或者运营商的后台系统的通知消息, 更新 UE的 准入时长; 后续 UE接入到接入网元时接入网元按照新的 UE的准入时长进行时间控 制。
删 S 或者运营商的后台系统也可以在接入时间通知确认消息中将更新后 的 UE的准入时长通知给接入网元。
下面结合本发明实施例十三, 对方法二进行说明。
如图 10所示, 1001、 接入网元发送 Release Request (释放请求) 消 息到移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW;
1002、 移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW通知接入网关释放资源, 接入 网关通知接入网元释放资源;
1003、 接入网元释放资源, 向接入网关回复 Release Complete (释放 完成) 消息;

H S或者运营商的后台系统将新的 UE的准入时长通知给接入网关; 删 S 或者运营商的后台系统发送 Allowed Time Notify (准入时间通 知) 消息给接入网关, 消息中携带 UE的准入时长和 UE的标识; 如果 UE的 准入时长是 UE在 CSG区域中的准入时长, 则匪 S或者运营商的后台系统查 询 CSG区域使用的接入网关, HMS或者运营商的后台系统将 UE的准入时长 通知给查询到的所有接入网关。 匪 S或者运营商的后台系统可以如下处理: 1 ) HMS 或者运营商的后台系统中存有接入网关的配置数据, 配置数据 中包括接入网关的标识以及接入网关的 CSG ID (标识 CSG区域)信息。 履 S 或者运营商的后台系统根据接入网关的配置数据, 查询 CSG区域对应的接入 网关, HMS或者运营商的后台系统给对应的接入网关发送消息。
2 ) 匪 S或者运营商的后台系统中存有 CSG ID的配置数据, 这个配置数 据中有 CSG ID 以及 CSG ID对应的接入网关的标识信息。 匪 S根据 CSG ID 的配置数据, 查询 CSG区域对应的接入网关, 给对应的接入网关发送消息。
1007、 接入网关接受 HMS 或者运营商的后台系统的通知消息, 更新 UE 的准入时长;
后续 UE接入后, 接入网关按照新的 UE的准入时长进行时间控制。
H S 或者运营商的后台系统也可以在 Access Time Notify Ack消息中 将更新后的 UE的准入时长通知给接入网关。
下面结合本发明实施例十四, 对方法三进行说明。
当 UE接入到移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW时移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW启动时间监控; 当用户设备的状态由连接状态 (Connection) 改变为空闲状态 (Idle ) 时或者用户设备被分离时如果 UE 接入接入网元 (或者 CSG 区域) 的时长还未超过允许接入的时长, 则需要获取新的准入时 长, 所述获取新的准入时长有两种情况, 现在分别说明如下。
1、 如图 14所示, 用户设备的状态由连接状态 (Connection) 改变为空 闲状态 (Idle) 时获取新的准入时长的处理。 1401、 接入网元发送 Release Request (释放请求) 消息到移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW;
1402、 移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW通知接入网关释放资源, 接入 网关通知接入网元释放资源;
1403、 接入网元释放资源, 回 Release Complete (释放完成) 消息到 接入网关; 接入网关释放资源, 回 Release Complete 消息到移动性管理网 元或者 non-3GPP GW。 移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW 中的 UE 状态由 Connection状态变为 Idle状态;
1404、 移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW将 UE接入的时长通知给 HSS 或者 HMS或者运营商的后台系统。 如移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW发送 Notify Request (通知请求) 消息到 HSS或者匪 S或者运营商的后台系统, 消息中携带 UE的标识和接入的时长;
1405、 HSS 或者 HMS 或者运营商的后台系统接受时长通知消息, 回 Notify Answer (通知应答) 消息到移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW;
1406、 HSS或者 HMS或者运营商的后台系统将 UE的准入时长扣除掉 UE 接入的时长, 将扣减后的时长作为新的 UE的准入时长;
HSS或者 HMS或者运营商的后台系统将新的 UE的准入时长通知给移动 性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW。
如, HSS发送 Insert Subscriber Data (插入签约数据) 消息给移动性 管理网元或者 HSS发送 User Profi le Update (用户预置文件更新) 消息到 non-3GPP GW, 消息中携带 UE的准入时长和 UE的标识。 或者,
删 S 或者运营商的后台系统发送 Al lowed Time Update Request (准入 时间更新请求) 消息到移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW, 消息中携带 UE 的准入时长和 UE的标识。
1407、 移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW接受 HSS或者匪 S或者运营商 的后台系统的通知消息, 更新 UE的准入时长;
后续 UE接入到移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW时移动性管理网元或 者 non-3GPP GW按照新的 UE的准入时长进行时间控制。
2、 如图 24所示, 用户设备被分离时获取新的准入时长的处理。 2401、 UE发送 Detach Request (分离请求) 消息到移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW; 2402、 移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW 接受分离请求消息, 分离 UE, 回 Detach Accept (分离接受) 消息到 UE。
2403至 2406与前述情况 1的步骤 1404至 1407无异, 不再赘述。
下面结合本发明实施例十五, 对方法四进行说明。
UE作为时间监控的处理网元时, 准入时长的获取有两种情况, 分别陈 述如下。
1 ) 如图 25所示, 2501、 HSS或者运营商的后台系统将 UE的 Al lowed CSG List信息以及 UE在每个 CSG区域中的准入时长或者 UE的准入时间段 信息发给移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW。
2502、 移动性管理网元或者 non- 3GPP GW将 UE的 Al lowed CSG Li st信 息以及 UE在每个 CSG区域中的准入时长或者 UE的准入时间段信息发给 UE (如移动性管理网元或者 non-3GPP GW在 Attach Accept (附着接受) 或者 Update Accept (更新接受) 或者 CSG Real location Command (CSG重分配 命令) 消息中将这些信息发给 UE。
2 ) 如图 26所示, 2601、 HSS或者运营商的后台系统将 UE的 Al lowed
CSG List信息以及 UE在每个 CSG区域中的准入时长或者 UE的准入时间段 信息通知给业务服务器;
2602、 业务服务器通过移动通信网 (如 E-UTRAN等网络) 发送业务消息 给 UE, 所述业务消息中包括 UE的 Al lowed CSG Li st信息以及 UE在每个 CSG区域中的准入时长或者 UE的准入时间段信息。
如果业务服务器为短信服务中心 (SMSC , Short Message Service Centre ) , 则业务消息为短信 (SM, Short Message ) 消息; 如果业务服务 器为无线应用协议 (WAP, Wireless Appl ication Protocol ) 服务器, 则业 务消息为 WAP 消息; 如果业务服务器为开放移动联盟 (0MA, Open Mobi le Al l iance ) 服务器, 则业务消息为 0MA消息; 如果业务服务器为多媒体消息 月艮务中心 (MMSC , Multimedia Messaging Service Center ) , 则业务消息 为 MMS消息。
HSS 或者运营商的后台系统也可以通过空中下载 (OTA, Over The Air ) 服务器将 UE的 Al lowed CSG List信息以及 UE在每个 CSG区域中的准 入时长或者 UE的准入时间段信息通知给业务服务器。 本发明实施例还提供一种用户设备接入超时的处理装置。
一种用户设备接入超时的处理装置, 包括:
如图 17所示, 准入时间获取模块 1701, 用于获取用户设备在封闭用户 组区域或接入网元的准入时长或准入时间段;
超时检测模块 1702, 检测用户设备接入该区域或接入网元是否超过准 入时长或超过准入时间段;
删除模块 1703, 用于如果用户设备接入所述封闭用户组区域或接入网 元超过准入时长或超过准入时间段, 则将用户设备从所述封闭用户组区域或 接入网元中删除。
本发明实施例还提供了一种用户设备接入超时的处理装置, 包括: 准入时间获取模块, 用于获取用户设备在封闭用户组区域或者接入网元 中的准入时间或者准入时间段;
超时检测模块, 用于检测用户设备在封闭用户组区域或者接入网元中的 准入时间或者准入时间段是否超过所述准入时间或者准入时间段;
超时处理模块, 用于如果超过准入时间或者准入时间段, 则通知移动性 管理网元或者非第三代合作伙伴计划网关将所述封闭用户组区域或者接入网 元对应的封闭用户组标识从用户设备的准入封闭用户组列表中删除。
该处理装置可以为 HSS或者匪 S或者运营商的后台系统。
一种用户设备接入超时的处理装置, 还包括:
准入用户设备列表更新模块 1704, 用于更新准入用户设备列表; 准入封闭用户组列表更新模块 1705, 用于更新准入封闭用户组列表。 所述删除模块包括:
分离模块 1706, 用于发起分离流程, 分离用户设备; 或
切换模块 1707, 用于接入网元发起切换或通知接入网元发起切换, 将 用户设备切换到允许接入的小区; 或

如果用户设备接入所述封闭用户组区域或接入网元超过准入时长或超过 准入时间段, 则将用户设备从所述封闭用户组区域或所述接入网元中删除。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的用户设备接入超时的处理方法, 其特征在 于, 所述获取用户设备在封闭用户组区域或接入网元的准入时长包括: 时间监控的处理网元上报用户设备接入的时长到时间管理服务器; 所述时间管理服务器将用户设备的准入时长扣减掉所述用户设备接入的 时长;
所述时间管理服务器将扣减后的用户设备准入时长通知给所述时间监控 的处理网元。

14、 根据权利要求 11 所述的用户设备接入超时的处理方法, 其特征在 于, 所述如果不能切换或切换失败, 分离用户设备包括:
接入网元通知移动性管理网元或非第三代合作伙伴计划网关不能发起切 换或者重定位流程;
所述移动性管理网元或非第三代合作伙伴计划网关分离所述用户设备。

移动性管理网元或非第三代合作伙伴计划网关收到切换失败信息, 则所 述移动性管理网元或非第三代合作伙伴计划网关分离所述用户设备。
16、 根据权利要求 5所述的用户设备接入超时的处理方法, 其特征在 于, 所述分离所述用户设备还包括:
用户设备不能发起位置更新流程, 则所述用户设备发起分离流程, 分离 所述用户设备。
17、 根据权利要求 1 所述的用户设备接入超时的处理方法, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
更新准入用户设备列表。
18、 根据权利要求 1 所述的用户设备接入超时的处理方法, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
更新准入封闭用户组列表。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的用户设备接入超时的处理方法, 其特征在 于, 所述更新准入用户设备列表包括: 接入网元或者接入网关或者移动性管理网元或者非第三代合作伙伴计划 网关通知家庭接入管理服务器或者运营商的后台系统从准入用户列表中删除 用户设备;
家庭接入管理服务器或者运营商的后台系统将用户设备从准入用户设备 列表中删除。
20、 根据权利要求 18所述的用户设备接入超时的处理方法, 其特征在 于, 所述更新准入封闭用户组列表包括:
家庭接入管理服务器或者运营商的后台系统或者移动性管理网元或者非 第三代合作伙伴计划网关通知归属用户服务器, 将当前的封闭用户组标识从 所述准入封闭用户组列表中删除;
归属用户服务器将所述的准入封闭用户组标识从准入封闭用户组列表中 删除, 或
家庭接入管理服务器通知运营商的后台系统将用户设备从准入用户设备 列表中删除;
运营商的后台系统通知归属用户服务器, 将当前的封闭用户组标识从所 述准入封闭用户组列表中删除;
归属用户服务器将所述的准入封闭用户组标识从准入封闭用户组列表中 删除, 或
所述用户设备将接入的封闭用户组标识从准入封闭用户组列表中删除。
21、 根据权利要求 18所述的用户设备接入超时的处理方法, 其特征在 于, 所述更新准入封闭用户组列表还包括:
归属用户服务器将修改后的准入封闭用户组列表发送给移动性管理网元 或者非第三代合作伙伴计划网关。
22、 一种接入控制的处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取用户设备在封闭用户组区域或者接入网元中的准入时间或者准入时 间段; 检测用户设备在封闭用户组区域或者接入网元中的准入时间或者准入时 间段是否超过所述准入时间或者准入时间段;
如果超过准入时间或者准入时间段, 则通知移动性管理网元或者非第三 代合作伙伴计划网关将所述封闭用户组区域或者接入网元对应的封闭用户组 标识从用户设备的准入封闭用户组列表中删除;
所述移动性管理网元或者非第三代合作伙伴计划网关将用户设备从所述 封闭用户组区域或者接入网元中删除。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的接入控制的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述 将用户设备从所述封闭用户组区域或者接入网元中删除包括:
发起分离流程, 分离用户设备; 或
接入网元发起切换或者重定位流程, 将用户设备切换到目标小区; 或 用户设备发起位置更新流程, 将用户设备迁移到目标小区。
24、 一种用户设备接入超时的处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 准入时间获取模块, 用于获取用户设备在封闭用户组区域或接入网元的 准入时长或准入时间段;
超时检测模块, 检测用户设备接入该区域或接入网元是否超过准入时长 或超过准入时间段;
删除模块, 用于如果用户设备接入封闭用户组区域或接入网元超过准入 时长或超过准入时间段, 则将用户设备从所述封闭用户组区域或接入网元中 删除。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的用户设备接入超时的处理装置, 其特征在 于, 所述删除模块包括:
分离模块, 发起分离流程, 用于分离用户设备;
切换模块, 用于接入网元发起切换或通知接入网元发起切换, 将用户设 备切换到目标小区; 或 位置更新模块, 用于用户设备发起位置更新或通知用户设备发起位置更 新, 迀移到目标小区。
26、 根据权利要求 24所述的用户设备接入超时的处理装置, 其特征在 于, 所述用户设备接入超时的处理装置,还包括:
准入用户设备列表更新模块, 用于更新准入用户设备列表。
27、 根据权利要求 24所述的用户设备接入超时的处理装置, 其特征在 于, 所述用户设备接入超时的处理装置,还包括:
准入封闭用户组列表更新模块, 用于更新准入封闭用户组列表。
28、 根据权利要求 24所述的用户设备接入超时的处理装置, 其特征在 于, 所述准入时间获取模块包括:
准入时长获取模块, 用于获取用户设备在封闭用户组区域或接入网元的 准入时长; 或者,
准入时间段获取模块, 用于获取用户设备在封闭用户组区域或接入网元 的准入时间段。
29、 根据权利要求 28所述的用户设备接入超时的处理装置, 其特征在 于, 所述准入时长获取模块包括:
已接入时长上报单元, 时间监控的处理网元上报用户设备接入的时长到 时间管理服务器;
计算单元, 用于所述时间管理服务器将用户设备的准入时长扣减掉所述 用户设备接入的时长;
通知单元, 用于所述时间管理服务器将扣减后的用户设备准入时长通知 给所述时间监控的处理网元。
30、 一种用户设备接入超时的处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 准入时间获取模块, 用于获取用户设备在封闭用户组区域或者接入网元 中的准入时间或者准入时间段; 超时检测模块, 用于检测用户设备在封闭用户组区域或者接入网元中的 准入时间或者准入时间段是否超过所述准入时间或者准入时间段;
超时处理模块, 用于如果超过准入时间或者准入时间段, 则通知移动性 管理网元或者非第三代合作伙伴计划网关将所述封闭用户组区域或者接入网 元对应的封闭用户组标识从用户设备的准入封闭用户组列表中删除。
