Abstract

La présente invention concerne une semelle intérieure de chaussure comportant une partie centrale et une partie extérieure et réalisée en matériaux à base de gel polyuréthanne. La partie centrale est formée par le mélange de polyols, par rapport à 100 parties en poids des polyols, de 0,05 à 2 parties en poids de poudre de nanoargent avec un diamètre de particules entre 50 et 100 nm, 0,5 à 15 parties en poids de toner, et de 25 à 45 parties en poids d'isocyanates, et le durcissement du mélange en forme d'un gel. La partie extérieure est formée par le mélange des polyols, par rapport à 100 parties en poids des polyols, de 0,05 à 2 parties en poids de poudre de nanoargent avec un diamètre de particules entre 50 et 100 nm, et de 20 à 45 parties en poids d'isocyanates, et le durcissement du mélange en forme d'un gel. On applique à la semelle intérieure de chaussure du polyuréthanne comme matériau de semelle intérieure et on différencie la dureté selon les parties en contact avec un pied. Par conséquent, il est possible d'obtenir un effet d'absorption de chocs sans accroître l'épaisseur de la semelle intérieure, et un peut réduire la douleur et la fatigue des pieds même lors d'une utilisation de longue durée. En outre, même si la semelle intérieure de chaussure est utilisée pour une longue durée, le mélange de poudre de nanoargent avec du polyuréthanne et le revêtement de la surface de la semelle intérieure avec du nanoargent empêchent la génération de mauvaises odeurs et de bactéries.
