实施例四, 在用户 B定制了 CRBT或者可定制振铃 ( Customized Alerting Tones, CAT ) 业务时, 如图 4所示, 流程可以是:
步骤 401 : 为呼叫建立过程;

步骤 407: 当用户 B接听时彩铃结束, 并建立通话连接, 本步骤后可以实 现通话数据传输。 当然也可以是用户 A挂断来结束彩铃并断开通话连接; 本 发明实施例不对彩铃结束流程进行限定, 不影响本发明实施例的实现。
实施例五, 当用户 A定制了 CRT或者可定制铃声信号( Cusomized Ringing
Signal, CRS ) 业务时, 如图 5所示, 流程可以是:
步骤 501 : 为呼叫建立过程;
步骤 502: 呼叫建立以后用户 B会开始振铃, 即被叫振铃过程中; 步骤 503: 彩振建立过程; 此步骤建立用户 B彩振的连接, 本步骤后可以 实现彩振数据传输;
步骤 504: 用户 B发送播放控制指令给彩铃平台; 这里的播放控制指令可 以包含权限标识;
步骤 505: 彩铃平台根据步骤 504中的播放控制指令发送对应的彩振给用 户 B; 如果步骤 503发送的控制指令包含了权限标识, 本步骤需要加入判断用 户 B是否具有控制彩振播放的权限, 如果有则执行前述步骤 505, 否则可以向 用户 B播放用户 A定制的彩振, 当然也可以向用户 B播放 "嘟。 。 。 嘟。 。 。 嘟。 。 。 嘟"声等; 也可以在本步骤中向用户 B发送拒绝执行播放控制的原因, 也可以向 B发送拒绝标识来表示拒绝执行播放控制; 所述权限可以是用户 A设 定的也可以是系统规定的, 这不影响本发明实施例的实现;
步骤 506: 用户 B仍然处于振铃过程中;
步骤 507: 当用户 B接听时彩振结束, 并建立通话连接, 本步骤后可以实 现通话数据传输。 当然也可以是用户 A挂断来结束彩振并断开通话连接; 本 发明实施例不对彩振结束流程进行限定, 不影响本发明实施例的实现。
实施例六, 当用户 A和 /或用户 B定制了 CBT业务时, 以用户 A和用户 B都 定制了 CBT业务为例, 如图 6所示, 流程可以是:

步骤 606: 彩像建立过程; 此步骤建立用户 A彩像的连接, 本步骤后可以 实现彩像数据传输;
步骤 607: 用户 A发送播放控制指令给彩铃平台; 这里的播放控制指令可 以包含权限标识;
步骤 608: 彩铃平台根据步骤 607中的播放控制指令发送对应的彩像给用 户 A; 如果步骤 607发送的控制指令包含了权限标识, 本步骤需要加入判断用 户 A是否具有控制彩像播放的权限, 如果有则执行前述步骤 608,
前述步骤 603到步骤 605 , 与步骤 606到步骤 608之间是分别独立的, 在逻 辑上没有先后次序;
步骤 609: 用户 B仍然处于振铃过程中;
步骤 610: 当用户 B接听时彩像结束, 并建立通话连接, 本步骤后可以实 现通话数据传输。 当然也可以是用户 A挂断来结束彩像并断开通话连接; 本 发明实施例不对彩像结束流程进行限定, 不影响本发明实施例的实现。
上述实施例四到实施例七, 就具体的几种场景进行了说明, 通过彩铃接 收方与彩铃播放方的信息交互, 实现了彩铃接收方控制彩铃播放的目的, 提 升了彩铃接收方用户体验。

服务器可以在通信过程中的适当的时候, 向用户下发播放控制菜单, 播 放控制菜单上指示出用户此时交互的操作选项, 同时每个选项对应 DTMF信 号, 用户通过按键来触发 DTMF的方式, 实现向服务器的交互反馈, 服务器 结合当前用户的菜单和用户通过 DTMF反馈信号的方式对菜单的选择, 来了 解用户的操作意图, 进而执行用户的媒体播放控制。 当然播放控制菜单也可 以通过短消息, 非结构化补充业务数据 ( Unstructured Supplementary Service Data, USSD )等方式来实现传输。
如图 7所示, 为播放控制菜单的一个实例, 终端用户可以通过按键 DTMF 信息的 0到 9以及 *和#, 来进行操作, 服务器通过接收 DTMF信号, 结合当前 菜单, 来获取终端的操作意图, 从而实现的交互。 可以理解的是菜单的具体 表现形式不应对本发明实施例构成限定, 因为选项数量、 各操作项的顺序等 都是可以变换的。
上述实施例就相关信息的发送方法进行和详细的说明, 结合实施例一至 实施例六, 通过彩铃接收方与彩铃播放方的信息交互, 实现了彩铃接收方控 制彩铃播放的目的, 提升了彩铃接收方用户体验。
实施例十, 如图 8所示, 本发明实施例还提供了一种彩铃业务播放控制的 系统, 包括:

彩铃接收端, 用于发送播放控制指令给彩铃平台; 获取彩铃平台根据所 述播放控制指令发送的彩铃;
