カバー部材（１）は、ブラジャーのカップを被覆するものであって、柔軟で伸縮性を有する材料からなり、カップを内側に収容可能な両端を開放した筒状のカバー本体（２）と、カップの両外側部位に対応するカバー本体（２）の両端縁を絞るための一対の端部絞り機構（３）と、カップの連繋部位に対応するカバー本体（２）の中央部を絞るための中央部絞り機構（４）を備え、筒状のカバー本体（２）にブラジャーのカップを収容し、ブラジャーのブレストバンドをカバー本体（２）の両端縁から突出した状態で、端部絞り機構（３）と中央部絞り機構（４）を絞ることによって使用される。

Description

カップのカバー部材
　本発明は、ブラジャー、上下に分かれたセパレーツタイプの水着のトップとして使用するカップのカバー部材に関する。
　従来のブラジャーは、カップ、ブレストバンドなどの各部材が一体的に構成されているのが一般的である。また、ブラジャー本体と、このブラジャー本体に着脱自在に装着するカバー体とからなるものが提案されている（特許文献１参照。）。この特許文献１のブラジャーは、ブラジャー本体のみで下着として着用できるとともに、ブラジャー本体にカバー体を装着してアウターとして着用することができるというものである。

　前記一般的なブラジャーは、直接肌に着けるため衛生面からも外着などと比べると洗濯頻度が高いうえ、細い糸や繊細な生地を使っている部分やポリウレタン系の伸縮素材部分は劣化が早く、部分的変色などで見栄えも悪くなりやすい。故に前記劣化などで見栄えが悪くなった場合は、たとえ着用者がブラジャーとしての機能や形状あるいはサイズに納得していても、使用できず、ひいてはブラジャー全体を廃棄せざるを得ないという問題があった。
　また、前記特許文献１のブラジャーは、ブラジャー本体を廃棄してもカバー体を再利用できるが、前記ブラジャー本体は、前記一般的なブラジャーと同等なものなので、やはり前記一般的なブラジャーの問題を解決できない。
　本発明は、上記問題を解消することを課題とするもので、部分的に劣化したブラジャーや水着のカップ部分をカバーし、あるいは別途用意したカップをカバーして使用するカップのカバー部材を提供することを目的とする。
　前記目的を達成するために、本発明の請求項１に係るカップのカバー部材は、バストの形状に対応した形状を維持するようになしたカップを被覆するカップのカバー部材であって、柔軟で伸縮性を有する材料からなり、前記カップを内側に収容可能な両端を開放した筒状のカバー本体と、前記カップの両外側部位に対応する前記カバー本体の両端縁を絞るための端部絞り機構と、前記カップの前記連繋部位に対応する前記カバー本体の中央部を絞るための中央部絞り機構を備えたものである。
　また、本発明の請求項２に係るカップのカバー部材は、前記請求項１に記載の端部絞り機構と中央部絞り機構を、カバー本体の両端部あるいは中央部における周囲を一周するように所定間隔をおいて連続して設けた複数の挿通孔と、この各挿通孔に縫うように挿通した絞り紐とからなり、前記絞り紐を引いてカバー本体をその径方向に絞るように構成したものである。
　前記請求項１に係る本発明のカバー部材は、内側にブラジャーなどのカップ部分や別途用意したカップを収容し、端部絞り機構と中央部絞り機構により両端部と中央部を絞れば、容易に新たなブラジャーや水着のトップとして使用できる。したがって、着用者が気に入っているブラジャーなどが部分的に劣化あるいは変色しても廃棄することなく再利用することができる。また、肌に当たるのがカバー部材なのでカップが傷まない。加えて、乳がんによりバストを切除した着用者でも、カップでバストのシルエットを形成するので、着用しても違和感がなく、さらに、カバー部材が筒状になっていることで、バストのボリュームを出すために使用するパット、あるいは乳がんでバストを切除した場合の補正パットをカップの内側とカバー部材の間に入れることで、前記パットあるいは前記補正パットを安定させることができるという効果を奏する。
　また、前記請求項２に係る本発明は、カバー本体にカップを収容し、端部絞り機構と中央部絞り機構の各絞り紐の突出部分をカバー本体に対して引いてカバー本体の所定部分を絞り固定するだけで容易に新たなブラジャーやセパレーツ水着のトップを形成できるという効果を奏する。
　以下に、本発明を組立式ブラジャーに適用した好適な実施形態を添付図面の図１～図８に基づいて詳細に説明する。ここにおいて、図１はカバー部材の斜視図、図２はカバー部材の端部絞り機構の部位を縦断した拡大断面図、図３は組立式ブラジャーの斜視図、図４はカバー部材を装着した組立式ブラジャーの斜視図、図５はカップ接続部材の斜視図、図６はカップ基材とブレストバンド基端を接続する前の状態を示す斜視図、図７はカップ基材と被係脱部を接続する前の状態を示す斜視図、図８は第２接続部材の斜視図である。
　図１に示すように、カバー部材１は、柔軟で伸縮性を有する材料からなり、両端を開放した筒状のカバー本体２と、このカバー本体２の両端部を絞るための一対の端部絞り機構３と、前記カバー本体２の中央部を絞るための中央部絞り機構４とから構成する。
　図１、図２及び図４に示すように、前記各端部絞り機構３あるいは中央部絞り機構４は、カバー本体２の両端部あるいは中央部における周囲を一周するように所定間隔をおいて連続して設けた複数の挿通孔５と、この各挿通孔５にカバー本体２を縫うように挿通した環状の絞り紐６とからなる。前記絞り紐６のカバー本体２から外側に突出した部分を、カバー本体２を押さえながら引くことによって、カバー本体２をその径方向に絞ることができる。
　図３に示すように、組立式ブラジャー７は、一対のカップ基材８ａ，８ｂをカップ接続部材９によって分離可能に接続してなるカップ８と、前記カップ基材８ａ，８ｂの各外側端に第１、第２接続部材１０，１１によってそれぞれ分離可能に接続したブレストバンド１２とから構成するものである。そして、図４に示すように、組立式ブラジャー７のカップ８部分を前記カバー部材１の内側に収容することによって、カバー部材１を装着したブラジャー７ａが形成される。
　図５に示すように、カップ接続部材９は、緊締ビス１３を中心に上下方向に回動変位可能な支持材１４の外側に前記カップ基材８ａ，８ｂの内縁部に分離可能に挟持する支持爪１５を設けてなるものである（図３参照）。
　図３に示すように、前記ブレスバンド１２は周知の構造を有するもので、その基端を一方のカップ基材８ａの外側縁に第１接続部材１０により取り付け、その先端に係脱部１６を分離可能に設けたバンド本体１２ａと、他方のカップ基材８ｂの外側縁に第２接続部材１１により取り付け、前記係脱部１６が係脱する被係脱部１２ｂとからなる。前記係脱部１６は三つのフック１７を備え、また、前記被係脱部１２ｂは前記フック１７が係脱する３組のリング１８の組を設けてなる。
　図６に示すように、第１接続部材１０は、一方のカップ基材８ａの外縁部に分離可能に挟持する支持爪１９を設けた環状の支持材２０と、この支持材２０に接続し、バンド本体１２ａ基端に分離可能に取り付けるための、互いに接離動するよう開閉し、各対向面にはバンド本体１２ａ基端の外面に刺さる多数の微細な突起２１ａを設けた一対の取り付け片２１とからなるものである。
　図７に示すように、第２接続部材１１は、他方のカップ基材８ｂ外縁部に分離可能に挟持する環状の支持爪２３を設けた支持材からなり、ブレストバンド１２の前記被係脱部１２ｂに接続してある。なお、前記支持材２３は第１接続部材１０の支持材２０と同一構成である。
　図１、図３及び図４に示すように、組立式ブラジャー７のカップをカバー部材１で被覆するには、先ず、組立式ブラジャー７をカバー部材１に挿通して、両カップ基材８ａ，８ｂ間のカップ接続部材９をカバー部材１の中央部絞り機構４に対応位置させ、バンド本体１２ａと被係脱部１２ｂは突出させる。この状態で、前記中央部絞り機構４の絞り紐６の外側に突出した部分をもち、カバー本体２を押さえながら引くことによって、カバー本体２の中央部をその径方向に絞る。ここで、両カップ基材８ａ，８ｂの各外側端の第１、第２接続部材１０，１１は、カバー部材１の両端部絞り機構３にほぼ対応位置されているので、前記中央部絞り機構４と同様に、絞り紐６の外側に突出した部分を引いて、カバー本体２の両端部を順次径方向に絞り、図４に示すカバー部材１を装着したブラジャー７ａが完成する。
　なお、本発明は、上記実施形態になんら限定されるものではなく、例えば、上記実施形態では本発明を組立式ブラジャー７に適用したが、セパレーツタイプの水着のトップに適用してもよい。また、端部絞り機構３及び中央部絞り機構４は、カバー部材１の両端部及び中央部に周囲を一周する袋部を設け、この袋部の内側にエンドレスのゴム紐を挿通したものであってもよい。さらに、中央部絞り機構はリング部材を用いてもよい。またさらに、本発明は、上記実施形態の組立式ブラジャー７ではなく、着用者が使用している一般的なブラジャーに適用してもよい。

Claims (2)

  1. 　バストの形状に対応した形状を維持するようになしたカップを被覆するカップのカバー部材であって、柔軟で伸縮性を有する材料からなり、前記カップを内側に収容可能な両端を開放した筒状のカバー本体と、前記カップの両外側部位に対応する前記カバー本体の両端縁を絞るための端部絞り機構と、前記カップの前記連繋部位に対応する前記カバー本体の中央部を絞るための中央部絞り機構を備えたことを特徴とするカップのカバー部材。
  2. 　端部絞り機構と中央部絞り機構は、カバー本体の両端部あるいは中央部における周囲を一周するように所定間隔をおいて連続して設けた複数の挿通孔と、この各挿通孔に縫うように挿通した絞り紐とからなり、前記絞り紐を引いてカバー本体をその径方向に絞るように構成したことを特徴とする請求項１記載のカップのカバー部材。
