[4] 传统的滚筒洗衣机已为人们所熟知, 其对滚筒内的衣物的搅动不够柔和。 美国 专利 5907961公开了一种纺织品湿处理装置, 该装置具有一容器, 其内装有湿处 理用的液体。 容器内设有一滚筒, 该滚筒内设有多个放置纺织品用的托架, 托 架与滚筒同步转动。 其缺陷在于纺织品在托架内无法移动和搅动, 因此使其处 理效果受到限制。
[5] 【发明内容】
[6] 本发明旨在解决现有技术中存在的问题, 而提供一种具有有效的洗涤循环, 使 得服装与洗涤之间达成最佳的液体交换, 同吋在控制模式下保持服装的移动和 搅动, 以减少对纺织品环境的干扰, 并可实现更好的形状的保持的用于服装及 附件湿处理的新的整理系统。
[7] 为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种用于服装及附件湿处理的新的整理系统, 该 系统包括:
[8] 容器, 其固定在机架上;
[9] 水测量控制器, 其装在容器内;
[10] 加料箱, 其设于容器的外侧, 并与机架相连;
[I I] 第一循环管和第二循环管, 其将加料箱与容器相连通, 第一循环管和第二循环 管上分别装有第一控制阀及第二控制阀;
[12] 水泵, 其通过第一、 第二水管向第一、 第二喷淋管供水;
[13] 内笼, 其可转动地装在容器内;
[14] 第一、 第二喷淋管, 它们对称地装在容器的一半高度处; [15] 温度控制器, 其与第一、 第二水管连接;
[16] 排水管, 其与容器相连接;
[17] 电机, 其与内笼相连。
[18] 在容器上设有放入湿处理纺织品用的门, 门上装有锁住或打开门的开关手柄。
[19] 容器纵截面为圆形。
[20] 内笼的纵截面为圆形, 它可转动地装在与容器的同心轴上。
[21] 在内笼的内框架上设有多个搅动衣物用的内笼搅拌浆。
[22] 温度控制器上连接有蒸汽管, 蒸汽管上装有温度控制阀。
[23] 本发明与现在技术相比具有如下的优点:

[34] 本发明的用于服装及附件湿处理的新的整理系统如图 1〜图 4所示, 它包括容器 1、 机架 2、 水测量控制器 3、 加料箱 4、 第一循环管 5、 第二循环管 6、 第一控制 阀 7、 第二控制阀 8、 水泵 9、 第一水管 10、 第二水管 11、 第一喷淋管 12、 第二喷 淋管 13、 内笼 14、 温度控制器 15、 排水管 E、 电机 16、 门 17、 开关手柄 18、 轴 19 、 内笼搅拌浆 20、 蒸汽管 21及温度控制阀 22。 该系统最好用于服装染色或者纺 织品的其它湿处理, 特别是羊毛类针织品。
[35] 如图 1、 图 2, 所述容器 1水平地固定在机架 2上, 其纵截面为圆形, 在容器 1近 顶部设有放入湿处理纺织品用的门 17, 门 17上装有锁住或打开门的开关手柄 18 , 当门 17关闭吋, 可通过开关手柄 18锁住门, 需要吋可通过开关手柄打开门。 容器 1上设有排水管 E, 通过排水管 E可将容器 1中的废液排出。 在容器 1内可转动 地装设有内笼 14, 该内笼 14的纵截面为圆形, 它可转动地装在与容器 1的同心轴 19上, 并绕轴 19转动, 轴 19则由电机 16驱动。 湿处理用的服装或基料置于该内 笼 14内。 在内笼 14的内侧圆周上间隔地装有多个内笼搅拌浆 20, 内笼搅拌浆焊 接固定于内笼的内框架上, 内笼搅拌浆用于拨动内筒 10内的衣物旋转, 通过调 整转速可控制内笼实现柔和转动。
[36] 如图 1、 图 3所示, 在容器 1外侧设有加料箱 4, 其与机架 2相连, 加料箱内装有 染料或其它的化学品。 加料箱 4与容器 1之间由第一循环管 5和第二循环管 6相连 通, 使液体在容器 1和一个加料箱 4间循环, 其中, 第一循环管 5用于从加料箱 4 将溶解后的染料或其它化学品输送到容器 1, 第二循环管 6用于将液体由容器 1输 送到加料箱 4, 以溶解后的染料或其它化学品。 图 3中, 在第一循环管 5和第二循 环管 6上分别装有第一控制阀 7及第二控制阀 8, 它们均为球阀, 其中, 第一球阀 7用于控制从加料箱加到容器 1的化学品的量; 第二控制阀 8控制从容器 1抽到加 料箱 4以溶解染料或其它化学品的液体量。 如图 4, 在容器 1内装有水测量控制器

[37] 如图 1、 图 4所示, 在容器 1外部设有水泵 9, 它与第一水管 10、 第二水管 11相连 , 第一水管 10、 第二水管 11则分别与第一喷淋管 12、 第二喷淋管 13连接, 水泵 9 通过第一水管 10、 第二水管 11向第一喷淋管 12、 第二喷淋管 13提供喷淋用水。 如图 1, 所述第一喷淋管 12、 第二喷淋管 13水平且对称设置在装在容器 1的一半 高度处, 第一喷淋管 12、 第二喷淋管 13用于向内笼 14内喷水, 以协助润湿正在 处理的纺织品, 以达到染料和化学品与正在被处理的纺织品的反应的均衡性。
[38] 如图 4, 在第一水管 10、 第二水管 11上设有温度控制器 15, 其用于控制输送到 容器 1的水的温度。 温度控制器 15上连接有蒸汽管 21, 蒸汽管 21上装有温度控制 阀 22, 由其控制蒸汽管 21内的温度。

[1] 用于服装及附件湿处理的新的整理系统, 其特征在于, 它包括:
容器 (1) , 其固定在机架 (2) 上;
水测量控制器 (3) , 其装在容器 (1) 内;
加料箱 (4) , 其设于容器 (1) 的外侧, 并与机架 (2) 相连; 第一循环管 (5) 和第二循环管 (6) , 其将加料箱 (4) 与容器 (1) 相连 通, 第一循环管 (5) 和第二循环管 (6) 上分别装有第一控制阀 (7) 及第 二控制阀 (8) ;
水泵 (9) , 其通过第一、 第二水管 (10、 11) 向第一、 第二喷淋管 (12、 13) 供水;
内笼 (14) , 其可转动地装在容器 (1) 内;
第一、 第二喷淋管 (12、 13) , 它们对称地装在容器 (1) 的一半高度处; 温度控制器 (15) , 其与第一、 第二水管 (10、 11) 连接; 排水管 (E) , 其与容器 (1) 相连接;
电机 ( 16) ' 其与内笼 ( 14) 相连。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 在容器 (1) 上设有放入湿处理纺 织品用的门 (17) , 门 (17) 上装有锁住或打开门的开关手柄 (18) 。
