同时, 由于多媒体中心的多媒体业务操作与主叫移动交换中心的连接消 息之间有了时序先后关系, 也就是说只有接收到进展指示消息后, 所述的主 叫移动交换中心才会向主叫终端发送连接消息, 这可以保证多媒体中心有足 够的时间来完成各种复杂的多媒体业务操作, 从而提供更复杂的多媒体业务 模型。

为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例的技术方案, 下面将对实施例描述中所 需要使用的附图作一简单地介绍, 显而易见地, 下面描述中的附图仅仅是本 发明的一些实施例, 对于本领域普通技术人员来讲, 在不付出创造性劳动的 前提下, 还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。
为解决现有技术中, 由于多媒体中心的多媒体业务操作与主叫移动交换 中心指示主叫终端进行协商操作的 Connec t 消息 (连接消息)之间没有时序 关系, 导致主叫终端无法获取多媒体中心提供的多媒体服务的能力信息, 从 而引起与多媒体中心的协商失败, 并限制了多媒体中心进行复杂的多媒体操 作的问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种实现多媒体服务的系统。
如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例所述的实现多媒体服务的系统包括: 多媒体 中心 21 与主叫移动交换中心 22。 其中, 所述多媒体中心 21, 用于在根据主 叫移动交换中心的呼叫进行多媒体业务操作后, 向所述主叫移动交换中心发 送进展指示消息; 所述主叫移动交换中心 22 , 用于根据所述进展指示消息, 向主叫终端发送连接消息, 指示所述主叫终端发起与所述多媒体中心的协商 过程。 其中所述的进展指示消息可以为呼叫进展消息(CPG, Cal l Progres s) , 还可以为其他能够携带进展指示消息的其它类型的消息。
在本发明实施例中, 当多媒体中心根据主叫移动交换中心的呼叫完成多 媒体业务操作后, 会向主叫移动交换中心发送进展指示消息, 表示其已经完 成了相应的多媒体业务操作。 而所述的主叫移动交换中心在收到所述进展指 示消息后, 会根据所述消息向主叫终端发送连接请求, 指示该主叫终端可以 发起与多媒体中心的协商操作过程。 由于多媒体中心用进展指示消息表示其 多媒体业务操作已经完成, 因此, 主叫终端可在协商操作过程中准确的获得 多媒体中心提供多媒体服务的能力信息, 从而提高了与多媒体中心进行协商 操作的成功率。
同时, 由于多媒体中心的多媒体业务操作与主叫移动交换中心的连接消 息之间有了时序先后关系, 也就是说只有接收到进展指示消息后, 所述的主 叫移动交换中心才会向主叫终端发送连接消息, 这可以保证多媒体中心有足 够的时间来完成各种复杂的多媒体业务操作, 从而提供更复杂的多媒体业务 模型。
下面结合相应的实施例, 描述一下本发明实施例实现应答前多媒体服务 的方法的实现过程。
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例实现应答前多媒体服务的方法包括如下步驟: 步骤 31、多媒体中心根据主叫移动交换中心的呼叫进行多媒体业务操作; 以主叫终端发起对被叫终端的呼叫为例 , 当主叫终端发起呼叫后, 主叫 移动交换中心会根据主叫终端的请求向被叫终端的归属位置寄存器查询被叫 终端的 MSRN号码以及 MSISDN( Mobi le Stat ion Integrated Services Dig i tal N菌 ber,移动用户国际号码)号码;在获得由所述归属位置寄存器返回的 MSRN 及 MSISDN后, 向主叫终端发送呼叫继续的消息。 然后, 主叫移动交换中心将 会向多媒体中心发送初始地址消息 (Ini t ial Address Message, IAM ), 在所 述初始地址消息中包括有多媒体业务号码和被叫终端的 MSRN 号码和 MSISDN 号码。 在收到多媒体中心发送的地址完成消息 (ACM )后, 向主叫终端发送振 铃消息。 之后, 所述多媒体中心将进行多媒体业务操作。
步骤 32、 在所述多媒体业务操作完成后, 所述多媒体中心向所述主叫移 动交换中心发送进展指示消息;
在这个过程中, 所述多媒体中心根据主叫终端的呼叫进行多媒体业务操 作后, 向所述主叫移动交换中心发送进展指示消息, 通知所述主叫移动交换 中心其已经完成了多媒体业务操作。 所述主叫移动交换中心根据所述进展指 示消息, 向主叫终端发送连接消息 (Connec t ); 所述主叫终端在收到所述连 接消息后, 向所述主叫移动交换中心发送连接确认消息 (Co皿 ec t _Ack )。
步骤 33、 所述多媒体中心接收所述主叫终端根据所述进展指示消息发送 的协商请求, 与所述主叫终端进行协商操作;
步骤 34、 在协商操作完成后, 所述多媒体中心向所述主叫终端提供应答 前多媒体服务。
此外, 当被叫终端接听主叫终端的呼叫, 也即当呼叫建立成功后, 所述 多媒体中心向所述主叫移动交换中心发送应答(Answer Mes sage, A丽) 消息, 由所述主叫移动交换中心在收到所述应答消息后对主叫终端进行计费。
在此实施例中, 所述的进展指示消息可以为呼叫进展消息(Ca 1 1 Progre s s , CPG) , 还可以为其他能够携带进展指示消息的其它类型的消息。
如图 3 所示, 本发明实施例的实现应答前多媒体服务的方法包括如下步 骤:
步骤 41、 主叫移动交换中心接收多媒体中心在进行多媒体业务操作后发 送的进展指示消息;
当主叫终端发起呼叫后, 主叫移动交换中心会根据主叫终端的请求向被 叫终端的被叫移动交换中心查询被叫终端的 MSRN号码; 在获得所述 MSRN后, 向主叫终端发送呼叫继续的消息。 并且在收到多媒体中心发送的地址完成消 息 ( ACM )后, 向主叫终端发送振铃消息。 步骤 42、 所述主叫移动交换中心根据所述进展指示消息, 向主叫终端发 送连接消息, 指示所述主叫终端发起与所述多媒体中心的协商过程, 并在收 到所述多媒体中心的应答消息后 , 对主叫终端进行计费。
为了更清楚的理解本发明实施例的技术方案, 下面结合两个具体的实施 例描述一下本发明实施例的实现过程。 在以下的实施例中, 以进展指示消息 为 CPG消息为例进行说明。
在以下实施例中, 所述的应答前多媒体服务为视频彩铃业务。 在此实施 例中, 实现多媒体中心功能的网络设备为 MRBT (Multimedia Ring Back Tone, 多媒体回铃音平台;)。 MRBT中包含了一个具备宽带视频资源能力的 IP设备, 该 IP设备同时具备窄带电路交换能力。
如图 4所示 , 本发明实施例包括如下步驟:
步骤 501、 在主叫终端发起呼叫, 向主叫移动交换中心 (MSC, Mobile Switching Center)发送 Setup (建立) 消息。 具体的, 例如, 主叫终端向主 叫 MSC 发送 Setup ( 建立 ) 消息, 在该消息中携带的 BC_IE(Bear Capacity-Identify Element,承载能力标识元素)信元中 ITC (Information Transfer Capacity, 消息传送能力)为 'UDI' , 0RA ( Other Rate Adaptation, 其他速率识别) 为 'H.223&H.245' , 其中消息中的各个参数可以符合 "中国 移动 3G电路域可视电话总体技术要求"规范。
步骤 502、 主叫 MSC收到主叫终端的 Setu 消息后, 向被叫 HLR发送 SRI (发送路由消息) 消息, 查询路由信息。 具体的, 例如, 该主叫 MSC根据该 Setup消息, 向被叫终端的 HLR (Home Location Register, 归属位置寄存器) 发送 SRI ( Sending Routing Information, 发送路由消息) 消息, 询问该被 叫终端的 MSRN (Mobil Subscriber Roaming Number, 移动终端漫游号码)。
步驟 503、 被叫 HLR向被叫终端当前所在的被叫 MSC发 PRN (Providing Roaming Number,提供漫游号码) 消息, 询问被叫终端的 MSRN号码。
步骤 504、被叫 MSC为所述被叫终端分配 MSRN,并向被叫 HLR返回 PRIACK (提供漫游号码确认) 消息, 在所述消息中包括有所述 MSRN号码。
步骤 505、被叫 HLR向主叫 MSC发送 SRI _ACK (发送路由确认消息)消息, 该 SRI _ACK 消息中带有被叫终端的 MSRN 号码, 以及多媒体彩铃补充业务码 SS-Code; 所述被叫 HLR还会查询其上存储的被叫终端的信息, 获取被叫终端 的 MS ISDN号码。
步骤 506、 主叫 MSC 获得被叫终端的 MSRN 后, 向主叫终端发送 Cal l -Proceeding (呼叫继续) 消息。
步驟 507、 主叫 MSC根据所述多媒体彩铃补充业务码, 判断出被叫终端是 能够支持多媒体彩铃业务的终端, 因此, 向 MRBT 呼叫发送 IAM ( Ini t ial Addres s Message, 初始地址消息) 消息。 在该 IAM消息中需包括如下信息: 多媒体彩铃补充业务码、 被叫终端的 MSRN、 被叫终端 MSISDN。
步骤 508、 MRBT通过所述 IAM消息, 获得被叫终端的 MSRN号码, 然后向 被叫 MSC侧发起 IAM消息。
步骤 509、 被叫 MSC向被叫终端发送 Paging (寻呼消息) 消息, 寻呼被 叫。
步骤 510、 被叫终端响应被叫 MSC的寻呼, 向被叫 MSC发送 Paging_Ack (寻呼确认消息) 消息。
步骤 511、 被叫 MSC向被叫终端发 Setup消息, 消息中携带的 BC- IE信元 中 ITC为 'UDI ' , 0RA为 Ή. 223&H. 245' 0
步骤 512、 被叫终端返回 Cal l Conf i rmed (呼叫确认) 消息, 在该消息 中不携带新的 BC_ IE, 表示被叫终端能够支持 VP ( Video Phone, 视频电话) 呼叫。
步骤 513、与被叫终端成功建立连接后,被叫终端振铃,同时返回 A 1 er t i ng (振铃) 消息给被叫 MSC。
步驟 514、 被叫 MSC向 MRBT发送 ACM ( Address Complete Mes sage, 地 址完成消息) 消息, 在该消息中指示被叫终端的状态为空闲。 步骤 515、 MRBT向主叫 MSC发送 ACM消息; 具体的, 该 ACM消息携带有 多媒体彩铃播放指示。
步骤 516、 主叫 MSC向主叫移动终端发送 Alert ing (振铃) 消息。
步骤 517、 MRBT进行多媒体彩铃业务操作; 该步驟可以与步骤 516 同时 进行。
步骤 518、 MRBT向主叫 MSC发送携带多媒体彩铃播放指示的 CPG (呼叫进 展消息) 消息。 该步驟在步骤 516之后执行。
步驟 519、 主叫 MSC发送 Connect (连接) 消息给主叫终端, 指示主叫终 端, 可以与 MRBT进行 H. 24 协商。
步骤 520、 主叫终端向主叫 MSC发送 Connect _ack (连接确认) 消息; 步骤 521、 主叫终端和 MRBT进行 H. 245的协商。
步骤 522、 协商成功后, MRBT 向主叫终端播放多媒体彩铃等应答前多媒 体服务。
步骤 523、 当被叫终端应答后,被叫终端向被叫 MSC发送 Connect (连接) 消息。
步骤 524、 被叫 MSC向 MRBT发送 ANM (应答消息 ) 消息。
步骤 525、 被叫 MSC向被叫终端发送 Connect _ack (连接确认) 消息。 步骤 526、 MRBT向主叫 MSC发送 A丽应答消息; 主叫 MSC开始对主叫终 端计费;
步骤 527、 被叫终端和 MRBT建立 H. 245。 同时 MRBT停止向主叫终端播放 多媒体彩铃, 接通主被叫音视频通道;
步骤 528、 主叫终端和被叫终端开始视频通话。
上述实施例在执行时, 在主叫终端与 MRBT进行 H. 245协商的过程中, 主 叫终端需要向 MRBT请求 MRBT的提供多媒体服务的能力信息。 通过上述步骤 514 ~ 520, 确保当主叫终端接收到主叫 MSC的 Connect消息后与 MRBT进行的 H. 245 协商, MRBT 能够向主叫终端提供其多媒体服务的能力信息, 从而保障 主叫终端与 MRBT的 H. 245的协商过程顺利; 这也同时增强了 MRBT的业务能 力, 使得 MRBT可以提供复杂的多媒体业务模型。
在以上的实施例中, 也可由 MMC ( Mul t imedia Center , 多媒体中心) 来 完成置 BT的功能。 具体过程相同, 在此不再赘述。
在以下实施例中, 以主叫终端呼叫多媒体呼叫中心为例。 其中, 实现多 媒体中心功能的多媒体呼叫中心中, 包含了一个具备宽带视频资源能力的 IP 设备。
如图 5所示, 本发明实施例包括如下步骤:
步骤 601、 主叫 MSC收到主叫终端的 Setup (建立) 消息, 消息中携带的 被叫号码为多媒体呼叫中心号码;
步骤 602、主叫 MSC向主叫终端发送 Ca l l -Proceeding (呼叫继续 )消息; 步骤 603、 主叫 MSC根据被叫号码, 判断出被叫终端是多媒体呼叫中心, 向多媒体呼叫中心发送 I AM (初始地址消息 ) 消息; 在所述 I AM消息中包括: 主叫终端的号码和多媒体业务接入码;
步骤 604、 多媒体呼叫中心向主叫 MSC发送 ACM (地址完成消息) 消息; 步骤 605、 主叫 MSC向主叫终端发送 Aler t ing (振铃) 消息;

MSC根据业务要求决定是否对主叫终端开始计费。 由以上实现应答前多媒体服务的方法的实施例可以看出, 当多媒体中心 根据主叫移动交换中心的呼叫完成多媒体业务操作后, 会向主叫移动交换中 心发送进展指示消息, 表示其已经完成了相应的多媒体业务操作。 而所述的 主叫移动交换中心在收到所述进展指示消息后, 会根据所述消息向主叫终端 发送连接请求, 指示该主叫终端可以发起与多媒体中心的协商操作过程。 由 于多媒体中心用进展指示消息表示其多媒体业务操作已经完成, 因此, 主叫 终端可在协商操作过程中准确的获得多媒体中心提供多媒体服务的能力信 息, 从而提高了与多媒体中心进行协商操作的成功率。
本发明实施例还提供了一种多媒体中心。 如图 6 所示, 实施例多媒体中 心, 包括: 接收单元 71 , 操作单元 72 , 发送单元 73 , 协商单元 74以及多媒 体服务提供单元 75 ; 其中,
接收单元 71, 用于接收主叫移动交换中心的呼叫请求, 以及主叫终端的 协商请求; 操作单元 72 , 用于根据所述接收单元接收的呼叫请求, 进行多媒 体业务操作; 发送单元 73 , 用于在所述操作单元 72完成多媒体业务操作后, 向所述主叫移动交换中心发送连接消息; 协商单元 74 , 用于根据所述接收单 元 71接收的协商请求, 与主叫终端进行协商操作; 多媒体服务提供单元 75 , 用于在协商单元 74的协商操作完成后, 向所述主叫终端提供应答前多媒体服 务。
此外, 在与主叫终端建立呼叫的过程开始, 所述接收单元 71, 还用于接 收所述主叫移动交换中心的初始地址消息; 所述发送单元 73 , 还用于向所述 主叫移动交换中心发送地址完成消息; 当呼叫建立成功后, 向所述主叫移动 交换中心发送应答消息。
此外, 本发明实施例还提供了一种移动交换中心。 如图 7 所示, 本发明 实施例的移动交换中心包括: 消息接收单元 81以及消息发送单元 82。 其中, 消息接收单元 81 , 用于接收多媒体中心在进行多媒体业务操作后发送的连接 消息; 消息发送单元 82, 用于在所述消息接收单元 81接收到所述进展指示消 息, 向主叫终端发送连接消息, 指示所述主叫终端发起与所述多媒体中心的 协商过程。
其中, 所述消息接收单元 81 , 还用于接收主叫终端的建立消息; 所述消 息发送单元 82 , 还用于向所述主叫终端发送呼叫继续消息。 如图 8所示, 所 述移动交换中心还包括: 计費单元 83, 用于根据所述消息接收单元 81接收的 所述多媒体中心发送的应答消息, 对主叫终端进行计费。
综上所述, 在本发明的实施例中, 当多媒体中心根据主叫移动交换中心 的呼叫完成多媒体业务操作后, 会向主叫移动交换中心发送进展指示消息, 表示其已经完成了相应的多媒体业务操作。 而所述的主叫移动交换中心在收 到所述进展指示消息后, 会根据所述消息向主叫终端发送连接请求, 指示该 主叫终端可以发起与多媒体中心的协商操作过程。

根据主叫移动交换中心的呼叫请求进行多媒体业务操作;
在所述多媒体业务操作完成后, 向所述主叫移动交换中心发送进展指示消 息, 以便于所述主叫移动交换中心根据所述进展指示消息向主叫终端发送连接 消息;
接收所述主叫终端发送的协商请求, 与所述主叫终端进行协商操作, 其中 所述协商请求是由所述主叫终端收到所述连接消息后发送的;
在协商操作完成后 , 向所述主叫终端提供应答前多媒体服务。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现应答前多媒体服务的方法, 其特征在于, 在 进行多媒体业务操作前, 所述方法还包括:
接收所述主叫移动交换中心发送的初始地址消息;
向所述主叫移动交换中心发送地址完成消息, 使得所述主叫移动交换中心 向所述主叫终端发送振铃消息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现应答前多媒体服务的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述向所述主叫移动交换中心发送进展指示消息的步骤包括:
进行多媒体业务操作后, 向所述主叫移动交换中心发送进展指示消息, 以 使所述主叫移动交换中心根据所述进展指示消息, 向主叫终端发送连接消息, 并接收由所述主叫终端发送的连接确认消息。
4、 一种实现应答前多媒体服务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括如下步 骤:
接收多媒体中心发送的进展指示消息;
根据所述进展指示消息, 向主叫终端发送连接消息, 指示所述主叫终端发 起与所述多媒体中心的协商过程。

接收主叫终端的建立消息;

6、根据权利要求 4或 5所述的实现应答前多媒体服务的方法,其特征在于, 在根据所述进展指示消息, 向主叫终端发送连接消息的步骤后, 所述方法还包 括:
接收所述多媒体中心发送的应答消息, 对主叫终端进行计费。
7、 一种多媒体中心, 其特征在于包括:
接收单元(71 ), 用于接收主叫移动交换中心的呼叫请求, 以及主叫终端的 协商请求, 其中所述协商请求是由所述主叫终端收到连接消息后发送的;
操作单元(72 ), 用于根据所述接收单元接收的呼叫请求, 进行多媒体业务 操作;
发送单元(73 ), 用于在所述操作单元完成多媒体业务操作后, 向所述主叫 移动交换中心发送进展指示消息, 以便于所述主叫移动交换中心根据所述进展 指示消息向主叫终端发送所述连接消息;
协商单元(74 ), 用于根据所述接收单元接收的协商请求, 与主叫终端进行 协商操作;
多媒体服务提供单元(75 ), 用于在协商单元的协商操作完成后, 向所述主 叫终端提供应答前多媒体服务。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的多媒体中心, 其特征在于,
所述接收单元(71 ), 还用于接收所迷主叫移动交换中心的初始地址消息; 所述发送单元(73 ), 还用于向所述主叫移动交换中心发送地址完成消息; 当呼叫建立成功后, 向所述主叫移动交换中心发送应答消息。
9、 一种移动交换中心, 其特征在于包括:
消息接收单元(81 ), 用于接收多媒体中心发送的进展指示消息;
消息发送单元(82 ), 用于根据所述进展指示消息, 向主叫终端发送连接消 息, 指示所述主叫终端发起与所述多媒体中心的协商过程。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动交换中心, 其特征在于:
所述消息接收单元(81 ), 还用于接收主叫终端的建立消息以及接收所述多 媒体中心发送的应答消息;
所述消息发送单元 (82 ), 还用于向所述主叫终端发送呼叫继续消息; 所述移动交换中心还包括: 计费单元(83 ), 用于根据所述消息接收单元接 收的应答消息, 对主叫终端进行计费。
11、 一种实现应答前多媒体服务的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 多 媒体中心以及主叫移动交换中心; 其中,
所述多媒体中心(21 ), 用于在根据主叫移动交换中心的呼叫进行多媒体业 务操作后, 向所述主叫移动交换中心发送进展指示消息;
所述主叫移动交换中心 (22 ), 用于根据所述进展指示消息, 向主叫终端发 送连接消息, 指示所述主叫终端发起与所述多媒体中心的协商过程。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的实现应答前多媒体服务的系统, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体中心包括:
接收单元, 用于接收主叫移动交换中心的呼叫请求, 以及主叫终端的协商 请求;
操作单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的呼叫请求, 进行多媒体业务操作; 发送单元, 用于在所述操作单元完成多媒体业务操作后, 向所述主叫移动 交换中心发送进展指示消息;
协商单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的协商请求, 与主叫终端进行协商 操作;
多媒体服务提供单元, 用于在协商单元的协商操作完成后, 向所述主叫终 端提供应答前多媒体服务。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的实现应答前多媒体服务的系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动交换中心包括: 消息接收单元, 用于接收多媒体中心发送的进展指示消息; 消息发送单元, 用于将根据所述进展指示消息, 向主叫终端发送连接消息, 指示所述主叫终端发起与所述多媒体中心的协商过程。
