However, the conventional structure has the following problems. That is, in the structure in which the ceiling material is bonded and welded, there has been a problem that the appearance design is deteriorated due to the peeling of the end of the ceiling material or the contamination of the adhesive. In addition, in a structure using a metal clip, the end of the ceiling material is inserted into the metal clip attached to the vehicle body panel, so the end of the ceiling material needs to be accurately aligned and assembled, which reduces workability. I was invited.
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and is intended to provide a vehicle ceiling structure that has a simple structure and is easy to assemble.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the ceiling fitting portion 41 is formed in a concave shape so as to open in the rear direction. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the body fitting part 42 is formed in a concave shape so as to open in the front direction below the ceiling fitting part 41.
FIG. 3 is a cross section of a portion of the retainer 4 where the body fitting portion 42 is formed, that is, a cross section taken along line AA in FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross section of the other portion, that is, a BB cross section of FIG.
Here, as shown in FIG. 3, in the part where the body fitting part 42 is formed in the retainer 4, the upper part of the retainer 4 (the part constituting the ceiling fitting part 41 and the body fitting part 42) is S-shaped in cross section. It has a shape. And the ceiling fitting part 41 is provided in the recessed part formed above among this S-shaped part of a cross section, and the body fitting part 42 is provided in the recessed part formed below.
As shown in the figure, a slide roof 61 made of a transparent glass plate is disposed above the ceiling opening 20 and the body opening 30 so as to cover the ceiling opening 20 and the body opening 30. . The slide roof 61 of this example is configured to be able to open and close the ceiling opening 20 and the body opening 30 and is of an outer slide type that slides outside the vehicle body.

A tilt roof 62 is disposed on the front side of the slide roof 61. The tilt roof 62 is configured to be opened and closed by moving its rear end portion up and down.
A sunshade 63 for awning is disposed below the slide roof 61. The sunshade 63 is configured to be able to open and close the ceiling opening 20 and the body opening 30 by moving in the front-rear direction.
In this example, the ceiling material 2 is configured by laminating the base material 28 and the skin 29 as described above, and the base material 28 is made of thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene, polyurethane, polyethylene terephthalate, and wood fiber, The skin 29 is made of a synthetic resin material such as polyester. The body material 3 is made of a steel plate. The retainer 4 is made of a synthetic resin material such as ABS resin or a metal material such as a steel plate.
Next, the assembled state of the ceiling material 2, the body material 3, and the retainer 4 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in the retainer 4, the ceiling end portion 23 of the ceiling member 2 is fitted to the ceiling fitting portion 41. Specifically, the ceiling end portion 23 of the ceiling material 2 is inserted in the forward direction with respect to the ceiling fitting portion 41 of the retainer. Accordingly, the end surface 231 of the ceiling end portion 23 is covered so as not to be exposed by the ceiling fitting portion 41 formed over the entire length of the retainer 4 in the left-right direction.
Further, as shown in the figure, the body end portion 33 of the body material 3 is fitted to the body fitting portions 42 provided at four places in the left-right direction of the retainer 4. Specifically, the body end portion 33 of the body material 3 is inserted backward with respect to the body fitting portion 42 of the retainer 4.
Further, the body fitting portion 42 is fitted with a body end portion 33 of the body material 3 and a spacer material 51 for filling a gap between the body fitting portion 42 and the body end portion 33. It is installed. This is because the body material 3 is made of a steel plate and is easily rattled only by being fitted to the body fitting portion 42 and cannot be sufficiently fixed. In this example, a nonwoven fabric was used as the spacer material 51.
In contrast, the ceiling fitting portion 41 is not particularly provided with a spacer material. This is because the ceiling material 2 can be elastically deformed in the thickness direction, the opening height of the ceiling fitting portion 41 is made smaller than the thickness of the ceiling material 2 before fitting, and the ceiling end portion 23 is fitted to the ceiling. This is because the retainer 4 and the ceiling material 2 can be sufficiently fixed by being pushed into the portion 42.
Further, as shown in the figure, the ceiling material 2 and the body material 3 are inserted and fitted in opposite directions to the retainer 4. Then, the retainer 4 is assembled so as to be sandwiched between the ceiling end portion 23 of the ceiling material 2 and the body end portion 33 of the body material 3.
Further, the lower end portion of the retainer 4 is fixed to the ceiling material 2 by being bonded with an adhesive or the like.
Next, a procedure for assembling the ceiling material 2, the body material 3, and the retainer 4 will be described.
First, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the ceiling end portion 23 of the ceiling material 2 is inserted into the ceiling fitting portion 41 of the retainer 4 in the forward direction. At this time, the ceiling material 2 is assembled so as to be advanced from the body opening 20 side to the front peripheral edge 201.
Next, the lower end of the retainer 4 is bonded to the ceiling material 2 with an adhesive or the like. In addition, the nonwoven fabric used as the spacer material 51 is previously arranged in the body fitting part 42 of the retainer 4. And the body edge part 33 of the body material 3 is inserted toward the back in the body fitting part 42 of the retainer 4 in the state where the ceiling material 2 is assembled.
Furthermore, after that, also in parts other than the position where the retainer 4 is provided, the assist grip, the room lamp, the sun visor, etc. in the assist grip fixing part 71, the room lamp fixing part 72, the sun visor fixing part 73, etc. (see FIG. 1). At the same time, the ceiling material 2 is fixed to the body material 3.
The ceiling material 2, the body material 3, and the retainer 4 are assembled | attached by the above.
Next, the effect in the vehicle ceiling structure 1 of this example is demonstrated.
In the ceiling part structure 1 of the present example, the retainer 4 for fixing the both disposed between the ceiling material 2 and the body material 3 is a ceiling fitting for fitting the ceiling material 2 and the body material 3 respectively. It has a joint part 41 and a body fitting part 42. That is, the retainer 4 is configured to be able to fit the ceiling material 2 and the body material 3 respectively. Therefore, the ceiling material 2 and the body material 3 can be easily assembled to the retainer 4 without performing conventional operations such as adhesion and welding.
Further, since it is not necessary to bond and weld the ceiling end 23 and the retainer 4 of the ceiling material 2 or the body end 33 and the retainer 4 of the body material 3, the appearance design of the ceiling end 23 and the body end 33 is achieved. Can be improved.
Moreover, by making the retainer 4 have the above-described configuration, after the ceiling end portion 23 is previously fitted to the ceiling fitting portion 41 as in this example, the body material 3 is put on the body fitting portion 42 in that state. Can be assembled and assembled. That is, the assembling of the ceiling material 2 only needs to be fitted to the ceiling fitting portion 41 and is very easy. Therefore, unlike the conventional case, there is no need to assemble the ceiling material 2 by accurately aligning the ceiling material 2, and workability can be improved.
Further, in this example, the body fitting portion 42 of the retainer 4 is formed at a plurality of locations in the left-right direction of the retainer 4. Therefore, the retainer 4 and the body material 3 can be easily and stably assembled.
The ceiling fitting portion 41 of the retainer 4 is formed over the entire length of the retainer 4 in the left-right direction. Therefore, the ceiling end portion 23 of the ceiling material 2 can be sufficiently and reliably fixed at the ceiling fitting portion 41 of the retainer 4. Further, as in the present example, the end surface 231 of the ceiling end portion 23 can be prevented from being exposed by covering with the ceiling fitting portion 41. Thereby, the external appearance design property of the peripheral part 201 (peripheral part of a sunroof) of the ceiling opening part 20 can be improved.
Further, the ceiling end portion 23 of the ceiling material 2 and the body end portion 33 of the body material 3 are fitted in opposite directions to the ceiling fitting portion 41 and the body fitting portion 42 of the retainer 4, respectively. . Therefore, as shown in this example, when the body end portion 33 is fitted after the ceiling end portion 23 is first fitted to the retainer 4, the retainer 4 is detached from the ceiling material 2. A malfunction can be prevented. Therefore, the ceiling material 2 and the body material 3 can be easily and reliably assembled to the retainer 4 and workability can be improved. Further, even after the assembly, the retainer 4 is unlikely to fall off the ceiling material 2 and the body material 3, and a stable fixed state can be maintained.
The body fitting portion 42 of the retainer 4 is fitted with a body end portion 33 of the body material 3 and a spacer material for filling a gap between the body fitting portion 42 and the body end portion 33. 51 is disposed. Therefore, the body end portion 33 can be sufficiently and reliably fixed at the body fitting portion 42 by the spacer material 51. Thereby, the play between the ceiling material 2 and the body material 3 can be prevented.
Further, the retainer 4 is disposed on a peripheral edge 201 in front of the ceiling opening 20 (a peripheral edge 301 in front of the body opening 30). Therefore, the ceiling material 2 can be assembled from the body opening 20 side to the front peripheral edge 201 so as to advance. Thereby, workability | operativity can be improved.
In addition, the retainer 4 has a portion having an S-shaped cross section in a part thereof, and is formed in a concave shape so as to open in the forward direction with the ceiling fitting portion 41 formed in a concave shape so as to open in the backward direction. It has the structure which has the made body fitting part 42 up and down continuously. Therefore, the ceiling end portion 23 fitted to the ceiling fitting portion 41 and the body end portion 33 fitted to the body fitting portion 42 are assembled so as to sandwich the retainer 4. Thereby, it can be set as the structure where the ceiling material 2 and the body material 3 were fixed to the retainer 4 still more reliably.
Thus, according to this example, the vehicle ceiling structure 1 having a simple structure and easy assembling work can be provided.
