Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un liant hydraulique à partir d'un composé à base de sulfate de calcium comprenant une phase de cuisson de sorte à atteindre une température comprise entre 220° et 350°C; puis une phase de refroidissement, caractérisé par le fait que lors de la phase de cuisson, de la chaux vive est ajoutée au composé à base de sulfate de calcium de sorte à obtenir la formation d'un mélange comprenant de l'anhydrite IV. Des minéraux alumineux et/ou silicieux sont ajoutés au mélange comprenant de l'anhydrite IV, préférentiellement lors de la phase de refroidissement, de sorte à abaisser la température en dessous de 120°C. L'invention trouvera notamment son application dans les industries du ciment, du béton et du plâtre, l'inertage de déchets et sous-produits industriels.
