Abstract

L'invention porte sur un moteur diesel à deux temps de grande dimension (1) avec un système d'actionnement de soupapes d'échappement comprenant un arbre à cames (28) et des poussoirs hydrauliques qui comprennent une pompe à piston (32) entraînée par l'arbre à cames couplé par l'intermédiaire d'un conduit (36) à un actionneur de soupape d'échappement hydraulique (34) pour déplacer la soupape d'échappement (11) concernée. L'arbre à cames comporte une came d'échappement (29) pour chaque cylindre, et la came d'échappement est profilée avec une levée accrue (30) dépassant la levée requise pour l'ouverture de la soupape d'échappement. Une partie du volume supplémentaire de fluide hydraulique généré par la course accrue des pompes à piston hydrauliques est dérivée du poussoir hydraulique et distribuée à un composant consommant un fluide hydraulique sous pression qui est associé au moteur. L'autre partie du volume supplémentaire de fluide hydraulique conduit à une levée de soupape d'échappement supplémentaire. L'énergie stockée dans le ressort à air (33) poussant la soupape d'échappement vers sa position fermée est renvoyée à l'arbre à cames durant la course de retour de la soupape d'échappement.
