Abstract

Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Änderung der Struktur von Mineralien oder dgl., insbesondere zu deren Mikronisierung, mit Rotoren (3, 4), die Schikanen (15; 15.1) aufweisen, zwischen denen die Mineralien oder dgl. in einem Gehäuse (2.1, 2.2) einem dynamischen Schlag- und/oder Reibungsprozess ausgesetzt sind, sollen die gegenläufigen Rotoren als Rotorscheiben (3, 4) ausgebildet sein, deren kranzförmig angeordnete Schikanen (15; 15.1) sich derart axial in das Innere des Gehäuses (2) erstrecken, dass die Rotorscheiben (3, 4) im Betriebszustand berührungsfrei aneinander vorbeilaufen. Ferner werden verschiedene Verwendungsmöglichkeiten für das mikronisierte Material angeben, wie als Wirkstoff zur Stärkung von Pflanzen, zur Verbesserung der Düngewerte von tierischen Abfällen, zur Geruchsminderung bei Massentierhaltung und zur Beschleunigung der Kompostierung von Abfällen.
