本实用新型涉及一种瞄具, 尤其是一种将照明和激光瞄准一体化组合的 激光瞄具。
背景技术
在轻武器的发展中, 瞄具作为轻武器的一个重要组成部分, 先后出现了 机械瞄准、 光学瞄准和激光瞄准多种形式的瞄准器具。 红光 (绿光) 激光点 光斑瞄具, 在枪械上已得到了普遍的应用, 尤其是在近距离快速瞄准上具有 独特的优点。
随着 LED技术的发展, 尤其是大功率的白光 LED的生产技术的成熟, 以 其耗能小、 亮度高的特性, 在照明领域以及枪械瞄准上迅速得到应用。 目前 用于枪械瞄准照明的应用形式主要有两种: 一种是独立配置 LED照明; 一种 是以激光瞄准为主, 附设一个 LED照明; 前一种缺点是枪械上附设过多, 操 作使用、 携带不便利; 后一种缺点是结构不紧凑, 体积大, 操作时易发生障 碍。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决背景技术中的技术问题, 提供了一种瞄具, 其将瞄 准指示的激光器与 LED共同设置在反射腔内, 实现照明、 瞄准一体化设计, 结构紧凑、 体积小、 重量轻, 便于安装、 携带和使用。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是: 一种瞄具, 其包括本体、 LED、 反射腔, 所述反射腔设置在本体一端, 所述 LED设置在反射腔内一端, 所述反射腔对 应 LED —端设置有防护玻璃, 其特殊之处在于, 所述激光瞄具还包括有激光 器, 所述激光器设置在本体内。
上述的反射腔另一端对应于 LED设置有防护玻璃, 所述防护玻璃及反射 腔上对应于激光器设置有瞳孔。
上述的 LED设置在本体的轴线上, 所述激光器设置在环绕 LED的圆周上。 上述激光器设置在本体的轴线的上侧、 LED的正上方。
上述激光器设置在本体的轴线上, 所述 LED设置在环绕激光器的圆周上。 上述的 LED是三个, 且均匀设置在环绕激光器的同一圆周上。
上述的激光器是 633- 670nm红光激光器或 532nm的绿光激光器。
上述的激光器由半导体激光二极管和设置在半导体激光二极管的出射光 路上的可调节的激光准直透镜组成。
上述的反射腔包括腔体, 所述腔体是圆锥形的腔体或抛物线形的腔体。 上述的瞄具还包括有设置在本体上的电池盒、 驱动电路板、 第一控制开 关、 第二控制开关和安装卡槽, 所述驱动电路板上设置有激光器驱动电路和
LED照明驱动电路。
本实用新型将瞄准指示的激光器与 LED共同设置在反射腔内, 实现了瞄 具的照明、 瞄准一体化, 结构紧凑、 体积小、 重量轻, 便于安装、 携带和使 用。 本实用新型主要适用于手枪、 步枪、 猎枪、 气枪等在低照度下、 近距离、 快速瞄准使用。

具体实施方式
参见图 1、 2、 3, 本实用新型包括本体 1、 以及设置在本体 1上的第一控 制开关 2、 第二控制开关 3、 安装卡槽 4、 设置在本体一端的反射腔 7, LED 8 设置在反射腔 7内, 所述反射腔 7对应 LED 8一端设置有防护玻璃 13; 本实 用新型还包括激光器 9, 所述激光器 9设置在本体 1内。
当反射腔 7与本体 1为共轴设置时, 当 LED 8设置在本体 1的轴线上时, 激光器 9设置在环绕 LED 8的圆周上; 在本实施例中激光器 9设置在本体 1 的轴线的上侧、 LED 8的正上方。
在防护玻璃 13及反射腔 7上对应于激光器 9设置有瞳孔 12,激光器 9产 生的激光就是从瞳孔 12中射出形成激光瞄准。
参见图 4、 5, 本实用新型还包括有设置在本体 1上的电池盒 11、 驱动电 路板 10, 驱动电路板 10上设置有分别为激光器 9和 LED 8供电的激光器驱动 电路和 LED照明驱动电路。
电池盒 11可放置锂电池或高能碱性电池供电给电路板 10, 电路板 10上 的 LED驱动电路驱动 LED 8工作, 再通过反射腔 7将 LED 8照明光汇聚、 反 射输出到一定区域; LED 8照明的点亮或关闭操作, 是通过第一控制开关 2控 制的, 按第一下开, 按第二下关, 依次循环。
电路板 10上的激光器驱动电路驱动激光器 9产生激光, 再通过瞳孔 12 将激光器 9产生的激光输出到一定距离显示一个光点作为瞄准点。 激光器 9 的点亮或关闭操作, 是通过第二控制开关 3控制的, 按第一下开, 按第二下 关, 依次循环。
激光器 9是由半导体激光二极管 5和设置在半导体激光二极管的出射光 路上的激光准直透镜 6组成, 在电路板 10中的激光驱动电路驱动下, 半导体 激光二极管 5工作, 输出作为瞄准指示的激光并通过光学准直透镜 6准直后, 经由瞳孔 12射出, 并通过调节激光准直透镜 6和半导体激光二极管 5之间的 距离改变输出激光聚焦点与瞄具之间的距离。
本实施例中, 当激光器 9设置在本体的轴线上时, LED 8设置在环绕激光 器 9的圆周上, 在本实施例中, LED 8是三个, 且均匀设置在环绕激光器 9的 同一圆周上。
本实用新型中,所述的激光器 9是 633- 670nm红光激光器,也可以是 532mn 的绿光激光器; 所述的 LED 8 是大功率白光半导体发光二极管; 所述的反射 腔 7包括腔体, 所述腔体是圆锥形腔体或抛物线形腔体, 即所述反射腔 7是 圆锥形反射腔, 也可以是抛物线形反射腔。

权利要求书
1、 一种喵具, 其包括本体、 LED、 反射腔, 所述反射腔设置在本体一端, 所述 LED设置在反射腔内, 所述反射腔对应 LED—端设置有防护玻璃, 其特 征在于: 所述激光瞄具还包括有激光器, 所述激光器设置在本体内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的瞄具, 其特征在于: 所述反射腔另一端对应于 LED设置有防护玻璃, 所述防护玻璃及反射腔上对应于激光器设置有瞳孔。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的瞄具, 其特征在于: 所述 LED设置在本体的轴 线上, 所述激光器设置在环绕 LED的圆周上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的瞄具, 其特征在于: 所述激光器设置在本体的 轴线的上侧、 LED的正上方。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的瞄具, 其特征在于: 所述激光器设置在本体的 轴线上, 所述 LED设置在环绕激光器的圆周上。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的瞄具, 其特征在于: 所述 LED是三个, 且均匀 设置在环绕激光器的同一圆周上。

7、 根据权利要求 1所述的瞄具, 其特征在于: 所述激光器是 633-670nm 红光激光器或 532nm的绿光激光器。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的瞄具, 其特征在于: 所述激光器由半导体激光 二极管和设置在半导体激光二极管的出射光路上的可调节的激光准直透镜组 成。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的瞄具, 其特征在于: 所述反射腔包括腔体, 所 述腔体是圆锥形的腔体或抛物线形的腔体。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 9中任一权利要求所述的瞄具, 其特征在于: 所 述瞄具还包括有设置在本体上的电池盒、 驱动电路板、 第一控制开关、 第二 控制开关和安装卡槽, 所述驱动电路板上设置有激光器驱动电路和 LED照明 驱动电路。
