背景技术
白光瞄准镜按倒像系统结构, 分为透镜倒像瞄准镜和棱镜倒像棱镜瞄准镜, 棱镜倒像瞄准镜简称棱镜瞄准镜或棱镜枪瞄, 透镜倒像瞄准镜简称透镜瞄准镜 或透镜枪瞄。 瞄准镜作为枪械重要配件, 是现代狙击步枪不可缺少的装置, 对 产品的可靠性, 全天候使用, 耐寒冷耐高温, 抗强冲击, 防水防雾都有很高的 要求, 我国先后制定瞄准镜验收标准: 国标 GJB1241-91 , GJB5815-2006, 还 有国际标准 ISO-10109, ISO-9022. 当射手所处环境光线较弱时, 需要对瞄准 镜的分划提供照明, 使射击者能同时看清成像在分划面的目标和分划图案。 目 前, 棱镜瞄准镜内部一般都设置有用于照明分划板的照明装置, 照明装置采用 由电源装置供电的 LED灯或者背光源,这种结构的设计由电线连接, 容易损坏, 电池在高温 +50°C以上或低温 -40°C以下, 一般都不能正常工作, 可靠性不高, 容易导致瞄准镜失去照明功效, 不能有效的保证瞄准镜正常工作, 电池供电还 存在短路隐患、 抗冲击不可靠等问题, 这就存在一定的不足。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可靠性高、不耗电、 能保证瞄准镜适应各种恶劣工作环境的棱镜分划板的照明装置及棱镜瞄准镜。
本发明一种棱镜分划板的照明装置所采用的技术方案是: 所述照明装置包括夜光 板,所述夜光板包括基体材料和按一定比例掺入在所述基体材料内的光致储能夜光粉。
优化的, 所述照明装置还包括若干条通光光纤, 所述若干条通光光线插入所述夜 光板的中间位置, 所述若干条通光光纤可以是不同颜色, 这样可以实现了对分划板局 部多色照明, 提高了对比度和瞄准速度。

本发明一种棱镜瞄准镜所釆用的另一种技术方案是: 所述棱镜瞄准镜还包括镜体 和设置在所述镜体内的物镜组、 棱镜组、 目镜组、 夜光板、 若干条通光光纤, 所述棱 镜组的反射面上设置有镀膜分划板, 所述夜光板固定在所述棱镜组的分划面上, 用于 照明所述镀膜分划板上的分划板图案, 所述通光光纤插在所述夜光板的中间位置, 用 于照明所述镀膜分划板上的分划中心, 所述镜体上与所述夜光板相对应的位置设有通 光窗口。
本发明的有益效果是: 由于本发明所述照明 置包括由基体材料和按一定比例掺 入在所述基体材料内的光致储能夜光粉组成的夜光板, 通过采用所述夜光板代替需要 电源装置供电的 LED灯或背光源, 所述夜光板在自然光, 强光电筒等光线照射下, 能 够储能, 具有响应时间短, 余辉时间长(180LM强光电筒照射 10秒左右, 即可获取长 达 15小时的余辉时间)的特点,而且结构相对来说比较简单,避免了电线线路的连接, 不容易损坏, 在高温或者低温的情况下也能有效的保证棱镜瞄准镜正常工作, 所以本 发明可靠性高、 不耗电、 能保证瞄准镜适应各种恶劣工作环境。
由于所述夜光板上还设置有若干条通光光纤, 所述若干条通光光线插入所述夜光 板的中间位置, 所述若干条通光光纤可以是不同颜色, 这样可以实现了对分划板局部 多色照明, 提高了对比度和瞄准速度, 所以本发明还能提高对比度和瞄准速度。

实施例二:
如图 3所示,本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于,本实施例中的所述照明装置包 括夜光板 2和插在所述夜光板 2上的若干条通光光纤 10, 其他结构相同, 所述夜光板 2 设置在所述镀膜分划板 8上, 用于照亮所述镀膜分划板 8上的分划图案, 所述若干条通 光光纤 10位于所述夜光板 2的中间部分用于照亮所述镀膜分划板 8上的分划中心, 所述 若干条通光光纤 10可以是不同颜色, 这样可以实现了对分划板局部多色照明, 提高了 对比度和瞄准速度。
本发明可广泛应用于瞄准镜领域。
