Abstract

本发明公开了一种透射式OLED枪瞄镜,在目镜与物镜之间装有棱镜组合,棱镜组合由屋脊棱镜、半五棱镜、等腰棱镜和分光膜构成,激光接收器的右端与等腰棱镜的左端贴合在一起且两者均位于镜筒轴线的下方,激光发射器位于镜筒轴线的上方且激光发射器发射的激光经物镜折射后射出,目镜与棱镜组合之间设置有透射式OLED显示器。本发明具有观察、瞄准、激光测距的功能,且激光发射、接收与观察共用一个物镜;观察者能看到透射式OLED显示器本身所显示出的图像及数据,由于透射式OLED显示器具有高透光性能,观察者还能透过透射式OLED显示器看到其后方的物体。

Description

透射式OLED枪瞄镜
技术领域
本发明涉及光学瞄准装置,具体地讲,是一种具有透射功能的OLED光学瞄准镜,特别适合安装在各种枪支上以提高射击精准度。
背景技术
OLED显示器,即有机发光二极管显示器,利用发光材料在电流的驱动下产生发光来实现显示,与传统的LCD显示器对比:(1)OLED可以自身发光,而LCD利用背光源发光,需要在液晶后面加照明光源,所以OLED比LCD亮得多,对比度大,色彩效果好;(2)OLED没有视角范围的限制,视角一般可达到160度,这样从侧面观察也不会失真;(3)LCD需要背景灯光点亮,OLED只需要点亮的单元才加电,并且电压较低,更加省电;(3)OLED的重量比LCD轻得多,所需材料很少,制造工艺简单,量产时的成本要比LCD到少节省20%;除此之外,还具有可弯曲、抗震等特性,已被业界公认为最具发展前途的新一代显示技术。但是,现有的OLED显示器仅应用于手机、电视领域,观察者只能看见OLED发光材料在通电后显示出来的各种图像,而对于显示器后方的物体则完全不可见也不需要可见,这样的OLED显示器不具有透射观察功能。
目前广泛采用的具有放大作用的望远式瞄准镜,能看清和识别远处的目标,适用于远距离精确射击,基本结构是物镜、倒象透镜和目镜,再加上分划板组成。分划板上有瞄准标记,通过移动分划板或使用不同位置的分划来瞄准不同距离的目标。随着光学瞄准技术的发展,有些瞄准镜还增加了激光测距功能,但在结构设置上通常需要两个物镜,一个用于激光发射、接收,另一个用于目标观察,增加了产品制造成本,同时整体结构不紧凑。
因此,带分划板式的传统瞄准镜,已无法满足信息化时代的作战要求,如果能将OLED显示器引入到枪瞄镜领域,并赋予其透视功能,能透过显示器观察到远方的目标,同时能使激光发射、接收,以及目标观察共用一个物镜,将对枪瞄镜的发展起到重要影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种枪瞄镜,具有观察、瞄准、激光测距的功能,其激光发射、接收、观察共用一个物镜;将先进的OLED显示技术应用到枪瞄镜上并赋予其透射功能,观察者不仅能看见OLED发光材料在通电后显示出来的各种图像,还能透过OLED显示器看到其后方的目标,尤其适合应用于观察、瞄准一体带数据显示的观测仪器上。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种透射式OLED枪瞄镜,包括镜筒(1)、物镜(2)、目镜(3),在目镜(3)与物镜(2)之间装有棱镜组合(4),关键在于:所述棱镜组合(4)由屋脊棱镜(41)、半五棱镜(42)、等腰棱镜(43)和分光膜(44)构成,所述分光膜(44)设置在半五棱镜(42)和等腰棱镜(43)之间,所述物镜(2)与棱镜组合(4)之间设置有激光发射器(5)和激光接收器(6),所述激光接收器(6)的右端与等腰棱镜(43)的左端贴合在一起且两者均位于镜筒(1)轴线的下方,所述激光发射器(5)位于所述镜筒(1)轴线的上方且激光发射器(5)发射的激光经物镜(2)折射后射出,所述目镜(3)与棱镜组合(4)之间设置有透射式OLED显示器(7);所述透射式OLED显示器(7),包括前基板(71)、后基板(72)、成矩阵布置的导电高透明树脂(73)、IC芯片(74)以及金属连接带(75),所述导电高透明树脂(73)封装在前基板(71)与后基板(72)之间,所述前基板(71)和后基板(72)均为透明玻璃板,所述导电高透明树脂(73)的透光率达到75%以上。
所述透射式OLED显示器(7)的前基板(71)与后基板(72)之间还封装有干燥剂(76),所述干燥剂(76)对称设置在导电高透明树脂(73)的左右两侧,以延长OLED显示器的使用寿命。
本发明中,导电高透明树脂由IC芯片控制,成矩阵布置的导电高透明树脂中不同的矩阵单元通电发光,则显示出不同的图像,由于OLED自发光且亮度高,适合夜间使用;前基板和后基板均为透明玻璃板,其透光性能好,观察者不仅能看到发光材料本身所显示出的图像,还能透过OLED显示器看到其后方的物体,整个OLED显示器具有透光功能,这在OLED显示技术上尚属首创,是专门针对观察、瞄准一体带数据显示观测仪器而设计的一种新的显示器,使OLED显示技术的应用领域从手机、电视领域向瞄镜领域拓展。另外,枪瞄镜布置合理、结构紧凑,具有观察、瞄准、激光测距的功能,且激光发射、接收与目标观察共用一个物镜,降低了制造成本,具有广阔的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示的枪瞄镜,由镜筒1,安装在镜筒1内的目镜2、物镜3、棱镜组合4、激光发射器5、激光接收器6、透射式OLED显示器7、电池8以及多个电路板组成。目镜2位于物镜3的后方,在目镜2与物镜3之间装有棱镜组合4。棱镜组合4由屋脊棱镜41、半五棱镜42、等腰棱镜43、分光膜44构成,分光膜44设置在半五棱镜42和等腰棱镜43之间。物镜3与棱镜组合4之间设置有激光发射器5和激光接收器6.激光接收器6的右端与等腰棱镜43的左端贴合在一起且两者均位于镜筒1轴线的下方,激光发射器5位于镜筒1轴线的上方且激光发射器5发射的激光经物镜3折射后射出,透射式OLED显示器7设置在目镜2与棱镜组合4之间,电池8安装在镜筒1内,通过导线与激光发射器5、激光接收器6、显示器7相连。
如图2所示的透射式OLED显示器7,由前基板71、后基板72、导电高透明树脂73、IC芯片74和金属连接带75等组成。
如图3,导电高透明树脂73成矩阵布置,每个矩阵单元构成OLED显示器的显示单元,共有N×N个矩阵单元。导电高透明树脂材料为复合层结构,其构成与普通的导电透明树脂材料相同,包括发光材料三铝8-羟基喹啉、荧光染料等,而透光率比普通的导电透明树脂材料高得多,其透过率要求在75%以上。
如图4,导电高透明树脂73封装在前基板71与后基板72之间,前基板71和后基板72均为透明玻璃板。
作为优选,如图2所示,前基板71与后基板72之间还封装有干燥剂76,干燥剂76对称设置在导电高透明树脂73的左右两侧,干燥剂76呈条形。
如图5所示,激光发射器5发射的激光经物镜3折射后射到观察物体上,经观察物体反射后回到棱镜组合4的半五棱镜42上,经半五棱镜42折射到分光膜44上,其中的可见光部分经分光膜44折射到屋脊棱镜41,不可见光部分穿过分光膜44经等腰棱镜43折射后进入激光接收器6。激光接收器接收到的数据通过电路与透射式OLED显示器相连,观察者能看到透射式OLED显示器本身所显示出的图像及数据,由于透射式OLED显示器具有高透光性能,观察者还能透过透射式OLED显示器看到其后方的物体。

Claims (2)

1.一种透射式OLED枪瞄镜,包括镜筒(1)、物镜(2)、目镜(3),在目镜(3)与物镜(2)之间装有棱镜组合(4),其特征在于:所述棱镜组合(4)由屋脊棱镜(41)、半五棱镜(42)、等腰棱镜(43)和分光膜(44)构成,所述分光膜(44)设置在半五棱镜(42)和等腰棱镜(43)之间,所述物镜(2)与棱镜组合(4)之间设置有激光发射器(5)和激光接收器(6),所述激光接收器(6)的右端与等腰棱镜(43)的左端贴合在一起且两者均位于镜筒(1)轴线的下方,所述激光发射器(5)位于所述镜筒(1)轴线的上方且激光发射器(5)发射的激光经物镜(2)折射后射出,所述目镜(3)与棱镜组合(4)之间设置有透射式OLED显示器(7);所述透射式OLED显示器(7),包括前基板(71)、后基板(72)、成矩阵布置的导电高透明树脂(73)、IC芯片(74)以及金属连接带(75),所述导电高透明树脂(73)封装在前基板(71)与后基板(72)之间,所述前基板(71)和后基板(72)均为透明玻璃板,所述导电高透明树脂(73)的透光率达到75%以上,所述导电高透明树脂(73)为复合层结构,包括三铝8-羟基喹啉和荧光染料。
2.按照权利要求1所述的透射式OLED枪瞄镜,其特征在于:所述透射式OLED显示器(7)的前基板(71)与后基板(72)之间还封装有干燥剂(76),所述干燥剂(76)对称设置在导电高透明树脂(73)的左右两侧。
