Abstract

복수의 송신안테나를 이용한 동기신호의 전송장치를 제공한다. 상기 장치는 시간 또는 주파수의 동기(synchronization)를 추적하는데 사용되는 동기신호를 생성하는 동기신호 생성부, 상기 복수의 송신안테나에 겹치지 않게 서로 다른 부반송파를 할당하고, 상기 동기신호를 상기 부반송파에 맵핑하며, IFFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transformation)를 수행하여 OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 심벌(symbol)을 생성하는 전송처리부, 상기 복수의 송신안테나에서 전송되는 신호를 구분하는 자원인 코드(code)가, 상기 복수의 송신안테나간에 겹치지 않도록 제어하는 제어정보 결합부, 및 상기 OFDM 심벌을 전송하는 상기 복수의 송신안테나를 포함한다. 다중안테나 시스템에서, 동기신호의 전송으로 인한 각 안테나별 채널 간섭의 영향을 줄이고, 각종 제어정보의 오버헤드를 줄일 수 있다.
