Abstract

본 발명은 용접부의 가공성이 우수한 페라이트계 스테인리스강, 레이저 용접강관 및 그 용접강관의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 중량%로, C: 0.01%이하, N: 0.01%이하, Si: 0.8~1.0%, Mn: 0.5%이하, Cr: 13.7~14.3%, Cu: 0.1~0.3%, Nb: 0.3~0.4%, Ti: 0.1~0.2%를 포함하고, 나머지는 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접부의 가공성이 우수한 스테인리스강을 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 스테인리스강으로부터 용접강관 제조시 강관의 경도비(HAZ/모재)가 0.98~1.05인 용접부의 가공성이 우수한 스테인리스 용접강관을 제공하고, 이 용접강관을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
