加热组件由两片与外接电源相连的电极片 3、 3'、加热片 4和隔离保护层 5组成。 隔离保护层 5呈包覆状, 电极片 3的外表面与隔离保护层 5的内表面紧密接触, 隔离 保护层 5的外表面与纱线处理部件 1空腔的内壁面紧密接触,将加热片 4产生的热量 通过隔离保护层 5传递到纱线处理部件 1, 使之升温到工作温度, 电极片 3'的外表面 与隔离保护层 5内壁面紧密接触,隔离保护层 5未与纱线处理部件 1空腔的内壁面接 触的侧面外侧填充有绝热材料 6; 纱线处理部件 1的工作温度一般在 80°C— 300°C。 电极片 3、 3'可接温控开关, 温控开关通过对电极片的温度控制保证纱线处理部件 1 的工作温度; 电极片 3、 3'还可外接故障指示灯, 保证在加热组件发生故障时指示。
该纺纱装置安装在细纱机前钳口前端, 当纱线处理部件 1 的外部形状为长方形 时,其沿长度方向的两个侧面与上平面之间的圆面与细纱机前钳口平行, 纱线处理部 件 1 沿长度方向的上平面平行于细纱机前钳口和导纱钩之间纺纱段的纱线并略高于 该段纱线,用以保证细纱机前钳口输出的纱线须条在纱线处理部件 1两个侧面与上平 面之间的圆面表面上有一定的包围角, 并与纱线处理部件 1上平面紧密接触;
实施例 3 该减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置由带有安装口的纱线处理部件 1、加热组件和绝热材 料 6组成, 其中, 纱线处理部件 1的内部为与安装口相通的空腔, 空腔内设置有加热 组件和绝热材料 6, 纱线处理部件 1采用陶瓷加工制成, 纱线处理部件 1上的安装口 由封盖 2封闭。 封盖 2可与安装在细纱机上的基座加工成一体。

该减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置由带有安装口的纱线处理部件 1、加热组件和绝热材 料 6组成, 其中, 纱线处理部件 1为圆柱型, 两端为安装口, 内部为与安装口相通的 空腔, 空腔内设置有加热组件和绝热材料 6, 纱线处理部件 1上的安装口由封盖 2封 闭。 纱线处理部件 1采用玻璃制作。
安装在纱线处理部件 1内的加热组件和和绝热材料 6的装配特征同实施例 1。 该纺纱装置安装在细纱机前钳口前端,纱线处理部件 1的轴线与细纱机前钳口平 行, 纱线处理部件 1的顶端略高于细纱机前钳口和导纱钩之间纺纱段的纱线,用以保 证细纱机前钳口输出的纱线须条在纱线处理部件 1表面有一定的包围角。

该减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置由带有安装口的纱线处理部件 1、加热组件和绝热材 料 6组成, 其中, 纱线处理部件 1为圆柱型, 一端封闭另一端为安装口, 内部为与安 装口相通的空腔, 空腔内设置有加热组件和绝热材料 6, 纱线处理部件 1上的安装口 由封盖 2封闭。 纱线处理部件 1采用聚四氟乙烯制作。

纱线处理部件 1 内部的空腔为凹形, 加热组件的电极片 3、 3' 、 电热片 4和隔 离保护层 5的形状与纱线处理部件 1的凹形空腔相配合,加热组件和绝热材料 6的的 装配特征同实施例 1。 该纺纱装置安装在细纱机前钳口前端,纱线处理部件 1的凹槽沿长方形厚度方向 的开口与细纱机前钳口平行,纱线处理部件 1的凹槽沿长度方向的壁面平行于细纱机 前钳口和导纱钩之间纺纱段的纱线,纱线处理部件 1的凹槽沿长度方向的下壁面略高 于该段纱线,用以保证细纱机前钳口输出的纱线须条在纱线处理部件 1的凹槽入口的 圆弧表面上有一定的包围角, 并与纱线处理部件 1的凹槽的下壁面紧密接触。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种可减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置,其特征在于: 该纺纱装置由带有安装口的纱 线处理部件 (1 )、 加热组件和绝热材料 (6) 组成, 其中, 纱线处理部件 (1 ) 的内部 为与安装口相通的空腔, 空腔内设置有加热组件, 加热组件一部分侧面的外表面与空 腔的内壁面紧密接触, 另一部分侧面的外侧填充有绝热材料 (6)。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置,其特征在于: 所说纱 线处理部件 (1 ) 上的安装口还设有起封闭作用的封盖 (2)。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种可减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置,其特征在于: 所 说加热组件由两片与外接电源相连的电极片(3)、(3' )、加热片(4)和隔离保护层(5) 组成, 其中, 加热片 (4)位于两片电极片 (3)和 (3' )之间, 电极片 (3) 的外表面 与所说空腔的内壁面紧密接触, 电极片 (3' ) 的外表面外侧设置有隔离保护层 (5 ), 隔离保护层 (5) 外侧填充有绝热材料 (6)。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种可减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置,其特征在于: 所 说加热组件由两片与外接电源相连的电极片(3)、(3' )、加热片(4)和隔离保护层(5) 组成, 其中, 加热片 (4)位于两片电极片 (3)和 (3' )之间, 隔离保护层 (5)包覆 在电极片 (3)、 (3' )和加热片 (4) 的外侧, 且其内表面与电极片 (3)、 (3' ) 的外表 面紧密接触, 隔离保护层 (5) 中与电极片 (3)相接触的侧面的外表面与所说空腔的 内壁面紧密接触, 与电极片 (3' ) 相接触的侧面的外侧填充有绝热材料 (6)。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种可减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置,其特征在于: 所 说纱线处理部件 (1 ) 的外部形状为长方形。
6. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种可减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置,其特征在于: 所 说纱线处理部件 (1 ) 的外部形状为圆柱形。
7. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种可减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置,其特征在于: 所 说纱线处理部件 (1 ) 的外部形状为中间有凹槽的长方形。
8. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种可减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置,其特征在于: 所说纱 线处理部件 (1 ) 沿长度方向的两个侧面与上平面之间为圆弧状。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的一种可减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置,其特征在于: 所说纱 线处理部件 (1 ) 的凹槽沿长方形长度方向贯通, 凹槽的深度不超过长方形厚度的一 半, 凹槽的壁面与长方形各个侧面之间为圆弧状。
10. 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的一种可减少纱线毛羽的纺纱装置, 其特征在于: 所说隔离保护层 (5) 由导热、 绝缘、 耐高温材料制成。
