Abstract

본 발명은 진단 대상자의 혈액에서 종양 발생 및 전이과정에서 당질변화를 보이는 당단백질을 검출해내는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 당단백질의 N-연결형 당쇄 중 종양의 발생과 전이에 관여한다고 알려진 특정 당쇄를 이용하여 질량분석 방법으로 당단백질을 찾아내는 방법 및 암 진단키트에 관한 것이다.
