Abstract
La présente invention concerne un scalpel électrochirurgical (de diathermie), un dispositif d’aspiration pour l’évacuation de la fumée et du fluide dans différentes configurations, un nettoyeur de pointes diathermiques, un illuminateur chirurgical, un irrigateur de champ chirurgical et un nettoyeur de tube d’aspiration. Tous ces éléments sont incorporés dans un manchon en plastique jetable. Le scalpel électrochirurgical est exposé uniquement lorsqu’il est utilisé, par rétraction électrique du manchon. Lorsque le manchon est électriquement projeté vers l’avant, la pointe diathermique est mécaniquement nettoyée par le nettoyeur de pointe diathermique. Une source de lumière/source de lumière intermédiaire se couple au manchon/à la tige de l’illuminateur pour transmettre la lumière au champ chirurgical. Un canal pour l’eau est inséré dans le tube d’aspiration pour irriguer le champ chirurgical et le canal de nettoyage du tube d’aspiration aide à déloger les débris se trouvant dans ce canal commun. Une unité de contrôle principale combine et commande toutes les fonctions ci-dessus.
