Abstract

The waste disposal unit has an immovable vertical bracket (11) anchored to the base with a fastening element (12), and to this vertical bracket (11) there is a rotationally anchored lower lever (10) whose lower end is rotationally connected with a lifting lever (9), and at its other end it has a flat disck (14) touching the external surface of the waste can (2) bottom, while the other end of this lever (9) is rotationally connected with two levers: internal (7) and external (6), the lever (7) is rotationally mounted on the vertical bracket (11), and the end of the external lever (6) is connected with the lid (3) to wich the cover (4) is hinged, and additionally the internal lever (7) is connected with the external lever (6) by means of a stirrup (8), and there is a protecting flap (5) connected with the lid (3).

Waste disposal unit
The invention relates to a waste disposal unit.
Some well-known solutions include plastic bags or large open containers where the disposed garbage and waste is collected and often stored for a number of days or even weeks. Such conditions promote waste destruction by rats and dogs which contributes to waste spreading and generating of contamination sources, hazardous to human health.
The advantage of the unit according to the invention is its simple failure- free construction ensuring prompt emptying of the unit which now does not occupy space.
The waste disposal unit has an immovable vertical bracket placed above the surface level, anchored to the base with a fastening element, and to this vertical bracket there is a rotationally anchored a lower level whose lower end is rotationally connected with a lifting lever, and at its other end it has a flat disk touching the external surface of the waste can bottom, while the other end of the lever is rotationally connected with two levers: internal and external, and the lever is rotationally mounted on the vertical bracket, and the end of the external lever is connected with a lid to which a cover is hinged, and additionally the internal lever is connected with the external lever by means of a stirrup, while there is a protecting flap connected with the lid.
The embodiment of the invention is presented by way of a diagrammatic drawings where Fig. 1 shows the unit with the waste can hidden during filling- in, Fig. 2 shows the unit when the waste can is lifted upward (is moved out upward), while Fig. 3 shows the unit when the waste can is entirely lifted up.
The whole waste disposal unit is placed above surface N (e.g. road, pavement) in a cavity embedded in concrete, and therefore it is hidden and does not occupy space. It has an immovable bracket H anchored to the base with a fastening element JL2. To the bracket l± there is a rotationally anchored lower lever JLQ. At its upper end it is terminated with a flat disk 14 which supports (holds up) the external side of the waste can 2 bottom. This waste can is not connected with any element of the lever system. The other end of the lever K) is rotationally connected with a lifting lever 9. At its other end it is rotationally connected with two levers: internal 7 and external 6. The external lever 6 is connected with a lid 3_. This lid is hinged to a round cover 4 which covers directly the waste can 2. The lever 6 is loosely connected with the lever 7 by means of a stirrup 8. It limits the angular displacement of the lid 3 greater than 90°. At the end of the lever 7 there is a cutting mark (a notch), into which the stirrup 8 slides when the lid is being closed. Furthermore, to protect the unit from above, there is a flap 5 connected with the lid 3. The whole unit is based on a lever system enabling lifting and lowering of the waste can 2. To place the waste can at an appropriate level, a concrete holder ϋ, placed on the bottom of the concreted cavity, is used.
To fill the waste can, the cover 4 has to be lifted. After throwing in a portion of waste, the cover drops automatically. To empty the filled waste can 2, the lid 3_ should be opened. Then the whole lever system causes that the lifting lever K) is hoisted vertically upward while rotating and causes the waste can 2, filled with the refuse (garbage, waste), to be moved out supported on the disk 14, above the surface level. Following complete opening of the lid of the waste can 2, the waste can is lifted and is not lowered automatically as it is blocked by the lever system. Then the waste can is emptied and again placed on the disk 14, and subsequently it is hidden by closing the lid.

1. The waste disposal unit for periodical collection and storage of waste underground, characterised in that the waste is lowered and hidden underground, and the cover IAI is opened to put waste inside at an angle less than 90° by 1° — 3°, so that it can be lowered automatically, and opening of the lid /3/ causes the waste can 111 to be lifted and the lid /3_/ to be opened at an angle greater than 90° by 1° - 3° to prevent automatic closing.
2. The waste disposal unit according to the claim 1, characterised in that it has an immovable vertical bracket I]AJ placed above the surface, anchored to the base with a fastening element IYlI-, and to this vertical bracket /11/ there is a rotationally mounted lower lever /10/ whose lower end is rotationally connected with a lifting lever /9/, and at its other end it has a flat disk 1141 touching the external surface of the waste can 111 bottom, while the other end of this lever 19/ is rotationally connected with two levers: internal /7/ and external /6/, and the lever /7/ is rotationally mounted on the vertical bracket I]AJ, and the end of the external lever /6/ is connected with the lid 131, to which a cover /4/ is hinged, and additionally the internal lever /7/ is connected with the external lever /6/ by means of a stirrup /8/, and there is a protecting flap /5/ connected with the lid /3/.
