본 발명의 실시예에 따른 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법은, 사용자끼리 직접 통신할 필요 없이 공동 계좌를 관리하는 전자상품 공동 이용 시스템과 통신함으로써, 다른 사용자가 특정 상품을 사용할 수 있도록 특정상품에 대응되는 전자상품을 구입할 수 있고, 다른 사용자들은 전자상품을 공용계좌에서 공동으로 이용할 수 있어, 수신자가 응답할 수 없는 상황 등 기존의 선물을 직접 전송하는 시스템에 비하여 효과적인 시스템을 구성할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 시스템의 블록도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자상품 공동 이용 시스템(100)은, 메시지 송수신부(110), 공동 계좌 데이터 베이스(150), 상품 정보 데이터 베이스(140), 결제 유닛(130), 및 제어부(120)를 구비한다. 설명의 편의를 위하여, 도 1에는 제1이동통신 단말기(190), 및 제2이동통신 단말기(195)가 함께 도시된다.
메시지 송수신부(110)는 이동통신망을 통하여 이동통신 단말기들과 메시지를 송수신한다. 공동 계좌 데이터 베이스(150)는 복수개의 공동 계좌들을 저장하고, 상품 정보 데이터 베이스(140)는 복수개의 전자상품 목록정보를 저장한다. 결제 유닛(130)은 전자상품에 관한 결제 과정을 수행하고 결제 결과를 송신한다.
제어부(120)는 전자상품에 관한 정보 요청에 응답하여 상품 정보 데이터 베이스(140)의 전자상품 목록정보 제공한다. 제어부(120)는 결제 유닛(130)에서 결제된 전자상품을 공동 계좌 데이터 베이스(150)에 저장하고, 공동 계좌 데이터 베이스(150)의 전자상품에 대한 사용가능여부확인요청에 응답하여 전자상품에 대한 사용 가능 여부를 확인한다.
전자상품 공동 이용 시스템(100)은 복수개의 이동통신 단말기들을 동일한 사용자 그룹으로 설정하며, 동일한 사용자 그룹에 속하는 이동통신 단말기들은 동일한 공동계좌에 접속할 수 있도록 허용하는 그룹설정부(160)를 더 구비한다.
제1이동통신 단말기(190)는 이동통신망을 통하여 전자상품 공동 이용 시스템(100)에 접속한다. 제1이동통신 단말기(190)는 상품 정보 데이터 베이스(140)에 저장된 전자상품 목록정보에서 원하는 전자상품을 선택하고, 선택한 전자상품을 결제 유닛(130)를 이용하여 결제한다. 결제된 전자상품은 공동 계좌 데이터 베이스(150)의 공동계좌에 저장된다. 여기서 공동계좌는 복수개 존재할 수 있으며, 공동계좌는 대응되는 사용자 그룹을 가진다.
또한 전자상품이란 오프라인이나 온라인에서 구매할 수 있는 보통의 상품을 지시하는 아이콘이나 그림정보, 또는 데이터 정보이며 이동통신망을 통해 접속한 제1이동통신단말기(190) 및 제2이동통신단말기(195)를 통해서 디스플레이된다.
제2이동통신 단말기(195)는 이동통신망을 통하여 전자상품 공동 이용 시스템(100)에 접속한다. 제2이동통신 단말기(195)는 공동 계좌 데이터 베이스(150)에 저장된 결제된 전자상품들 중에서 일부 전자상품을 선택하고, 온/오프 라인 매장에서 선택한 상품을 사용한다. 여기에서, 전자상품을 사용한다는 의미는, 공동 계좌에서 선택된 전자상품에 대응되는 실제 상품을 매장에서 받는다는 의미이다. 또한, 공동 계좌에서 선택된 전자상품은 이미 결제된 상태이므로, 매장에서 돈을 내지 않고 받을 수 있다.
이처럼, 제1이동통신 단말기(190)를 이용하는 제1사용자는 제1이동통신 단말기(190)를 통하여 특정 전자상품을 결재하여 공동 계좌에 저장하고, 제2이동통신 단말기(195)를 이용하는 제2사용자는 제2이동통신 단말기(195)를 통하여 공동 계좌에 저장된 전자상품을 매장에서 사용할 수 있다. 그럼으로써, 제1사용자는 제2사용자와 직접 통신할 필요 없이 공동 계좌를 관리하는 전자상품 공동 이용 시스템(100)과 통신함으로써, 제2사용자에게 특정 상품을 선물할 수 있다. 또한, 제2사용자도 제1사용자와 직접 통신할 필요 없이 상품 공동 이용 시스템(100)과 통신함으로써, 제1사용자가 선물한 상품을 받을 수 있다.
이 때, 제어부(120)는 사용 가능여부가 확인된 전자상품이 사용되면, 대응되는 공동계좌에 전자상품이 사용되었음을 표시하고, 사용된 전자상품에 대한 정보를 사용자 그룹에 속하는 이동통신 단말기들로 메시지 송수신부(110)를 통하여 송신하며, 사용자 그룹에 속하는 이동통신 단말기들 별로 상기 공동계좌의 전자상품에 대한 사용 가능 권한을 부여할 수 있다. 또한, 제어부(120)는 사용 가능여부가 확인된 상기 전자상품 중 일부 전자상품이 사용을 위하여 선택되면, 상기 제2이동통신 단말기의 위치 정보에 기초하여, 상기 전자상품을 사용할 수 있는 주변 매장 정보를 상기 제2이동통신 단말기로 송신하는 기능을 수행한다. 이와 같은 제어부(120)의 기능은 도 2의 전자상품 공동이용방법과 함께 좀 더 설명된다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자상품 공동 이용 방법을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 제어부는 이동통신망을 통하여 제1이동통신 단말기로부터 전자상품에 관한 정보요청을 수신하고(S110) 전자상품의 목록정보를 제공한다(S112) 제공된 전자상품의 목록정보 중 선택된 전자상품에 대한 결제 요청을 수신하고(S130), 전자상품에 대한 결제 과정을 수행한 이후에 결제 결과를 송신한다.(S134, S136) 결제는 결제유닛에서 수행되고, 결제유닛은 제1이동통신단말기와 제어부로 결제결과를 송신한다.
제어부는 결제된 전자상품을 공동계좌에 저장한다.(S140)
제2이동통신 단말기로부터 공동계좌에 대한 접속 요청을 수신하고(S152) 상기 공동계좌에 대한 접속 허용 여부를 결정한다.(S154) 제2이동통신 단말기가 접속허용요건을 만족한다면, 공동계좌로의 접속허용을 통보한다.(S160)
그리고, 제어부는 제2이동통신 단말기로부터 상기 공동계좌에 저장된 전자상품들 중에서 일부 전자상품에 대한 사용가능여부확인요청을 수신하고(S170), 일부 전자상품에 대한 사용 가능 여부를 확인한 후(S172) 전자상품 사용가능여부를 제2이동통신 단말기로 통보한다.(S174)
복수개의 이동통신 단말기들은 하나의 사용자 그룹으로 설정될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2이동통신 단말기가 제1이동통신 단말기와 동일한 사용자 그룹에 속하는 경우, 제2이동통신 단말기는 제1이동통신 단말기가 공동 계좌에 저장해놓은 전자상품을 선택하여 사용할 수 있다.
사용자 그룹의 설정은 도1의 그룹설정부(160)에서 수행되며, 상기 전자상품에 관한 정보 요청을 수신하는 단계(S110) 이전에 수행될 수 있다. 그러나, 사용자 그룹의 설정은 S110 단계 이전뿐만 아니라, 전자상품을 결제하면서 제1이동통신 단말기의 사용자가 요청하여 사용자 그룹이 만들어질 수도 있고, 특정한 사용자 그룹에 소정 조건하에 사용자를 추가로 가입시킬 수도 있다.
제2이동통신 단말기로부터 공동 계좌에 대한 접속 요청을 받고, 공동 계좌에 전자상품을 저장한 제1이동통신 단말기의 사용자 그룹과 제2이동통신 단말기의 사용자 그룹이 동일하면 제2이동통신 단말기에 공동 계좌에 대한 접속이 허용된다.
제1이동통신 단말기가 결제한 전자상품을 공동 계좌에 저장한 이후에, 제2이동통신 단말기가 상기 제1이동통신 단말기가 속하는 사용자 그룹에 속하는 경우, 상기 제2이동통신 단말기는 공동계좌에 접속하여 결제된 전자상품을 확인하는 단계를 더 구비한다. 즉, 제2이동통신단말기는 주기적으로 제2이동통신 단말기가 속한 공동계좌에 접속하여 새로운 전자상품이 저장되었는지 여부를 확인한다. 확인 주기는 설정에 따라 달라질 수 있다.
사용자 그룹에 속하는 이동통신 단말기들 별로, 공동계좌의 전자상품에 대한 사용 가능 권한을 개별적으로 부여할 수도 있다. 정해진 시간 동안에만 특정 이동통신 단말기에게 전자상품 사용 가능 권한을 부여할 수 있고, 특정 이동통신 단말기가 사용할 수 있는 전자상품의 개수나 종류를 제한할 수도 있다.
예를 들어, 아버지가 스타벅스 커피 3잔을 결재하면서 가족 구성원들이 한잔씩만 사용할 수 있게 할 수 있다. 즉, 한 사람이 3잔을 다 사용하지 못하게 할 수 있다. 또한, 가족 구성원들중 한명은 특정 상품을 사용하지 못하게 할 수도 있을 것이다.
이동통신 단말기가 특정 사용자 그룹에 속하여 공동 계좌 접속 권한이 있는지 판단하기 위한 방법으로, 휴대폰 번호, 단말기 시리얼 번호, 비밀번호, 생체정보, 인적사항 등을 이용하여 확인할 수 있다. 또한 특정 이동통신 단말기에 대한 특정 상품의 사용 가능 권한을 확인하기 위해서도 상기 방법을 이용할 수 있다.
상기 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법은 사용 가능여부가 확인된 상기 전자상품이 사용되면, 상기 공동계좌에서 상기 전자상품을 비활성화시킴으로써 상기 전자상품이 사용되었음을 표시하고, 상기 사용된 전자상품에 대한 정보를 상기 사용자 그룹에 속하는 이동통신 단말기들로 송신할 수 있다.
제어부는 사용 가능여부가 확인된 상기 전자상품 중 일부 전자상품이 사용을 위하여 제2이동통신 단말기에 의해서 선택되면, 제2이동통신 단말기의 현재 위치 정보에 기초하여 해당 전자상품을 사용할 수 있는 주변의 매장 정보를 제2이동통신 단말기에 전송할 수 있다. 그에 따라, 제2이동통신 단말기가 공동 계좌의 전자상품을 사용할 수 있는 매장을 쉽게 찾을 수 있다. 제2이동통신 단말기의 위치 정보는 GPS, LBS, RFID 등을 통하여 얻을 수 있다.
상기 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법은, 결제 요청과 함께 메시지를 수신하여 다른 이동 통신 단말기가 열람할 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 사용가능여부가 확인된 일부 전자상품이 사용될 때 메시지를 수신 다른 이동 통신 단말기가 열람할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
즉, 전자상품을 결제 하는 사람이나 사용하는 사람이 메세지를 남길 수 있고, 그 메시지는 접속하여야 볼 수 있는 인터넷 리플과 유사한 방식이다. 예를 들어, 아버지가 햄버거 전자상품을 결제하면서 구성원들에게 맛있게 먹으라고 메시지를 남기면, 접속한 구성원은 그 메시지를 확인할 수 있다. 또한 해당 구성원인 딸은 해당 햄버거 전자상품을 자신이 위치한 곳의 주변 매장 정보를 확인 후, 방문하여 사용하면서 아버지에게 맛있게 먹었다는 메시지를 남길 수 있다.
또한, 각각의 이동통신 단말기는 상기 메시지의 도착 여부를 주기적으로 확인할 수도 있다.
제어부는 사용가능여부가 확인된 전자상품에 대한 정보를 공동계좌로부터 제2이동통신 단말기로 다운로드시킬 수 있다. 즉, 앞서 설명된 것과 같이 제2이동통신단말기가 공동계좌에 접속하여 매장점원에게 전자상품을 보여주어 상품을 구입하는 방식 대신에, 공동계좌로부터 전자상품에 대한 정보를 제2이동통신단말기로 다운로드 받아서 추가로 이동통신망에 접속없이 매장에서 사용할 수도 있다. 여기서, 사용가능여부가 확인된 전자상품에 대한 정보란 상기 전자상품의 이름, 수량, 가격, 유효기간 등을 표시한 아이콘 또는 바코드 또는 데이터일 수 있다.
이상에서는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법이 설명되었으나, 제1이동통신 단말기의 상품 선택 및 결제과정에 한하여 이동통신망 대신에 인터넷망을 이용할 수도 있다. 이 경우, 제1이동통신 단말기 대신에 컴퓨터가 사용될 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 이동통신망을 이용한 전자 상품 공동 이용 방법을 설명하기 위한 대응되는 시스템을 나타내는 도면이다.

    시간에 따른 사용 가능 권한 또는 상기 전자상품의 개수에 따른 사용 가능 권한을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법은,
    상기 사용 가능여부가 확인된 상기 전자상품 중 일부 전자상품이 사용을 위하여 선택되면, 상기 제2이동통신 단말기의 위치 정보에 기초하여, 상기 전자상품을 사용할 수 있는 주변 매장 정보를 상기 제2이동통신 단말기로 송신하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법은,
    상기 결제 요청과 함께 메시지를 수신하거나 또는
    상기 사용가능여부가 확인된 일부 전자상품이 사용될 때 메시지를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법은,
    상기 사용가능여부가 확인된 전자상품에 대한 정보를 상기 제2이동통신 단말기로 다운로드시키는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 사용가능여부가 확인된 전자상품에 대한 정보는,
    상기 전자상품의 이름, 수량, 가격, 유효기간 등을표시한 아이콘 또는 바코드 또는 데이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법.
  11. 이동통신망을 통하여 이동통신 단말기들과 메시지를 송수신하는 메시지 송수신부;
    복수개의 공동 계좌들을 저장하는 공동 계좌 데이터 베이스;
    복수개의 전자상품 목록정보를 저장하는 상품 정보 데이터 베이스;
    상기 전자상품에 관한 결제 과정을 수행하고 결제 결과를 송신하는 결제 유닛; 및
    상기 전자상품에 관한 정보 요청에 응답하여 상기 상품 정보 데이터 베이스의 전자상품 목록정보를 제공하고, 상기 결제 유닛에서 결제된 전자상품을 상기 공동 계좌 데이터 베이스에 저장하고, 상기 공동 계좌 데이터 베이스의 전자상품에 대한 사용가능여부확인요청에 응답하여 상기 전자상품에 대한 사용가능여부를 확인하는 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 시스템.
  12. 제 11항에 있어서,
    복수개의 이동통신 단말기들을 동일한 사용자 그룹으로 설정하며, 동일한 사용자 그룹에 속하는 이동통신 단말기들은 동일한 상기 공동계좌에 접속할 수 있도록 허용하는 그룹설정부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 잔자상품 공동 이용 시스템.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
    사용 가능여부가 확인된 상기 전자상품이 사용되면, 대응되는 상기 공동계좌에 상기 전자상품이 사용되었음을 표시하고, 상기 사용된 전자상품에 대한 정보를 상기 사용자 그룹에 속하는 이동통신 단말기들로 상기 메시지 송수신부를 통하여 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 시스템.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
    상기 사용자 그룹에 속하는 이동통신 단말기들 별로, 상기 공동계좌의 전자상품에 대한 사용 가능 권한을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 시스템.
  15. 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
    상기 사용 가능여부가 확인된 상기 전자상품 중 일부 전자상품이 사용을 위하여 선택되면, 상기 제2이동통신 단말기의 위치 정보에 기초하여, 상기 전자상품을 사용할 수 있는 주변 매장 정보를 상기 제2이동통신 단말기로 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 시스템.
  16. 인터넷망을 통하여 컴퓨터로부터 전자상품에 관한 정보요청을 수신하고 전자상품의 목록정보를 제공하는 단계;
    상기 제공된 전자상품의 목록정보 중 선택된 전자상품에 대한 결제 요청을 수신하고, 상기 전자상품에 대한 결제 과정을 수행한 이후에 결제 결과를 송신하는 단계;
    상기 결제된 전자상품을 공동계좌에 저장하는 단계;
    이동통신단말기로부터 상기 공동계좌에 대한 접속요청을 수신하고 상기 공동계좌에 대한 접속 허용 여부를 결정하는 단계; 및
    상기 이동통신단말기로부터 상기 공동계좌에 저장된 전자상품들 중에서 일부 전자상품에 대한 사용가능여부확인요청을 수신하고 상기 일부 전자상품에 대한 사용 가능 여부를 확인하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법.
  17. 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 컴퓨터는,
    웹브라우저 또는 메신저를 사용자에게 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신망을 이용한 전자상품 공동 이용 방법.
