技术背景
平面拼图玩具是一种由多片侧边设有相互配合连接的凹凸结构的拼图拼 片构成的玩具。 现有的拼图是由纸质拼图拼片构称, 由于材料的特点和加工 工艺导致了其拼图拼片之间的接触面积不够大, 不能够形成牢固的固定力。 因此, 现有的拼图玩具必须借助平面框架, 将拼图固定在平面框架中, 才能 够实现成图的固定。 一方面增加了玩具的成本, 且携带不方便; 另一方面另 行购买的固定框的颜色和造型 与拼图的颜色和图案搭配, 导致了拼图成 图之后整体外观的不协调, 降低美感。现有的塑胶拼图虽然能够实现自固定, 不过其拼片之间采用全接触式侧面的结构, 外形死板, 失去了拼图传统的风 格。 由于塑胶为硬质材料, 可变形空间很小, 因此产品加工精度要求很高, 否则将无法拼合。 而且这种结构在拼合的过程中容易夹伤手指, 存在使用的 安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在克服现有技术中的缺陷, 提供一种能够实现拼图拼片之 间自连接固定、 加工精度低、 外形美观且使用安全的塑胶材质的平面拼图。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现其目的。
本发明设计了一种平面拼图, 由多片塑胶拼图拼片相互拼合构成, 拼片 之间设有相互配合的凹凸连接结构, 改良的结构在于塑胶拼图拼片正面边缘 设有倒角, 倒角高度占两片相邻塑胶拼图拼片的接触面高度的 5 %至 50 % , 相对的两片相邻塑胶拼图拼片的接触面积应该占到其相应接触边侧面积的 95 %至 50 %。 为达到良好的固定效果一般两片相邻塑胶拼图拼片的接触面积 应该占到其相应接触边侧面积的 60 %至 80 %。 最佳的结合面积是 75 %左右, 同时保证了拼图拼片拼装方便和结构的固定力。 本设计增大了拼图拼片之间 的接触面积, 提高拼图拼片之间的结合力。 由于拼图拼片之间的接触面积大 大增大, 拼图在拼合之后, 无需固定装置, 即可连接固定。 拼图拼片采用塑 胶材料制成能够保证多次使用之后其接触面积不会改变,保证结构的稳定性。 塑胶拼图拼片正面与所述接触边侧面采用倒角过渡,特别是圓弧倒角的结构, 使得这种采用新型材料制成的玩具具有复古的经典质感, 拼图成图之后拼图 的正面具有与传统纸质拼图相仿的手感。 另一方面是方便使用者能够迅速分 辨出塑胶拼图拼片的正反面, 特别对于半透明的塑胶拼图拼片。 还有一个优 点就是减小了由于生产工艺在塑胶拼图拼片边缘产生尖锐的毛边的可能性, 提高玩具使用的安全性。 在拼合过程中具有倒圓角的拼片之间具有更大的变 形空间和可拼合的空间, 降低了拼片加工的精度。
为保证拼图成图结构的更加稳固, 便于移动, 且外形美观。 本设计进一 步在拼图的外围设有边框。 为了便于携带, 边框由多个边框拼块构成。 边框 拼块之间设有连接结构将边框拼块连接成一个框体结构, 能够与拼图外层自 然配合, 不仅结构稳定, 且外形统一协调, 可以在所述边框内侧设有与拼图 外层塑胶拼图拼片相互配合连接的凹凸结构, 与拼片的凹凸结构造型统一。 边框拼块之间的连接结构也可以设于边框拼块前端与末端与相邻边框拼块相 互配合连接的凹凸结构。 由于边框拼块是与拼图一起生产的, 相对于现有产 品能够进一步在颜色和造型上更加统一。
为进一步使得拼图成图之后的美观性,掩盖边框和拼图之间的连接结构, 本发明在于所述边框与拼图相互配合连接凹凸结构的上側覆盖有突起的装饰 条。 装饰条同样可以制成多块连接在各个边框拼块上, 突起结构便于装裱和 移动。
为了固定整个边框不变形, 便于悬挂或摆设, 本设计在边框拼块之间设 有固定结构, 由设于边框拼块背面的、 相互贯通凹槽和嵌入整个贯通的凹槽 中的固定条构成。 固定条可以采用塑胶或金属材料制成, 为了同时具备结构 性和重量小的要求, 优选铝合金制成。
为了便于移动, 本发明在于所述边框拼块正面及侧面上设有防滑纹。 便 于在移动时手的抓握, 不会滑落。
本发明增大了拼图拼片之间的接触面积, 使得拼片之间无需平面框架便 能够自连接, 不会因为移动而散开。 还进一步在拼图外侧设置边框结构, 和 边框固定结构, 使得外形美观, 便于移动。 边框由边框拼块构成, 便于携带, 能够与拼图一起生产, 并设有装饰条, 外形协调美观, 使得拼图成图之后更 具美感。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图 1所示的现有的拼图结构,拼图 1,由多块側面设有 Ω形凹凸结构拼 图拼片构成, 拼图 的一面印刷有图案。 由于采用纸质材料制成, 如图 2所 示, 在制作拼图的过程中是通过模具刀片 7直接在纸片上冲压, 形成如图中 所示拼图 Γ。 从图中可见, 纸质拼图 Γ的侧边连接的面积 2'很小, 其主要是 通过 Ω形凹凸结构形成的横向定位使结构不易散开, 而纵向基本上是没有力 支撑的, 因此无法移动。 因此, 如果需要将拼图 Γ进行移动或悬挂的话, 现 有技术一般借助如图 3所示的平面框架 3,来支撑整个拼图 1',使用十分麻烦, 且框架 3,与拼图 Γ的造型和颜色 搭配。
为此本发明设计了一种新型的平面拼图结构, 以下举例对此结构进行说 明。
实施例 1
本实施例设计的拼图结构从外形上看与现有的拼图结构没有太大区别, 如图 4所示, 拼图 1由多块侧面设有 Ω形凹凸结构拼图拼片构成。 拼图拼片 之间通过 Ω形凹凸结构进行连接, 起到限制其横向散开的作用。 从其剖面图 上看, 如图 5所示, 拼图 1的两片相邻拼图拼片的接触面积 2占到其相应接 触边侧面积的 75 %, 图中拼图拼片的接触高度 h为总高度 Η的 3/4; 塑胶拼 图拼片正面与所述接触边側面采用圆弧倒角过渡。 拼图拼片之间接触面积 2 大大增加, 从而增加了拼图拼片之间连接的结合力。 在拼图在拼合之后, 无 需固定装置, 即可连接固定。 拼图拼片采用塑胶材料制成能够保证多次使用 之后其接触面积不会改变, 保证结构的稳定性。 圓孤倒角过渡使得拼图具有 复古感的同时, 具备正反面识别功能, 且不易出现毛边。
本实施例还在拼图 1的外侧设有边框 3, 边框 3由多个边框拼块构成, 边框拼块之间设有连接结构, 如图 6所示的部分边框拼块结构。 本实施例的 边框拼块主要包括两种类型,如图中所示的边框拐角拼块 31和边框直线拼块 32。 边框拐角拼块 31—側 Ω形凹槽 312与边框直线拼块 32的 Ω形凸块 321 连接, 另一侧设有 Ω形凸块 311与另一边框直线拼块连接。边框直线拼块 32 的另一侧也设有 Ω形凸块 322用于连接另一边框直线拼块 33,依此类推,逐 步拼成一个方形的边框,如图 8所示。边框直线拼块 32在其内侧还设有与拼 图 1外层拼图拼片相配合的 Ω形凹槽 323, 其他边框直线拼块也同样具有这 样的 Ω形凹槽或凸块的结构, 拼成边框 3后, 在边框 3内侧形成与拼图 1配 合的凹凸结构, 如图 8所示。
构成边框 3的边框拼块的背面均设有凹槽 4, 边框 3拼合之后在边框 3 的背面形成沿边框 3分布的条形凹槽 4, 如图 7和图 9所示, 1HJ槽 4相互贯 通。 通过在边框 3背面贯通的凹槽 4内安装金属或塑胶固定条 5 , 能够起到 对整个边框 3进一步加固的作用, 如图 10所示。 拼合成图之后的结构如图 11所示,边框 3与拼图 1 自然一体,且无需多余的固定装置,整体连接性强, 方便了拼图的移动和悬挂。 边框 3上还设有防滑纹 34, 便于手动移动, 防止 滑落。
实施例 2
如图 12至 17所示, 本实施例的基本结构与实施例 1十分相似, 主要的 改良点在于所述边框 3与拼图 1相互配合连接凹凸结构上側设有装饰条 6。 结合图 12、 13所示, 装饰条 6同样拆成多块分别设置在各块边框拼块上。 如 边框直线拼块 32在其内侧还设有与拼图 1外层拼图拼片相配合的 Ω形四槽 323的上侧设有装饰条 6。 边框拐角拼块 31内侧增加与拼图 1外层拼图拼片 相配合的 Ω形凹槽 314和凸块 313 , 并在两者上侧设有装饰条 6。拼成边框 3 后, 在边框 3内侧形成与拼图 1配合的凹凸结构均掩盖在装饰条 6下面, 如 图 14所示。 边框固定的过程如图 15、 16所示, 原理与实施例 1相同。 拼合 成图后的结构如图 17所示, 边框 3与拼图 1拼合的结构均隐藏在装饰条 6 下面, 外形更加美观。
本方案并不局限于上述的两种结构, 任何增加拼图拼块之间的接触面积 来达到拼图自固定的结构均为本发明所要求保护的范围。

4.才艮据权利要求 3所述的平面拼图, 其特征在于所述边框内侧设有与拼 图外层塑胶拼图拼片相互配合连接的凹凸结构。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的平面拼图, 其特征在于所述边框拼块之间的连 接结构为设于边框拼块前端与末端与相邻边框拼块相互配合连接的凹凸结 构。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的平面拼图, 其特征在于所述边框与拼图相互配 合连接凹凸结构的上側覆盖有突起的装饰条。
7.根据权利要求 3或 4或 5或 6所述的平面拼图, 其特征在于所述边框 拼块之间设有固定结构。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的平面拼图, 其特征在于所述固定结构由设于边 框拼块背面的、 相互贯通 槽和嵌入整个贯通的凹槽中的固定奈构成。
9.根据权利要求 3或 4或 5或 6所述的平面拼图 , 其特征在于所述边框 拼块正面及侧面上设有防滑纹。
