Description
本发明是属于一种拼图,尤指一种携带式拼图组件,其边框上设有一替换拼块,该替换拼块可替换拼图内的图案拼块,藉此拼组边框内拼图的正确图案,此外,携带式拼图组件于使用时无须将任何拼块卸下搁置于他处。
目前的拼图种类包括平面拼图与立体拼图,已经是非常成熟的产品,能够吸引消费者注意力不外乎拼图的图案、形状以及拼接难度。
现有的平面拼图在拼接完成后,需要将完成的图案放入一特定的外框,该外框除了能固定完成的拼图之外,亦提供悬挂或摆放等功能。
然而,传统的拼图在拼凑时,须先将未拼凑的拼块杂乱无章的放置于一处,例如散布于一桌面上,慢慢将图案拼凑出,最后再将完成的整份图案并入外框内。如此,则难以在没有桌面的地方进行拼图。以致于使用者无法在户外或是火车之内,随兴的进行拼图游戏。如此则大幅降低了拼图的应用性。
本发明主要目的是提供一种携带式拼图组件,其边框上设有一替换拼块,该替换拼块可替换拼图内的图案拼块,藉此拼组边框内拼图的正确图案,此外,携带式拼图组件于使用时无须将任何拼块卸下搁置于他处。
为达上述目的,本发明携带式拼图组件的特征在于包含:
一边框,其上贯穿形成有一拼图开口,拼图开口内缘形成有复数第一结合元件;
一拼图,其至少一表面上形成有一图案,以可拆卸方式设置在边框的拼图开口内,且由复数图案拼块所组成,且各图案拼块具有复数与第一结合元件匹配的第二结合元件,以使图案拼块相互结合,并使位于拼图最外侧的图案拼块与边框开口内缘结合;以及
一替换拼块,其以可拆卸方式设置在边框一处上,且可替换其中一图案拼块,此外,替换拼块具有复数与第一结合元件匹配的第三结合元件。
藉由上述技术手段,携带式拼图组件于携带时是将全数图案拼块以及替换拼块全数组装在边框上。当使用者搭乘捷运、电车或是火车而欲使用携带式拼图组件时,可手持边框,并且以手指将替换拼块推出边框之外,接将该替换拼块放置对齐其中一图案拼块,并将替换拼块往下按压,使得替换拼块被压入拼图之中,且同时取代该图案拼块,使得该图案拼块被向下推出该拼图之外,此时,使用者可将被推出的图案拼块继续对齐另一图案拼块,重复上述的按压、推出等动作,直到完整拼出图案。当完整拼出图案后,替换拼块则会是多余的,使用者可将替换拼块放回边框上。即使使用者没有完成图案的拼组,亦可将手上的图案拼块或是替换拼块放回边框上,等待下次使用携带式拼图组件时再将其取出进行拼组步骤。藉此,使用者于使用携带式拼图组件时无须拆卸整个拼图,一次只要取下一个图案拼块或是替换拼块来进行替换动作,因此可以手持方式使用而无须依赖桌面,于贮藏或是携带时,亦是以完整组装的携带式拼图组件进行贮藏或是携带,无须拆卸为凌乱的零件,因此,可提高了使用与携带的便利性。
前述各图案拼块是具有相同的外形;该替换拼块的外形与各图案拼块的外形相同;被替换拼块所替换的图案拼块,则放置于替换拼块原所在之处。
前述拼图的二相对表面上分别形成有一不同图案,当其中一图案拼组完成时,另一图案则分解为不连续的无序局部图块状态。
前述边框具有一框架以及一握持板,该握持板自框架一端突伸出,在握持板上贯穿形成有一放置孔以供该替换拼块或是其中一图案拼块以可拆卸方式设置于该放置孔内。
前述边框握持板的放置孔外形与各图案拼块外形相同,且与替换拼块外形相同。
前述替换拼块不具图案。
前述边框具有一框架以及一握持板,该握持板自框架一端突伸出,在握持板上贯穿形成有一放置孔以供该替换拼块放置于该放置孔内,在握持板上贯穿形成有至少一暂时存放孔以供被替换拼块换下的拼图拼块放置于该暂时存放孔内;图案拼块区分为数组而令每组图案拼块具有不同轮廓,该替换拼块的轮廓是所有图案拼块轮廓的交集。
前述暂时存放孔的轮廓为所有图案拼块轮廓的联集。
前述边框具有一外定位槽以及至少一对内定位槽,该外定位槽形成在边框的外边缘上,该对内定位槽形成在外边缘的两相对内侧缘上,且位于边框其中一面;一说明卡,以可拆卸方式设置在外定位槽上或者设置在两内定位槽上。

请参照图1到图3,本发明携带式拼图组件第一实施例的特征在于包含:一边框10、一拼图20以及一替换拼块30。

于较佳实施例之中,该复数第一结合元件111、112可为复数凹槽与复数凹槽匹配的凸块;该复数第二结合元件211、212可为复数凹槽与复数凹槽匹配的凸块;该复数第三结合元件301、302可为复数凹槽与复数凹槽匹配的凸块。
请进一步参照图4到图5,藉由上述技术手段,携带式拼图组件于携带时是将全数图案拼块21以及替换拼块30全数组装在边框10上。当使用者搭乘捷运、电车或是火车而欲使用携带式拼图组件时,可手持边框10,并且以手指将替换拼块30推出边框10之外,接将该替换拼块30放置对齐其中一图案拼块21,并将替换拼块30往下按压,使得替换拼块30被压入拼图20之中,且同时取代该图案拼块21,使得该图案拼块21被向下推出该拼图20之外,此时,使用者可将被推出的图案拼块21继续对齐另一图案拼块21,重复上述的按压、推出等动作,直到完整拼出图案200、200a。当完整拼出图案200、200a后,替换拼块30则会是多余的,使用者可将替换拼块30放回边框10上。即使使用者没有完成图案200、200a的拼组,亦可将手上的图案拼块21或是替换拼块30放回边框10上,等待下次使用携带式拼图组件时再将其取出进行拼组步骤。
藉此,使用者于使用携带式拼图组件时无须拆卸整个拼图20,一次只要取下一个图案拼块21或是替换拼块30来进行替换动作,因此可以手持方式使用而无须依赖桌面,于贮藏或是携带时,亦是以完整组装的携带式拼图组件进行贮藏或是携带,无须拆卸为凌乱的零件,因此,可提高了使用与携带的便利性。
请参照图6到图9,本发明携带式拼图组件第二实施例与第一实施例相似,具有一边框10a、一拼图20a、一替换拼块30a、一说明卡40以及一立架50。
请进一步参照图10与图11,该边框10a具有一放置孔13a、至少一暂时存放孔15、一外定位槽101、至少一对内定位槽102以及一放置槽105。
该放置孔13a与暂时存放孔105贯穿形成在边框10a的握持板12上。
该外定位槽101形成在边框的外边缘上,可为矩形。该对内定位槽102形成在外边缘的两相对内侧缘上,且位于边框其中一面(正面或是反面)。此外,该放置槽105形成在边框10a的外边缘上。
请进一步参照图12以及图18到图21,拼图20a的各图案拼块21a、21b的正面与反面的至少其中一面上突出形成有一辅助肋条215。当拼图20a拼凑完成时,位于同一面的辅助肋条215组合成一预设的特定图形,该预设的特定图形可为较图案200、200a简单许多且易辨识、易推测的,例如可为一组同心圆。藉此,使用者可根据该预设的图形,以有逻辑性的方式推测图案拼块21a、21b应当如何正确拼凑。藉此可令使用者容易拼凑出图案200、200a。
请进一步参照图,图案拼块21a、21b区分为数组而令每组图案拼块21a、21b具有不同轮廓。而边框10a的暂时存放孔15可供容纳各种不同轮廓的图案拼块21a、21b。当然,该暂时存放孔15的轮廓是所有不同图案拼块21a、21b的轮廓的联集,如此才能令该暂时存放孔15容纳各种图案拼块21a、21b。
请进一步参照图16与图17,该替换拼块30a不具有任何图案,可替换任一图案拼块21a、21b而安装在拼图20a之中。为了能让替换拼块30a顺利替换任何一种图案拼块21a、21b,该替换拼块30a的轮廓必须是所有图案拼块21a、21b轮廓的交集。
该说明卡40,以可拆卸方式设置在外定位槽101上或者设置在两内定位槽102上。该说明卡40上可记载有本发明的使用方式,或者印制有本发明拼组完整的图案200、200a,以供使用者参考。当携带或是存放本发明携带式拼图时,可将说明卡40插设在两内定位槽102上,说明卡40可于内定位槽内102滑动,如图7与图8所示。当将说明卡40插设在外定位槽101时,使用者可一边进行拼图游戏,一边于观看说明卡40时,可将说明卡40插设于外定位槽101上,如图9所示。
请进一步参照图13到图15,该立架50以可旋转方式设置在边框10a的外边缘上,可内缩而收容于该放置槽15内,立架50旋转到相对边框10a呈垂直状态时,可摆设于桌面令边框10a呈一站立的状态。此外,立架50可具有一枢轴51、一杆部52、一尾部53以及一轴承500。该枢轴51以可旋转方式设置在边框10a内。该杆部52自枢轴51处垂直突伸。该尾部53形成在杆部52一端而相对该枢轴51,且可较杆部52宽以方便手指拨取。
Claims (12)
- 一种携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,包含:一边框,其上贯穿形成有一拼图开口,拼图开口内缘形成有复数第一结合元件;一拼图,其至少一表面上形成有一图案,以可拆卸方式设置在边框的拼图开口内,且由复数图案拼块所组成,且各图案拼块具有复数与第一结合元件匹配的第二结合元件,以使图案拼块相互结合,并使位于拼图最外侧的图案拼块与边框开口内缘结合;以及一替换拼块,其以可拆卸方式设置在边框一处上,该替换拼块的外形与各图案拼块的外形相同,且可替换其中一图案拼块,并使该被替换的图案拼块放置于替换拼块原所在之处,此外,替换拼块具有复数与第一结合元件匹配的第三结合元件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,所述拼图的二相对表面上分别形成有一不同图案,当其中一图案拼组完成时,另一图案则分解为不连续的无序局部图块状态。
- 根据权利要求2所述的携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,所述边框具有一框架以及一握持板,该握持板自框架一端突伸出,在握持板上贯穿形成有一放置孔以供该替换拼块或是其中一图案拼块以可拆卸方式设置于该放置孔内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,所述边框握持板的放置孔外形与各图案拼块外形相同,且与替换拼块外形相同。
- 根据权利要求4所述的携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,所述替换拼块不具图案。
- 根据权利要求5所述的携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,所述复数第一结合元件为复数凹槽与复数凹槽匹配的凸块;该复数第二结合元件为复数凹槽与复数凹槽匹配的凸块;该复数第三结合元件为复数凹槽与复数凹槽匹配的凸块。
- 根据权利要求1所述的携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,所述边框具有一框架以及一握持板,该握持板自框架一端突伸出,在握持板上贯穿形成有一放置孔以供该替换拼块放置于该放置孔内,在握持板上贯穿形成有至少一暂时存放孔以供被替换拼块换下的拼图拼块放置于该暂时存放孔内;图案拼块区分为数组而令每组图案拼块具有不同轮廓,该替换拼块的轮廓是所有图案拼块轮廓的交集。
- 根据权利要求7所述的携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,所述暂时存放孔的轮廓为所有图案拼块轮廓的联集。
- 根据权利要求8所述的携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,所述边框具有一外定位槽以及至少一对内定位槽,该外定位槽形成在边框的外边缘上,该对内定位槽形成在外边缘的两相对内侧缘上,且位于边框其中一面;一说明卡,以可拆卸方式设置在外定位槽上或者设置在两内定位槽上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,所述各图案拼块的正面与反面的至少其中一面上突出形成有一辅助肋条,当拼图拼凑完成时,位于同一面的辅助肋条组合成一预设的特定图形。
- 根据权利要求10所述的携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,所述边框具有一放置槽,该放置槽形成在边框的外边缘上;一立架以可旋转方式设置在边框的外边缘上,可内缩而收容于该放置槽内,立架旋转到相对边框呈垂直状态时,可令边框呈一站立的状态。
- 根据权利要求11所述的携带式拼图组件,其特征在于,所述立架具有一枢轴、一杆部、一尾部以及一轴承。该枢轴以可旋转方式设置在边框内,该杆部自枢轴处垂直突伸,该尾部形成在杆部一端而相对该枢轴,且较杆部宽。
