Abstract

【課題】スイッチング方式を採用した上で、大電力化が可能であり、高効率の太陽電池の正確なI-V特性測定を行うことが可能であり、ランプのアーク放電を維持する時間を長くすることができる、疑似太陽光生成装置を提供する。 【解決手段】制御回路70の充電制御により、商用電源11に接続される充電電源12から、電気二重層蓄電器および電力制御回路20に電力が供給され、充電が行われる。そして、電気二重層蓄電器および電力制御回路20の充電が完了した後、制御回路70によってスイッチング方式昇圧電源回路30を制御し、所定の電圧を平滑コンデンサー38に蓄電させ、フラッシュランプ50の点灯が行われる。
