L'invention concerne une composition synergique ostéogénique comprenant au moins un facteur de croissance ostéogénique, et au moins un facteur de croissance, ayant un pouvoir chémo-attractant, et angiogénique. Elle concerne également son procédé de préparation et son utilisation pour la préparation et la fabrication de produits pharmaceutiques destinés à la reconstruction ou régénération osseuse sous formes de compositions topiques par exemple implants, pâtes ou gels.
