另外,处理单元显示的关联书签操作界面及处理逻辑可以是本地生成的, 即本地内置的, 也可能是提供单元提供的, 即在提供单元发送给处理单元的 关联书签指示消息中携带了关联书签操作界面描述及操作逻辑描述, 例如, 书签操作界面使用超文本标记语言 ( HTML )描述, 操作逻辑使用编程 ( JAVA ) 脚本描述等, 处理单元按照该描述进行处理。
步骤 104、 发送上述书签列表, 以便在设置有书签的位置点显示书签信 息。
该步操作为可选操作, 但该步骤同步骤 103不存在先后执行顺序, 二者 可并列执行;
提供单元得到关联书签列表后, 可以发送携带关联书签列表的关联书签 指示消息给显示控制单元; 显示控制单元接收到关联书签指示消息后, 获取 与播放的节目内容关联的书签列表, 在与书签列表中的书签项对应的节目内 容上的位置点进入播放状态时, 控制进行对应的书签信息的显示处理, 显示 的书签信息包括显示该位置点设置有书签及书签的信息, 例如书签的名称、 书签的描述信息等; 书签信息的显示, 就是要在终端播放媒体内容时, 显示 界面上同步显示对应的书签的信息; 显示控制单元处理书签信息的显示控制 包括两个步骤: 书签信息显示的触发和书签信息显示的执行, 其中, 书签信 息显示的触发, 就是显示控制单元检测到当前播放的位置点设置有书签, 即 该位置点对应到关联书签列表上的一个书签, 或显示控制单元检测到关联书 签列表中的书签项对应的节目内容上的位置点进入播放状态, 启动书签信息 显示的执行。 而节目内容上的位置点, 往往是使用时间来表示的, 例如正常 播放时间 (Norma l Play Time, npt ) 时间, 这就需要显示控制单元能够感知 到当前播放的节目内容对应的时间点, 即 np t时间, 并在节目内容播放过程 中, 感知到 npt时间的变化。 目前, 在提供媒体内容的媒体服务器(MF)上及 播放媒体内容的用户终端设备上可以直接感知到节目内容播放时的 npt 时 间。 因此, 显示控制单元可以位于这两个实体中,显示控制单元感知 npt时间 的变化可以使用现有技术, 在此不详述。
另外, 显示控制单元在 npt时间变化过程中, 检测 npt时间是否与关联 书签列表中的书签项吻合, 如果吻合, 例如, 当前的 npt时间与书签项的 npt 时间值一致, 获取该关联书签项信息, 触发书签信息显示的执行。 书签信息 显示的执行, 可以有两种方式: 一种是在播放的节目内容媒体流中包含书签 信息的显示, 例如, 将要显示的书签信息直接合成到媒体内容的视频画面中, 播放终端正常进行节目内容的播放就可完成书签信息的显示, 不需要作额外 的显示处理; 另一种方式是, 书签信息显示不包含在媒体流中, 即不合成在 媒体画面中, 由播放终端进行显示的处理, 例如传送需要显示的书签信息, 由播放终端在视频画面上进行额外的显示处理, 例如在视频画面上叠加显示 或在其他附属设备中显示, 例如在智能遥控器的显示界面上进行显示; 要显 示的书签信息的发送, 可以是随媒体流发送的, 也可以是不随媒体流发送, 使用另外的独立通道发送。
上述书签业务处理方法, 可以在用户正常播放节目内容时, 提示用户与 该节目内容相关联的书签, 从而方便用户执行书签跳转等操作; 同时可以在 节目内容播放到设置有书签的位置点时, 显示对应的书签信息, 从而方便了 用户的操作, 提高了用户的体验度和满意度。
如图 2所示, 为本发明书签业务处理系统实施例的结构示意图, 该系统 包括: 触发单元 1 , 用于发送书签关联触发消息; 提供单元 2 , 用于根据上述 书签关联触发消息获取与节目内容关联的书签列表, 并发送上述书签列表; 处理单元 3 , 用于根据上述书签列表显示与节目内容关联的书签操作界面, 执行书签操作。
另外, 为了使用户可以在设置有书签的位置点感知书签的相关信息, 上 述书签业务处理系统还可以包括: 显示控制单元 4 , 用于根据上述书签列表 控制当节目内容播放到设置有书签的位置点时显示书签信息。且在 IMS ba s ed IPTV系统中, 触发单元可以位于 VoD业务服务器 VoD AS、 直播电视节目业务 服务器 LTV AS或其他的业务服务器, 还可以位于用户终端设备 UE ; 提供单 元可以位于 VoD业务服务器 VoD AS、 直播电视节目业务服务器 LTV AS、 书签 业务服务器、 推荐业务服务器、 或其他的业务服务器, 还可以位于用户终端 设备 UE; 当然, 关联书签提供单元与书签关联触发单元可以位于同一个物理 实体中, 例如位于同一个 VoD AS 或 LTV AS中; 处理单元可以位于用户终端 设备 UE , 当然, 处理单元与提供单元也可以位于同一个物理实体中, 例如位 于用户终端设备 UE中; 显示控制单元可以位于用户终端设备 UE和媒体服务 器 MF等实体中, 当然, 处理单元与显示控制单元也可以位于同一个物理实体 中, 例如位于用户终端设备 UE中。
进一步地, 上述触发单元还可以包括: 检测模块, 用于检测到触发事件 后, 判断该触发事件是否满足书签关联触发条件; 发送模块, 用于当上述触 发事件满足书签关联触发条件时, 发送书签关联触发消息。 上述提供单元可 以包括: 信息获取单元, 用于根据上述书签关联触发消息, 获取节目内容相 关信息和用户标识, 上述节目内容相关信息包括节目内容标识或频道标识; 书签列表获取单元, 用于根据上述用户标识和节目内容相关信息, 获取用户 标识对应的用户与节目内容关联的书签列表, 其中, 上述的节目内容由节目 内容相关信息标识。 并且, 上述信息获取单元也可以包括: 第一获取模块, 用于从书签关联触发消息中获取节目内容相关信息和 /或用户标识; 或, 第 二获取模块, 用于根据书签关联触发消息中携带的会话标识进行查询, 获取 节目内容相关信息和 /或用户标识。 上述书签列表获取单元也可以包括: 直接 获取模块, 用于根据上述用户标识和内容相关信息查询书签数据库, 获取与 节目内容关联的书签列表; 间接获取模块, 用于根据用户标识查询书签数据 库获得书签数据, 将书签数据中的书签项与节目内容相关信息进行匹配, 获 得与节目内容关联的书签项, 得到书签列表。 上述显示控制单元可以包括: 触发模块, 用于检测设置有书签的位置点进入播放状态; 显示控制模块, 用 于当检测到设置有书签的位置点进入播放状态时, 控制显示书签信息, 其中 上述书签信息包括书签名称和书签的描述信息。
上述书签业务处理系统, 通过处理单元使在正常播放节目内容时, 可以 提示用户与该节目内容相关联的书签, 从而方便用户执行书签跳转等操作; 同时, 通过显示控制单元使用户在设置有书签的位置点可以感知书签的相关 信息, 从而方便了用户的操作, 提高了用户的体验度和满意度。
如图 3所示, 为本发明书签业务处理方法实施例一的信令流程图,其中, 触发单元和提供单元位于 VoD AS , 处理单元和显示控制单元位于用户终端设 备 UE中, 该方法包括:

其中, 上述书签操作界面可以在已有的节目播放界面上显示, 也可以在 单独的显示设备上显示, 如在智能遥控器上进行显示。 上述书签业务处理装 置可以为用户终端设备, 例如, 在书签业务处理方法实施例一至实施例六中, 书签业务处理装置均为 UE , 书签业务处理装置根据接收的与节目内容相关联 的书签列表执行书签操作, 详见相应的书签业务处理方法实施例。
上述书签业务处理装置, 根据接收的与节目内容相关联的书签列表执行 书签操作, 并提示用户与该节目内容相关联的书签, 从而方便用户执行书签 跳转等操作。
如图 12所示, 为本发明书签业务控制装置实施例的结构示意图,该装置 包括: 显示控制单元 4 , 用于根据上述书签列表控制当节目内容播放到设置 有书签的位置点时显示书签信息。
其中, 上述显示控制单元 4可以包括: 触发模块 41 , 用于检测节目内 容设置有书签的位置点进入播放状态; 显示控制模块 42 , 用于当检测到设置 有书签的位置点进入播放状态时, 控制显示书签信息, 其中上述书签信息包 括书签名称和书签的描述信息。 上述显示控制单元检测到当前播放的位置点 设置有书签, 即该位置点对应到关联书签列表上的一个书签, 或者说显示控 制单元检测到关联书签列表中的书签项对应的节目内容上的位置点进入播放 状态, 启动书签信息显示的执行。
书签信息显示的执行, 可以有两种方式: 一种是在播放的节目内容媒体 流中包含书签信息的显示, 例如, 将要显示的书签信息直接合成到媒体内容 的视频画面中,播放终端正常进行节目内容的播放就可完成书签信息的展示, 不需要作额外的显示处理; 另一种方式是, 书签信息显示不包含在媒体流中, 即不合成在媒体画面中, 由播放终端进行显示的处理, 例如传送需要显示的 书签信息, 由播放终端在视频画面上进行额外的显示处理, 例如在视频画面 上叠加显示, 或在其他附属设备中显示, 例如在智能遥控器的显示界面上进 行显示。 要显示的书签信息的发送, 可以是随媒体流发送的, 也可以是不随 媒体流发送, 如使用另外的独立通道发送等。
另外, 上述书签业务控制装置可以为媒体服务器或用户终端设备, 例如, 在书签业务处理方法实施例一至实施例四和实施例六中, 书签业务处理装置 均为 UE , 在书签业务处理方法实施例五中, 书签业务处理装置为媒体服务器 VoD MF , 书签业务控制装置根据接收的与节目内容相关联的书签列表控制当 节目内容播放到设置有书签的位置点时显示书签信息的相关操作, 详见相应 的书签业务处理方法实施例。
上述书签业务控制装置, 可以使用户在设置有书签的位置点感知书签的 相关信息, 从而方便了用户的操作, 提高了用户的体验度和满意度。
如图 1 3所示, 为本发明书签业务提供装置实施例二的结构示意图, 该 装置是本发明业务提供装置实施例一的结构扩展, 在业务提供装置实施例一 的基石出上, 本实施例的业务提供装置还包括: 接收单元 5 , 用于接收书签关 联触发消息; 另外, 提供单元 2根据上述接收单元 5接收的书签关联触发消 息获取与节目内容关联的书签列表, 并发送上述书签列表。
由于提供单元 2 的具体结构及相关操作与本发明书签业务提供装置实施 例一相同, 在此不贅述。
上述书签业务提供装置, 通过获取节目内容相关信息及书签数据, 进行匹 配生成与节目内容相关联的书签列表, 并将上述书签列表发送给其他单元, 以便其他单元根据上述书签列表进行后续书签业务处理。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种书签业务处理方法, 其特征在于包括:
接收书签关联触发消息;
根据所述书签关联触发消息获取与节目内容关联的书签列表; 发送所述书签列表, 所述书签列表用于显示与节目内容关联的书签操作 界面, 执行书签操作。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的书签业务处理方法, 其特征在于所述书签列 表还用于根据所述书签列表控制当节目内容播放到设置有书签的位置点时显 示书签信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的书签业务处理方法, 其特征在于所述接 收书签关联触发消息包括:
接收包括操作事件的书签关联触发消息, 其中, 所述操作事件包括操作 请求事件和操作结果事件。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的书签业务处理方法, 其特征在于所述根据所 述书签关联触发消息获取与节目内容关联的书签列表包括:
根据所述书签关联触发消息, 获取节目内容相关信息和用户标识; 根据所述用户标识和节目内容相关信息, 获取用户标识对应的用户与节 目内容关联的书签列表, 其中, 所述的节目内容由节目内容相关信息标识。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的书签业务处理方法, 其特征在于所述根据所 述书签关联触发消息, 获取节目内容相关信息包括:
从书签关联触发消息中获取节目内容相关信息; 或,
根据书签关联触发消息中携带的会话标识进行查询, 获取节目内容相关 信息;
所述根据所述书签关联触发消息, 获取用户标识包括:
从书签关联触发消息中获取用户标识; 或,
根据书签关联触发消息中携带的会话标识进行查询, 获取用户标识。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的书签业务处理方法, 其特征在于所述根据所 述用户标识和节目内容相关信息, 获取用户标识对应的用户与节目内容关联 的书签列表包括:
根据所述用户标识和内容相关信息查询书签数据库, 获取与节目内容关 联的书签列表;
根据用户标识查询书签数据库获得书签数据, 将书签数据中的书签项与 节目内容相关信息进行匹配, 获得与节目内容关联的书签项, 得到书签列表。
7、 一种书签业务处理系统, 其特征在于包括:
触发单元, 用于发送书签关联触发消息;
提供单元, 用于根据所述书签关联触发消息获取与节目内容关联的书签 列表, 并发送所述书签列表;
处理单元, 用于根据所述书签列表显示与节目内容关联的书签操作界面, 执行书签操作。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的书签业务处理系统, 其特征在于还包括: 显示控制单元, 用于根据所述书签列表控制当节目内容播放到设置有书 签的位置点时显示书签信息。
9、 一种书签业务提供装置, 其特征在于包括:
接收单元, 用于接收书签关联触发消息;
提供单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的书签关联触发消息获取与节目内 容关联的书签列表, 并发送所述书签列表。
1 0、 根据权利要求 9所述的书签业务提供装置,其特征在于所述提供单 元包括:
信息获取单元, 用于根据所述书签关联触发消息, 获取节目内容相关信 息和用户标识;
书签列表获取单元, 用于根据所述用户标识和节目内容相关信息, 获取 用户标识对应的用户与节目内容关联的书签列表, 其中, 所述的节目内容由 节目内容相关信息标识。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的书签业务提供装置, 其特征在于所述信息 获取单元包括:
第一获取模块,用于从书签关联触发消息中获取节目内容相关信息和 /或 用户标识; 或,
第二获取模块,用于根据书签关联触发消息中携带的会话标识进行查询, 获取节目内容相关信息和 /或用户标识。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的书签业务提供装置, 其特征在于所述书签 列表获取单元包括:
直接获取模块,用于根据所述用户标识和内容相关信息查询书签数据库, 获取与节目内容关联的书签列表;
间接获取模块, 用于根据用户标识查询书签数据库获得书签数据, 将书 签数据中的书签项与节目内容相关信息进行匹配, 获得与节目内容关联的书 签项, 得到书签列表。
1 3、 根据权利要求 9-12任一所述的书签业务提供装置, 其特征在于所 述书签业务提供装置为视频点播业务服务器、 直播电视节目业务服务器、 书 签业务服务器、 推荐业务服务器或用户终端设备。
