本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种业务状态信息显示和发 送方法、 用户终端设备和业务处理单元。 背景技术
IP多媒体子系统(以下简称: IMS ) 由第三代移动通信标准化伙伴项目 ( 3rd Generation Partnership Project; 以下简称: 3GPP )标准定义, 是 3G ( 3rd Generation )移动网实现分组话音和分组数据, 并提供统一的多媒体业务和应 用的目标网絡。 IMS釆用 IP分组域作为其控制信令和媒体传输的承载通道, 釆用会话发起协议( Session Initiation Protocol; 以下简称: SIP )作为呼叫控 制信令, 实现了业务管理、 会话控制及承载接入的三者分离。 其中, SIP协议 是用于建立、 更改和终止多媒体会话或呼叫的应用层控制协议, 这些多媒体 会话包括多媒体会议、 远程教学、 因特网电话等, 它的核心由 IETF标准组织 定义。
IP电视( IP Television; 以下简称: IPTV )是一种在 IP网絡上传送包含 电视、 视频、 文本、 图形和数据等, 并提供服务质量 /体验质量保证、 安全、 交互性和可靠性的可管理的多媒体业务。 用户可以在家中使用个人计算机或 者釆用机顶盒与普通电视机相互结合的方式享受 IPTV业务, 也可以通过移 动终端享受 IPTV业务。 IPTV以 IP包的形式来传递单播、广播或组播视频节 目,正受到电信运营商越来越多的关注, 目前, ETSI标准组织下属的 TISPAN ( Telecommunications and Internet Converged Services and Protocols for Advanced Networking )正在研究基于 IMS网絡的 IPTV。
状态呈现业务( Presence )是一种实现通知一个用户关于另一个用户的可 达性、 可用性和通信意愿的业务。 它提供大量实时的用户优先选择状态、 用 户终端状态以及一些用户业务的状态信息。 状态呈现业务能够显示出其他用 户是否在线, 若在线则显示他们的状态是空闲还是繁忙, 还可让用户给出通 信方式和通信能力的详细信息, 例如是否具有音频、 视频、 即时消息等能力 等。 当一个用户的状态呈现信息如果显示用户状态为 "会议进行中" 并且支 持 SMS, 其它用户则可以通过 SMS向该用户提供业务, 而不会打扰他的会 议工作。
状态呈现业务主要作用是获取并呈现订阅该业务的用户信息。 一个观察 者可以通过使用 "SUBSCRIBE" 订阅单个资源, 当订阅被接受时, 状态服务 器将返回该资源的状态信息; 观察者还可以通过使用 SUBSCRIBE向资源列 表服务器( RLS )请求订阅一个资源列表,资源列表服务器再使用 SUBSCRIBE 订阅资源列表中的每个资源, 当订阅被接受时, 资源列表服务器就会返回该 列表中每个资源的状态信息。 此外, 不同的观察者可以获得不同级别和不同 范围的在线状态信息, 这意味着不同的观察者可以被授权观看在线状态实体 的在线状态信息的不同部分, 在线状态实体使用可扩展标记语言配置访问协 议 ( The Extensible Markup Language Configuration Access Protocol; 简称: XCAP ) 定义的方案以许可声明的形式设置这些授权。
在基于 IMS的 IPTV业务中, 目前标准组织 TISPAN对 IPTV状态呈现 业务的规范只定义到用户终端发布广播(Broadcast ; 以下简称: BC )频道 标识、 BC节目标识、 点播( Content on Demand; 以下简称: CoD )内容标识、 个人视频录制 ( Person Vedio Recorder; 以下简称: nPVR ) 内容标识。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现: 从 TISPAN组织的 IPTV状态呈现 业务规范可以看出, 现有技术至少存在如下缺点: 观察者只能查看最新的 IPTV业务状态信息; 且仅能查看直播业务、 CoD业务和 nPVR业务三个基本 业务的 IPTV业务状态信息;观察者只能查看 IPTV业务状态信息的文本内容; 而且没有考虑当被观察者频道内节目发生变化时, 网絡同时向所有在该频道 内的观察者发送节目变化通知消息, 可能引起瞬间网絡通信量过大, 导致消 息风 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种业务状态信息显示和发送方法、 用户终端设备 和业务处理单元, 用以解决现有技术中仅能查看被观察者用户终端的较为 简单的 IPTV业务状态基本信息, 实现能够查看较为丰富的 IPTV业务状 态信息。
本发明实施例提供一种业务状态信息显示方法, 包括:
接收根据订阅请求发送的通知消息, 所述通知消息包括被观察者用户 终端的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息,所述 IPTV 业务状态详细信息包括 IPTV业务状态基本信息, 还包括节目推荐信息和 / 或节目描述信息;
根据发送的所述订阅请求, 显示所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息。

本发明实施例提供的业务状态信息显示和发送方法、 用户终端设备和 业务处理单元, 用户终端可以查看被观察者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态历 史信息, 并能够显示节目标题等详细节目描述信息, 通过扩展 IPTV业务 状态基本信息, 为用户提供更全更详细的业务状态信息, 提高业务服务质 量。 附图说明

图 1为本发明 IPTV业务状态呈现网絡架构实施例示意图, 如图 1所示, 该网絡架构中包括观察者用户终端、 IPTV 业务状态上报实体和 IPTV状态呈 现业务处理单元, 其中, 观察者用户终端用于发送 IPTV业务状态订阅请求、 发送 IPTV业务状态历史信息订阅请求、发送对 IPTV业务状态指定节目的视 频观看 /预览请求、发送获取观看指定节目好友名单请求,以及其它基于 IPTV 业务状态信息的增强应用请求; 并接收和处理 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元 发送的 IPTV业务状态的通知消息。观察者用户终端可以是 IPTV用户终端或 IMS用户终端,与 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元之间的 E1接口协议包括但不 限于 SIP协议、 HTTP协议、 其他标准协议或私有协议。
IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元用于处理观察者用户终端发送的 IPTV业务 状态信息订阅请求和 IPTV 业务状态历史信息订阅请求、 用于接收并保存 IPTV 业务状态上报实体上报的 IPTV业务状态基本信息、 节目推荐信息、 节 目描述信息,用于发送 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV业务状态历史信息给 观察者用户终端, IPTV业务状态详细信息包括上述的 IPTV业务状态基本信 息、节目推荐信息和节目描述信息。 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元存储的 IPTV 业务状态基本信息包括但不限于 BC频道标识、 BC节目标识、 CoD内容标识、 nPVR内容标识、用户生成内容( Consumer Originated Video;以下简称: CoV ) 的内容标识、 游戏业务标识等。 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元可以位于现有 网絡实体或新增网絡实体, 如状态呈现服务器、 网絡应用服务器、 业务控制 功能实体等。
IPTV 业务状态上报实体可以用于设置 IPTV 业务状态详细信息上报策 略, 并根据上报策略进行过滤, 有选择的上报 IPTV业务状态详细信息; 可 以用于设置和上报 IPTV业务状态详细信息订阅策略; 可以用于设置和上报 对当前 IPTV节目的节目推荐信息; 用于上报 IPTV业务状态详细信息。 IPTV 业务状态上报实体可以位于 IPTV用户终端或网絡实体, 如业务控制功能实 体、 媒体功能实体、 资源接入控制子系统等, 与 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单 元之间的 E2接口协议包括但不限于 SIP协议、 HTTP协议、 其它标准协议或 私有协议。
图 2为本发明业务状态信息显示方法实施例流程图, 如图 2所示, 该方 法包括:
步骤 100,接收根据订阅请求发送的通知消息, 所述通知消息包括被观察 者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息, 所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息包括 IPTV业务状态基本信息, 还包括节目推荐信息 和 /或节目描述信息;
当观察者用户终端需要查看某个用户终端的 IPTV 业务状态详细信息或 IPTV业务状态历史信息时,可以向 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元发送订阅请 求, 根据观察者用户终端所请求订阅的信息的不同, 发送的订阅请求也不同。 订阅请求包括以下类型, 一种订阅请求包括对业务状态详细信息或业务状态 历史信息的订阅指示信息和所述被观察者用户终端的身份标识; 另一种订阅 请求包括对业务状态详细信息和业务状态历史信息的订阅指示信息和所述被 观察者用户终端的身份标识; 而且当观察者用户终端需要查看被观察者用户 终端的某一时段的 IPTV业务状态历史信息时, 还可以在对业务状态历史信 息的订阅请求中携带订阅业务状态历史信息的时间段指示信息, 指示要订阅 该时间段内的 IPTV业务状态历史信息。
也就是说观察者用户终端可以发起 IPTV业务状态详细信息订阅过程,还 可以发起 IPTV业务状态历史信息订阅过程。观察者用户终端发起 IPTV业务 状态详细信息订阅过程时, 发送的 "SIP SUBSCRIBE" 请求中包括对 IPTV 业务状态详细信息的订阅指示信息和被观察者的身份标识, 订阅指示信息可 以是设置 "Event" 头域事件值为 "iptvpresence" 。 观察者用户终端接收 IPTV 状态呈现业务处理单元根据对 IPTV业务状态详细信息的订阅请求发送的通 知消息, 所述通知消息包括所述观察者用户终端的、 与所述订阅请求对应的 IPTV业务状态详细信息, 所述的 IPTV业务状态详细信息包括 IPTV业务状 态基本信息、 被观察者对节目的推荐信息和 /或节目描述信息, 所述的 IPTV 业务状态基本信息即为现有的未经过扩展的 IPTV 业务状态的信息; 所述的 节目推荐信息即为被观察者对所看节目的推荐描述信息, 其中包括所推荐节 目的节目标识信息, 和用户对该节目的评价信息, 所述评价信息例如 "集结 号非常值得观看! " 等; 所述的节目描述信息为 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单 元向观察者用户终端发送关于特定节目的详细描述信息, 如节目等级、 参演 人员信息等。 上述的现有的 IPTV业务状态基本信息和节目推荐信息和 /或节 目描述信息共同组成了 IPTV 业务状态详细信息。 通过发送信息的扩展, 丰 富了 IPTV业务状态信息, 使得用户终端接收到的信息更加详细, 提高服务 质量。
在观察者用户终端仅订阅了 IPTV业务状态详细信息的情况下,在同一次 的订阅会话过程中, 观察者用户终端可以通过接收 IPTV状态呈现业务处理 单元发送的更新通知消息, 获得被观察者用户终端的当前的业务状态详细信 息。
观察者用户终端发起 IPTV业务状态历史信息订阅过程时,可以发起独立 的 IPTV业务状态历史信息订阅过程,还可以在发起 IPTV业务状态详细信息 订阅过程的同时发起 IPTV业务状态历史信息订阅过程。 观察者用户终端发 起对一个被观察者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态历史信息订阅过程中,发送" SIP SUBSCRIBE" 请求, 请求中通过身份标识指明是对该被观察者用户终端的 IPTV 业务状态历史信息订阅, 订阅指示信息可以为扩展 "Event" 头域事件 为 "iptvpresencelist" 。 进一步还可以指明 IPTV业务状态历史信息的时间段, 比如一天内的历史信息、一星期内的历史信息, 或前一个星期的历史信息等, 未指明时间段则默认为 IPTV 业务状态详细信息的有效期或根据系统本地策 略决定, 这可以通过扩展 "SUBSCRIBE" 请求中的头域来实现, 比如增加一 个 "Duration" 头域, 包含 "begin" 和 "end" 两个参数, 分别用于设置起始 时间和结束时间; 或者在 "Event" 事件头域中包含一个可以指定时间段的参 数。 观察者用户终端接收 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元根据对业务状态历史 信息的订阅请求发送的通知消息,所述通知消息包括所述观察者用户终端的、 与所述订阅请求对应的业务状态历史信息。
观察者用户终端在发起 IPTV业务状态详细信息订阅初始会话时,同时包 括对 IPTV业务状态历史信息的订阅, 发送 "SIP SUBSCRIBE" 请求, 请求 中指明包括对被观察者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态历史信息订阅, 订阅指示 信息可以是扩展 "Event" 事件头域事件为 "iptvpresence + iptvpresencelist" , 并指明是对所有时间内的 IPTV 业务状态历史信息的订阅。 当观察者用户终 端订阅了 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV业务状态历史信息的情况下,观察 者用户终端将首先接收到 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元根据对业务状态详细 信息和业务状态历史信息的订阅请求发送的第一通知消息并保存, 所述第一 通知消息包括所述被观察者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV所述 业务状态历史信息; 而后在同一次订阅会话过程中将接收到 IPTV状态呈现 业务处理单元发送的第二通知消息, 所述第二通知消息中包括的所述被观察 者用户终端更新的 IPTV业务状态详细信息,但不包括 IPTV所述业务状态历 史信息; 然后观察者用户终端根据所述第二通知消息中包括的所述业务状态 详细信息与先前保存的所述观察者用户终端的所述业务状态历史信息, 组成 所述被观察者用户终端的完整的、 经过更新的业务状态历史信息, 并保存。
步骤 101 , 根据发送的所述订阅请求, 显示所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息 和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息。
观察者用户终端接收 "SIP NOTIFY" 通知消息, 并根据订阅请求以及消 息正文携带的内容做不同处理。 当观察者用户终端发起 IPTV 业务状态历史 信息订阅过程, 且通知消息正文中只携带 IPTV 业务状态历史信息时, 观察 者用户终端接收并显示 IPTV 业务状态历史信息; 当观察者用户终端发起 IPTV业务状态信息订阅过程, 且通知消息正文中只携带 IPTV业务状态信息 时, 观察者用户终端接收并显示 IPTV业务状态信息。
当观察者用户终端发起 IPTV业务状态详细信息订阅过程,并同时携带了 IPTV业务状态历史信息订阅指示, 且第一次通知消息正文中既携带 IPTV业 务状态详细信息, 又携带 IPTV 业务状态历史信息时, 观察者用户终端保存 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV业务状态历史信息, 但不显示 IPTV业务状 态历史信息, 并保存后续 NOTIFY通知消息中携带的更新的 IPTV业务状态 详细信息, 与之前保存的 IPTV 业务状态历史信息合成完整的、 经过更新的 IPTV业务状态历史信息。 之后, 观察者用户终端可以根据显示所述被观察者 用户终端的 IPTV业务状态历史信息的内部请求信息,显示所述 IPTV业务状 态历史信息, 所述内部请求信息包括所述被观察者用户终端身份标识, 可以 由用户操作生成所述内部请求信息; 所述内部请求信息中还可以包括显示
IPTV业务状态历史信息的时间段指示信息,用户终端根据时间段指示信息显 示对应的被观察者的 IPTV业务状态历史信息。 也就是说, 在以后观看过程 中, 当观察者用户终端发起对某个指定被观察者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态 历史信息查询过程时, 发送的是一个内部请求, 请求中携带被观察者用户终 端的身份标识, 进一步可以携带所需查询的 IPTV业务状态历史信息时间段, 观察者用户终端根据请求中的被观察者用户终端的身份标识和时间段信息返 回相应的 IPTV 业务状态历史信息, 并显示。 各实施例中所述的观察者用户 终端可以为 IPTV终端。
进一步地, 观察者用户终端还可以显示根据订阅请求发送的通知消息中 包括的所述被观察者用户终端的节目描述信息; 还可以根据所述通知消息中 包括的所述被观察者用户终端的业务状态基本信息, 在本地电子节目指南
( Electronic Programme Guide; 以下简称: EPG )或网絡获取所述被观察者用 户终端的节目描述信息, 并显示所述节目描述信息。 根据所述通知消息中包 括的所述业务状态详细信息获知所述被观察者用户终端正在使用直播业务, 则根据所述通知消息中包括的直播频道标识获取该频道内的播放列表, 并根 据所述播放列表更新节目标识。
具体地, 当通知消息正文中携带了 IPTV节目描述信息时,观察者用户终 端显示节目描述信息; 当通知消息正文中没有携带 IPTV 节目描述信息时, 观察者用户终端可以根据消息中携带的 IPTV业务状态基本信息从本地 EPG 或网絡获取相应的节目描述信息并显示。当 NOTIFY消息正文中携带的 IPTV 业务状态基本信息指明被观察者用户终端正在使用直播业务时, 观察者用户 终端根据消息中携带的直播频道标识获取频道内播放列表, 获取频道内播放 列表的方式可以通过现有技术, 例如从本地 EPG菜单中获取。 如果在被观察 者用户终端频道内节目发生变化后, 观察者用户终端没有接收到关于被观察 者用户终端的更新通知消息, 则观察者用户终端根据频道播放列表更新节目 标识。
观察者用户终端还可以基于接收到 IPTV 业务状态详细信息做一些增强 应用, 包括但不限于基于 IPTV业务状态详细信息观看 /预览指定节目, 包括 BC节目内容、 CoD内容、 CoV内容、 游戏内容等, 基于好友的 IPTV业务状 态详细信息查询观看指定节目好友名单。 当基于好友的 IPTV 业务状态详细 信息, 观察者用户终端发起对其指定节目的观看 /预览过程时, 例如通过点击 好友的节目标识、好友的节目推荐信息,观察者用户终端发送观看 /预览请求, 比如 "SIP INVITE" , 并在请求中携带 IPTV业务状态详细信息指定的频道 标识或内容标识, 或者是根据 IPTV业务状态详细信息获取的公共业务标识 PSI, 网絡处理观看 /预览请求, 返回内容媒体流。 当基于好友的 IPTV业务状态详细信息查询观看指定节目的好友名单时, 观察者用户终端可以发送观看指定 IPTV节目好友名单请求, 例如通过点击 好友列表中显示的 IPTV节目标识触发用户终端发送查看观看该节目的好友 名单请求, 或发送查看与用户观看相同节目的好友名单请求, 基于观察者用 户终端保存的 IPTV 业务状态详细信息, 该请求可以是一个终端内部请求, 请求中携带 IPTV 节目标识, 观察者用户终端根据请求消息中的节目标识进 行过滤, 从保存的好友 IPTV 业务状态详细信息中过滤出节目标识相同的好 友, 生成观看指定节目的好友名单, 并显示在观察者用户终端上。
观察者用户终端还可以发送观看指定节目好友名单查询请求到资源列表 服务器, 并在请求中携带观看指定节目的好友名单指示, 例如发送 "SIP SUBSCRIBE"请求, 或 "HTTP GET"请求; 请求被路由到资源列表服务器, 资源列表服务器识别请求事件以及请求中的节目标识, 保存节目标识, 并分 别发送对每个好友的 "SIP SUBSCRIBE" 订阅请求给 IPTV状态呈现业务处 理单元, IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元返回每个好友的 IPTV业务状态通知消 息 "SIP NOTIFY" , 资源列表服务器接收各好友的 IPTV业务状态信息, 并 根据保存的节目标识, 对好友 IPTV业务状态详细信息进行匹配, 返回观看 指定 IPTV节目的好友名单给用户终端。
由于 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元要根据观察者用户终端的订阅请求返 回相应的信息, 因此在 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元就要存储有关于被观察 者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV业务状态历史信息。用户终端 可以向 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元发送包括所推荐节目的节目标识的节目 推荐信息, 即上报对当前 IPTV 节目的节目推荐信息, 进一步上报节目描述 信息。 具体地, 用户通过终端上的设置例如一个按键, 上报对当前观看节目 的节目推荐信息 ,此时该用户终端作为被观察者用户终端。用户终端发送 "SIP PUBLISH" 请求给 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元, 并在请求正文中携带对当 前节目的节目推荐信息, 比如在可扩展标记语言 ( The Extensible Markup Language ; 简称: XML )文件中进行如下描述:

应说明的是用户终端可以在观看节目的任何时刻上报对当前节目的节目 推荐信息, 该节目推荐信息中包括所推荐节目的节目标识以及对所述推荐节 目的评价信息。
用户终端作为被观察者用户终端在发送 "SIP PUBLISH" 消息进行上报 前, 先要进行上报策略过滤, 只上报符合上报策略的 IPTV 业务状态详细信 息给 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元。 上报策略可以是用户预先设置的, 比如 通过启动终端上的 IPTV业务状态上报策略设置界面, 设置可 /不可上报的节 目目录, 可 /不可上报的 IPTV业务状态详细信息等, 并保存在用户终端。 比 如用户启动 IPTV 业务状态上报策略设置界面, 设置上报策略为对所有观察 者都不发送节目标识,则用户终端根据上报策略进行过滤,在 "SIP PUBLISH" 请求消息的正文中不携带 IPTV节目标识。进一步 IPTV业务状态上报实体还 可以上报当前节目的描述信息给 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元, 比如节目标 题、 主要演员等, 此时的 IPTV 业务状态上报实体可以是用户终端、 业务控 制功能 SCF、 媒体功能 MF等。
IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元接收并保存节目推荐信息,进一步保存节目 描述信息, 并根据 "SIP PUBLISH"请求消息的正文中携带的 IPTV业务状态 详细信息生成历史信息。
IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元接收 IPTV 业务状态上报实体发送的 "SIP PUBLISH" 请求, 保存请求中携带的业务节目推荐信息, 进一步保存请求中 携带的节目描述信息, 例如在根据状态呈现数据模型在现有数组(tuple )中, 扩展一个指明业务节目推荐信息的元素, 进一步扩展指明节目描述信息的元 素, 如在 "CoDServicePresence" 元素中扩展包含如下元素:
"CurrentCoDContentCommend" -指明对正在观看的点播节目的推荐; "CurrentCoDContentTitle" -指明正在观看的点播节目标题;
"CurrentCoDContentPlayer" -指明正在观看的点播节目主要演员。
同时, IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元在接收 IPTV业务状态上报实体发送 的 "PUBLISH" 请求时, 要求按照一定策略保存 "PUBLISH" 请求正文中携 带的 IPTV业务状态基本信息, 进一步还包括节目推荐信息和节目描述信息, 该策略可以是时间周期, 比如一个月或一周等。 即 IPTV状态呈现业务处理 单元在接收到 "SIP PUBLISH" 请求时, 并不覆盖或丟弃之前接收到的 IPTV 业务状态详细信息, 形成一定时间周期内的 IPTV业务状态历史信息。
本发明实施例提供的业务状态信息显示方法中,可以查看 IPTV业务状态 历史信息, 并能够显示节目标题等详细节目描述信息, 通过扩展 IPTV 业务 状态基本信息, 为用户提供更全更详细的业务状态信息; 而且能够避免出现 频道内节目变化时网絡发送大量通知消息导致网絡通信量瞬间过大的现象。 还能够基于 IPTV业务状态详细信息进行包括但不限于基于 IPTV业务状态详 细信息对指定节目进行视频观看以及基于 IPTV 业务状态详细信息查看观看 相同节目好友名单等增强应用, 提高业务服务质量。
图 3为本发明业务状态信息发送方法实施例流程图, 如图 3所示, 该方 法包括:
步骤 200 ,接收订阅请求, 所述订阅请求包括所述被观察者用户终端和观 察者用户终端的身份标识, 以及对 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务 状态历史信息的订阅指示信息;
IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元接收到观察者用户终端发送的订阅请求, 所 述订阅请求包括以下类型, 一种为请求订阅业务状态详细信息或业务状态历 史信息的订阅请求, 另一种为请求订阅业务状态详细信息和业务状态历史信 息的订阅请求。 在订阅请求中包括两个标识, 分别为被观察者用户终端的身 份标识和观察者用户终端的身份标识, 其中观察者用户终端的身份标识用于 告知 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元哪个用户终端发送该订阅请求, 而被观察 者用户终端的身份标识用于告知 IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元请求哪个用户 终端的业务状态信息。
步骤 201 ,根据所述订阅指示信息和所述观察者用户终端的身份标识,发 送与所述被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息, 所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息包括 IPTV业务状态 基本信息, 还包括节目推荐信息和 /或节目描述信息。
IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元接收到观察者用户终端发送的订阅请求后, 根据该订阅请求的类型作相应的处理。
当观察者用户终端发起对被观察者用户终端的 IPTV 业务状态详细信息 的订阅请求时, IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元根据订阅业务状态详细信息的所 述订阅指示信息, 发送第三通知消息, 所述第三通知消息包括与所述被观察 者用户终端的身份标识对应的业务状态详细信息; 然后, 若根据所接收到的 被观察者 IPTV业务状态上报实体上报的业务状态变化信息携带的节目标识, 判断与前一次接收到的业务状态变化信息携带的节目标识属于同一频道, 则 判断观察者用户终端类型, 若为 IMS用户终端, 则向 IMS用户终端发送第四 通知消息, 所述第四通知消息包括所述被观察者用户终端更新的业务状态详 细信息; 若为 IPTV用户终端, 则不发送所述第四通知消息。
具体地,观察者用户终端发起 IPTV业务状态详细信息订阅过程时,发送 的 "SIP SUBSCRIBE" 请求中指明有对 IPTV业务状态详细信息的订阅, 比 如设置 "Event" 事件头域值为 "iptvpresence" ; IPTV状态呈现业务处理单 元识别请求中的 "Event" 事件, 发送 "SIP NOTIFY"通知消息给观察者用户 终端, 消息正文中携带 IPTV业务状态详细信息。 值得注意的是, IPTV状态 呈现业务处理单元在后续发送 "NOTIFY"更新通知消息时, 如果 IPTV状态 呈现业务处理单元从被观察者 IPTV业务状态上报实体接收到的 "PUBLISH" 更新消息中携带的节目标识与前一次的节目标识属于一个频道标识,则 IPTV 状态呈现业务处理单元会根据观察者用户终端情况选择发送或不发送
"NOTIFY"更新通知消息 ,即当观察者用户终端为 IMS用户终端时发送 "SIP NOTIFY" 更新通知消息 ,当观察者用户终端为 IPTV用户终端时不发送 "SIP NOTIFY" 更新通知消息。
当观察者用户终端发起对被观察者用户终端的 IPTV 业务状态历史信息 的订阅请求时, 根据订阅业务状态历史信息的所述订阅指示信息, 发送与所 述被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的业务状态历史信息, 或根据订阅业务 状态历史信息的所述订阅指示信息和时间段指示信息, 发送与所述被观察者 用户终端的身份标识对应、 所述时间段指示信息对应的时间段内的业务状态 历史信息。 具体地, IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元接收用户终端发送的订阅 请求, 检查请求中 "Event" 头域, 识别订阅事件, 在鉴权通过后, 发送携带 指定时间范围内的 IPTV业务状态历史信息的 "SIP NOTIFY" 消息给观察者 用户终端, 观察者用户终端接收并显示 IPTV业务状态历史信息。
当观察者用户终端发起对被观察者用户终端的 IPTV 业务状态详细信息 和 IPTV业务状态历史信息的订阅请求时, 根据订阅业务状态详细信息和业 务状态历史信息的所述订阅指示信息, 发送第一通知消息, 所述第一通知消 息包括与所述被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的业务状态详细信息和业务 状态历史信息; 然后还要发送第二通知消息, 所述第二通知消息包括与所述 被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的、 更新的业务状态详细信息。 具体地, IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元接收用户终端发送的订阅请求, 检查请求消息 中的 "Event" 头域, 识别请求中的订阅事件, 建立与观察者用户终端之间的 订阅会话; IPTV状态呈现业务处理单元在鉴权通过后, 发送携带 IPTV业务 状态历史信息和当前 IPTV业务状态详细信息的 "SIP NOTIFY" 消息给观察 者用户终端, 并在同一订阅会话内的后续 "SIP NOTIFY" 更新通知中只携带 当前 IPTV业务状态详细信息给观察者用户终端,唯独不再携带 IPTV业务状 态历史信息。
本发明实施例提供的业务状态信息发送方法, 可以根据订阅请求发送 IPTV业务状态历史信息、 或发送扩展 IPTV业务状态详细信息, 为用户提供 更全更详细的业务状态信息, 提高业务服务质量; 而且能够避免出现频道内 节目变化时网絡发送大量通知消息导致网絡通信量瞬间过大的现象。
图 4为本发明业务状态信息发送及显示方法实施例一信令流程图, 本实 施例为观察者用户终端发起对指定好友的 IPTV业务状态历史信息查询过程, 观察者用户终端接收并显示指定好友的 IPTV 业务状态历史信息。 本实施例 中观察者用户终端在发起订阅过程的同时, 在订阅请求中携带 IPTV业务状 态历史信息指示, 查看过程由终端内部实现。 图中 IPTV状态呈现服务器作 为 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单元, 如图 4所示, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 la, 观察者用户终端发起 IPTV业务状态详细信息订阅请求, 建立 会话;
步骤 2a,观察者用户终端发送" SUBSCRIBE"请求,并在请求中携带 IPTV 业务状态详细信息订阅指示信息和 IPTV业务状态历史信息订阅指示信息, 例如在 "Event" 头域中设置 "iptvpresence+iptvpresencelist" ;

应说明的是,本实施例中观察者还可以直接发起 IPTV业务状态历史信息 查询请求, 发送 "SIP SUBSCRIBE" 请求, 并在请求中携带 IPTV业务状态 历史信息指示, 比如设置 "Event" 头域为 "iptvpresencelist" , IPTV状态呈 现服务器接收该请求, 在鉴权通过后返回携带 IPTV 业务状态历史信息的 "NOTIFY" 通知给观察者用户终端, 且只发送一次 "NOTIFY" 通知消息。
图 5为本发明业务状态信息发送及显示方法实施例二信令流程图, 本实 施例为观察者用户终端接收并显示好友 IPTV 业务状态详细信息, 当好友所 看频道内节目发生变化时, 观察者用户终端更新节目标识的显示, 图中 IPTV 状态呈现服务器作为 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单元, 如图 5所示, 该方 法包括如下步骤:
步骤 lb, 被观察者用户终端频道内节目发生变化;
步骤 2b, 被观察者用户终端上报 IPTV 业务状态更新信息, 发送 "SIP PUBLISH" 消息, 并在消息正文中携带更新后的节目标识;
步骤 3b, "PUBLISH"消息经由 IMS Core被路由到 IPTV Presence Server; 步骤 4b, IPTV状态呈现服务器保存 "PUBLISH,消息正文中携带的节目 标识, 识别被观察者没有切换频道, 并根据观察者终端情况选择发送或不发 送 "NOTIFY" 通知消息;
步骤 5b, IPTV状态呈现服务器发送 "SIP NOTIFY" 给 IMS用户终端; 步骤 6b, 观察者 IPTV用户终端从本地 EPG中获取被观察者所看频道的 播放列表, 在节目发生变化后, 如果没有接收到 "SIP NOTIFY" 更新通知, 则观察者用户终端根据频道播放列表自动更新节目标识。
应说明的是, 观察者 IPTV用户终端还可以从网絡获取频道播放列表。 图 6为本发明业务状态信息发送及显示方法实施例三信令流程图, 本实 施例为观察者用户终端接收好友 IPTV业务状态基本信息以及节目描述信息, 比如节目标题、 主要演员等, 图中 IPTV状态呈现服务器作为 IPTV状态呈现 业务状态处理单元, 如图 6所示, 该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 lc, 被观察者 IPTV业务状态上报实体 ( presentity )上报 IPTV业务 状态详细信息, 发送 "SIP PUBLISH" 消息, 并在消息正文中携带 IPTV业务 状态基本信息, 以及 IPTV节目描述信息, 比如节目标题、 主要演员等信息; 步骤 2c , "PUBLISH" 消息经由 IMS核心网被路由到 IPTV状态呈现服 务器;

应说明的是本实施例中,如果被观察者 IPTV业务状态上报实体没有上报 节目描述信息, 则观察者用户终端可以在接收到 IPTV业务状态基本信息时, 根据 IPTV业务状态基本信息指定的节目标识从本地 EPG或网絡获取节目描 述信息并显示在终端。
图 7为本发明业务状态信息发送及显示方法实施例四信令流程图, 本实 施例为观察者用户终端基于显示的好友 IPTV 业务状态详细信息, 发起对其 指定节目的观看或预览过程, 显示好友 IPTV 业务状态详细信息指定节目内 容, 图中 IPTV状态呈现服务器作为 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单元, 如图 7所示, 该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 Id, IPTV状态呈现服务器发送携带 IPTV业务状态详细信息的 "SIP NOTIFY" 通知消息给观察者用户终端;

应说明的是该实施例适用于观看好友的 BC节目、 CoD内容、 CoV内容、 游戏内容等。
图 8为本发明业务状态信息发送及显示方法实施例五信令流程图, 本实 施例为观察者基于好友的 IPTV 业务状态详细信息, 获取观看相同节目的好 友名单, 图中 IPTV状态呈现服务器作为 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单元, 如图 8所示, 该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 le, 观察者用户终端基于好友列表, 以及显示的好友 IPTV业务状 态详细信息, 发起观看指定节目的好友名单查看过程, 发送观看指定节目好 友名单请求, 比如可以是 "SIP SUBSCRIBE" 请求或 "HTTP GET" 请求, 并在请求中携带指定节目标识,指明是对观看指定节目好友名单的查询事件; 步骤 2e,资源列表服务器识别请求事件为查询观看指定节目的好友名单, 保存指定的节目标识, 并发起对观察者每个好友的 IPTV业务状态订阅过程; 步骤 3e, 资源列表服务器发送 "SIP SUBSCRIBE" 请求给 IPTV状态呈 现服务器;
步骤 4e, IPTV状态呈现服务器在鉴权通过后,发送 IPTV业务状态通知; 步骤 5e, IPTV状态呈现服务器发送 "SIP NOTIFY" 给资源列表服务器; 步骤 6e, 资源列表服务器接收状态通知消息, 解析消息正文, 并根据保 存的节目标识进行匹配, 获取观看指定节目的好友名单;
步骤 7e, 资源列表服务器发送观看指定节目好友名单查询结果给观察者 用户终端;
步骤 8e, 观察者用户终端接收并显示查询结果。
应说明的是本实施例中观察者用户终端还可以在接收好友的 IPTV 业务 状态通知消息时, 保存好友的 IPTV业务状态详细信息, 用户终端发起观看 指定节目好友名单查询过程时, 由终端内部处理请求, 匹配查询结果, 返回 查询名单。 以上各实施例提供的方法中, 可以查看 IPTV业务状态历史信息, 并能够 显示节目标题等详细节目描述信息,为用户提供更全更详细的业务状态信息; 而且能够避免出现频道内节目变化时网絡发送大量通知消息导致网絡通信量 瞬间过大的现象。 通过本实施例提供的方法观察者用户终端能够获取更详细 的节目描述信息,比如节目标题、主要演员等;基于被观察者用户终端的 IPTV 业务状态详细信息, 观察者用户终端可以观看其 IPTV业务状态详细信息指 定的节目视频内容; 观察者用户终端可以查看被观察者用户终端一段时间内 的 IPTV业务状态历史信息; 观察者用户终端可以基于被观察者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态详细信息获取观看相同节目的好友名单;被观察者希望可以利 用 IPTV业务状态详细信息向观察者推荐当前节目; 推荐业务中网絡可以基 于用户的 IPTV 业务状态历史信息向用户推荐其可能感兴趣的节目, 提高业 务月良务质量。

具体地, 第一接收模块 11接收 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单元发送来 的通知消息, 该通知消息是 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单元根据用户终端 设备的订阅请求而生成的, 根据用户终端设备所请求订阅的信息, IPTV状态 呈现业务状态处理单元在通知消息中携带对应的信息, 该信息包括用户终端 设备所要查看的被观察者用户终端的业务状态详细信息和 /或业务状态历史 信息; 作为观察者的用户终端设备接收到被观察者用户终端的业务状态详细 信息和 /或业务状态历史信息后, 由显示模块 12根据所发送的订阅请求对接 收到的通知消息内容进行显示。 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单元在根据订阅 请求发送通知消息时, 可以在通知消息中增加一些信息, 例如包括节目推荐 信息和 /或节目描述信息, 以丰富用户终端对被观察者的业务状态的显示。
IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单元发送的 IPTV业务状态详细信息包括 IPTV 业务状态基本信息, 以及节目推荐信息和 /或节目描述信息, 所述推荐信息包 括推荐节目的节目标识和用户对该节目的评价信息。

作为观察者的用户终端设备还应包括用于发送所述订阅请求的第一发送 模块 13 , 所述订阅请求包括订阅指示信息和所述被观察者用户终端的身份标 识。 当用户需要查看被观察者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态详细信息或 IPTV业 务状态历史信息时, 通过第一发送模块 13向 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单 元发送订阅请求, 订阅请求中包括订阅指示信息, 该订阅指示信息能够告知 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单元观察者用户终端所要请求订阅的是什么类 型的信息; 请求 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单元发送与订阅请求中包括的 被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的 IPTV业务状态信息或 IPTV业务状态历 史信息。 由于所请求订阅的信息组成不同, 第一发送模块 13包括第一发送子 模块 131、 第二发送子模块 132或第三发送子模块 133 , 其中第一发送子模块 131用于发送包括对 IPTV业务状态详细信息的订阅指示信息和所述身份标识 的订阅请求; 第二发送子模块 132用于发送包括对 IPTV业务状态历史信息 的订阅指示信息和所述身份标识的订阅请求; 第三发送子模块 133用于发送 包括对 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV业务状态历史信息的订阅指示信息和 所述身份标识的订阅请求。
本实施例中的用户终端设备还包括第二发送模块 14用于向状态呈现业务 处理单元发送 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息。 当用 户终端设备作为被观察者用户终端时, 其要向 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理 单元发送自身的业务状态详细信息和 /或业务状态历史信息, 以供其它观察者 用户终端查看。 用户终端设备在上报业务状态信息时, 可以应用用于根据预 定的上报策略对业务状态信息进行过滤处理的过滤模块 15 对发送的信息进 行过滤处理, 可以设置 IPTV 业务状态信息上报策略, 并根据上报策略进行 过滤, 有选择的上报 IPTV业务状态信息。 用户终端设备上报的业务状态详 细信息和业务状态历史信息可以存储在第一存储模块 16中。
本实施例提供的用户终端设备中还可以包括节目标识更新模块 17用于对 频道内的节目标识进行更新。 具体地, 节目标识更新模块 17包括识别子模块 171、 获取子模块 17和更新子模块 173 , 其中识别子模块 171用于识别并发 送所述通知消息中频道标识和节目标识; 获取子模块 172用于接收所述频道 标识和节目标识, 从网絡或本地获取频道播放列表, 发送变化后的节目标识; 更新子模块 173用于应用所述变化后的节目标识对所述频道内的节目标识进 行更新。
本实施例提供的用户终端设备可以是 IPTV用户终端或 IMS用户终端, 能够根据用户不同的业务需要发送相应的订阅请求, 并显示接收到的 IPTV 状态呈现业务状态处理单元根据订阅请求发送的对应的通知消息内容, 业务 信息内容更加丰富; 观察者用户终端能够获取更详细的节目描述信息, 比如 节目标题、 主要演员等; 观察者用户终端可以查看被观察者用户终端一段时 间内的 IPTV业务状态历史信息, 提供业务 Λ良务质量。
图 11为本发明业务处理单元实施例一结构示意图, 如图 11所示, 该业 务处理单元即为 IPTV状态呈现业务状态处理单元包括第二接收模块 21和第 三发送模块 22, 其中第二接收模块 21用于接收订阅请求, 所述订阅请求包 括所述被观察者用户终端和观察者用户终端的身份标识, 以及对 IPTV 业务 状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息的订阅指示信息; 第三发送模块 22用于根据所述订阅指示信息和所述观察者用户终端的身份标识, 发送与所 述被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的 IPTV 业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV 业务状态历史信息,所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息包括 IPTV业务状态基本信 息, 还包括节目推荐信息和 /或节目描述信息。
具体地, 业务处理单元中的第二接收模块 21接收到用户终端设备发送来 的订阅请求后, 根据订阅请求中包括的订阅指示信息在所存储的信息中的查 找与被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的信息, 并将查找到的被观察者用户 终端的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息发送给第三发 送模块 22, 由第三发送模块 22应用查找到的被观察者用户终端的 IPTV业务 状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息组成通知消息, 并返回给发送订 阅请求的观察者用户终端。
图 12为本发明业务处理单元实施例二结构示意图, 如图 12所示, 该业 务处理单元包括第二接收模块 21 和第三发送模块 22, 还包括用于接收用户 终端上报的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息。 第三接 收模块 23 , 存储的各个用户终端的业务状态详细信息可以是应用业务处理单 元包括的第三接收模块 23接收到的; 第三接收模块 23还可以用于接收用户 终端发送的节目推荐信息和 /或节目描述信息, 所述节目推荐信息包括推荐节 目的节目标识和用户对该节目的评价信息。 业务处理单元中还包括用于存储 所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV业务状态历史信息的第二存储模块 24, 其中 IPTV业务状态详细信息包括 IPTV业务状态基本信息,还包括推荐信息 和节目描述信息,存储的 IPTV业务状态基本信息包括但不限于 BC频道标识、 BC节目标识、 CoD内容标识、 nPVR内容标识、 CoV内容标识、 游戏业务标 识等。
本实施例提供的业务处理单元能够处理观察者用户终端发送的 IPTV 业 务状态订阅和 IPTV 业务状态历史信息订阅请求, 能够接收并保存用户终端 上报的 IPTV业务状态信息、 节目推荐信息和订阅策略, 还能够发送 IPTV业 务状态信息和 IPTV 业务状态历史信息给观察者用户终端。 业务处理单元可 以位于现有网絡实体,或新增网絡实体,如状态服务器、网絡应用服务器 AS、 业务控制功能实体等。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

根据发送的所述订阅请求, 显示所述 IPTV 业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所述 接收根据订阅请求发送的通知消息, 所述通知消息包括被观察者用户终端 的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息包括:
接收根据对 IPTV业务状态详细信息或 IPTV业务状态历史信息的订 阅请求发送的通知消息, 所述通知消息包括所述被观察者用户终端的、 与 所述订阅请求对应的所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息或所述 IPTV业务状态 历史信息。

5、 根据权利要求 4所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所述 发送所述订阅请求, 所述订阅请求包括对所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息或 IPTV 业务状态历史信息的订阅指示信息和所述被观察者用户终端的身份 标识包括:
若所述订阅指示信息包括所述 IPTV业务状态历史信息, 则所述订阅 请求中还包括订阅 iPTV业务状态历史信息的时间段指示信息。
6、 根据权利要求 5 所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所述 发送所述订阅请求包括:
发送所述订阅请求, 所述订阅请求包括所述身份标识和通过所述订阅 请求中的头域事件参数携带的所述订阅指示信息, 以及通过所述订阅请求 中的头域事件参数携带的或通过所述订阅请求中新增头域携带的所述时 间段指示信息。
7、 根据权利要求 1 所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所述 接收根据订阅请求发送的通知消息, 所述通知消息包括被观察者用户终端 的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息包括:
接收根据对 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV业务状态历史信息的订 阅请求发送的第一通知消息并保存, 所述第一通知消息包括所述被观察者 用户终端的所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息和所述 IPTV业务状态历史信息; 接收根据对 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV业务状态历史信息的订 阅请求发送的第二通知消息, 所述第二通知消息中包括的所述被观察者用 户终端更新的 IPTV业务状态详细信息;
根据所述第二通知消息中包括的所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息与先前 保存的所述被观察者用户终端的所述 IPTV业务状态历史信息, 组成所述 被观察者用户终端的新的 IPTV业务状态历史信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7 所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所述 方法进一步包括:
根据显示所述被观察者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态历史信息的内部请 求信息, 显示所述 IPTV业务状态历史信息, 所述内部请求信息包括所述 被观察者用户终端身份标识。

12、 根据权利要求 1所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所述 方法还包括: 显示根据订阅请求发送的通知消息中包括的所述被观察者用户终端 的所述节目描述信息; 或
根据所述通知消息中包括的所述被观察者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态 基本信息, 在本地电子节目指南或网絡获取所述被观察者用户终端的节目 描述信息, 并显示所述节目描述信息。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所述 方法还包括:
根据所述通知消息中包括的所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息获知所述被 观察者用户终端正在使用直播业务, 则根据所述通知消息中包括的直播频 道标识获取该频道内的播放列表, 并根据所述播放列表更新节目标识。
14、 根据权利要求 1所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所述 方法还包括:
基于所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息, 发送观看或预览节目内容的请求 信息, 所述请求信息包括所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息指定的频道标识或 内容标识或根据所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息获取到的公共业务标识; 接收网絡根据所述请求信息发送的内容媒体流信息。
15、 根据权利要求 1所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所述 方法还包括:
接收用户发送的观看指定节目的好友名单的请求信息, 所述请求信息 包括所述指定节目的节目标识;
根据所述节目标识在所保存的好友的 IPTV业务状态详细信息中, 查 找并生成观看指定节目的好友名单。
16、 根据权利要求 1所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所述 方法还包括:
向资源列表服务器发送观看指定节目的好友名单的请求信息, 所述请 求信息包括查询观看指定节目的好友名单的指示信息和指定节目的节目 标识;
所述资源列表服务器对所述请求信息进行解析, 并接收状态呈现业务 处理单元根据所述资源列表服务器发送的订阅请求返回的好友的 IPTV业 务状态详细信息;
所述资源列表服务器根据保存的所述节目标识, 对所述呈现业务处理 单元返回的好友的 IPTV业务状态详细信息进行匹配, 获得所述观看指定 节目的好友名单。
17、 根据权利要求 1所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所述 方法还包括:
IPTV 业务状态上报实体向状态呈现业务处理单元发送请求, 所述请 求包括对当前观看节目的节目推荐信息、 当前节目的节目描述信息和所述 用户终端的 IPTV业务状态基本信息, 所述节目推荐信息包括所推荐节目 的节目标识以及对所述推荐节目的评价信息。
18、 根据权利要求 17 所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在于所 述 IPTV 业务状态上报实体向状态呈现业务处理单元发送请求之前包括: 所述用户终端根据预先设定的上报策略对所述 IPTV业务状态详细信 息进行过滤处理。
19、 根据权利要求 17或 18所述的业务状态信息显示方法, 其特征在 于所述 IPTV 业务状态上报实体向状态呈现业务处理单元发送请求之后包 括:
所述状态呈现业务处理单元保存所述节目推荐信息、 所述节目描述信 息和所述 IPTV业务状态基本信息;
其中保存所述 IPTV业务状态基本信息包括:
按照预先设定的保存策略对所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息进行过滤处 理;
根据所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息和先前保存的 IPTV业务状态详细 信息, 组成所述用户终端的 IPTV业务状态历史信息。
20、 一种业务状态信息发送方法, 其特征在于包括:
接收订阅请求, 所述订阅请求包括所述被观察者用户终端和观察者用 户终端的身份标识, 以及对 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态 历史信息的订阅指示信息;
根据所述订阅指示信息和所述观察者用户终端的身份标识, 发送与所 述被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的 IPTV 业务状态详细信息和 /或
IPTV业务状态历史信息, 所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息包括 IPTV业务状 态基本信息, 还包括节目推荐信息和 /或节目描述信息。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的业务状态信息发送方法, 其特征在于所 述根据所述订阅指示信息和所述观察者用户终端的身份标识, 发送与所述 被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV 业务状态历史信息包括:
根据订阅 IPTV业务状态详细信息的所述订阅指示信息, 发送第三通 知消息, 所述第三通知消息包括与所述被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应 的 IPTV业务状态详细信息。
22、 根据权利要求 21 所述的业务状态信息发送方法, 其特征在于所 述根据订阅 IPTV业务状态详细信息的所述订阅指示信息, 发送第三通知 消息, 所述第三通知消息包括与所述被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的 IPTV业务状态详细信息之后包括:
若根据所接收到的被观察者 IPTV 业务状态上报实体上报的业务状态 变化信息携带的节目标识, 判断与前一次接收到的业务状态变化信息携带 的节目标识属于同一频道, 则判断观察者用户终端类型, 若为 IMS用户终 端, 则向 IMS用户终端发送第四通知消息, 所述第四通知消息包括所述被 观察者用户终端更新的 IPTV业务状态详细信息; 若为 IPTV用户终端, 则不发送所述第四通知消息。
23、 根据权利要求 20所述的业务状态信息发送方法, 其特征在于所 述根据所述订阅指示信息和所述观察者用户终端的身份标识, 发送与所述 被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV 业务状态历史信息包括:
根据订阅 IPTV业务状态历史信息的所述订阅指示信息和时间段指示 信息, 发送与所述被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应、 所述时间段指示信 息对应的时间段内的 IPTV业务状态历史信息。
24、 根据权利要求 20所述的业务状态信息发送方法, 其特征在于所 述根据所述订阅指示信息和所述观察者用户终端的身份标识, 发送与所述 被观察者用户终端的身份标识对应的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV 业务状态历史信息包括:
根据订阅 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV业务状态历史信息的所述 订阅指示信息, 发送第一通知消息, 所述第一通知消息包括与所述被观察 者用户终端的身份标识对应的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV业务状态 历史信息;
发送第二通知消息, 所述第二通知消息包括与所述被观察者用户终端 的身份标识对应的、 更新的 IPTV业务状态详细信息。
25、 一种用户终端设备, 其特征在于包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收根据订阅请求发送的通知消息, 所述通知消 息包括被观察者用户终端的 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态 历史信息, 所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息包括 IPTV业务状态基本信息, 还包括节目推荐信息和 /或节目描述信息;
显示模块, 用于根据发送的所述订阅请求, 显示所述 IPTV业务状态 详细信息和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息。
26、 根据权利要求 25 所述的用户终端设备, 其特征在于所述第一接 收模块包括: 第一接收子模块, 用于接收根据对 IPTV业务状态详细信息的订阅请 求发送的所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息; 或
第二接收子模块, 用于接收根据对 IPTV业务状态历史信息的订阅请 求发送的所述 IPTV业务状态历史信息; 或
第三接收子模块, 用于接收根据对 IPTV 业务状态详细信息和 IPTV 业务状态历史信息的订阅请求发送的所述 IPTV业务状态详细信息和 IPTV 业务状态历史信息。
27、根据权利要求 25或 26所述的用户终端设备,其特征在于还包括: 第一发送模块, 用于发送所述订阅请求, 所述订阅请求包括订阅指示 信息和所述被观察者用户终端的身份标识。

第一发送子模块, 用于发送包括对 IPTV业务状态详细信息的订阅指 示信息和所述身份标识的订阅请求; 或

32、 一种业务处理单元, 其特征在于包括:
第二接收模块, 用于接收订阅请求, 所述订阅请求包括所述被观察者 用户终端和观察者用户终端的身份标识, 以及对 IPTV业务状态详细信息 和 /或 IPTV业务状态历史信息的订阅指示信息;
