网络电视 ( Internet Protocol Television, IPTV )是一种通过 IP网 络向用户提供数字广播电视、 视频服务、 信息服务等宽带业务, 并提 供服务质量 /体验质量保证、 安全、 交互性和可靠性的可管理的多媒 体业务。 用户可以在家中使用个人计算机或者机顶盒(Set Top Box, STB ) +普通电视机的方式享受 IPTV业务,也可以通过移动终端享受 IPTV业务。 IPTV以 IP包的形式来传递单播、 广播或组播视频节目 数据, 正受到越来越多的关注, 目前, 欧洲电信标准组织 (European Telecommunications Standards Institute, ETSI )下属的下一代网给的电 信与网给交互月良务和十办议 ( Telecommunications and Internet Converged Services and Protocols for Advanced Networking , TISPAN )正在研究 基于 IP多媒体子系统( IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS ) 的 IPTV。
IPTV业务包括直播 (LTV)业务、 点播 (CoD)业务、 网络节目录制
(nPVR)业务和时移电视 (TsTV)业务等基本业务, 还包括用户上传 (CoV)业务、广告 (AD)业务、推荐 (RCM)业务和预览 (PRV)业务等增强 业务。
随着 TV业务的多样化发展, TV能够为观众提供越来越精彩的 电视节目, 好的电视节目能开阔视野, 启迪思维, 给用户带来身心愉 悦的感受。 但是, 也有些节目中包含着色情, 暴力等不健康的内容, 对广大的青少年产生了不良影响。
为解决上述问题,现有技术提出了一种实现直播业务权限控制的 方法, 该方法有以下几个特征:
1、 描述节目信息的数据包随电视信号以广播的方式下发;
2、 数据包中至少包含节目等级分类和内容标识信息;
3、 节目权限控制策略保存在本地装置中;
4、 本地装置通过解码接收的电视信号获取数据包, 并比较数据 包中的信息与节目权限控制策略中的参考值来决定是否禁止收看节 。
在发明人实现本发明的过程中, 发现现有技术至少存在以下缺 陷:
1、 随电视信号下发的数据包结构固定, 其携带的节目信息量有 限, 只筒单提供了节目频道和节目分级等信息, 现有技术仅利用电视 信号下发的节目信息来制定节目权限控制策略,而不能根据节目类别 如体育节目、 财经节目; 节目演员等其它信息来制定节目权限控制策 略, 从而制约了节目权限控制的灵活性和精确度;
2、 不同地区、 支持不同标准的运营商提供的电视信号中携带的 信息可能会与本地装置的设置不一致, 使终端的使用范围受到限制。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种节目播放的控制方法、 装置和系统, 以解 决现有技术节目信息随电视信号下发,设置节目权限控制策略可依据 的信息量有限; 以及节目权限控制策略的标准不一致的缺陷。
根据本发明实施例提供的一种节目播放的控制方法, 包括: 根据从策略提供模块获取的节目权限控制策略和从元数据提供 模块获取的节目元数据判断节目的权限,并根据判断结果在所述节目 的播放时间控制是否允许访问该节目。
根据本发明实施例还提供了一种节目播放的控制装置, 包括: 判断模块, 用于根据从策略提供模块获取的节目权限控制策略, 和从元数据提供模块获取的节目元数据, 判断节目的权限;
控制模块,用于根据判断结果在所述节目的播放时间控制是否允 许访问该节目。
根据本发明实施例还提供了一种节目播放的控制系统, 包括: 元数据提供模块, 用于保存和提供节目元数据;
策略提供模块, 用于保存和提供节目权限控制策略;
业务控制模块, 用于根据获取的节目元数据和节目权限控制策 略, 判断节目的权限, 并根据判断结果在所述节目的播放时间控制是 否允许访问该节目。
本发明实施例提供的节目播放的控制方法、 装置和系统, 根据从 策略提供模块获取的节目权限控制策略和从元数据提供模块获取的 节目元数据判断节目的权限。本发明采用的方案从节目元数据提供模 块获取统一标准的节目元数据, 统一了限制节目权限的途径和标准, 减小了权限控制功能对业务提供商的依赖性,本发明通过获取统一的 节目元数据, 扩大了随媒体流传送的节目元数据信息量, 使用户可以 根据更多的标准灵活的设置节目权限控制策略,而不是仅限于类似节 目等级这样的筒单标准, 增加了节目权限控制的灵活性和准确性, 增 强了用户体验。

本发明实施例的节目播放的控制方法,根据获得的节目权限控制 策略和节目元数据判断节目的权限,并根据判断结果在节目的播放时 间控制是否允许访问该节目,使得能够根据统一的节目元数据来灵活 定制节目权限控制策略, 实现对节目权限的精确控制。
如图 2所示,为本发明实施例提供的节目播放的控制方法实施例 二流程图; 本实施例中, 策略提供模块以服务控制功能实体(Service Control Function, SCF ) 为例, 本实施例中的元数据提供模块可以为 SCF、 业务选择实体 ( Service Selection Function, SSF )、 内容数据功 能实体(Content Profile Service Function, CPSF )等网元, 如果元数 据提供模块为 SCF, 则本实施例中元数据提供模块和 SCF可以合为 一个实体。
步骤 210、 预先设置节目权限控制策略并保存;
本实施例以 UE设置节目权限控制策略为例。
步骤 211、 UE向 SCF发送策略设置请求消息, 请求设置节目权 限控制策略;
步骤 212、 SCF返回策略设置响应消息给 UE, 同意 UE的设置 请求;
本实施例的策略设置请求消息和策略设置响应消息中可以携带 用户终端的身份信息, 对该 UE的身份的合法性进行验证, 具体可以 通过 SIP 协议, 超文本传输协议(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol, HTTP ), SOAP协议等实现。
步骤 213、 UE设置节目权限控制策略并保存;
设置的依据可以为节目标题、 节目等级、 播放时间、 播放时长、 节目费用和节目类别以及节目的主演、 导演、 语种等。 另外, 当前时 间和用户观看节目的总时间也可以作为设置节目权限控制策略的依 据。 UE可以根据上述的任一项或任意组合来制定节目权限控制策略。 当由 SCF设置节目权限控制策略时, 还可以根据用户终端的身份信 息来设置具体的节目权限控制策略。
UE保存节目权限控制策略可以通过 SIP协议, HTTP协议, SOAP 协议等来实现。
事实上, 也可以由策略提供模块, 例如本实施例的 SCF直接设 置节目权限控制策略并保存;本实施例的策略提供模块还可以是用户 数据管理实体 ( User Profile Service Function, UPSF )或其他网元, 且本实施例的策略提供模块可以设置在网络侧。
步骤 220、 IPTV终端开机, 完成业务附着;
步骤 230、 IPTV终端与 SCF之间进行订阅节目权限控制策略的 协商, 具体为: IPTV终端发送订阅 (SIP SUBSCRIBE )请求消息给 SCF, 向 SCF请求订阅节目权限控制策略; SCF返回订阅响应消息, 表示同意 IPTV终端的订阅。

当策略提供模块的节目权限控制策略有更新时, SCF向 IPTV终 端发送更新通知消息, IPTV终端根据该更新通知消息去策略提供模 块获取更新后的节目权限控制策略;
或者 SCF给 IPTV终端发送携带有更新后的节目权限控制策略的 消息。
步骤 250、 IPTV终端接收到节目权限控制策略之后,与 SCF之间 建立直播业务;

本实施例的元数据提供模块可以位于网络侧; 步骤 270、 元数据提供模块将节目元数据携带在通知消息 ( Notify ) 中发送给 IPTV终端; 具体地, 元数据提供模块可以整理 某一时间段直播业务包内将要播放节目的元数据, 并以 XML格式将 该节目元数据打包成数据包,然后将该数据包携带在订阅响应消息中 发送给 IPTV终端;
另外, 元数据提供模块还可以发送允许获取的指示消息给 IPTV 终端, 则 IPTV终端根据该指示消息去 SCF获取节目元数据;
当元数据提供模块的节目元数据有更新时, 向 IPTV终端发送更 新通知消息, IPTV终端根据该更新通知消息去元数据提供模块获取 更新后的节目元数据;
或者元数据提供模块直接给 IPTV 终端发送更新后的节目元数 据, 或携带有更新后的节目元数据的消息。
本实施例中的节目元数据, 包括: 节目 内容标识 ( Content Reference Identifier, CRID )、 节目等级、 播放时长、 节目费用、 节目 类别以及节目的主演导演、 语种等信息的一项或多项的任意组合。
步骤 280、 IPTV终端根据接收到的节目元数据, 以及节目权限 控制策略, 判断节目的权限, 并根据判断结果在该节目的播放时间控 制是否允许访问该节目; 若该节目有权限。 则执行步骤 290;
例如, 节目权限控制策略为限制观看频道 A和级别超过 PG-13 的节目。 当用户终端想加入一个频道, 如果该频道为频道 A, 或频道 内当前节目级别超过 PG-13 , 则不准许加入该频道观看节目。
步骤 290、 IPTV终端发送加入频道请求消息至多播允许访问控 制点 ( Elementary Control Function ,筒称 ECF/ Elementary Forwarding Function , EFF )。 具体实现可以使用 IGMP协议。
本发明所有的实施例中, 当节目权限控制策略有更新时, 用户可 以选择根据更新后的节目权限控制策略重新判断节目权限,并根据节 目权限控制节目内容的是否允许访问。
如图 3所示,为本发明实施例提供的节目播放的控制方法实施例 三流程图; 该实施例中, 元数据提供模块可以是 SCF, UPSF或 SSF 等网络实体;本实施例设置以及获取节目权限控制策略的步骤与实施 例二的步骤 210-240相同, 其区别在于以下步骤:
步骤 350、媒体服务器( Media Function )将节目切换信息封装到 媒体流中,将携带节目切换信息的媒体流发送至 IPTV终端, 即 IPTV 终端;
具体的节目切换信息可以是节目 CRID和 /或节目播放列表;其中 节目播放列表为节目播放时间等信息的列表。
步骤 360、 IPTV终端接收并解析媒体流, 得到节目切换信息, 根据节目 CRID以及节目播放列表获得节目切换的信息, 即将要切换 到哪些节目, 节目的播出时间等;
步骤 370、 IPTV终端根据获得的节目切换的信息, 感知到节目 切换, 然后去元数据提供模块获取节目元数据;
步骤 380、 IPTV终端根据获取的节目权限控制策略和节目元数 据判断节目的权限;

在本实施例中, 节目元数据还可以携带在媒体流中, 由媒体服务 器发送给 IPTV终端, 则元数据提供模块与媒体服务器可以为一个实 体。

步骤 710、 IPTV终端查询将要播放的节目在节目权限列表中记 载的权限,如果没有权限则不显示节目内容,如果有权限则正常播放。
在本实施例中, 步骤 690也可以不判断节目的权限, 不形成节目 权限列表, 而是根据节目播放列表, 在将要播放的节目的播放时间到 来之前, 判断该将要播放的节目的权限, 并根据判断结果控制该节目 的允许访问。
如图 6所示,为本发明实施例提供的节目播放的控制方法实施例 六流程图; 本实施例设置并获取节目权限控制策略, 以及建立直播业 务的步骤与实施例二的步骤 210-240相同, 其区别在于以下步骤: 步骤 850、 IPTV终端获得节目播放列表;
IPTV终端获得节目播放列表的具体过程与实施例五的步骤 680 相同, 在此不再赘述;
步骤 860、 根据获得的节目播放列表, IPTV终端获知哪些节目 将要切换或播放; 步骤 870、 IPTV终端从元数据提供模块中获取将要播放的节目 的节目元数据;
步骤 880、 IPTV终端根据获取的节目元数据与节目权限控制策 略, 判断将要播放的节目的权限。 如果没有权限则不显示节目内容, 如果有权限则正常播放。
如图 7 所示, 为本发明提供的节目播放控制方法实施例七流程 图, 本实施例具体为当加入直播频道时, 执行节目权限控制的流程, 适用于直播业务建立和直播频道切换, 具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 910、 IPTV终端从 SCF获取节目权限控制策略;
具体可以由 IPTV终端向 SCF发送一个请求消息, 由 SCF返回 一个响应消息, 响应消息中携带节目权限控制策略信息; 也可以由 UE向 SCF发送一个订阅请求消息, 订阅成功后, 由 SCF向 UE发送 一个通知消息, 通知消息中携带节目权限控制策略信息;
步骤 920、 IPTV终端从元数据提供模块获取节目元数据; 本实施例的元数据提供模块可以是 SSF, 也可以是 SCF或 CPSF 等网元。
上述步骤 910和步骤 920没有时序关系的限制,步骤 920也可以 在步骤 910之前执行。
步骤 930、 根据获取的节目元数据与节目权限控制策略, 判断将 要加入的频道及频道内当前播放节目的权限。 根据判断结果, 决定是 否允许加入频道。
如图 8 所示, 为本发明提供的节目播放控制方法实施例八流程 图, 本实施例为频道内节目切换时, 由网络侧执行的节目权限控制流 程。 其中业务控制模块可以位于 SCF, 也可以位于其他网元。 本实施 例以业务控制模块位于 SCF为例。
步骤 1010、 SCF获取节目切换的信息;
本发明所有实施例中的节目切换均指 BC频道中的 Program ID的 变化, 或者某 Program内不同内容片断的变化。 节目切换的信息的获 取具体可以由媒体服务器上报, 或者 SCF根据节目播放时间信息来 获取。
步骤 1020、 SCF从元数据提供模块获取节目元数据;
本实施例的元数据提供模块可以是 SSF, 也可以是 SCF或 CPSF 等网元。
步骤 1030、 SCF根据获取的节目元数据与节目权限控制策略, 判断节目的权限, 也即用户观看节目的权限。
在本步骤前 SCF还需要获取节目权限控制策略。 具体方法可以 由 SCF从 UPSF中获取,同实施例二中 SCF从 IPTV终端获取节目权 限控制策略的步骤。
步骤 1040、 SCF根据判断结果指示 IPTV终端控制节目的是否允 许访问。
如图 9 所示, 为本发明提供的节目播放控制方法实施例九流程 图; 本实施例为直接从 EPG中获取节目切换的信息和节目元数据的 节目权限控制流程。
步骤 1110、 IPTV终端从 SCF获取节目权限控制策略;。
具体可以通过订阅的方法, 向 SCF发送一个 SUBSCRIBE订阅 请求消息,订阅成功后 SCF在发给 IPTV终端的通知消息中携带节目 权限控制策略;或者 IPTV终端通过 XCAP直接从 SCF获取节目权限 控制策略。
步骤 1120、 IPTV终端从 SSF获取 EPG;
步骤 1130、 IPTV终端根据 EPG中记录的节目播放时间获取节目 切换的信息;
步骤 1140、 IPTV终端根据从 EPG中获取的节目元数据和从 SCF 获取的节目权限控制策略, 判断节目的观看权限。 并根据节目权限控 制节目的是否允许访问。
如图 10所示, 为本发明提供的节目播放控制方法实施例十流程 图; 本实施例为用边界接入控制点来实现节目权限控制的流程, 本实 施例中的元数据提供模块可以是 CPSF或媒体服务器等网元, 本实施 例包括: 步骤 1210、 SCF将节目权限控制策略下发到 ECF/EFF;
具体可以在 SCF返回给 UE的响应消息中携带节目权限控制策 略,当响应消息被路由到 UE侧的 P-CSCF时,由 P-CSCS通过 RACS 将节目权限控制策略下发到 ECF/EFF。
也可以使 SCF通过 http协议直接将控制策略下发到 ECF/EFF来 实现步骤 1210。 另外, 也可以将 ECF/EFF作为策略提供单元, 用户 直接通过 ECF/EFF来设置节目权限控制策略;
步骤 1220、 IPTV终端向 ECF/EFF发出加入频道请求; 步骤 1230、 ECF/EFF向元数据提供模块请求加入频道中当前播 放节目的节目元数据;
具体可以向元数据提供模块 CPSF发出一个请求消息, 消息中携 带频道 ID信息。 CPSF向 ECF/EFF返回一个响应消息, 响应消息中 携带频道中当前播放节目的节目元数据;
或者是 ECF/EFF解析接收的由加入频道 IP地址发出的媒体流, 以获取当前节目元数据。
步骤 1240、 ECF/EFF根据节目权限控制策略和获取的节目元数 据, 判断节目的权限, 如果有权限, 则允许 UE加入组播组, 并向 UE发送媒体流;
步骤 1250、 ECF/EFF感知到节目切换或节目内容片段的切换, 或者 ECF/EFF感知到节目权限控制策略发生了更新;
步骤 1260、 ECF/EFF根据节目权限控制策略和获取的节目元数 据, 重新判断节目的权限;
步骤 1270、 ECF/EFF根据判断所得的权限, 控制节目接入。 本发明提供的节目播放的控制方法中的策略提供模块和元数据 提供模块, 均可以位于网络侧。
本发明实施例提供的节目播放的控制方法,通过从元数据提供模 块获取节目元数据来作为设置节目权限控制策略的依据信息,与现有 技术通过电视信号下发节目信息相比,能够灵活设置节目权限控制策 略, 并准确地判断将要播放或切换的节目的权限, 并根据判断结果控 制是否允许访问节目。本发明实施例的节目元数据的分发和获取方法 也可以用于交互式业务、 广告业务或其它多媒体业务。
如图 11所示, 为本发明实施例提供的节目播放的控制装置实施 例一结构示意图; 本实施例包括判断模块 1和控制模块 2, 判断模块 1用于根据从策略提供模块获取的节目权限控制策略, 和从元数据提 供模块获取的节目元数据, 判断节目的权限; 控制模块 2, 用于根据 判断结果在所述节目的播放时间控制是否允许访问该节目。
本实施例还包括获取模块 3, 用于获取节目权限控制策略和节目 元数据。 获取模块 3具体包括订阅单元 31和接收单元 32, 订阅单元 31用于发送订阅请求消息至策略提供模块; 接收单元 32用于接收策 略提供模块返回的携带有节目权限控制策略的通知消息; 或,接收策 略提供模块返回的获取节目权限控制策略的指示消息,根据该指示消 息去策略提供模块获取节目权限控制策略。
本实施例的订阅单元 31还用于发送订阅请求消息至元数据提供 模块; 接收单元 32还用于接收元数据提供模块返回的携带有节目元 数据的通知消息; 或, 接收元数据提供模块返回的获取节目元数据的 指示消息, 根据该指示消息去元数据提供模块获取节目元数据。
订阅单元 31还用于: 根据接收到的策略提供模块发送的更新通 知消息发送订阅请求消息给策略提供模块; 接收单元 32还用于接收 策略提供模块返回的携带有更新的节目权限控制策略的通知消息; 或,根据策略提供模块返回的获取节目权限控制策略的指示消息去策 略提供模块获取更新的节目权限控制策略。
如图 12所示, 为本发明实施例提供的节目播放的控制装置实施 例二结构示意图; 本实施例还包括切换信息获取模块 4, 用于获得节 目切换的信息。 具体用于接收到包含节目切换信息的媒体流, 根据所 述节目切换信息包含的节目 CRID 和 /或节目播放时间获得节目切换 的信息;或根据获取的节目 CRID和 /或节目播放时间获得节目切换的 信息。
还包括权限列表形成模块 5, 用于将判断结果形成权限列表并保 存。
如图 13所示, 为本发明实施例提供的节目播放的控制装置实施 例三结构示意图; 本实施例包括切换信息获取模块 4, 用于获得节目 切换的信息。 具体用于接收到包含节目切换信息的媒体流, 根据节目 切换信息包含的节目 CRID和 /或节目播放时间获得节目切换的信息; 或根据获取的节目 CRID和 /或节目播放时间获得节目切换的信息。还 包括获取模块 3, 用于获取节目权限控制策略和节目元数据。 还包括 判断模块 1 , 用于根据从策略提供模块获取的节目权限控制策略, 和 从元数据提供模块获取的节目元数据,判断节目的权限;控制模块 2, 用于根据判断结果在节目的播放时间控制是否允许访问该节目。
图 14为本发明实施例节目播放的控制系统结构示意图; 本实施 例包括元数据提供模块 6, 策略提供模块 7和业务控制模块 8。 其中 元数据提供模块 6用于保存和提供节目元数据; 策略提供模块 7, 用 于保存和提供节目权限控制策略; 业务控制模块 8, 用于根据获取的 节目元数据和节目权限控制策略, 判断节目的权限, 并根据判断结果 在节目的播放时间控制是否允许访问该节目。
本实施例中, 元数据提供模块 6可以位于 CPSF、 SSF或 SCF等 网元, 其提供的节目元数据包括节目 CRID、 节目等级、 播放时长、 节目费用、 节目类别以及节目的主演导演、语种等信息的一项或多项 的任意组合。 策略提供模块 7位于用户数据服务实体(User Profile Service Function, 筒称 UPSF )、或 SCF、或用户归属域服务器( Home Subscriber Server, 筒称 HSS )等网元, 其保存的节目权限控制策略 可以是其自身设置的, 也可以是用户终端设置的。 业务控制模块 8可 以位于 IPTV终端、 SCF、 或网络代理等网元。 业务控制模块 8与元 数据提供模块 6之间的接口可以采用 SIP协议、 HTTP协议、 SOAP 协议或 Diameter协议等; 业务控制模块 8与策略提供模块 7之间的 接口可以采用 SIP协议、 HTTP协议、 SOAP协议、 XCAP协议或 Diameter协议等。
本实施例中,策略提供模块 7可以事先设置并保存节目权限控制 策略, 设置的依据包括节目标题、 节目等级、 播放时间、 播放时长、 节目费用和节目类别以及节目的主演、 导演、 语种等。 另外, 当前时 间和用户观看节目的总时间,以及用户终端的身份信息也可以作为设 置节目权限控制策略的依据。 也可以由用户终端来设置, 然后将设置 的节目权限控制策略发送至策略提供模块 7并保存在策略提供模块 7 中。
IPTV终端开机, 完成业务附着之后, 业务控制模块 8可以向策 略提供模块 7获取节目权限控制策略, 获取的方法可以包括:
业务控制模块 8向策略提供模块 7发送订阅请求消息并收到订阅 响应消息; 策略提供模块 7将节目权限控制策略携带在通知( Notify ) 消息中返回给业务控制模块 8; 或策略提供模块 7发送允许获取的指 示消息给业务控制模块 8, 然后业务控制模块 8根据该指示消息去策 略提供模块 7获取节目权限控制策略;还可以是策略提供模块 7将节 目权限控制策略发送给业务控制模块 8。
当策略提供模块 7的节目权限控制策略有更新时,可以将更新后 的节目权限控制策略携带在消息中发送给业务控制模块 8, 或者策略 提供模块 7发送允许获取的指示消息给业务控制模块 8, 然后业务控 制模块 8根据该指示消息去策略提供模块 7获取更新后的节目权限控 制策略;还可以是策略提供模块 7将更新后的节目权限控制策略发送 给业务控制模块 8。
本实施例中, 当获取了节目权限控制策略之后, 业务控制模块 8 可以向元数据提供模块 6获取节目元数据。获取的方式同上述获取节 目权限控制策略的方式。
元数据提供模块 6 可以收集某一时间段内将要播放的节目的节 目元数据, 将节目元数据打包成数据包, 以 XML的格式发送给业务 控制模块 8。
在业务控制模块 8获取节目元数据之前或之后,获得触发节目权 限控制的信息。 能够触发节目权限控制的信息包括:直播业务建立、 直播频道切换, 直播频道内节目切换等。 节目切换的信息的获取有以下几种方式:
( 1 )业务控制模块 8从 IPTV业务提供模块获取节目播放列表。。 节目播放列表为描述了一段时间内将要播放的节目,以及节目的播放 时间和结束时间的列表。业务控制模块 8根据节目播放列表能够得知 什么时间会发生节目切换或播放。
节目播放列表的获取方式与上述对节目权限控制策略的获取方 式相同。
( 2 ) IPTV业务提供模块将节目切换信息封装在媒体流中, 将媒 体流发送至业务控制模块 8。 业务控制模块 8解析媒体流得到节目切 换信息, 该节目切换信息包括节目 CRID和 /或节目播放列表。。 业务 控制模块 8可以对比获得的节目 CRID和已有的节目 CRID, 根据节 目 CRID的不同获知节目切换。
当获取节目播放列表发生在获取节目元数据之前,则可以根据节 目播放列表中的节目去获取对应的节目元数据,而且在节目播放列表 有更新时, 根据更新了的节目播放列表去获取对应的节目元数据。
本实施例的业务控制模块 8 根据获得的节目权限控制策略和节 目元数据来判断节目元数据对应的节目的权限。根据节目播放列表能 够获知节目播放 /切换的时间, 因此在节目播放的时刻, 可以根据对 该节目的权限的判断来控制是否允许访问该节目。例如判断出某节目 没有权限, 则限制允许访问该节目; 若判断出某节目有权限, 则允许 访问该节目并正常播放该节目。
另外, 业务控制模块 8 判断出节目元数据对应的节目的权限之 后, 可以形成节目权限列表, 然后根据节目播放列表得知有节目要切 换或播放时, 去节目权限列表中查询该节目的权限, 若没有权限, 则 限制允许访问该节目; 若判断出某节目有权限, 则允许访问该节目并 正常播放该节目。
如图 15所示,为本发明实施例提供的业务控制模块结构示意图; 本实施例的业务控制模块 8还进一步包括判断子模块 81和控制子模 块 82, 其中判断子模块 81用于根据从策略提供模块获取的节目权限 控制策略,和从元数据提供模块获取的节目元数据,判断节目的权限; 控制子模块 82用于根据判断结果在所述节目的播放时间控制是否允 许访问该节目。
本发明实施例提供的节目播放的控制装置和系统,通过使用统一 的节目元数据作为设置节目权限控制策略的依据,使得节目权限控制 策略的标准得到了统一, 避免了不同地区、 不同标准的电视信号中的 节目信息与设置节目权限控制策略依据的节目信息不一致的情况,能 够实现灵活准确的判断节目权限,并根据判断结果对节目的播放进行 控制。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解 到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可 以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以 软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服 务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例, 但是, 本发明并非局 限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护 范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种节目播放的控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
根据从策略提供模块获取的节目权限控制策略和从元数据提供 模块获取的节目元数据判断节目的权限,并根据判断结果在所述节目 的播放时间控制是否允许访问该节目。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的节目播放的控制方法, 其特征在于, 获取节目权限控制策略的方式包括:
发送订阅请求消息至策略提供模块,接收所述策略提供模块返回 的订阅响应消息;
接收所述策略提供模块返回的携带有节目权限控制策略的通知 消息; 或,接收所述策略提供模块返回的获取节目权限控制策略的指 示消息, 根据该指示消息去所述策略提供模块获取节目权限控制策 略。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的节目播放的控制方法, 其特征在于, 获取节目元数据的方式包括:
发送订阅请求消息至元数据提供模块,接收所述元数据提供模块 返回的订阅响应消息;
接收所述元数据提供模块返回的携带有节目元数据的通知消息; 或,接收所述元数据提供模块返回的获取节目元数据的指示消息, 根 据该指示消息去所述元数据提供模块获取节目元数据。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的节目播放的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收所述元数据提供模块返回的携带有节目元数据的通知消息 之前还包括:
所述元数据提供模块将一段时间内将要播放的节目的元数据打 包成数据包, 将所述数据包携带在订阅响应消息中并发送。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的节目播放的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
接收到节目切换的信息。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的节目播放的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收到节目切换的信息包括:
接收到包含节目切换信息的媒体流,根据所述节目切换信息获得 节目切换的信息; 所述节目切换的信息至少包含如下之一或其组合: 节目内容标识、 节目播放列表和节目播放时间。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的节目播放的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收到节目切换的信息包括:
获取节目内容标识和节目播放列表;
对比获取的节目内容标识和已有的节目内容标识,根据节目内容 标识的变化获得节目切换的信息;
根据所述节目播放列表的节目播放时间获得所述节目切换的信 息。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的节目播放的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收到节目切换的信息包括:
接收到媒体服务器或内容数据功能实体 CPSF上报的节目切换的 信息;
或, 根据节目播放时间获得节目切换的信息。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的节目播放的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断节目的权限之后还包括: 将判断结果形成权限列表并保存。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的节目播放的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据判断结果在所述节目的播放时间控制是否允许访问该节目 具体包括: 在所述权限列表中查询要切换的节目的权限, 根据查询结 果在所述要切换的节目的播放时间控制是否允许访问该节目。
11、 一种节目播放的控制装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
判断模块, 用于根据从策略提供模块获取的节目权限控制策略, 和从元数据提供模块获取的节目元数据, 判断节目的权限;
控制模块,用于根据判断结果在所述节目的播放时间控制是否允 许访问该节目。
12、根据权利要求 11所述的节目播放的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块具体包括:
订阅单元, 用于发送订阅请求消息至策略提供模块;
接收单元,用于接收所述策略提供模块发送的携带有节目权限控 制策略的通知消息; 或,接收所述策略提供模块返回的获取节目权限 控制策略的指示消息,根据该指示消息去所述策略提供模块获取节目 权限控制策略。
13、根据权利要求 12所述的节目播放的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述订阅单元还用于发送订阅请求消息至元数据提供模块;
所述接收单元还用于接收所述元数据提供模块发送的携带有节 目元数据的通知消息; 或,接收所述元数据提供模块返回的获取节目 元数据的指示消息,根据该指示消息去所述元数据提供模块获取节目 元数据。
14、根据权利要求 12所述的节目播放的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述订阅单元还用于:根据接收到的所述策略提供模块发送的更新通 知消息发送订阅请求消息给策略提供模块;则所述接收单元还用于接 收所述策略提供模块发送的携带有更新的节目权限控制策略的通知 消息; 或, 根据所述策略提供模块发送的获取节目权限控制策略的指 示消息去所述策略提供模块获取更新的节目权限控制策略。
15、根据权利要求 11所述的节目播放的控制装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 切换信息获取模块, 用于获得节目切换的信息。
16、根据权利要求 15所述的节目播放的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块还用于获取节目播放列表,则所述切换信息获取模块用 于根据所述节目播放列表中的节目播放时间获得节目切换的信息。
17、根据权利要求 15所述的节目播放的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述切换信息获取模块具体用于接收到包含节目切换信息的媒体流, 根据所述节目切换信息包含的节目内容标识和 /或节目播放列表和 /或 节目播放时间获得节目切换的信息; 或根据获取的节目内容标识和 / 或节目播放列表和 /或节目播放时间获得节目切换的信息。
18、根据权利要求 11所述的节目播放的控制装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
权限列表形成模块, 用于将判断结果形成权限列表并保存。
19、根据权利要求 18所述的节目播放的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制模块进一步用于在所述权限列表中查询要切换的节目的权 限,根据查询结果在所述要切换的节目的播放时间控制是否允许访问 该节目。
20、 一种节目播放的控制系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
元数据提供模块, 用于保存和提供节目元数据;
策略提供模块, 用于保存和提供节目权限控制策略;
业务控制模块, 用于根据获取的节目元数据和节目权限控制策 略, 判断节目的权限, 并根据判断结果在所述节目的播放时间控制是 否允许访问该节目。
21、根据权利要求 20所述的节目播放的控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务控制模块包括:
判断子模块, 用于根据从策略提供模块获取的节目权限控制策 略, 和从元数据提供模块获取的节目元数据, 判断节目的权限;
控制子模块,用于根据判断结果在所述节目的播放时间控制是否 允许访问该节目。
