Abstract

본 발명은 선형 고분자의 변형경화방법 및 이러한 변형경화된 선형 고분자 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 선형 고분자 처리방법은 선형 고분자에 가지구조 내지 그물구조를 도입하기 위해 상기 선형 고분자와 섞일 수 있는 상용화제 및 그물구조의 핵으로 기능하는 표면처리된 미립자를 첨가 혼합시킴으로써, 연신 작용에 대해 점도가 급격히 상승하는 변형경화능을 상기 선형 고분자에 부여할 수 있다. 이를 통해 연신 유동시 고분자의 두께 변형이 고루 일어나고, 성형품의 가장자리 두께가 고르게 유지되며, 파열 현상이 억제되는 장점이 있다. 그리고, 기계적 물성 역시 표면처리하지 않은 미립자를 첨가한 경우에 비해 향상되는 장점 또한 가지고 있다.
