Abstract

조립식 파레트의 구조를 개선하여 경량화시키면서 결합구조를 간단히 하여 제조비용 및 회수비용을 절감할 수 있는 조립식 파레트가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 조립식 파레트는 상부면상 또는, 하부면상에 끼움판에 의해 끼움공간이 형성된 제1결합부가 길이방향으로 형성된 세로부재와, 하부면상에 제1결합부와 동일한 형태의 제2결합부가 길이방향으로 형성된 가로부재와, 세로부재의 위나 또는, 아래에 가로부재가 직교되게 결합시키기 위해 제1결합부의 끼움공간 및 제2결합부의 끼움공간으로 삽입되는 정방형의 상부끼움판 및 하부끼움판이 기둥판에 의해 이격된 브라켓으로 구성된다. 이때, 세로부재의 내부 빈공간은 격자 형태의 사각틀로 형성되고, 세로부재의 중심축상에는 원형틀이 길이방향으로 형성되며, 원형틀의 사방에는 사각틀로 연장되는 리브가 형성된다. 그리고 사각틀중에서 사이드사각틀의 내부에는 내구성을 강화시키기 위해 서로 교차되는 리브나, 또는 각봉 및 환봉 등이 삽입될 수 있다. 또한, 가로부재의 상부면상 가장자리선상에는 볼트의 머리가 아래를 향하도록 거꾸로 매립되는 설치홈이 형성되어 거꾸로 매립된 볼트의 나사부에 벽부재가 결합되어 박스 형태로 조립될 수도 있다. 그리고 제1결합부, 제2결합부 및 브라켓의 내측면상에는 다수의 돌기가 형성되어 공차에 의한 유격을 없애고, 부재들간의 이탈을 방지할 수 있다.
