Abstract

본 발명은 항암, 위궤양 등에 효능이 있으며, 위궤양치료효과 및 피로효과에 유용한 오가피를 이용하여 화학적 요인으로 손상된 위의 기능을 개선시키는 효능 및 화학적 요인으로 야기되는 위의 손상 예방에 유용한 오가피를 기질로 한 버섯 균사체 발효추출물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 오가피[Acanthopanax senticosus(RUPR. et MAX.) HARMS(가시오갈피나무), Acanthopanax senticosus var. subinermis KITAGAWA(왕가시오갈피나무), Acanthopanax sessiliflorus (RUPR. et MAX.) SEEM.(오갈피나무), Acanthopanax chiisanense NAKAI(지리산오갈피나무), Acanthopanax koreanum NAKAI(섬오갈피나무), Acanthopanax rufinerve NAKAI(털오갈피나무), Acanthopanax seoulense NAKAI(서울오갈피나무), Acanthopanax sieboldianum MAKINO(오가나무)]를 천연배지로 하여 상기 천연배지에 버섯종균을 배양하여 발효시켜 발효물을 획득하고, 상기 획득한 발효물을 물 또는 알코올수용액으로 추출한 추출물로 이루어진 위염예방 및 치료용 약제에 관한 것이다.
