目前一般的燃气灶具都是直接安装在厨房橱柜台面上的安装孔中, 没 有隔热装置和降温装置来改善燃气灶具周围夏季时高温厨房中的恶劣工 作环境。
现在市场上可以隔烟隔热的产品如专利号为 032621787的导烟机, 和 专利号为 20061401713406 的健康节能环保灶具进风隔热装置, 由于都是 单件独立的产品, 摆放在燃气灶具周围的橱柜台面上, 使用和收藏不便, 容易被油污污染, 也对操作造成影响。
目前的橱柜台面每米少的数百元, 多的上千元, 在安装嵌入式燃气灶 具时必须在台面上开设燃气灶具安装孔, 不仅麻烦还造成台面材料的大量 浪费。
目前的嵌入式灶具下方不但难以进风, 灶具后方的橱柜台面还极易污 染, 造成卫生死角, 难以清理。 而采用完全上进风的灶具, 工艺复杂, 造 价高。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有进风、 隔烟、 隔热、 降温等功能的节能 环保多功能灶具和提供一种具有进风、 隔烟、 隔热、 降温等功能的多功能 灶具安装架及提供一种具有进风、 隔烟、 隔热、 降温等功能的多功能灶具 隔热装置。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的。

环保多功能灶具或环保多功能灶具安装架或环保多功能灶具隔热装 置, 其特征在于: 所述的隔烟风道 (20) 中设有一组或多组呈放射形或扇 形排列的导流页片 (30); 所述的隔烟风道向灶具方向倾斜;
所述的隔烟风口的周边高于灶具或安装架或机体的表面。
环保多功能灶具的优点是-
1、 灶具下方可以不设橱柜台面, 节省橱柜台面的购置费用, 节约制 造橱柜台面的大量原材料, 省材降耗, 同时也省去了在橱柜台面上开设嵌 入式灶具安装孔的麻烦。
2、 和现在摆放在灶台上的导烟机相比, 横流风机和电源位于灶具和 安装架表面下方, 不受油污污染, 同时电源走线更加安全方便。
3、 超大的灶具工作台面, 美观整洁舒适方便, 不存在卫生死角容易 清洁。 '
4、 灶具中横流风机或小型空调的室内机可以对灶具正面的人体直接 降温, 改善夏季厨房中恶劣的工作环境, 舒适健康。
5、 隔热挡板在夏季可有效的把燃气灶具产生的大量热量与室内环境 隔离, 大幅降低夏季室内的冷气消耗, 提高厨房中的舒适度, 节能环保。 另外隔热挡板的使用, 使抽油烟机的实际空间使用高度降低, 从而使抽油 烟机的吸烟效率大幅提高, 使厨房环境更加洁净舒适。
6、 灶具上设置的进风孔, 可以为灶具下方提供进风, 补充氧气, 提 高燃气的燃烧效率, 节能环保。
环保多功能灶具安装架的优点是:
现有灶具的用户, 不必重新购买环保多功能灶具, 造成浪费, 只需要 购买安装架, 将安装架安装在现有的灶具下方或前端的橱柜边沿上, 即可 通过安装架上设置的降温装置或隔热装置, 实现灶具的隔烟、 隔热、 降温、 进风等需要, 使厨房中更加洁净舒适, 洁净健康, 节能环保。

应用中, 灶具台面边沿与橱柜台面接触部分设防水胶条。 应用中, 灶具后端上方的后挡板 2上设通风孔 12, 后挡板上的折边 3 盖放在其下方的橱柜后挡板的上方, 折边的形状和纵向宽度和橱柜后挡板 的表面上方相同。
由于平面灶具表面完全覆盖了其下方的橱柜台面, 使平面灶具下方不 需要设置橱柜台面, 从而节省了橱柜台面的购置费用, 减少生产材料的浪 费, 省材降耗, 节能环保。

应用中, 平面灶具后端可不设后挡板; 图 4 中所示, 嵌入式灶具 15 前端下方前面板 4上设降温风口 6和进风口 7, 横流风机安装在前面板背 后或前面板下方向后的底板 8上, 同时前面板上还设有进风孔 5。
应用中, 平面灶具后端上方可不设后挡板, 同时后端下方设后面板, 图 5 中所示。 由于嵌入式灶具 16同时设有前后面板, 前后面板两侧通过 其下方的底板或向后的翻边扣装在橱柜台面的边沿, 使其可以应用在岛式 橱柜中, 节省岛式橱柜高昂的台面费用。 实施例 2

参见图 15, 图中所示, 台式安装架 28的表面设嵌入式灶具的安装孔 24, 台式安装架表面纵向与橱柜台面纵向等宽, 摆放在其下方的橱柜上。 横流风机安装在前面板背后或前面板下方向后的底板上, 横流风机通过其 进风道与前面板上的进风口 7相连, 横流风机通过降温风道与前面板上的 降温风口 6相连; 在夏季为灶具正面的人体提供降温。 灶具前面板上的进 风孔 5可以为灶具下方提供新鲜空气增加供氧量, 使灶具燃气充分燃烧, 节能环保。
应用中, 台式安装架左右两侧可同时设置左右两个侧边, 两侧边纵向 与橱柜台面纵向等宽, 台式灶具通过两侧边安装在两侧边下方的橱柜台面 上。
应用中, 台式安装架的前面板为拆装结构。
应用中, 台式灶具其它结构功能和工作状态及目的与实施例 1.中所述 相同。 实施例 5
参见图 16, 图中所示, 台面边沿安装架 29的前面板上设进风孔 5及 横流风机或小型空调的进风口 7以及降温风口 6, 前面板形状和橱柜台面 边沿相同, 通过其下方的底板或向后的翻边扣装在橱柜台面的边沿, 并由 螺丝或螺丝和弹簧卡片固定; 台面边沿安装架与橱柜台面接触部分设防水 胶条。 实施例 6
参见图 17,图中所示,在平面灶具(也可以是台式灶具或灶具安装架) 上通过铰链安装有翻板式挡板 30, 其两端可以通过铰链安装有折叠挡板 31。
应用中, 向上翻起翻板式挡板, 同时向两侧打开折叠挡板, 将翻板式 挡板和折叠挡板放置在灶具的表面 (图 17-1 ), 将灶具燃烧时产生的高温 与室内环境隔离, 节能环保。 不用时, 将折叠挡板重新折回, 翻板式挡板 向下翻回即可。 实施例 Ί
参见图 6,图中所示,机体 18的正面分别设有降温风口 6和进风口 7, 横流风机 10通过进风道 11由进风口 7补充新鲜空气, 横流风机产生的气 流通过降温风道 9由降温风口 6吹出, 为灶具正面的人体提供降温, 改善 夏季厨房灶具周围的高温环境。
参见图 7, 图中所示,机体 18的正面设进风口 7,上方设隔烟风口 19, 横流风机 10的进风道 11通过进风口 7补充新鲜空气, 横流风机产生的气 流由隔烟风道 20通过隔烟风口 19向上吹出, 在机体的表面和灶具的前方 形成风幕, 将灶具产生的高温、 油烟和有害气体 (如一氧化碳) 与人体之 间隔离, 从而提高厨房环境的洁净度和舒适度, 提高油烟机的吸净率, 健 康环保。
参见图 8, 图中所示, 在机体 18的上方设有隔烟风口 19, 机体正面 设有降温风口 6和进风口 7, 机体上同时设有风道隔板的推拉杆 21。 在机 体内部设横流风机 10和横流风机的进风道 11, 以及与横流风机出风口相 通的隔烟风道 20和降温风道 11,风道隔板 22安装在隔烟风道和降温风道 之间的转轴上, 并同时位于隔烟风道和降温风道之间, 其一端与推拉杆 21 相连, 通过推拉杆可以调整改变风道隔板在隔烟风道和降温风道之间的位 置。
图 8-2中所示, 当风道隔板 22位于隔烟风道 20上时隔烟风道关闭, 横流风机产生的气流由降温风道 9通过降温风口向外直接吹向人体, 从而 在炎热的夏季对人体直接降温。 (图中虚线和箭头为气流和气流方向) 图 8-3中所示, 当风道隔板 22位于降温风道 9中时, 降温风道关闭, 横流风机产生的气流由隔烟风道 20 向上由隔烟风口吹出机体, 在机体上 方即灶具前方产生横向的风幕, 将灶具燃烧产生的油烟废气和高温隔离, 由吸油烟机排出室外, 改变厨房中的恶劣环境。
图 8-4中所示, 当通过推拉杆将风道隔板调整在隔烟风道和降温风道 之间时, 隔烟风道和降温风道同时处于打开状态, 横流风机产生的气流, 分别通过隔烟风口和降温风口向上和向外吹出, 隔离灶具高温和油烟并为 人体降温。
应用中, 风道隔板或风道隔板的转轴上或风道隔板的推拉杆上装有定 位装置或阻力装置, 使风道隔板可以克服横流风机气流的作用, 停留在隔 烟风道和降温风道之间的任意位置, 从而可以方便的通过推拉杆进行风道 调节。
应用中, 机体 18 可直接摆放在灶具的前方, 或直接安装在灶具或灶 具安装架的前端或前端面板上 (见图 10、 图 11、 图 12、 图 13中所示)。
应用中, 隔烟风道的隔烟风口或隔热风道的降温风口上设有可开闭的 盖板, 盖板沿着转轴转动开闭, 同时为风道中吹出的气流导流, 或盖板沿 着滑槽方向运动开闭; 沿着滑槽方向运动的盖板形状可以为平面或弧形。
应用中, 机体 18上可设安装框 17 (见图 6、 图 7、 图 8), 安装框的 两侧正面形状与橱柜台面边沿相同, 通过其下方的底板或向后的翻边扣装 在橱柜台面的边沿 (见图 9)。 应用中安装框 17也可通过其下方的螺丝 34 (见图 20 ) 或弹簧片 35 (见图 21 ) 固定在橱柜的边沿。
应用中, 横流风机也可以是小型空调的室内机。 应用中安装框正面同 时可设有进风孔 5,为灶具下方或横流风机或小型空调的室内机提供进风。
应用中, 图 11 中所示, 机体直接安装在台式灶具前方时, 台式灶具 的燃气旋纽幵关同时位于台式灶具的台面上。 实施例 8
参见图 18和图 18-1, 图中所示, 机体 18表面正面和两侧隔烟风道 20 中呈放射形(或扇形)排列有多个导流页片 30, 风道下方风机产生的气流 经过隔烟风道中导流页片的导流 (图中箭头所示为气流方向), 呈放射形 (或扇形) 从隔烟风道的隔烟风口 19 中吹出, 在灶具的正面和两侧形成 半包围风幕, 将烹饪产生的油烟废气和高温与室内环境隔离。 参见图 19, 图中所示, 隔烟隔热装置机体表面两端同时设置横向和纵 向的隔烟风口, 隔烟风口下方对应设置横向隔烟风道和纵向隔烟风道。 应 用中, 风道下方的风机产生的气流经过隔烟风道中导流页片的导流 (图中 箭头所示为气流方向), 呈放射形 (或扇形) 从隔烟风道的隔烟风口中吹 出, 在灶具的正面和两侧形成半包围风幕, 将烹饪产生的油烟废气和高温 与室内环境隔离。
应用中, 隔烟风道下方的风机可以是横流风机或离心风机或轴流风机 或斜流风机。
应用中, 机体可直接摆放在灶具前端, 或直接安装在灶具或安装架的 前端或前端面板上, 或通过机体上的安装框 17安装在橱柜台面的边沿。

Claims

权利要求
1、 环保多功能灶具, 其特征在于: 所述的灶具为平面灶具、 台式灶具 或落地灶具; 所述的平面灶具 (1 ) 带有前面板 (4) 或后端上方带有后挡 板 (2) 或同时带有前面板和后挡板, 或同时带有前面板和后面板;
所述的同时带有前面板和后挡板的平面灶具, 左右两侧边纵向长度与 其下方橱柜台面纵向相等, 直接摆放在其两侧下方的橱柜台面上;
所述的带有前面板或同时带有前面板和后面板的平面灶具, 其前面板 或前、 后面板通过其下方的底板或向后的翻边扣装在橱柜台面的边沿; 所述的台式灶具 (13 ) 表面两侧纵向与橱柜台面等宽, 其下方箱形腔 体和橱柜或橱柜台面纵向等宽, 其后端上方带有后挡板 (2 ) 或后端下方 带有后面板; 其下方的底板或折边扣装在橱柜台面的边沿;
所述的平面灶具前面板或前、 后面板的两侧形状与橱柜台面边沿形状 相同;
所述的台式灶具或落地灶具, 前面板设有风机或小型空调室内机进风 口, 同时前面板设风机或小型空调室内机的降温风口 (6); 或所述的灶具 前面板设有风机或小型空调室内机进风口, 同时灶具表面设风机的隔烟风 口; 或灶具前面板设有风机或小型空调室内机进风口, 同时灶具前面板设 降温风口以及灶具表面设隔烟风口; 所述的前面板背面设有风机或小型空 调室内机。
2、 环保多功能灶具安装架, 其特征在于: 所述的安装架为平面安装架 (27 ) 或台式安装架 (28 ) 或台面边沿安装架 (29); 所述的安装架前面 板背面设有风机或小型空调室内机; 所述的安装架前面板或前面板下方的 底板上设有风机或小型空调室内机进风口, 同时前面板设风机或小型空调 室内机的降温风口 (6); 或所述的安装架前面板或前面板下方的底板上设 有风机或小型空调室内机进风口, 同时灶具表面设风机的隔烟风口; 或所 述的安装架前面板或前面板下方的底板上设有风机或小型空调室内机进 风口, 同时灶具前面板设降温风口以及灶具表面设隔烟风口;
所述的安装架前面板上设灶具下方的进风孔 (5 );
所述的平面安装架 (27) 带有前面板 (4), 或带有前面板同时后端上 方带有后挡板 (2), 或带有前面板同时后端下方带有后面板; 所述的平面 安装架左右两侧边纵向与其下方橱柜台面等宽, 两侧边直接摆放在其下方 的橱柜台面上; 所述的平面安装架 (27) 前面板两侧或前、 后面板两侧通 过其下方的底板或向后的翻边扣装在橱柜台面的边沿; 所述的平面安装架 前面板或前、 后面板的形状与橱柜台面边沿形状相同;
所述的台式安装架后端上方设后挡板(2)或后端下方设后面板; 所述 的台式安装架表面两侧纵向与橱柜或橱柜台面等宽, 或其下方箱形腔体和 橱柜或橱柜台面纵向等宽;
所述的平面或台式安装架表面设有嵌入式灶具安装孔 (24);
所述的台面边沿安装架左右两侧通过其下方的底板或向后的翻边扣装 在灶具前方橱柜台面的边沿; 所述的台面边沿安装架前面板形状或前面板 两侧与橱柜台面边沿形状相同。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2中所述的环保多功能灶具或环保多功能灶具安 装架, 其特征在于: 所述的平面灶具或平面安装架表面的后挡板 (2) 带 有向后的折边(3 );折边纵向与其下方橱柜台面后挡板上方表面形状相同, 并且纵向宽度相等, 盖放在橱柜后挡板表面上方; 所述的后挡板或后面板 上设通风孔;
所述的平面灶具前面板(4)背面或前面板下方的底板上安装有风机或 小型空调室内机; 所述的平面灶具前面板或前面板下方的底板上设有风机 或小型空调室内机进风口, 同时前面板设风机或小型空调室内机的降温风 口 (6); 或所述的灶具前面板或前面板下方的底板上设有风机或小型空调 室内机进风口, 同时灶具表面设风机的隔烟风口; 或灶具前面板或前面板 下方的底板上设有风机或小型空调室内机进风口, 同时灶具前面板设降温 风口以及灶具表面设隔烟风口;
所述的灶具或安装架进风口 (6)上设隔离网; 所述的降温风口或隔烟 风口上设可调整风向的导流叶片或可沿着转轴转动开闭或沿着滑槽方向 运动可开闭的盖板, 所述的沿着转轴转动开闭盖板由手动开闭, 或由风机 气流作用开启由复位弹簧或扭簧作用关闭; 所述的沿着滑槽方向运动开闭 的盖板形状为平面或弧形;
所述的台式灶具或落地灶具或台式安装架的前面板为拆装结构; 所述的风机或小型空调的室内机与灶具下方隔离; 所述的风机或小型 空调的室内机与灶具之间设有隔热板。
4、根据权利要求 1或 2中所述的环保多功能灶具或环保多功能灶具安 装架, 其特征在于: 所述的灶具或安装架上通过铰链安装有翻板式挡板
(30) 或翻板折叠挡板; 所述的翻板折叠挡板由翻板式挡板 (30) 和通过 铰链安装在其两侧的折叠挡板 (31 ) 组成; 5、根据权利要求 1或 2中所述的环保多功能灶具或环保多功能灶具安 装架, 其特征在于: 所述的平面灶具或平面安装架两侧纵向带有加强筋或 两侧边沿带有向内或向下的折边或两侧下方设置加强角铁;
所述的平面灶具或平面安装架横向带有加强筋或下方带有横向加强角 铁;
所述的台式灶具或台式安装架通过两侧边框安装在其两侧下方的橱柜 台面上;
所述的灶具或安装架与橱柜台面之间的接触部分设有防水胶条; 所述的平面灶具或平面安装架通过螺丝 (34) 或通过螺丝 (34) 和弹 簧片 (35 ) 卡固在橱柜台面边沿上。
6、 环保多功能灶具隔热装置, 由机体和风机以及风道组成, 其特征在 于: 所述的风机安装在机体 (18) 中, 其进风口通过进风道 (11 ) 与机体 正面或机体下方的进风口 (7) 相连, 其出风口通过降温风道 (9) 与机体 正面的降温风口 (6) 相连, 或其出风口通过隔烟风道 (20) 与机体上方 的隔烟风口 (19) 相连, 或出风口通过隔烟风道 (20) 和隔烟风口 (19) 相连, 同时出风口通过降温风道 (20) 与降温风口 (6) 相连, 并且在隔 烟风道和降温风道之间设风道隔板。
7、 根据权利要求 6中所述的环保多功能灶具隔热装置, 其特征在于: 所述的风道隔板 (22) 通过转轴安装在隔烟风道 (20 ) 和降温风道 (9) 之间, 通过改变风道隔板的位置, 使隔烟风道或降温风道与横流风机出风 口之间处于打开或关闭状态, 或同时处于打开状态; 所述的风道隔板或风 道隔板的转轴或与风道隔板或转轴相连的推拉杆 (21 ) 上装有定位装置或 阻力装置;
所述的机体进风口上设隔离网。
8、 根据权利要求 6中所述的环保多功能灶具隔热装置, 其特征在于: 所述的机体安装在灶具前端或灶具安装架的前面板或前面板下方向后的 底板上; 或机体通过安装框 (17) 安装在灶具前方的橱柜台面边沿上; 所述的安装框 (17 ) 正面两侧的形状和橱柜台面边沿相同, 通过其下 方向后的翻边或底板扣装在橱柜台面边沿;
所述的安装框正面开设有进风孔 (5);
所述的安装框与橱柜台面之间的接触部分设有防水胶条;
所述的安装框通过螺丝 (34) 或通过螺丝 (34) 和弹簧片 (35 ) 卡固 在橱柜台面边沿上; 所述的机体安装在台式灶具前端时, 台式灶具的燃气开关旋纽同时位 于灶具台面上。
9、 根据权利要求 6中所述的环保多功能灶具隔热装置, 其特征在于: 所述的机体表面的隔烟风口或正面的降温风口上设有可调整风向的导流 叶片或可幵闭的盖板或同时设有导流叶片和可开闭的盖板; 所述的盖板沿 着转轴转动开闭, 或沿隔烟风口或降温风口中左右两端设置的滑槽运动开 闭; 所述的沿着滑槽方向运动开闭的盖板形状为平面或弧形;
所述的沿着转轴转动开闭的盖板由手动开闭, 或由风机气流作用开启 由复位弹簧或扭簧作用关闭。
10、 根据权利要求 1中所述的环保多功能灶具或权利要求 2中所述的 环保多功能灶具安装架或权利要求 6中所述的环保多功能灶具隔热装置, 其特征在于: 所述的隔烟风道 (20) 中设有一组或多组呈放射形或扇形排 列的导流页片 (30); 所述的隔烟风道向灶具方向倾斜;
所述的隔烟风口的周边高于灶具或安装架或机体的表面。
