Description
Aufsatz für Wände, insbesondere Lärmschutzwände Attachment for walls, in particular noise barriers
The invention relates to a sound-influencing essay for walls, in particular noise barriers. The upper edge of walls, in particular of noise barriers has a special meaning in terms of screen behavior of the wall. A suitable design of this edge can change the diffraction angle of the disturbing sound on the wall and thus cause the noise penetrates only at high altitudes in the areas to be protected. The upper edge may further sound suitable with appropriate training.
Weiters wirkt der bekannte Aufsatz im wesentlichen nur schalllenkend.EP 1 082 496 B1 discloses such an attachment, the disadvantage of which is to project part of it into the range of motion of the noise-generating means of transport and which, due to its embodiment as lying mat, only increases the depth of the noise protection wall. Furthermore, the known essay essentially acts only sound-deflecting.
The invention aims to provide an essay which at the same time has a sound-deflecting and sound-reducing effect, does not protrude into the range of motion of the noise-generating means of transport, is self-standing and economical in production and installation on walls. The attachment according to the invention achieves this in that it consists of an arrangement of discs standing on its peripheral surface and connected to the wall in a form-fitting and / or non-positively connected manner, which abut one another in the direction of the course of the wall. The disks may alternately have at least two different surface sizes.
With the invention it is achieved that, the upper edges of noise barriers or of ordinary walls are changed with respect to the defraction of noise, so that their screen behavior is improved. A preferred embodiment of the article is characterized in that the discs are substantially circular or elliptical.
According to a further feature of the invention, the discs are arranged eccentrically on a base which can be placed on a noise barrier. An advantageous embodiment is that the discs consist of porous plastic, fiber amount, concrete or glass foam.
A further preferred embodiment of the article is characterized in that it has a core carrying the discs.
Another advantageous embodiment is that the core has anchor strips. The anchor strips suitably form with the core only downwardly open angle, thereby preventing water accumulation in the neck and at the same time to protect the discs against movement by wind or violence without further fasteners.
According to a further feature of the invention core and anchor strips are shaped so that they form substantially linear rails on which the discs are pushed.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. FIG. 2 a shows a schematic section through an attachment mounted on a noise protection wall, FIG. 2 b shows a schematic section through an attachment mounted on a simple wall, FIG. 2 c shows a schematic section through a top view Fig. 2d shows a schematic section through a mounted on a noise barrier essay. According to Fig. 1, the article is formed from a stack of adjoining disks 1, 2, which is fixedly connected to its longitudinal axis by means of a core 3, which stabilizes the stack, and by means of a base 4b with the upper edge of a wall 6b. Large disks 1 and small disks 2 are provided which are arranged in a recurring pattern. The pattern of Fig. 1 consists of three discs, two small discs 2 followed by a large disc 1. The essay may have further disk sizes. The discs consist of a resistant to UV radiation, temperature fluctuations, wind and moisture resistant solid material, such as porous plastic, so-called acoustic foams, especially glass foam, cement or magnesium bonded fibers, such as wood fibers, concretes or Heraklith, but is the invention not limited to these materials. The core 3 is in the example shown an extruded profile or a composite of metal rails body, which is designed so that the discs 1, 2 can be pushed onto him. The core 3 may also consist of concrete. The discs 1, 2 are substantially circular or elliptical, but may also have other shape, for example, be shaped freely. Its diameter is larger than the wall thickness. The discs 1, 2 are positively on the base 4b and protrude only on one side on the escape of the wall 6b. You can also protrude as shown in FIG. 2a on both sides of the wall. In their inner area, they have a recess which allows them to be positively pushed onto the core 3. The core 3 is fixedly connected to the base 4b, which in turn can be connected to the wall 6b at fastening points 5b. The resistance of the compound is optionally increased by the underlay of galvanically, electrostatically or thermally insulating sealing strips 7. These sealing strips 7 are made of a softer material than the base 4b. In the sectional view of Fig. 2a it can be seen that the core 3 for stabilization purposes anchor strips 8 which extend within the discs 1, 2 and are thus not directly exposed to weathering. In addition, together with the core 3, they only form angles which are open at the bottom, so that no reservoir for dew or condensation water is formed.
The anchor strips 8 are not only straight from the core 3, but may even have kinks to increase the wedge effect. The shape and inclination of the anchor strips 8 of the core 3 is generally formed so that the discs 1, 2 are held without further holding aid or adhesive in position and can be dissolved out either by wind or by violence.
Also, as shown in FIG. 2b, the anchor strips 8 are completely within the discs 1, 2. In this embodiment, the discs 1, 2 protrude only on one side over the escape of the wall βb. According to Fig. 2c, the base 4c is formed so that it can be placed on a very thin wall, e.g. a glass wall 6c attached and can then be fixed to attachment points 5c.
Dies erfordert Befestigungsstellen 5d, die einen Schnappverschluß bilden und ohne Schrauben, Nieten oder analoge Befestigungsmittel auskommen.FIG. 2 d shows a wall 6 d, which is constructed from elements placed horizontally on top of each other. The base 4d has the same plug-in form, so that the post can be mounted after building the wall 6d in the same operation. This requires attachment points 5d, which form a snap closure and manage without screws, rivets or analog fasteners.
It is understood that the described embodiments are variously variable within the scope of the inventive concept, e.g. in terms of the fasteners, the shape and pattern of the disks, the shape of the base and the number and shape of the anchor strips.
