Abstract
The invention discloses a sound absorption plate mounting structure. The mounting block is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber with excellent performance, and is fastened on a reserved mounting hole of the sound barrier by using a stainless steel expansion bolt, and the mounting method is adopted. The invention has simple, stable and reliable mounting structure; the size adjusting range is large, and the phenomenon that the installation cannot be carried out due to size and position differences is avoided; the maintenance is convenient, and the replacement is easy.

The back of the sound-absorbing plate 1 facing the sound is connected with a back plate 5 in an adhesive way, and two ends of the back plate 5 are fixedly connected with the supporting rib columns 2 through connecting bolts 6.
The mounting block 3 is a cylindrical structure made of an elastic material. The elastic material can be ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber and other materials.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic plan view of a unit sound barrier; fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of the sound barrier, i.e., a schematic cross-sectional structure a-a in fig. 1. The figure shows a group of unit plane structures of the sound barrier, and in the construction of high-speed railways and highways, the sound barrier can be continuously arranged along two sides of a road according to the requirement of setting. The sound barrier of each unit comprises two adjacent ribbed columns 2, the sound barriers of the adjacent units can share one ribbed column 2, a fixed sound absorption plate 1 and a back plate 5 are arranged between the two ribbed columns 2, and generally, the sound barrier of each unit is composed of a plurality of groups of sound absorption plates 1 and back plates 5.

The structure that two eccentric blocks 3 are arranged on the symmetrical inclined plane is adopted, and because the eccentric blocks 3 are opposite along the rotating direction of the inclined plane, when the sound absorption plate 1 possibly moves, the sound absorption plate 1 can be balanced and stable always by the rotation of one of the two eccentric blocks 3, so that the sound barrier has good self-adaptive stability in a complex environment.
FIG. 5 is an enlarged partial cross-sectional view of the sound-absorbing panel mounting structure of the present invention, and a view of a cross-sectional structure of B-B in FIG. 4; the back plate of the sound absorption plate 1 is connected with the back plate 5 through bonding, the back plate 5 is connected and fixed with the rib columns 2 through the connecting bolts 6, two eccentric mounting blocks 3 are arranged on the two sides of each group of the sound absorption plate 1 on the sound facing surface of the sound absorption plate 1, the eccentric mounting blocks 3 are fixed on the rib columns 2 through expansion bolts 4, during installation, the eccentric mounting blocks 3 are pre-aligned to mounting holes of the rib columns 2 through the expansion bolts 4, and the rotary eccentric mounting blocks 3 are tightly attached and fixed with the inclined plates of the sound absorption plate 1.
The mounting steps include:
1. coating a layer of structural adhesive on the outer part of the sleeve of the expansion bolt 4, and then inserting the structural adhesive into the preformed hole of the rib column;
2. the expansion bolt 4 is threaded through the eccentric hole 32 of the eccentric mass 3 and then the bolt is driven into the sleeve of the expansion bolt 4 until the bolt is flush with the eccentric mass.
