Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Reibbelag für eine Kupplungsscheibe für eine Reibungskupplung, der aus einem aus Strangmaterial gewickelten und einem Heißpressverfahren unterworfenen Vorpressling hergestellt wird, wobei zur Minimierung des abrasiven Verhaltens die Glasfasern zumindest teilweise durch Mineralfasern ersetzt werden. Die kurzgeschnittenen Glasfasern und weitere Bestandteile wie Aramidfasern, Polyacrylnitrilfasern sowie künstliche Mineralfasern werden in einem Kardierungsschritt zu einem Vlies verarbeitet und Streifen des Vlieses unter Einbeziehung zumindest eines Metalldrahts zu Strangmaterial verzwirnt. Das so hergestellte Strangmaterial wird mit Bindemittel und Füllstoffen imprägniert und zu einem Vorpressling verarbeitet.
