La présente invention a trait à un sous-vêtement pour homme qui est doté d’une paire de panneaux avant gauche et droit qui sont positionnés sur la partie avant du vêtement recouvrant les organes génitaux mâles et qui s’étendent jusqu’à proximité de l’anus, le centre des panneaux avant susmentionnés étant cousu suivant des dimensions qui ne compriment pas les organes génitaux, et les bords extérieurs des panneaux avant susmentionnés étant cousus à une paire de panneaux de corps gauche et droit suivant des dimensions qui s’ajustent étroitement à la zone autour de la base des organes génitaux.
