Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de réseau pour des services de rapport d'urgence, lequel système permet une vérification à distance des états MARCHE/ARRÊT dans des installations d'éclairage. Le système comprend un terminal comportant un module de communication conçu pour transmettre des signaux de fréquence radio; un terminal de surveillance d'éclairage qui comprend un dispositif d'éclairage; un module de commande du dispositif d'éclairage; un module d'émission/réception de signaux de commande; un serveur de commande/surveillance comprenant un module d'émission/réception conçu pour recevoir des données d'informations d'éclairage et des données d'intensité de signal; un module de suivi de localisation permettant de suivre la localisation du terminal portable à l'aide des données d'informations d'éclairage et des données d'intensité de signal reçues, un module de surveillance d'éclairage conçu pour commander/surveiller le terminal de surveillance d'éclairage, ainsi qu'une BDD d'informations de localisation d'éclairage permettant de stocker des données concernant des localisations d'éclairage. Dans un mode de réalisation, le terminal portable comprend un capteur de détection conçu pour mesurer et détecter un signe vital d'une personne cible et un module de commande qui combine des données concernant le signal vital transmis provenant du capteur de détection et un identifiant d'entrée du terminal portable, produisant alors des données de résultat et envoyant ces données de résultat à envoyer au module de communication. Le serveur de commande et de surveillance comprend également un BDD d'informations d'utilisateur.
