- Example 7 Preparation of waste dispersion and loading on granular materials>
- a carrier was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that ethanol was not added. Although the thermal decomposability was slightly inferior, a good support was obtained.
- Example 8 Preparation of waste dispersion and loading on granular materials>
- a carrier was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that 5 parts of powdered soap containing sodium laurate as a main component was added simultaneously with aqueous sodium hydroxide, PCB-containing waste and ethanol. .
- soap powder as a surfactant, emulsification and thermal decomposition proceeded rapidly.
- the contact with air is insulated, and the evaporation of the PCB is easily controlled during the operation, and the safety is improved.
- the PCB-containing waste was further emulsified, the dispersibility was improved, and it could be more favorably supported on the granular material.
- Example 9 Preparation of waste dispersion and loading on granular materials>
- a support was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that 4 parts of trichlorethylene was added instead of 4 parts of PCB-containing waste.

- Example 1 Preparation of waste dispersion and loading on granular materials>
- a carrier was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that no polyaluminum chloride was added.
- neither emulsification nor thermal decomposition progressed dramatically, and the fusion of the liquid and the solid did not proceed. It was easy to become defective, and the residual separation liquid was confirmed. This residual separation was clearly PCB itself.
- Example 2 ⁇ Preparation of waste dispersion and loading on granular materials>
- a carrier was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that sodium hydroxide was not added, but the PCB-containing waste was difficult to disperse in “PAC, ethanol, and water”. Liquid phase separation occurred, so that the loading on the granular material did not proceed well. In addition, work was delayed because there was no fever. There is also a problem that the solvent volatilization and dispersion in the atmosphere, emulsification and thermal decomposability are poor.
- Example 3 Preparation of waste dispersion and loading on granular materials>
- Example 1 except that neither wheat flour nor sucrose was added (ie, no saccharide was added), an attempt was made to obtain a carrier in the same manner as in Example 1, but the residual separation liquid (mostly PCB) was used. Although it absorbs but is inadequate, it is inferior in thermal decomposability, so it does not thicken, and no PCB volatilization prevention due to the coating effect can be expected.
- Comparative Example 1 a heat resistant compound cannot be produced, and only ash is generated.
- Comparative Example 2 there is a risk that residual PCB may be volatilized and scattered due to poor emulsification and thermal decomposition. Since the decomposability is inferior, the residual PCB may be volatilized and scattered.
- the waste treatment method of the present invention does not generate dioxins due to incomplete combustion of chlorine-containing waste, and the chlorine-containing waste itself does not leak into the environment.
- a method can be provided, and the resulting product can be used effectively, so that the total cost of waste treatment can be reduced.
- the heat-resistant compound obtained by using the waste treatment method of the present invention is excellent in heat resistance, flame retardancy, electrical conductivity, and chemical resistance, and therefore, electromagnetic shielding, conductive filler, incombustible carbon, incombustible Carbon black, non-combustible fireproof building materials, organic metal replacement, activated carbon, toxic substance adsorbent, molecular sieve, antifriction material, UV protection agent, pigment, C / C composite super heat resistant filler, rubber reinforcement, asphalt heat resistance improver, soil improvement It is widely used for materials.
