为了促进国际漫游的发展, 国际电联专门成立了 IREG ( International Roaming Expert Group, 国际漫游专家工作组), 在信令测试、计费测试等方面 制定了标准协议。 信令测试通常称为 IREG测试, 计费测试通常称为 TADIG ( Transferred Account Data Interchange Group, 计费信息传递交换工作组)测 试。 IREG为确保国际漫游能力制定了相关规定, 同时还给出了移动用户从本 地运营商网络漫游到其他运营商网络时应得到的服务质量样本。 国际漫游涉 及以下几项内容, 包括: 通信链路(信令、 业务)方案、 计费信息传递方案、 国际漫游资费及结算方案等。 每项都需要运营商提供一定数量的投资、 技术 支持以及与之相配套的资金管理和业务管理措施。
运营商为了向移动用户提供高质量的国际漫游服务, 必需与其他运营商 合作开通双边漫游并负责网络的软硬件改造与维护。 双边漫游的开通是一个 长期而复杂的过程, 涉及到的问题主要有运营商之间的双边漫游协议谈判, 漫游双边的 IREG测试和 TADIG测试、 信令点租赁和信令转发、 清算中心的设 计及清算流程等。 对于实力较小的运营商而言, 由于与其签订双边漫游协议 的运营商较少, 使得在该运营商网络中登记的移动用户的可漫游区域有限, 限制了该部分移动用户的国际漫游需求, 影响了用户感受; 如杲该运营商采 用与其他运营商签订双边漫游协议的方式开通国际漫游, 不仅花费时间长, 还需要涉及多方面的交叉测试和信令路由问题, 不利于快速扩大该运营商的 国际漫游覆盖区域, 影响了国际漫游收入的增加。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种漫游处理设备、 关口设备以及实现国际漫游的通 信系统, 本发明实施例基于新增的漫游处理设备, 提供一种信令消息的转发 方法, 位置更新方法以及国际漫游的主叫、 被叫方法, 用以实现第一运营商 国际漫游用户在第三运营商网络中的国际漫游。
本发明实施例提供一种漫游处理设备, 包括:
信令收发单元: 用于收发信令消息;
存储单元, 用于存储第一运营商国际移动用户标识 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI之间的对应关系, 所述第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI同时配置给第 一运营商国际漫游用户;

本发明实施例釆用双 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriber Identifier, 国 际移动用户标识) 方案实现第一运营商国际漫游用户在第三运营商网络中的 国际漫游。 IMSI是在 PLMN网络中用于识别移动用户的号码, IMSI包括 MCC ( Mobile Country Code, 移动国家码)、 MNC ( Mobile Network Code, 移动网 码)和 MSIN ( Mobile Subscriber Identity Number, 移动用户识别号码), 其中 MCC用于识别移动用户所注册的国家, MNC用于识别移动用户所属的网络, MCC和 MNC组成运营商的 PLMN值; MSIN用于在一个 PLMN服务区内识 别移动用户, MSIN由 HLR ID ( Home Location Register Identifier, 归属位置 寄存器标识)和在 HLR ( Home Location Register, 归属位置寄存器) 内的用 户号码组成。
在双 IMSI方案中, 第一运营商预先设置第一运营商 IMSI号段, 在该号 段内为其需要国际漫游的用户分配第一运营商 IMSI, 以便与第一运营商网络 中不需要开通国际漫游业务的普通移动用户的 IMSI相区分; 第二运营商为第 一运营商预留第二运营商 IMSI号段, 第一运营商根据第二运营商预留的第二 运营商 IMSI号段为其需要国际漫游的用户分配第二运营商 IMSI。 第一运营 商可以为其需要国际漫游的用户发放一张特殊的 SIM ( Subscriber Identity Module, 用户识别模块)卡, 该特殊的 SIM卡中同时配置第一运营商 IMSI 和第二运营商 IMSI。拥有该特殊 SIM卡的用户称为第一运营商国际漫游用户, 第一运营商国际漫游用户位于第一运营商网络时, 激活第一运营商 IMSI, 在 第三运营商网络中进行国际漫游时, 激活第二运营商 IMSI。 因为第一运营商 网络与第三运营商网络未签订双边漫游协议, 所以当第一运营商国际漫游用 户在第三运营商网络中进行国际漫游时, 配置的第一运营商 IMSI 为非法 IMSI, 故激活第二运营商 IMSI。 同时, 可以通过在第一运营商网络内进行数 据配置, 将第二运营商 IMSI号段内各 IMSI设置为非法 IMSI, 使第一运营商 国际漫游用户位于第一运营商网络时, 激活第一运营商 IMSI。 此外, 还可以 采用更换 SIM卡的方式,即第一运营商国际漫游用户位于第一运营商网络时, 其终端采用配置有第一运营商 IMSI的 SIM卡,而当该第一运营商国际漫游用 户在第三运营商网络中进行国际漫游时, 其终端采用配置有第二运营商 IMSI 的 SIM卡, 但该用户的手机号码不变。
这样, 第一运营商只需与第二运营商进行连通性测试, 不需要和第三运 营商签订双边漫游协议, 以及进行 IREG测试和 TADIG测试等过程, 就可以 快速解决第一运营商国际漫游用户的在第三运营商网络中的国际漫游问题。
本发明实施例主要涉及三方的移动通信网络, 如图 1所示, 分别是第一运 营商网络、 第二运营商网络、 以及第二运营商的双边漫游合作伙伴第三运营 商网络, 三方通过 SS7 ( Signaling System Number7, 信号系统 7 )载波传输信 令, 实际中, 每个运营商网络中分别设置关口设备(也称国际关口局) , 用 来收发国际间的信令消息。 为了解决第一运营商国际漫游用户的国际漫游问 题, 在第二运营商网络中需要新建漫游处理设备(也称漫游平台) , 由漫游 处理设备在第一运营商和第三运营商之间修改信令消息, 确保第一运营商网 络对第三运营商网络的透明, 为了修改信令消息, 漫游处理设备需要存储同 时配置给第一运营商国际漫游用户的第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI之间 的对应关系。 例如, 为某第一运营商国际漫游用户配置的第一运营商 IMSI为 ABCD,第二运营商 IMSI为 EFGH,则漫游处理设备存储 ABCD和 EFGH之间的 对应关系。
对于信令和路由, 采用漫游处理设备信令转接的方式, 通过第二运营商 的漫游处理设备(也称漫游平台)和关口设备(也称国际关口局)转发信令。 第二运营商的关口设备需要预先进行数据配置 , 存储预先设置的第一运营商 IMSI号段和第二运营商为第一运营商预留的第二运营商 IMSI号段, 以便能根 据信令消息中携带的 IMSI判断出需要转发到漫游处理设备的信令消息。 如图 2所示, 为漫游处理设备的一种可能结构, 包括:
信令收发单元 201: 用于收发信令消息;
存储单元 202:用于存储第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI之间的对应关 系,第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI同时配置给第一运营商国际漫游用户; 信令处理单元 203:用于通过信令收发单元 201接收来自第一运营商网络、 且携带第一运营商 IMSI的第一信令消息,根据存储单元 202存储的对应关系 将第一信令消息所携带的第一运营商 IMSI修改为第二运营商 IMSI后生成第 二信令消息, 并将第二信令消息返回给信令收发单元 201 ; 通过信令收发单元 201接收来自第一运营商国际漫游用户所漫游的第三运营商网络、且携带第二 运营商 IMSI的第三信令消息,根据存储单元 202存储的对应关系将第三信令 消息所携带的第二运营商 IMSI修改为第一运营商 IMSI后生成第四信令消息, 并将第四信令消息返回给信令收发单元 201。
其中, 第一信令消息的源地址为第一运营商的关口设备标识, 目的地址 为第二运营商的关口设备标识, 根据第一信令消息所生成的第二信令消息的 地址信息可以由漫游处理设备进行修改, 即信令处理单元 203还用于将第二 信令消息的源地址修改为第二运营商的关口设备标识, 目的地址修改为第三 运营商的关口设备标识。
第三信令消息的源地址为第三运营商的关口设备标识, 目的地址为第二 运营商的关口设备标识, 根据第三信令消息所生成的第四信令消息的地址信 息可以由漫游处理设备进行修改, 即信令处理单元 203还用于将第四信令消 息的源地址修改为第二运营商的关口设备标识, 目的地址修改为第一运营商 的关口设备标识。
漫游处理设备也可以不修改第二信令消息和第四信令消息的地址信息, 将生成的第二信令消息和第四信令消息直接返回给第二运营商的关口设备, 而由该关口设备对地址信息进行修改。
基于新增的漫游处理设备, 本发明实施例提供一种实现国际漫游的通信 系统,如图 3所示, 包括第二运营商的关口设备 301和漫游处理设备 302,其中: 关口设备 301 : 用于根据第一运营商 IMSI号段, 以及第二运营商为第一运 营商国际漫游用户预留的第二运营商 IMSI号段, 确认接收到的信令消息所携 带的 IMSI包含在第一运营商 IMSI号段、 或者第二运营商 IMSI号段之内时, 将 信令消息转发到漫游处理设备 302, 以及转发漫游处理设备 302返回的信令消 漫游处理设备 302: 用于根据存储的第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI 之间的对应关系, 将关口设备 301转发的第一信令消息所携带的第一运营商 IMSI修改为第二运营商 IMSI后生成第二信令消息, 将第二信令消息通过关口 设备 301发送给第一运营商国际漫游用户所漫游的第三运营商网络; 将关口设 备 301转发的第三信令消息所携带的第二运营商 IMSI修改为第一运营商 IMSI 后生成第四信令消息, 将第四信令消息通过关口设备 301发送给第一运营商网 络, 其中第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI同时配置给第一运营商国际漫游 用户。
其中, 第二信令消息和第四信令消息的地址信息由关口设备 301或者漫游 处理设备 302进行修改。
关口设备 301的一种可能结构, 如图 4所示, 包括:
信令收发单元 401: 用于收发信令消息;
存储单元 402: 用于存储第一运营商 IMSI号段, 以及第二运营商为第一运 营商国际漫游用户预留的第二运营商 IMSI号段;
控制单元 403:用于当确认信令收发单元 401接收到的信令消息所携带的 IMSI在存储单元 402存储的第一运营商 IMSI号段、或者第二运营商 IMSI号 段之内时, 将信令消息转发到漫游处理设备, 以及通过信令收发单元 401 转 发漫游处理设备返回的信令消息。
当信令消息的地址信息需要由该关口设备进行修改时, 控制单元 403还 用于将来自第一运营商网络的信令消息的源地址修改为第二运营商的关口设 备标识, 目的地址修改为第三运营商的关口设备标识; 将来自第一运营商国 际漫游用户所漫游的第三运营商网络的信令消息的源地址修改为第二运营商 002S9 的关口设备标识, 目的地址修改为第一运营商的关口设备标识。
基于以上分析, 本发明实施例提供一种信令消息的转发方法, 如图 5所 示, 包括:
5501、 第二运营商的漫游处理设备接收第二运营商的关口设备转发的携 带第一运营商 IMSI的第一信令消息, 根据同时配置给第一运营商国际漫游用 户的第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI之间的对应关系, 将第一信令消息所 携带的第一运营商 IMSI修改为第二运营商 IMSI后生成第二信令消息, 将第二 信令消息通过关口设备发送给第三运营商网络, 其中, 第一信令消息来自第 一运营商网络;
5502、 第二运营商的漫游处理设备接收第二运营商的关口设备转发的携 带第二运营商 IMSI的第三信令消息,根据对应关系将第三信令消息所携带的 第二运营商 IMSI修改为第一运营商 IMSI后生成第四信令消息, 将第四信令 消息通过关口设备发送给第一运营商网络, 其中, 第三信令消息来自第三运 营商网络。
当关口设备确认接收到的信令消息携带的 IMSI包含在存储的第一运营商 IMSI号段、 或者第二运营商 IMSI号段之内时, 将该信令消息转发到漫游处 理设备, 执行上述步骤。
当关口设备确认接收到的信令消息携带的 IMSI没有包含在存储的第一运 营商 IMSI号段、 或者第二运营商 IMSI号段之内时, 将来自第一运营商网络 的信令消息直接转发给第三运营商网络, 将来自第三运营商网络的信令消息 直接转发给第一运营商网络。
本发明实施例中, 主要介绍第一运营商国际漫游用户出访到第三运营商 网络进行国际漫游时的信令和路由流程。 在第一运营商国际漫游用户出访过 程中主要的信令和路由流程包括位置更新流程、 主叫流程和被叫流程; 另夕卜, 对于国际漫游结算, 还涉及到清算服务流程。 下面以具体实施例进行徉细介 绍。
第一运营商国际漫游用户同时配置了第一运营商 IMSI 和第二运营商 N2009/000259
IMSI, 在第一运营商网络时激活第一运营商 IMSI, 在第三运营商网络中漫游 时激活第二运营商 IMSI,由第二运营商网络完成信令消息的修改和转发工作。 以下, 以漫游处理设备同时修改信令消息携带的 IMSI以及地址信息为例进行 说明, 由第二运营商的关口设备修改地址信息的情况不再赘述。

双边漫游的开通不仅涉及第一运营商国际漫游用户出访到第三运营商网 络的信令和路由流程, 也涉及第三运营商用户来访到第一运营商网络的信令 和路由流程, 在第三运营商用户来访过程中主要的信令和路由流程包括位置 更新流程、 主叫流程和被叫流程, 第三运营商用户的来访均不涉及漫游处理 设备的处理, 下面进行简单介绍。

对于出访和来访的清算服务, 需要清算中心能合并 TAP-out ( Transferred Account Procedure-out, 传输帐务过程-出访)文件、 清算中心能分解 TAP-in ( Transferred Account Procedure-m, 传输帳务过程 -来访 )文件、 清算中心能 进行 IMSI转换,从而保证第一运营商 /第二运营商和第三运营商之间的计费话 单被成功处理。
本发明实施例中, 第一运营商与第二运营商合作为第一运营商国际漫游 用户提供国际漫游服务, 采用双 IMSI方案, 通过在第二运营商网络中新建漫 游处理设备, 实现修改信令消息中的地址信息、 IMSI信息的功能, 在第二运 营商的关口设备进行信令转接, 从而不需要第一运营商与其他运营商签订双 边漫游协议, 以及复杂的 IREG测试等, 即可实现第一运营商国际漫游用户在 第二运营商的国际漫游合作伙伴的移动信息网络中进行国际漫游, 快速扩大 了第一运营商的国际漫游覆盖区域。
本发明实施例尤其适用于实力较小的运营商, 对该运营商而言, 标准的 双边漫游的开通是一个长期的过程, 对于快速扩大漫游覆盖区域、 增加漫游 收入是很不利的。 采用本发明实施例提供的双 IMSI方案, 该运营商用户可以 开通国际漫游, 只需要和建立合作关系的运营商, 即本发明实施例所指的第 二运营商进行连通性测试, 不需要漫游双边的双边漫游协议谈判、 IREG测试 等。 此外, 该方案只需要在第二运营商网络中新建漫游处理设备即可, 对网 络设备改造量小, 第二运营商与其漫游伙伴运营商的工作量也较小。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明实施例中的技术方案而 非限制, 尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解, 可以对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 ^^改或者等同替换 而不脱离本发明实施例中技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种漫游处理设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
信令收发单元: 用于收发信令消息;
存储单元: 用于存储第一运营商国际移动用户标识 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI之间的对应关系, 所述第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI同时配置给第 一运营商国际漫游用户;
信令处理单元: 用于通过所述信令收发单元接收来自第一运营商网络、 且携带第一运营商 IMSI的第一信令消息,根据所述对应关系将所述第一信令 消息所携带的第一运营商 IMSI修改为第二运营商 IMSI后生成第二信令消息, 并将所述第二信令消息返回给所述信令收发单元; 通过所述信令收发单元接 收来自所述第一运营商国际漫游用户所漫游的第三运营商网络、 且携带第二 运营商 IMSI的第三信令消息,根据所述对应关系将所述第三信令消息所携带 的第二运营商 IMSI修改为第一运营商 IMSI后生成第四信令消息, 并将所述 第四信令消息返回给所述信令收发单元。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的漫游处理设备, 其特征在于, 所述信令处理单元 还用于将所述第二信令消息的源地址修改为第二运营商的关口设备标识, 目 的地址修改为第三运营商的关口设备标识, 将所述第四信令消息的源地址修 改为第二运营商的关口设备标识, 目的地址修改为第一运营商的关口设备标 识。
3、 一种关口设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
信令收发单元: 用于收发信令消息;
存储单元: 用于存储第一运营商 IMSI号段, 以及第二运营商为第一运营 商国际漫游用户预留的第二运营商 IMSI号段;
控制单元: 用于当确认信令收发单元接收到的信令消息所携带的 IMSI包 含在所述第一运营商 IMSI号段、 或者第二运营商 IMSI号段之内时, 将所述 信令消息转发到漫游处理设备, 以及通过所述信令收发单元转发漫游处理设 备返回的信令消息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的关口设备, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元还用于将 来自第一运营商网络的信令消息的源地址修改为第二运营商的关口设备标 识, 目的地址修改为第三运营商的关口设备标识, 将来自所述第一运营商国 际漫游用户所漫游的第三运营商网络的信令消息的源地址修改为第二运营商 的关口设备标识, 目的地址修改为第一运营商的关口设备标识。
5、 一种实现国际漫游的通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 第二运营商的关 口设备和漫游处理设备; 其中,
所述关口设备用于根据第一运营商 IMSI号段, 以及第二运营商为第一运 营商国际漫游用户预留的第二运营商 IMSI号段, 当确认接收到的信令消息所 携带的 IMSI包含在所述第一运营商 IMSI号段、 或者第二运营商 IMSI号段之内 时, 将所述信令消息转发到漫游处理设备, 以及转发漫游处理设备返回的信 令消息;
所述漫游处理设备用于根据存储的第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI之 间的对应关系, 将所述关口设备转发的第一信令消息所携带的第一运营商 IMSI修改为第二运营商 IMSI后生成第二信令消息, 将所述第二信令消息通过 所述关口设备发送给第一运营商国际漫游用户所漫游的第三运营商网络; 将 所述关口设备转发的第三信令消息所携带的第二运营商 IMSI修改为第一运营 商 IMSI后生成第四信令消息, 将所述第四信令消息通过所述关口设备发送给 第一运营商网络, 所述第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI同时配置给所述第 一运营商国际漫游用户。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述漫游处理设备或者 关口设备还用于将所述第二信令消息的源地址修改为第二运营商的关口设备 标识, 目的地址修改为第三运营商的关口设备标识, 将所述第四信令消息的 源地址修改为第二运营商的关口设备标识, 目的地址修改为第一运营商的关 口设备标识。
7、 一种信令消息的转发方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 第二运营商的漫游处理设备接收第二运营商的关口设备转发的携带第一 运营商 IMSI的第一信令消息, 根据同时配置给第一运营商国际漫游用户的第 一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI之间的对应关系, 将所述第一信令消息所携 带的第一运营商 IMSI修改为第二运营商 IMSI后生成第二信令消息, 将所述第 二信令消息通过所述关口设备发送给所述第一运营商国际漫游用户所漫游的 第三运营商网络, 所述第一信令消息来自第一运营商网络;
所述漫游处理设备接收所述关口设备转发的携带第二运营商 IMSI的第三 信令消息, 根据所述对应关系将所述第三信令消息所携带的第二运营商 IMSI 修改为第一运营商 IMSI后生成第四信令消息,将所述第四信令消息通过所述 关口设备发送给所述第一运营商网络, 所述第三信令消息来自第三运营商网 络。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述关口设备当确认接收到的信令消息携带的 IMSI包含在存储的第一运 营商 IMSI号段、 或者第二运营商 IMSI号段之内时, 将所述信令消息转发到 所述漫游处理设备。
9、 一种国际漫游的位置更新方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
同时配置第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI的第一运营商国际漫游用 户漫游在第三运营商网络时, 激活第二运营商 IMSI, 所述第三运营商网络向 第二运营商的关口设备发送携带第二运营商 IMSI的第一位置更新信令;
所述关口设备确认所述第一位置更新信令所携带的 IMSI包含在存储的第 二运营商 IMSI号段之内时,将所述第一位置更新信令转发到第二运营商的漫 游处理设备;
所述漫游处理设备根据存储的第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI之间 的对应关系,将所述第一位置更新信令所携带的第二运营商 IMSI修改为第一 运营商 IMSI后通过所述关口设备发送给第一运营商网络;
所述第一运营商网络根据接收到的第一位置更新信令, 向所述关口设备 发送携带第一运营商 IMSI的第二位置更新信令; 所述关口设备确认所述第二位置更新信令所携带的 IMSI包含在存储的第 一运营商 IMSI号段之内时,将所述第二位置更新信令转发到所述漫游处理设 备;
所述漫游处理设备根据所述对应关系, 将所述第二位置更新信令所携带 的第一运营商 IMSI修改为第二运营商 IMSI后通过所述关口设备发送给第三 运营商网络。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第三运营商网络发送 的第一位置更新信令具体包括: 所述第一运营商国际漫游用户通过终端设备 发送给第三运营商网络的位置更新请求;
所述第一运营商网络根据接收到的位置更新请求发送的第二位置更新信 令具体包括: 插入用户数据消息;
所述第三运营商网络根据接收到的插入用户数据消息发送的第一位置更 新信令具体包括: 插入用户数据响应;
所述第一运营商网络根据接收到的插入用户数据响应发送的第二位置更 新信令具体包括: 位置更新响应。
11、 一种国际漫游的主叫方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
同时配置第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI的第一运营商国际漫游用 户漫游在第三运营商网络时, 激活第二运营商 IMSI, 当所述第一运营商国际 漫游用户向被叫用户发起语音呼叫时, 第二运营商网络获取被叫用户的移动 用户漫游号码 MSRN;
第二运营商网络根据所述被叫用户的 MSRN将语音呼叫接续到被叫用 户。
12、 一种国际漫游的被叫方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
同时配置第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI的第一运营商国际漫游用 户漫游在第三运营商网络时, 激活第二运营商 IMSI, 当主叫用户向所述第一 运营商国际漫游用户发起语音呼叫时, 第一运营商网络向第二运营商的关口 设备发送携带第一运营商 IMSI的第一被叫信令; 所述关口设备确认所述第一被叫信令所携带的 IMSI包含在存储的第一运 营商 IMSI号段之内时,将所述第一被叫信令转发到第二运营商的漫游处理设 备;
所述漫游处理设备根据存储的第一运营商 IMSI和第二运营商 IMSI之间 的对应关系,将所述第一被叫信令所携带的第一运营商 IMSI修改为第二运营 商 IMSI后通过所述关口设备发送给第三运营商网络;
所述第三运营商网络根据接收到的第一被叫信令, 向所述关口设备发送 携带第二运营商 IMSI的第二被叫信令;
所述关口设备确认所述第二被叫信令所携带的 IMSI包含在存储的第二运 营商 IMSI号段之内时, 将所述第二被叫信令转发到所述漫游处理设备; 所述漫游处理设备根据所述对应关系, 将所述第二被叫信令所携带的第 二运营商 IMSI修改为第一运营商 IMSI后通过所述关口设备发送给第一运营 商网络。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一运营商网络发送 的第一被叫信令具体包括: 提供漫游码请求;
所述第三运营商网络根据接收到的提供漫游码请求发送的第二被叫信令 具体包括: 提供漫游码响应, 所述提供漫游码响应对应第二运营商 IMSI提供 第一运营商国际漫游用户的 MSRN。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一运营商网络发送 所述提供漫游码请求之前, 还包括: 第一运营商的归属位置寄存器 HLR接收 到主叫用户发送的发送路由信息消息;
所述第三运营商发送所述提供漫游码响应之后, 还包括: 所述 HLR向主 叫用户回复包括所述 MSRN的发送路由信息响应;
主叫用户根据第一运营商国际漫游用户的 MSRN将语音呼叫接续到所述 第一运营商国际漫游用户。
15、 一种国际漫游的位置更新方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
第三运营商用户漫游在第一运营商网络时, 所述第一运营商网络向第二 运营商的关口设备发送携带第三运营商 IMSI的第一位置更新信令; 所述关口设备将所述第一位置更新信令的源地址修改为第二运营商网络 的关口设备标识, 目的地址修改为第三运营商的关口设备标识之后, 发送到 第三运营商网络;
所述第三运营商网络根据接收到的第一位置更新信令, 向所述关口设备 发送携带第三运营商 IMSI的第二位置更新信令;
所述关口设备将所述第二位置更新信令的源地址修改为第二运营商网络 的关口设备标识, 目的地址修改为第一运营商的关口设备标识之后, 发送到 第一运营商网络。
