Abstract

L'invention concerne un tonneau ou une barrique à vin en bois, du vin de noix de pinus pumila et son procédé de conservation. Ledit tonneau possède un couvercle d'extrémité supérieure (2), un couvercle d'extrémité inférieure (3) et une paroi latérale (1). Les périphéries du couvercle d'extrémité supérieure (2) et du couvercle d'extrémité inférieure (3) sont pourvues respectivement d'une chaîne de tenons. La paroi latérale (1) est accouplée au couvercle d'extrémité supérieure (2) et au couvercle d'extrémité inférieure (3) par les tenons. Un trou de bonde circulaire est pratiqué dans le couvercle (2) au niveau d'une position décalée par rapport au centre. Le tuyau de sortie (6) du vin est inséré dans le trou de bonde et bloqué par une bonde (7). La paroi latérale (1) du tonneau, le couvercle d'extrémité supérieure (2) et le couvercle d'extrémité inférieure (3) sont revêtus respectivement d'une couche pelliculaire serrée (9, 10, 11). Les couches pelliculaires de l'extérieur du tonneau peuvent empêche l'évaporation excessive du vin. Le vin mûri dans ce tonneau possède un goût et un arôme améliorés.
