まず、図1を参照しながら、本実施形態の情報配信システムの概要について説明する。
<情報配信システム>
まず、図1を参照しながら、本実施形態の情報配信システムのシステム構成について説明する。
情報配信対象者端末(100)は、情報配信対象者となるユーザが使用する端末である。情報配信対象者とは、情報配信装置(300)から配信する情報を最終的に配信したいエンドユーザのことである。
紹介者端末(200)は、紹介者となるユーザが使用する端末である。紹介者とは、情報配信対象者と何かしらの関係性を持っているユーザのことである。本実施形態では、この紹介者を経由して情報配信対象者に情報を配信することになる。
情報配信装置(300)は、紹介者を経由して情報配信対象者に情報を配信する装置である。本実施形態における情報配信装置(300)は、情報配信対象者に情報を配信する紹介者を決定し、該決定した紹介者に対し、情報配信対象者への情報配信を依頼することになる。
次に、図2を参照しながら、本実施形態の情報配信装置(300)の内部構成について説明する。
本実施形態の情報配信装置(300)は、プロフィールDB(301)と、関係DB(302)と、推奨情報DB(303)と、プレゼンスDB(304)と、推奨情報決定部(305)と、紹介者決定部(306)と、推奨情報紹介通知配信部(307)と、を有して構成している。
プロフィールDB(301)は、ユーザのプロフィール情報を管理するものであり、ユーザ毎にプロフィール情報を管理する。本実施形態では、図3に示すように、ユーザID毎に、プロフィール情報を管理する。ユーザIDは、ユーザを一意に特定するための情報である。本実施形態においてユーザIDは、通信を行う際にユーザを一意に特定することが可能な電話番号、メールアドレス、MACアドレス、プライベートID等の情報を適用することが好ましい。また、プロフィール情報としては、以下の情報が挙げられる。
ユーザの保有している物品リスト(本、CD、衣類、家電等の情報)。
ユーザが利用しているサービスリスト(スポーツクラブ、レンタルビデオ等のユーザが利用している各種サービスの情報)。
ユーザの特徴を特定するための属性情報(性別、年齢、職種、住所、体型、趣味等のタグ情報)。
ユーザのスケジュールを特定するためのスケジュール情報(*月*日に**さんと面会予定等のスケジュール内容)。
ユーザの加入しているコミュニティの情報(インターネット上で登録しているコミュニティの情報)と、そのコミュニティを特定するための属性情報。
なお、コミュニティを特定するための属性情報としては、そのコミュニティのジャンル(スポーツ、音楽、経済、学問等)を特定するためのタグ情報が挙げられる。
関係DB(302)は、ユーザ同士の関係情報を管理するものであり、ユーザ毎に関係情報を管理する。本実施形態では、図4に示すように、ユーザID毎に、他のユーザIDとの関係情報を管理する。関係情報は、ユーザ同士の関係性を示す情報であり、関係情報としては、以下の情報が挙げられる。なお、以下の情報は、ユーザIDaで管理している関係情報を示し、特に、ユーザIDaとユーザIDbとの間の関係情報例を示す。
ユーザIDaがユーザIDbと直接対面している頻度(対面頻度)。
ユーザIDaがユーザIDbと電話、メール、メッセージなどの通信でやり取りしている頻度(通信頻度)。
ユーザIDaがユーザIDbの公開情報を参照している頻度(参照頻度)。
ユーザIDaによるユーザIDbの評価度、信頼度(信用度)。
プレゼンスDB(304)で管理する情報(ユーザの位置情報)を利用し、ユーザIDaと、ユーザIDbと、がある一定の距離の範囲内に近付いたことを検知した場合に、ユーザIDaと、ユーザIDbと、が直接対面したものと判断し、ユーザIDaと、ユーザIDbと、の間の対面回数を1カウント加算する。そして、そのカウントした対面回数を図5に示すように、ユーザID毎に管理する。そして、ユーザID毎に管理した対面回数のTOTAL回数を基に、ユーザID毎の対面頻度を以下の(式1)を用いて算出する。
対面頻度=ユーザID毎の対面回数/TOTAL回数・・・(式1)
この上記(式1)を利用することで、図5に示す情報の場合には、
ユーザIDbとの対面頻度=5/12
ユーザIDcとの対面頻度=4/12
ユーザIDdとの対面頻度=2/12
ユーザIDeとの対面頻度=1/12
となる。なお、上記ユーザIDb~IDeとの対面頻度は、図4に示すユーザIDaの関係情報として管理することになる。
メールの発信回数、受信回数の合計(メール回数)を、図6に示すように、ユーザID毎に管理する。また、電話については通話時間を、図6に示すように、ユーザID毎に管理する。そして、ユーザID毎に管理したメール回数のTOTAL回数を基に、ユーザID毎のメール頻度を以下の(式2)を用いて算出する。
メール頻度=ユーザID毎のメール回数/TOTAL回数・・・(式2)
この上記(式2)を利用することで、図6に示す情報の場合には、
ユーザIDbとのメール頻度=20/65
ユーザIDcとのメール頻度=5/65

通話頻度=ユーザID毎の通話時間/TOTAL時間・・・(式3)
この上記(式3)を利用することで、図6に示す情報の場合には、

ユーザIDeとの通話頻度=3/10
となる。
この上記(式4)を利用することで、図6に示す情報の場合には、
ユーザIDbとの通信頻度=(20/65)+(5/10)
ユーザIDcとの通信頻度=(5/65)+(0/10)
ユーザIDdとの通信頻度=(10/65)+(2/10)
ユーザIDeとの通信頻度=(30/65)+(3/10)
となる。なお、上記ユーザIDb~IDeとの通信頻度は、図4に示すユーザIDaの関係情報として管理することになる。
ユーザIDaがユーザIDbの公開情報(ホームページやブログ等)を参照した場合に、ユーザIDbの参照回数を1カウント加算し、そのカウントした参照回数を図7に示すように、ユーザID毎に管理する。そして、ユーザID毎の参照回数のTOTAL回数を基に、ユーザID毎の参照頻度を以下の(式5)を用いて算出する。
参照頻度=ユーザID毎の参照回数/TOTAL回数・・・(式5)
この上記(式5)を利用することで、図7に示す情報の場合には、
ユーザIDbの参照頻度=2/16
ユーザIDcの参照頻度=1/16
ユーザIDdの参照頻度=5/16

となる。なお、上記ユーザIDb~IDeの参照頻度は、図4に示すユーザIDaの関係情報として管理することになる。
ユーザIDaがユーザIDbに対する評価度、信頼度を設定し、その設定した評価度、信頼度を基に、信用度を以下の(式6)を用いて算出する。
信用度=評価度+信頼度・・・(式6)
この上記(式6)を利用することで、図8に示すように、各ユーザIDb~IDeの信用度を管理することが可能となる。なお、図8に示すユーザIDb~IDeの信用度は、図4に示すユーザIDaの関係情報として管理することになる。
推奨情報DB(303)は、図9に示すように、推奨情報と、対象ユーザ決定情報と、を関係付けて管理するものである。推奨情報は、ユーザに配信する情報であり、例えば、広告、メッセージなどの各種情報が挙げられる。推奨情報は、ユーザに配信したい情報であれば、特に限定するものではなく、あらゆる情報を推奨情報として推奨情報DB(303)で管理することが可能である。
プレゼンスDB(304)は、ユーザのプレゼンス情報(現在の通信状態や位置情報等)を管理するものである。本実施形態では、図10に示すように、ユーザID毎に、プレゼンス情報を管理することになる。本実施形態のプレゼンスDB(304)で管理する情報は、公知のプレゼンス技術を適用して各ユーザのプレゼンス情報を管理することになる。
推奨情報決定部(305)は、図9に示す推奨情報DB(303)で管理する『推奨情報』、『対象ユーザ決定情報』と、図3に示すプロフィールDB(301)で管理する『プロフィール情報』と、を利用し、推奨情報の配信対象となる情報配信対象者を決定するものである。
紹介者決定部(306)は、図9に示す推奨情報DB(303)で管理する『推奨情報』、『対象ユーザ決定情報』と、図3に示すプロフィールDB(301)で管理する『プロフィール情報』と、図4に示す関係DB(302)で管理する『関係情報』と、を利用し、情報配信対象者と関係性のある紹介者を決定する。本実施形態では、この紹介者決定部(306)で決定した紹介者に対し、情報配信対象者への情報配信を依頼することになる。
推奨情報紹介通知配信部(307)は、紹介者決定部(306)で決定した紹介者に対し、推奨情報紹介通知を配信するものである。推奨情報紹介通知は、情報配信対象者への推奨情報の紹介を紹介者に依頼するための情報である。推奨情報紹介通知には、推奨情報、情報配信対象者の情報(ユーザIDを含む)、推奨情報の紹介を紹介者に促すためのメッセージ等が含まれる。推奨情報紹介通知には、情報配信対象者に推奨情報を紹介する理由等の情報を含めることも可能である。
次に、図2を参照しながら、本実施形態の紹介者端末(200)の内部構成について説明する。
推奨情報紹介通知保存部(201)は、情報配信装置(300)から配信された推奨情報紹介通知を保存するものである。
推奨情報紹介通知表示部(202)は、推奨情報紹介通知保存部(201)に保存されている推奨情報紹介通知を紹介者に提示するものである。
近距離通信部(203)は、通信相手と近距離通信を行うものである。近距離通信としては、無線通信、赤外線通信、ブルートゥース、可視光通信等が挙げられる。
データ参照部(204)は、紹介者が各種データを参照する際に使用するものであり、例えば、ウェブブラウザなどが挙げられる。
電話帳DB(205)は、紹介者端末(200)を利用して通信を行う場合に、その通信相手となるユーザの情報を管理するものである。電話帳DB(205)は、ユーザの情報をユーザIDに関係付けて管理することになる。
通信部(206)は、通信相手と通信を行うものである。
次に、図11を参照しながら、本実施形態の情報配信システムにおける処理動作について説明する。なお、図11は、情報配信システムにおける一連の処理動作を示す図である。
まず、推奨情報と、情報配信対象者と、の組の決定方法について説明する。
次に、紹介者の決定方法について説明する。
ユーザA(ユーザIDa)がユーザB(ユーザIDb)と電話、メール、メッセージなどでやり取りしている頻度(通信頻度)。
ユーザA(ユーザIDa)がユーザB(ユーザIDb)の公開情報を参照している頻度(参照頻度)。
ユーザA(ユーザIDa)によるユーザB(ユーザIDb)の評価度、信頼度(信用度)。

例えば、図5~図8に示す情報を基に、ユーザIDbの頻度;Xを算出した場合には、以下の値になる。

なお、上記(式7)による頻度;Xの算出は、対面頻度、通信頻度、参照頻度、信用度に対して各々異なる重み付けを施し、その重み付けを施した対面頻度、通信頻度、参照頻度、使用度を基に、上記頻度;Xを算出することも可能である。なお、上記所定の値は、任意に設定変更可能である。また、上記(式7)による頻度;Xの算出方法は、一例であり、あらゆる算出方法を用いて、頻度;Xを算出するように構築することも可能である。
例えば、紹介者候補リストのユーザ(ユーザIDb)のプロフィール情報に含まれる属性情報が5つあり、その5つの属性情報の中で、情報配信対象者(ユーザIDa)のプロフィール情報に含まれる属性情報と一致する属性情報が3つあると仮定する。この場合、類似度=3/5として算出する方法が挙げられる。なお、類似度の算出方法は、特に限定するものではなく、あらゆる公知の算出方法を適用することが可能である。
次に、ユーザ(ユーザIDb~IDe)毎に算出した類似度と、各ユーザ(ユーザIDb~IDe)の関係情報(対面頻度、通信頻度、参照頻度、信用度)と、を基に、各ユーザ(ユーザIDb~IDe)の統合スコアを算出する。なお、統合スコアの算出は、以下の(式8)で算出する。
統合スコア=類似度×(対面頻度+通信頻度+参照頻度)×信用度・・・(式8)
例えば、図5~図8に示す情報を基に、ユーザIDbの統合スコアを算出した場合には、以下の値になる。
ユーザIDbの統合スコア=類似度;3/5×(対面頻度;4/12+通信頻度;(5/6)+(0/10)+参照頻度;1/16)×信用度;110≒4.8
次に、ユーザ(ユーザIDb~IDe)毎に算出した統合スコアを基に、以下の方法で紹介者を決定する。
1:統合スコアが最も高いユーザ(ユーザID)を紹介者として決定する。
2:統合スコアが高い順から所定の人数(例えば、上位3名)を、紹介者として決定する。
3:所定の閾値以上の統合スコアのユーザ(ユーザID)を、紹介者として決定する。
なお、上記所定の人数、所定の閾値は、任意に設定変更可能である。
次に、推奨情報紹介通知の配信方法について説明する。
推奨情報紹介通知配信部(307)は、推奨情報紹介通知と、紹介者の情報(ユーザIDを含む)と、を受付けた場合に、その受付けた紹介者の情報(ユーザID)に該当する紹介者端末(200)に対し、推奨情報紹介通知を配信する(ステップS9)。紹介者端末(200)は、推奨情報紹介通知を受信した場合に、その受信した推奨情報紹介通知を推奨情報紹介通知保存部(201)に保存する。なお、推奨情報紹介通知保存部(201)は、推奨情報紹介通知を図13に示すように保存する。図13は、推奨情報紹介通知を推奨情報紹介通知保存部(201)に保存した状態を示しており、その推奨情報紹介通知の中には、推奨情報、対象ユーザ決定情報(属性情報)、情報配信対象者の情報(ユーザIDを含む)が含まれることになる。
次に、推奨情報紹介通知の提示方法について説明する。
推奨情報紹介通知表示部(202)は、以下のような方法で、推奨情報紹介通知保存部(201)に保存した推奨情報紹介通知を紹介者に提示することになる(ステップS10、11)。
このように、本実施形態の情報配信システムでは、情報配信装置(300)は、情報配信対象者(100)に情報を配信したい場合に、その情報配信対象者(100)と関係性のある紹介者(200)を決定する。そして、その決定した紹介者(200)を経由して情報配信対象者(100)に情報配信を行うことになる。これにより、本実施形態の情報配信システムは、情報配信対象者(100)に対し、有効な方法で情報を配信することになり、情報配信対象者(100)による情報閲覧の確率を向上させることが可能となる。その結果、広告等の情報を情報配信対象者(100)に配信した場合には、広告の宣伝効果を向上させることが可能となる。

前記情報配信対象者の端末に配信する情報が物品に関する情報の場合には、
前記関係者のプロフィール情報を前記プロフィール管理手段から取得し、該取得した関係者のプロフィール情報に含まれる物品リストを基に、前記情報の物品と同一の物品を保有している関係者を前記紹介者として決定することを特徴とする請求項2記載の情報配信装置。 - プロフィール情報を管理するプロフィール管理手段を有し、
前記決定手段は、
前記関係者のプロフィール情報を前記プロフィール管理手段から取得し、該取得した関係者のプロフィール情報に含まれる属性情報を基に、前記情報配信対象者の端末に配信する情報の属性情報と類似性のある属性情報を持つプロフィール情報の関係者を前記紹介者として決定することを特徴とする請求項2記載の情報配信装置。 - プロフィール情報を管理するプロフィール管理手段を有し、

前記関係者のプロフィール情報を前記プロフィール管理手段から取得し、該取得した関係者のプロフィール情報に含まれるスケジュール情報を基に、前記情報配信対象者と面会予定のある関係者を前記紹介者として決定することを特徴とする請求項2記載の情報配信装置。 - プロフィール情報を管理するプロフィール管理手段を有し、

前記情報配信対象者と、前記関係者と、のプロフィール情報を前記プロフィール管理手段から取得し、該取得したプロフィール情報に含まれるサービスリストを基に、前記情報配信対象者と同一のサービスを利用している関係者を前記紹介者として決定することを特徴とする請求項2記載の情報配信装置。 - プロフィール情報を管理するプロフィール管理手段を有し、
前記決定手段は、
前記情報配信対象者と、前記関係者と、のプロフィール情報を前記プロフィール管理手段から取得し、該取得したプロフィール情報に含まれるコミュニティ情報を基に、前記情報配信対象者と同一のコミュニティに属している関係者を前記紹介者として決定することを特徴とする請求項2記載の情報配信装置。 - 位置情報を管理するプレゼンス管理手段を有し、
前記決定手段は、
前記情報配信対象者と、前記関係者と、の位置情報を前記プレゼンス管理手段から取得し、該取得した位置情報を基に、前記情報配信対象者の位置情報と所定の距離の範囲内に位置する関係者を、前記紹介者として決定することを特徴とする請求項2記載の情報配信装置。 - 前記関係情報は、
前記情報配信対象者と関係性のある関係者を含んで構成されており、

前記情報配信対象者が、前記関係者を信用している度合を示す信用度と、の少なくとも1つの情報を含んで構成されており、
前記決定手段は、
前記対面頻度と、前記通信頻度と、前記参照頻度と、前記信用度と、の少なくとも1つの情報を基に、前記関係者の中から前記紹介者を決定することを特徴とする請求項9記載の情報配信装置。 - 前記決定手段は、
前記対面頻度と、前記通信頻度と、前記参照頻度と、前記信用度と、に応じたスコア値を、前記関係者毎に算出し、該算出したスコア値を基に、前記紹介者を決定することを特徴とする請求項10記載の情報配信装置。 - 前記スコア値は、以下の式を用いて算出することを特徴とする請求項11記載の情報配信装置。

前記情報配信対象者の情報と、前記リストIDと、を、前記紹介者の端末に配信し、
前記リストIDを前記情報配信対象者の端末に配信するように前記紹介者に依頼することを特徴とする請求項1から13の何れか1項に記載の情報配信装置。 - 前記配信手段により前記紹介者の端末に配信した前記配信情報を、前記紹介者からの登録要求により、当該紹介者の情報と併せて、前記情報配信対象者の情報毎に管理する紹介通知管理手段と、
前記紹介通知管理手段で前記情報配信対象者の情報毎に管理する前記配信情報を、前記紹介者の情報と併せて、前記情報配信対象者の端末に提示する提示手段と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項13記載の情報配信装置。 - 前記配信手段により前記紹介者の端末に配信した前記リストIDを、前記紹介者からの登録要求により、当該紹介者の情報と併せて、前記情報配信対象者の情報毎に管理する紹介通知管理手段と、
前記紹介通知管理手段で前記情報配信対象者の情報毎に管理する前記リストIDを、前記紹介者の情報と併せて、前記情報配信対象者の端末に提示する提示手段と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項14記載の情報配信装置。 - 情報配信対象者に情報を配信する紹介者の端末であって、
前記情報配信対象者の情報と、当該情報配信対象者に配信する配信情報と、を含む紹介通知を表示する紹介通知表示手段と、
前記紹介通知表示手段により前記紹介通知を表示した後に、前記紹介通知の配信操作が行われた場合に、前記紹介通知に含まれる情報配信対象者の端末に対し、前記配信情報と、前記紹介通知を特定するためのリストIDと、の少なくとも1つの情報を配信する配信手段と、
を有することを特徴とする端末。 - 情報配信対象者に情報を配信する紹介者の端末であって、
前記情報配信対象者の情報と、当該情報配信対象者に配信する配信情報と、を含む紹介通知を表示する紹介通知表示手段と、
前記紹介通知表示手段により前記紹介通知を表示した後に、前記紹介通知の配信操作が行われた場合に、前記配信情報と、前記紹介通知を特定するためのリストIDと、の少なくとも1つの情報を、前記情報配信対象者の情報に対応付けて紹介情報管理手段に登録する登録手段と、
を有することを特徴とする端末。 - 前記紹介通知表示手段は、
通信処理と、電話帳DBの参照処理と、近距離通信処理と、データ参照処理と、の少なくとも1つの処理が行われた場合に、前記紹介通知を保存する紹介通知保存手段を参照し、前記処理に関連性のある前記紹介通知を前記紹介通知保存手段から取得し、該取得した紹介通知を表示することを特徴とする請求項17または18記載の端末。 - 前記紹介通知表示手段は、
通信処理と、電話帳DBの参照処理と、近距離通信処理と、が行われた場合には、前記紹介通知保存手段を参照し、前記処理に関連性のある情報配信対象者が含まれる前記紹介通知を前記紹介通知保存手段から取得し、該取得した紹介通知を表示することを特徴とする請求項19記載の端末。 - 前記紹介通知には、前記配信情報を特定するための属性情報が含まれており、
前記紹介通知表示手段は、
データ参照処理が行われた場合には、前記紹介通知保存手段を参照し、データ参照内容に関連性のある属性情報が含まれる前記紹介通知を前記紹介通知保存手段から取得し、該取得した紹介通知を表示することを特徴とする請求項19記載の端末。 - 前記紹介通知表示手段は、
前記紹介者との距離が所定の範囲内に存在する前記情報配信対象者の情報を受付けた場合に、前記紹介通知保存手段を参照し、前記情報配信対象者の情報が含まれる前記紹介通知を前記紹介通知保存手段から取得し、該取得した紹介通知を表示することを特徴とする請求項17から21の何れか1項に記載の端末。 - 端末と、情報配信装置と、を有して構成する情報配信システムであって、
前記情報配信装置は、
情報配信対象者の端末に情報を配信する紹介者を決定する決定手段と、
前記決定手段で決定した紹介者の端末に対し、前記情報配信対象者の端末への情報配信を依頼する配信手段と、を有し、

前記情報配信対象者と関係性のある関係者を紹介者として決定することを特徴とする情報配信システム。 - 情報配信対象者の端末に情報を配信する紹介者を決定する決定工程と、
