The method for knitting the knitted fabric having the folded-back portion, which is folded back, when used, along a fabric folding line (5) by means of a weft knitting machine having at least a pair of front and rear needle beds, is characterized by comprising a step of forming a knit starting portion at a position to form the folding line (5) at the boundary between a first knitted portion (6) and a second knitted portion (7), a step of knitting the knit starting portion, and a step of connecting the stitches formed in the knit starting portion to the first knitted portion (6). As a result, a protrusion is formed to protrude from the folding line (5) so that the second knitted portion (7) is biased and folded on the folding line (5) as the crest to the first knitted portion (6).

Description

Knitted fabric having folded knitted fabric portion and knitting method thereof
The present invention relates to a knitted fabric knitted by a flat knitting machine and a knitting method thereof, and more particularly to a knitted fabric having a folded knitted fabric portion and a knitting method thereof.
Conventionally, in sport shirts such as polo shirts and golf shirts and sweaters with heels, knitted and foldable heels attached to the torso part are not fixed, so the fold line collapses or bends when worn and looks It was easy to lose. Therefore, by forming a misstructure along the fold line, or by making the knitted fabric thickness of the fold line portion partially thin and easy to fold, it is always folded at an appropriate position so that beautiful folding can be maintained. There is known a knit ironmaking machine (see Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3 below).
In addition, there is also a disclosure relating to a knit ironing machine that changes the type and thickness of the knitting yarn during knitting of the fold line portion to generate a fold (see Patent Document 4 below).
特公39-30010号公報Japanese Patent Publication No. 39-30010 特開2001-11717号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-11717 特開2001-295116号公報JP 2001-295116 A 特開2002-69729号公報JP 2002-69729 A
However, in the conventional folded knitted fabric, the top of the folded knitted fabric may shift to other portions of the folded knitted fabric. Also, if you want to keep the folded shape at a predetermined place like a double cuff provided on the cuffs, it may be possible to sew together the folded knitted fabrics, but this requires a post process such as sewing, and the sewing part Becomes hard and impairs the feeling of wearing.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and is a folded knitted fabric that is most easily folded at an assumed folding line and can maintain a folded shape at an appropriate location without performing sewing or the like. It aims at providing the knitted fabric which has a part, and its knitting method.
In order to achieve the above object, a knitting method of a knitted fabric having a folded knitted fabric portion according to the present invention is a knitting line of a knitted fabric by a flat knitting machine having at least a pair of front and back needle beds that slidably accommodate knitting needles. A knitting method of a knitted fabric having a folded knitted fabric portion that is folded along the line, and a boundary between a first knitted fabric portion knitted up to the fold line and a second knitted fabric portion knitted after the fold line At the fold line forming position, the yarn is fed over a predetermined empty needle of the knitting needles of the front and back needle beds to form a set-up portion, and knitting is performed on each of the front and back needle beds with respect to the set-up portion. By connecting the formed stitch to the first knitted fabric portion, the second knitted fabric portion to be subsequently knitted has a protruding portion that urges the first knitted fabric portion to bend with the fold line as the top. It is characterized by forming on the mountain side Than is.
Further, in the above-described configuration, the set-up portion is formed by using approximately the same number of empty needles as the number of stitches of the first knitted fabric portion that is locked to the knitting needles of at least one needle bed.
In each of the above-described configurations, the knitting needles of the front needle bed and the rear needle bed are respectively fed to the knitting needles of the front needle bed and the rear needle bed, and the knitting needles of the front needle bed and the knitting needles of the rear needle bed are then knitted. And a difference in the length of the knitted fabric formed respectively.
Further, the knitted fabric having a folded knitted fabric portion according to the present invention is knitted by a flat knitting machine having at least a pair of front and back needle beds which accommodates knitting needles so as to be able to advance and retreat, and is folded along the fold line. The knitted fabric having a folded knitted fabric portion partitioned into a first knitted fabric portion and a second knitted fabric portion, and a boundary position between the first knitted fabric portion and the second knitted fabric portion where a fold line is formed Further, the second knitted fabric portion formed by projecting from the fold line is provided with a crimping projection portion that urges the first knitted fabric portion to bend with the fold line as a top portion.
In the knitting method of the knitted fabric having the folded knitted fabric portion according to the present invention, at the folding line forming position, the yarn is fed over a predetermined empty needle of the knitting needles of the front and rear needle beds to form a set-up portion, By knitting and connecting the stitch formed on the set-up portion to the first knitted fabric portion, the second knitted fabric portion projects from the fold line so that the second knitted fabric portion bends with respect to the first knitted fabric portion with the fold line as the top. Since the protruding portion that is urged is formed, the position at which the folded knitted fabric portion is most easily folded can be set to the folding line forming position assumed in advance, and the folded shape can be maintained at an appropriate location. There are advantages.
In addition, when the set-up portion is formed by using approximately the same number of empty needles as the number of stitches of the first knitted fabric portion that is locked to the knitting needles of the needle bed, it is appropriately set according to the expansion and contraction of the stitches of the first knitted fabric portion. There is an advantage that it can expand and contract.
Then, the knitting needles are fed to the knitting needles on both the front needle bed and the rear needle bed following the set-up part, and the protrusions are knitted. At this time, the knitting needles on the front needle bed and the knitting needles on the rear needle bed are formed respectively. When there is a difference in the length of the knitted fabric, it is possible to adjust the inclination angle at the top of the projection, and a short knitted fabric is formed in the front needle bed or the rear needle bed that locks the first knitted fabric portion. In this case, when a long knitted fabric is formed on the first knitted fabric portion side, the folded knitted fabric can be made difficult to return by inclining the protrusion on the second knitted fabric portion side.
Furthermore, the knitted fabric having the folded knitted fabric portion according to the present invention is a second knitted fabric formed by protruding from the fold line at the boundary position between the first knitted fabric portion and the second knitted fabric portion where the fold line is formed. Since the ground portion is provided with a protrusion that urges the first knitted fabric portion to bend with the folding line as the top, a knitted fabric having a folded knitted fabric portion that can be properly folded at the assumed folding line. There are benefits that can be provided.

Furthermore, since the carrier 5 can be handled with a single piece, it can be knitted without using other knitting yarns, so it is not necessary to terminate the other knitting yarns, which is efficient. A plurality of carriers may be used accordingly.
1 is a part of a front view of a knitted fabric having a folded knitted fabric portion according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view of the folded knitted fabric portion, and FIG. 3 is the folded knitted fabric portion. FIG. 4 to FIG. 6 are knitting diagrams of protrusions of the folded knitted fabric portion of FIG.
A knitted fabric 1 having a folded knitted fabric portion 2 according to the present embodiment is a garment such as a sports shirt and a trouser sweater formed by knitting, and the folded knitted fabric portion 2 is a knitted fabric attached to a garment body 8 Although not shown in the drawings, the whole is a horizontally elongated substantially rectangular or trapezoidal shape in the unfolded state.
The folded knitted fabric portion 2 is folded along a fold line 5 and is divided into a first knitted fabric portion 6 and a second knitted fabric portion 7 with the fold line 5 as a boundary, of which the first knitted fabric portion 6 is continuously knitted from the garment body 8 by a series of knitting operations.
2 and 3, at the boundary position between the first knitted fabric portion 6 and the second knitted fabric portion 7 where the fold line 5 is formed, a protruding portion 9 formed by protruding from the fold line 5 is provided. I have. The protruding portion 9 is on the mountain side of the folding position, and the second knitted fabric portion 7 is brazed to the first knitted fabric portion 6 so as to bend with the folding line 5 as the top.
The first knitted fabric portion 6 and the second knitted fabric portion 7 of the folded knitted fabric portion 2 can be knitted by various structures used for shirt folds or the like. For example, a tentacle knitting, a bag knitting, a garter knitting, a rib knitting, a jacquard knitting, and the like can be adopted, and these knitting structures may be used alone or in combination of a plurality of types.
Next, a knitting method of the folded knitted fabric portion 2 will be described with reference to FIGS.
Step 1 shows a state in which the first knitted fabric portion 6 continuously formed by a series of knitting operations from the heel opening of the garment body 8 is locked to the front and back needle beds.
The first knitted fabric portion 6 is knitted in a C shape by folding the front and back needle beds F and B so as to be separated between the knitting needles p and q of the front needle bed F, and the back ridge 11 of the first knitted fabric portion 6 is rearward. With the knitting needles B to FF of the needle bed B, the right front heel 10 is knitted with the knitting needles a to o of the front needle bed F, and the left front heel 12 is knitted with the knitting needles q to ee of the front needle bed F.
In step 2, when forming the protrusion 9 at the position where the fold line 5 is formed, first, in order to knitting the protrusion 9 of the right front heel 10, the empty needles b, f, j, n of the front needle bed F and the rear needle bed B A state is shown in which a yarn is fed over the empty needles C, G, K, and O and a set-up portion is formed by hooks formed by knitting the empty needles.
At that time, the knitting needles a, c, e, g,..., Ee of the front needle bed F for locking the stitches of the first knitted fabric portion 6 and the knitting needles B, D, F, H,. ..., FF maintains the state in which the stitches of the first knitted fabric portion 6 are kept locked.
Step 3 shows a state in which the knitting needles b, f, j, n of the front needle bed F among the set-up portions formed in Step 2 are moved to the right to knit, and Step 4 is the rear of the set-up portions. The knitting needles C and K of the needle bed B are knitted and turned back to the left. In step 5, the knitting needles G and O of the rear needle bed B are knitted and turned back to the right. Further, step 6 is the knitting needle C of the rear needle bed B. , G, K, O are shown. Thereby, the bag-shaped protrusion 9 is formed.
In this way, one stitch is formed on the knitting needles b, f, j, n of the front needle bed F with respect to the set-up portion, whereas the knitting needles C, G, K, O of the rear needle bed B are formed. By forming two stitches, a difference is provided in the lengths of the knitted fabrics formed by the front and back needle beds F and B, respectively, and as shown in FIG. 3, the protruding portions 9 are formed by the first knitted fabric portion 6 and the second knitted fabric portion. The second knitted fabric portion 7 can be inclined with respect to the first knitted fabric portion 6 by a predetermined angle D from the plane direction P that is equidistant from the first knitted fabric 7. The state can be made difficult to return.
That is, when a knitted fabric shorter than the rear needle bed B is formed by the knitting needles b, f, j, and n of the front needle bed F that locks the first knitted fabric portion 6, the right side 9a of the protruding portion in FIG. 3 is formed. When a knitted fabric longer than the front needle bed F is formed by the knitting needles C, G, K, and O of the rear needle bed B that does not lock the first knitted fabric part 6, a left side 9b of the protruding part is formed, and a right side of the protruding part Since the left side 9b of the protrusion is longer than the protrusion 9a, the protrusion 9 is inclined toward the first knitted fabric 6 side.
As a result, the projecting portion 9 is visually recognized so as to form substantially the same plane as the second knitted fabric portion 7 that is subsequently knitted.
Here, if two stitches are formed with the knitting needles b, f, j, n of the front needle bed F and one stitch is formed with the knitting needles C, G, K, O of the rear needle bed B, the broken lines in FIG. As shown, the protrusion 9cc is inclined from the direction P toward the second knitted fabric portion 7 by a predetermined angle E.
In this way, the inclination angles D and E of the protrusion 9 can be adjusted by providing a difference in the length of the knitted fabric formed by the front and rear needle beds F and B from the set-up portion.
And since this protrusion part 9 protrudes inward of the knitted fabric knitted in C shape in the front-and-rear needle beds F and B, the 2nd knitted fabric part 7 knitted continuously is knitted in C shape. It is energized so that it will be folded back to the outside.
Similarly, in the back heel 11 and the left front heel 12, since the protruding portion 9 is protruded inward, the second knitted fabric portion 7 is folded outward.
Steps 7 to 9 show a state in which the stitches formed in the set-up portion are overlapped with the stitches of the first knitted fabric portion 6 by performing transfer.
First, step 7 shows a state in which the stitches locked to the knitting needles C, G, K, and O of the rear needle bed B are transferred to the knitting needles c, g, k, and o of the front needle bed F. The state which overlapped with the stitch of the right front heel 10 of the 1st knitted fabric part 6 latched by the knitting needles c, g, k, o of the front needle bed F is shown.
In step 8, racking is performed by moving the rear needle bed B to the left by 1 pitch to L1.5P, and the stitches locked to the knitting needles b, f, j, n of the front needle bed F are empty in the rear needle bed B. Step 9 shows the state of transfer to the needles C, G, K, O. Step 9 moves the rear needle bed B to the left by one pitch to L2.5P, and then the knitting needles C, G of the rear needle bed B , K, O, the stitches locked to the knitting needles a, e, i, m of the front needle bed F are shown.
By the steps 8 and 9, the stitches formed on the knitting needles b, f, j, and n of the front needle bed F in the step 3 are overlapped with the stitches locked to the knitting needles a, e, i, and m adjacent to the left side. ing.
By performing the above steps 2 to 9, the stitches of the projections 9 formed from the set-up portion of the right front heel 10 were overlapped with the stitches of the first knitted fabric portion 6.
Next, a method for forming the protrusions 9 on the back ridge 11 will be described with reference to FIG.
Step 10 is racking by moving the rear needle bed B to the right by 2 pitches and returning it to L0.5P, and then the knitting needles d, h, l, p, t, x, bb, ff and the rear of the front needle bed F. A state is shown in which a yarn is fed over the empty needles A, E, I, M, Q, U, Y, and CC of the needle bed B to form a set-up portion for the back ridge 11.
Step 11 shows a state in which the knitting needles A, E, I, M, Q, U, Y, CC of the rear needle bed B among the set-up portions formed in Step 10 are knit, and Step 12 shows the front of the set-up portions. Knitting the knitting needles h, p, x, and ff of the needle bed F, step 13 knits the knitting needles d, l, t, and bb of the front needle bed F, and step 14 further knitting the needles d, h of the front needle bed F. , L, p, t, x, bb, ff.
Thus, also in the formation of the protrusion 9 of the back ridge 11, a difference is provided in the length of the knitted fabric formed by the front and rear needle beds F, B with respect to the set-up portion, and the knitting needles A, E, I of the rear needle bed B are provided. , M, Q, U, Y, CC, while forming one stitch using the knitting needles d, h, l, p, t, x, bb, ff of the front needle bed F, Thereby, the projection part 9 is made to incline to the 1st knitted fabric part 6 side.
Steps 15 to 17 show a state in which the stitches formed in the set-up portion are overlapped with the stitches of the first knitted fabric portion 6, as in Steps 7 to 9 of the right forehead 10. A state in which the stitches locked to the knitting needles d, h, l, p, t, x, bb, ff are transferred to the knitting needles D, H, L, P, T, X, BB, FF of the rear needle bed B is shown. .
In step 16, racking is performed by moving the rear needle bed B to the right by one pitch to R0.5P, and the knitting needles A, E, I, M, Q, U, Y, CC of the rear needle bed B are locked. The stitches are transferred to the empty needles b, f, j, n, r, v, z, and dd of the front needle bed F, and in step 17, the rear needle bed B is moved by 1 pitch to the left and L0.5P is set. Return to the position, and then stitches locked to the knitting needles b, f, j, n, r, v, z, dd of the front needle bed F are knitting needles B, F, J, N, R, V of the rear needle bed B. , Z, DD.
In this way, the knitted fabric of the protruding portion 9 formed from the set-up portion on the back ridge 11 in steps 10 to 17 is overlapped with the stitch of the first knitted fabric portion 6.
Next, a method for forming the protrusion 9 on the left forehead 12 will be described with reference to FIG.

It is double stitches in the eyes.
In step 26, the knitting needles a to o of the front needle bed F, the knitting needles B to FF of the rear needle bed B, and the knitting needles q of the front needle bed F in a state where the stitches of the projection 9 are overlapped on the stitches of the first knitted fabric portion 6. A state in which the stitches formed in the set-up portion are connected to the first knitted fabric portion 6 by kniting ee to ee is shown.
After step 26, the second knitted fabric portion 7 is knitted in a C shape using the knitting needles a to ee of the front needle bed F and the knitting needles B to FF of the rear needle bed B.
Through the above steps 1 to 26, the protruding portion 9 protruding from the fold line 5 can be formed, and the second knitted fabric portion 7 makes the fold line 5 the top of the first knitted fabric portion 6 by the protruding portion 9. By energizing the folded knitted fabric portion 2 to be bent, there is an advantage that it can be most easily folded at the folding line 5 that is a folded position as compared with other knitted fabric portions of the folded knitted fabric portion 2.
In addition, since the folded shape can be maintained at the folding line 5, the top of the folded knitted fabric does not shift to other portions of the folded knitted fabric as in the conventional folded knitted fabric, and it is desired to maintain the folded shape. This eliminates the need for post-processes such as sewing.
Therefore, labor can be saved and the first knitted fabric portion 6 and the second knitted fabric portion 7 are not fixed by sewing, so that a knitted fabric having a stretchable and flexible wearing feeling utilizing the characteristics of the knit can be provided.
Further, the number of stitches in the set-up portion is substantially the same as the number of stitches of the first knitted fabric portion 6 that is locked to the knitting needles a to ee and B to FF of the front and back needle beds F and B. The second knitted fabric portion 7 can be appropriately expanded and contracted according to the expansion and contraction in the wale direction, and the knitted fabric of the protrusion 9 is substantially the same as the knitted fabric width of the first knitted fabric portion 6 and the second knitted fabric portion 7. Thus, the beautiful appearance shape of the folded knitted fabric portion 2 can be maintained without making the protrusions 9 unnaturally conspicuous.
At that time, when the number of stitches of the protruding portion 9 is larger than the number of stitches of the first knitted fabric portion 6 and the second knitted fabric portion 7, the knitted fabric constituting the protruding portion 9 is the first knitted fabric portion 6 and the second knitted fabric portion 6. The knitted fabric portion 7 is long in the wale direction with respect to the knitted fabric, and conversely, when the knitted fabric portion is small, the knitting yarn of the protruding portion 9 is short and is not easily stretched.
Further, since the lengths of the knitted fabrics formed by the knitting needles a to ee and B to FF of the front and back needle beds F and B following the set-up portion are made different, the second and more accurate and surely along the folding line 5 The knitted fabric portion 7 can be brazed so as to be bent with respect to the first knitted fabric portion 6, and the effect of maintaining the bent state of the second knitted fabric portion 7 is also obtained.
In the above embodiment, needle knitting is performed using a two-bed flat knitting machine having two needle beds at the front and rear. However, the knitted fabric having the folded knitted fabric portion and the knitting method according to the present invention are the same. However, the knitting may be performed using a so-called four-bed flat knitting machine having four needle beds.
Moreover, although the knitted fabric 1 having the folded knitted fabric portion 2 is a garment with a heel and the folded knitted fabric portion 2 is a knitted fabric, the folded knitted fabric portion of the present embodiment may be provided on a knitted fabric other than the garment. Of course, it may be provided in other parts of the garment, such as a double cuff of the garment.
The folded knitted fabric portion 2 is knitted into a C shape separated by the knitting needles p and q of the front needle bed F, but is knitted as a flat knitting, a tubular knitting, or a C shape separated at other positions on the needle bed. Alternatively, by knitting the folded knitted fabric portion as a knitted fabric of clothes into a cylindrical shape, a turtleneck knitted fabric that can be folded most easily at an appropriate location can be obtained.
Moreover, although the projection part 9 was formed over the full length of the broken line 5, it does not necessarily need to be formed over the full length, and may be provided only in the back face part which is the center part of the broken line 5, and it provides intermittently. Also good.
Further, regarding the knitted fabric of the protruding portion 9, the lengths of the knitted fabrics formed by the knitting needles of the front and rear needle beds F and B are set to be one stitch or two stitches having the same stitch length. Knitting may be performed without providing a difference in the length of the knitted fabric to be formed, or knitting may be performed with a difference in stitch length with the same number of stitches.
And it is also possible to change the number of stitches constituting the protrusion 9 appropriately to the number of stitches larger than one stitch or two stitches.
Thus, by providing the same or different lengths of the knitted fabric formed by the knitting needles of the front and rear needle beds F and B, the inclination angle of the protruding portion protruding from the top can be freely adjusted. A change in appearance can be produced while obtaining an effect in maintaining the shape of the folded knitted fabric portion.
