Abstract

Installation de déshydratation de produits, comprenant une enceinte (1), un organe d'aspiration d'air (4) contenu dans l'enceinte, un réceptacle (13) à produits reçu dans l'enceinte et pourvu d'une ouverture supérieure (25) en regard de laquelle s'étend un fond, perméable à l'air et à l'eau, d'une cassette (9) contenant des moyens d'adsorption d'humidité, un joint d'étanchéité (32) s ' étendant entre un pourtour du fond de la cassette (9) et un bord (26) du réceptacle (13) délimitant l' ouverture.
