[47] 本发明具体实施方式还提供一实施例, 该实施例提供一种发送紧急信息的通信 装置, 该装置具体可以包括: 按键序列触发模块, 用于在该通信装置中输入预 先设定的按键序列后, 触发紧急信息的发送过程; 信息内容获取模块, 用于自 动获取该紧急信息的信息内容, 并将该信息内容传递给紧急信息发送模块; 联系信息获取模块, 用于自动获取该紧急信息的接收者的联系信息, 将该联系 信息传递给紧急信息发送模块; 紧急信息发送模块, 用于自动获取该联系信息 , 并按照该联系信息进行发送。 本实施例提供的装置具有在用户遇到紧急情况 吋, 在用户触发了一个预先设定的按键序列后, 可以马上向一个预先设定的号 码发送紧急信息, 通告用户所遇到的紧急情况。
[48] 本发明具体实施方式还提供一种紧急信息的发送方法, 该方法的一种实施例的 处理流程如图 6所示, 包括如下步骤:
[49] 步骤 61、 移动终端的用户遇到紧急情况, 用户在移动终端上输入预先设置的按 键序列, 从而触发上述紧急信息的发送过程。 [50] 步骤 62、 设置所述通信装置以无声音、 无图象的方式在后台继续执行所述紧急 信息的发送过程, 并且对任何按键都不响应。 在此吋, 即使有人想关掉用户移 动终端的电源, 也不起作用, 移动终端处于黑屏状态的后台处理模式。 移动终 端首先进入紧急信息内容的获取过程。
[51] 步骤 63、 判断移动终端是否支持 GPS, 如果是, 执行步骤 64; 否则, 执行步骤 65。
[52] 步骤 64、 获取移动终端的 GPS信息, 将该 GPS信息加入到紧急信息内容中。 执 行步骤 66。

[59] 步骤 71、 当上述定吋器超吋后, 获取移动终端的当前 GPS信息或者当前服务小 区信息, 将该当前 GPS信息或者当前服务小区信息加入到紧急信息中。
[60] 步骤 72、 将上述携带了移动终端的当前 GPS信息或者当前服务小区信息的紧急 信息发送给上述接收者。 继续监视上述定吋器的计吋, 当上述定吋器再次超吋 后, 再次发送紧急消息给上述接收者。
[61] 上述实施例提供的方法通过预先设定按键序列, 并在用户输入该设定按键序列 后, 出发紧急信息发送过程, 并将紧急信息的内容发送给紧急接收者, 进而达 到了在用户遇到紧急情况吋, 在用户触发了一个预先设定的按键序列后, 可以 马上向一个预先设定的号码发送紧急信息, 通告用户所遇到的紧急情况的目的 。 并且该方法还通过设置重复发送紧急信息的定吋器, 在定吋器超吋后, 重复 发送紧急信息, 达到了自动跟踪用户的行踪, 继续发送紧急信息的目的, 并且 该紧急信息还可以包括当前的 GPS信息或当前服务小区信息, 或者还可以包括当 前所在场景的图象等, 进一步提供了用户所在场景的信息。
[62] 本发明具体实施方式还提供另一实施例, 该实施例提供一种紧急信息的发送方 法, 该方法包括: 在通信装置中输入预先设定的按键序列; 自动获取紧急信息 的信息内容, 并自动获取该紧急信息接收者的联系信息; 自动将该紧急信息的 信息内容按照所述联系信息发送。 本实施例提供的方法具有在用户遇到紧急情 况吋, 在用户触发了一个预先设定的按键序列后, 可以马上向一个预先设定的 号码发送紧急信息, 通告用户所遇到的紧急情况。
[63] 综上所述, 应用本发明所述装置和方法后, 当用户处于紧急情况吋, 不需要打 电话就可以将其当前所处位置等信息发送出去, 并且可以使接收者基于 GPS或服 务小区跟踪用户的后续位置信息。 通过设置和自动运行后台模式, 可以使处于 紧急情况的用户的危险度降低, 更好地保障用户的安全。
[64] 以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围 应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求书
[1] 一种发送紧急信息的通信装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
按键序列触发模块, 用于在所述通信装置中输入预先设定的按键序列后, 触发紧急信息的发送过程;
信息内容获取模块, 用于自动获取所述紧急信息的信息内容, 并将所述信 息内容传递给紧急信息发送模块;
联系信息获取模块, 用于自动获取所述紧急信息的接收者的联系信息, 将 所述联系信息传递给紧急信息发送模块;
紧急信息发送模块, 用于自动获取所述联系信息, 并按照所述联系信息进 行发送。
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的紧急信息的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述通信装置还 包括:
后台模式设置模块, 用于在所述按键序列触发模块触发所述紧急信息的发 送过程后, 设置所述通信装置以无声音、 无图象的方式在后台继续执行所 述紧急信息的发送过程, 且不响应任何按键。
[3] 根据权利要求 1所述的紧急信息的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述的通信装置 还包括:
按键序列设置模块, 用于在所述通信装置中设置按键序列。
[4] 根据权利要求 1所述的紧急信息的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述的通信装置 还包括:
后续信息发送设置模块, 用于设置后续发送的所述紧急信息的吋间间隔; 所述紧急信息发送模块按照所述吋间间隔继续发送所述紧急信息。
[5] 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的紧急信息的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述 的信息内容获取模块包括:
位置信息获取模块, 用于获取所述通信装置的当前位置信息, 并将所述位 置信息设置在所述紧急信息的信息内容。
[6] 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的紧急信息的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述 的信息内容获取模块包括: 预先设定的消息摸板, 并且至少指定一个默认 的消息摸板。
[7] 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的紧急信息的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述 的联系信息获取模块包括: 联系信息预设模块和联系信息选择模块中的至 少一项, 其中,
联系信息预设模块, 用于在所述通信装置中预先设置所述紧急信息的接收 者的联系信息;
联系信息选择模块, 用于随机地或按照设定的规律在所述通信装置以前发 送的信息的接收者的联系信息中, 选择所述紧急信息的接收者的联系信息
[8] —种紧急信息的发送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在通信装置中输入预先设定的按键序列;
自动获取紧急信息的信息内容, 并自动获取所述紧急信息接收者的联系信 息;
自动将所述紧急信息的信息内容按照所述联系信息发送。
[9] 根据权利要求 8所述的紧急信息的发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括 用于在所述通信装置中输入了预先设定的按键序列后, 设置所述通信装置 以无声音、 无图象的方式在后台继续执行所述紧急信息的发送过程, 且不 响应任何按键。
[10] 根据权利要求 8所述的紧急信息的发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述在通信装置 中输入预先设定的按键序列之前还包括:
在所述通信装置中设置按键序列, 用户在所述通信装置中输入了该按键序 列后将触发紧急信息的发送过程。
[11] 根据权利要求 8所述的紧急信息的发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述自动获取紧 急信息的信息内容的过程, 具体包括:
获取所述通信装置的当前全球定位系统 GPS位置信息或服务小区位置信息 , 将所述 GPS位置信息或服务小区位置信息添加到预先设定的消息摸板中
, 构成所述紧急信息。
[12] 根据权利要求 11所述的紧急信息的发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述自动获取 紧急信息的信息内容的过程, 还包括:
所述通信装置摄取其当前所在场景的图象信息, 将所述图象信息加入到所 述紧急信息中。
[13] 根据权利要求 8至 12任一项所述的紧急信息的发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述 方法还包括:
预先设置所述紧急信息的接收者的联系信息;
或者,
随机地或按照设定的规律在所述通信装置以前发送的信息的接收者的联系 信息中, 选择所述紧急信息的接收者的联系信息。
