本申请属于通信技术领域,具体涉及一种信息发送方法及装置。
背景技术
随着移动网络的发展,移动设备得到广泛使用。通过移动网络,可以实现移动设备之间的信息传递。
移动设备在基于移动网络进行信息传递时,移动网络信号的强弱会影响信息传递效率。例如,对于有些区域(如山区、偏远地区、建筑地下区域、隧道桥洞等),由于移动网络信号覆盖较弱或由于没有移动网络信号覆盖,可能导致用户无法通过移动设备及时与外界取得联系。
尤其是当长时间在信号较弱或无信号覆盖的地区,从事具有一定风险的活动(如登山、野外考察等)时,用户可能难以通过移动网络向他人(如亲人和朋友)告知自己的行踪,影响用户的出行安全。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种信息发送方法及装置,能够解决现有技术中在移动网络信号较弱或无移动网络信号的情况下,用户难以通过移动网络向他人告知自身位置的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种信息发送方法,所述方法包括:
获取第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度;
在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的情况下,每隔第一预设时长获取所述第一电子设备的位置信息;
在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将包括目标位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备;其中,所述目标位置信息为第一时间段内获取的所述第一电子设备的位置信息。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种信息发送装置,所述装置包括:
第一获取模块,用于获取第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度;
第二获取模块,用于在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的情况下,每隔第一预设时长获取所述第一电子设备的位置信息;
发送模块,用于在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将包括目标位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备;其中,所述目标位置信息为第一时间段内获取的所述第一电子设备的位置信息。

在本申请实施例中,可以预先获取的第一电子设备的位置信息,并在第 一电子设备的移动网络信号强度长时间处于较弱状态的情况下,将预先获得的第一电子设备的位置信息发送至其他电子设备(即第二电子设备),这样,即使在第一电子设备用户无法通过移动网络与他人取得联系,也可以使其他用户基于第二电子设备收到的位置信息,获知第一电子设备用户的行踪,从而提高用户出行的安全性。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

下面结合附图,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的信息发送方法进行详细地说明。
图1是本申请实施例提供的一种信息发送方法的流程示意图,该信息发送方法应用于第三电子设备,该第三电子设备可以是终端设备或服务器。在第三电子设备为服务器的情况下,该服务器可以是移动网络的核心网服务器。
其中,该信息发送方法可以包括:
步骤101:获取第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度。
本申请实施例中,第三电子设备可以获取第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度。其中,第一电子设备可以是手机、平板电脑、车载终端等可以连接移动网络的移动设备。例如,如图2中的201所示,可以获取手机A(对应第一电子设备)的手机信号强度(即移动网络信号强度)。
可选地,可以是第三电子设备向第一电子设备发送请求,以使第一电子设备向第三电子设备发送自身的移动网络信号强度。如,检测到第一电子设备开机后,向第一电子设备发送用于获取其移动网络信号强度的请求。
可选地,也可以是第一电子设备主动将自身的移动网络信号强度发送至第三电子设备,如每隔预设时长自动将自身的移动网络信号强度发送至第三电子设备。
步骤102:在第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的情况下,每隔第一预设时长获取第一电子设备的位置信息。
本申请实施例中,第三电子设备在获得第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度后,若检测到第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值,则可以每隔第一预设时长,获取第一电子设备的位置信息,以对第一电子设备的位置信息进行更新,获得第一时间段内的位置信息。
例如,如图2中的202所示,在获得手机A的手机信号强度后,可以判断手机A的手机信号强度是否小于或等于预设值。若手机A的手机信号强度小于或等于预设值,则可以每隔2分钟向手机A发送一次请求,以获取手机A当前的位置信息,如图2中的203所示。
其中,这里所述的预设值是用于表征较弱移动网络信号强度的数值,因 此,当移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值时,说明信号强度弱,信号质量差,容易发生失联情况。
可选地,若检测到第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度大于预设值,则可以在第三预设时长后,重新获取第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度。其中,第三预设时长大于第一预设时长。移动网络信号强度大于预设值,说明第一电子设备用户所处位置的移动网络信号较好,发生失联情况的概率较低,为减少对移动网络信号强度的无用频繁监控,则可以等待一段时间之后,再重新对第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度进行监控,这样,一是可以减少第一电子设备因发送位置信息而产生的数量流量消耗以及耗电,二是可以减少位置信息的发送对数据传输信道的占用,降低对其他数据的下发和上传产生的影响。
例如,如图2中的204所示,在手机A的手机信号强度大于预设值的情况下,将计时器T清零,并等待5分钟,然后再重新获取手机A的手机信号强度。其中,如图2中的201所示,在获取手机A的手机信号强度同时,可以初始化计时器T(即设置T=0),并开始计时。可选地,计时器T也可以在确定手机A的手机信号强度小于或等于预设值时,开始计时。这种情况下,在确定手机A的手机信号强度大于预设值时,则无需进行204中的计时器T清零操作。
步骤103:在第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将包括目标位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备。
其中,目标位置信息为第一时间段内获取的第一电子设备的位置信息,该第一时间段可以是第一时刻到第二时刻之间的时间段(包括第一时刻和第二时刻)。第二时刻可以为最后一次获取到第一电子设备的位置信息的时刻,第一时刻可以为第一次获取到第一电子设备的位置信息的时刻,也可以是第一次获取到第一电子设备的位置信息之后、最后一次获取到第一电子设备的位置信息之前的某一时刻。例如,第一次获取到第一电子设备的位置信息的 时刻为8:00,最后一次获取到第一电子设备的位置信息的时刻为同一天内的12:00,则第一时间段可以是当天的8:00至12:00之间的时间段,也可以是当天的11:00至12:00之间的时间段。可以理解的是,具体情况可根据实际需求设置。
其中,目标位置信息可以是最后一次获取的位置信息,以便获得用户最新位的置信息,还可以是第一时间段内的所有位置信息,以便了解用户更多的行踪。
其中,第二预设时长大于第一预设时长。
本申请实施例中,第三电子设备在检测到第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的情况下,可以进一步判断第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,是否大于或等于第二预设时长。大于或等于第二预设时长,说明第一电子设备已较长时间处于移动网络信号较弱的地区,容易发生失联情况,因此,此时第三电子设备可以将包括第一电子设备位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备,以使第二电子设备用户可以获知第一电子设备用户的位置,这样,即使在第一电子设备用户无法通过移动网络与他人取得联系的情况下,也可以使其他用户基于第二电子设备收到的位置信息,获知第一电子设备用户的行踪,从而提高用户出行的安全性。
可选地,可以在第三电子设备第一次确定第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值时,开始计时,并在大于或等于第二预设时长内,每次获得的第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度均小于或等于预设值时,认为第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长。
作为一种可选实施例,步骤103:在第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将包括目标位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备,可以包括:
步骤A1:在第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将目标信息转换为语音信息。
本申请实施例中,第三电子设备可以通过从文本到语音(Text To Speech,TTS)技术,将文本类目标信息转换为语音信息。
步骤A2:在检测到第二电子设备呼叫第一电子设备的情况下,将转换为语音信息的目标信息,设置为第二电子设备的呼叫提示音。
本申请实施例中,第三电子设备在将目标信息转换为语音信息后,若检测到第二电子设备呼叫第一电子设备,如第二电子设备发起与第一电子设备的通话请求,则可以将转换为语音信息的目标信息,设置为第二电子设备的呼叫提示音。
步骤A3:发送呼叫提示音至第二电子设备。
第三电子设备将转换为语音信息的目标信息,设置为第二电子设备的呼叫提示音后,则可以将呼叫提示音发送至第二电子设备,这样,即使第二电子设备与第一电子设备之间无法进行通话,第二电子设备用户也可以通过呼叫提示音,获知第一电子设备用户的位置信息,以了解第一电子设备用户的行踪。
作为一种可选实施例,步骤103:在第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将包括目标位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备,可以包括:
在第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将目标信息作为通讯信息,发送至预设社交账户。
其中,该预设社交账户登录于第二电子设备,因此,也可以理解为是将目标信息作为通讯信息,发送至第二电子设备。
本申请实施例中,第三电子设备还可以将包括第一电子设备位置信息的目标信息,作为通讯信息(如短信息、即时通讯信息等),发送至预设社交账户。这样,即使第一电子设备无法与外界取得联系,也可以实现将自身的位置信息,通过第三电子设备发送出去,以便他人可以获知第一电子设备用户的行踪。
可选地,前述预设社交账户可以是用户在第一电子设备中设置的紧急联系人,且该预设社交账户可以是第三电子设备预先向第一电子设备请求获取得到的。例如,如图2中的201所示,可以预先获取手机A的紧急联系人P1。
可选地,前述两种目标信息的发送方式,可以择一使用,也可以结合使用。下面则对结合使用实施例,进行举例说明。
首先,如图2中的205所示,在获得手机A的位置信息后,可以将最新获得的手机A的位置信息生成播报信息M。
然后,可以判断手机A的手机信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,是否大于20分钟,即如图2中的206所示,判断计时器T是否大于20分钟。
在手机A的手机信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于20分钟的情况下,开启播报模式,如图2中的207所示。
然后,将最新生成的播报信息M转换为语音信息,并将转换得到的语音信息设置为其他手机呼叫手机A时的呼叫提示音,如图2中的208所示。例如,若检测到手机B呼叫手机A,则将转换得到的语音信息发送至手机B,通过呼叫提示音播报手机A用户的位置。
之后,可以继续判断手机A的手机信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,是否大于360分钟,即如图2中的209所示,判断计时器T是否大于360分钟。
在手机A的手机信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于360分钟的情况下,则可以通过短信将播报信息M发送至紧急联系人P,如图2中的210所示。
作为一种可选实施例,目标位置信息可以是目标经纬度坐标,该目标信息还可以包括:目标经纬度坐标所在地区名称和目标经纬度坐标所在区域的地形类型。
例如,目标经纬度坐标为:22°34'34.7"N 114°12'13.3"E,其所在地区名称为:A市B区C山界,其所在区域的地形类型为山区。这样,可以获得 第一电子设备用户更多的行踪信息,若第一电子设备用户遇险,可以基于这些信息分析用户可能遇到的险情,以便提供更好的营救方案,且还可以减小搜索范围,以便缩短营救时间。
可选地,该目标信息还可以包括:第一电子设备的用户信息和第一电子设备发送目标位置信息的时间(即时间戳),以进一步丰富第一电子设备用户的信息。例如,目标信息可以是:用户甲在2021年12月22日19点30分【时间戳】位于山区-A市B区C山界内【地形类别与归属】具体位置为22°34'34.7"N 114°12'13.3"E【经纬度坐标】。
可选地,若第一电子设备具有气压计功能,第三电子设备在获取第一电子设备的位置信息时,还可以获取第一电子设备采集的气压信息,以确定用户所在位置的海拔高度,因此,目标信息还可以包括气压信息。
类似的,若第一电子设备还具有血压计功能,第三电子设备在获取第一电子设备的位置信息时,还可以获取第一电子设备采集的血压信息,以确定第一电子设备用户的身体情况,因此,目标信息还可以包括血压信息。
以上即为对本申请实施例提供的信息发送方法的描述。
综上所述,本申请实施例中,可以预先获取的第一电子设备的位置信息,并在第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度长时间处于较弱状态的情况下,将预先获得的第一电子设备的位置信息发送至其他电子设备(即第二电子设备),这样,即使在第一电子设备用户无法通过移动网络与他人取得联系,也可以使其他用户基于第二电子设备收到的位置信息,获知第一电子设备用户的行踪,从而提高用户出行的安全性。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的信息发送方法,执行主体可以为信息发送装置,或者该信息发送装置中的用于执行信息发送方法的控制模块。本申请实施例中以信息发送装置执行信息发送方法为例,说明本申请实施例提供的信息发送装置。
图3是本申请实施例提供的一种信息发送装置的示意框图,该信息发送装置应用于第三电子设备,该第三电子设备可以是终端设备或服务器。在第 三电子设备为服务器的情况下,该服务器可以是移动网络的核心网服务器。
如图3所示,所述信息发送装置可以包括:
第一获取模块301,用于获取第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度。
第二获取模块302,用于在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的情况下,每隔第一预设时长获取所述第一电子设备的位置信息。
发送模块303,用于在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将包括目标位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备。
其中,所述目标位置信息为第一时间段内获取的所述第一电子设备的位置信息。
可选地,所述发送模块303可以包括:
转换单元,用于在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于所述第二预设时长的情况下,将所述目标信息转换为语音信息。

本申请实施例中的信息发送装置可以是电子设备,也可以是电子设备中的部件,例如,集成电路或芯片。该电子设备可以是终端,也可以为除终端之外的其他设备。示例性的,电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载电子设备、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)/虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、机器人、可穿戴设备、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等,还可以为服务器、网络附属存储器(Network Attached Storage,NAS)、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、电视机(television,TV)、柜员机或者自助机等,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
本申请实施例中的信息发送装置可以为具有操作系统的装置。该操作系统可以为安卓(Android)操作系统,可以为ios操作系统,还可以为其他可能的操作系统,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
本申请实施例提供的信息发送装置能够实现图1所示的信息发送方法实施例实现的各个过程,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
可选地,如图4所示,本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备400,包括:处理器401和存储器402,存储器402上存储有可所述处理器401上运行的程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器401执行时实现上述信息发送方法实施例的各个步骤,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的电子设备400包括上述移动电子设备和非移动电子设备。
图5为实现本申请实施例的一种电子设备的硬件结构示意图。
该电子设备500包括但不限于:射频单元501、网络模块502、音频输 出单元503、输入单元504、传感器505、显示单元506、用户输入单元507、接口单元508、存储器509以及处理器510等部件。
本领域技术人员可以理解,电子设备500还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源(比如电池),电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器510逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。图5中示出的电子设备结构并不构成对电子设备的限定,电子设备可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置,在此不再赘述。
其中,处理器510可以用于:获取第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度;在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的情况下,每隔第一预设时长获取所述第一电子设备的位置信息;在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将包括目标位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备。其中,所述目标位置信息为第一时间段内获取的所述第一电子设备的位置信息。
可选地,处理器510还可以用于:在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于所述第二预设时长的情况下,将所述目标信息转换为语音信息;在检测到所述第二电子设备呼叫所述第一电子设备的情况下,将转换为语音信息的所述目标信息,设置为所述第二电子设备的呼叫提示音;发送所述呼叫提示音至所述第二电子设备。
可选地,处理器510还可以用于:在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于所述第二预设时长的情况下,将所述目标信息作为通讯信息,发送至预设社交账户。其中,所述预设社交账户登录于所述第二电子设备。
本发明实施例中,可以预先获取的第一电子设备的位置信息,并在第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度长时间处于较弱状态的情况下,将预先获得的第一电子设备的位置信息发送至其他电子设备(即第二电子设备),这样,即使在第一电子设备用户无法通过移动网络与他人取得联系,也可以使其他用户基于第二电子设备收到的位置信息,获知第一电子设备用户的行踪,从 而提高用户出行的安全性。
应理解的是,本申请实施例中,输入单元504可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)5041和麦克风5042,图形处理器5041对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。显示单元506可包括显示面板5061,可以采用液晶显示器、有机发光二极管等形式来配置显示面板5061。用户输入单元507包括触控面板5071以及其他输入设备5072中的至少一种。触控面板5071,也称为触摸屏。触控面板5071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其他输入设备5072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。
存储器509可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据,存储器509可主要包括存储程序或指令的第一存储区和存储数据的第二存储区,其中,第一存储区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序或指令(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等。此外,存储器509可以包括易失性存储器或非易失性存储器,或者,存储器509可以包括易失性和非易失性存储器两者。其中,非易失性存储器可以是只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable ROM,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器
(Erasable PROM,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically EPROM,EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可以是随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),静态随机存取存储器(Static RAM,SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(Dynamic RAM,DRAM)、同步动态随机存取存储器(Synchronous DRAM,SDRAM)、双倍数据速率同步动态随机存取存储器(Double Data Rate SDRAM,DDRSDRAM)、增强型同步动态随机存取存储器(Enhanced SDRAM,ESDRAM)、同步连接动态随机存取存储器(Synch link DRAM,SLDRAM)和直接内存总线随机存取存储器(Direct Rambus RAM,DRRAM)。本申请实施例中的存储器509包括但不限于这些和任意其它适合类型的存储器。
处理器510可包括一个或多个处理单元;可选的,处理器510集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理涉及操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等的操作,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信信号,如基带处理器。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器510中。
本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述信息发送方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,所述处理器为上述实施例中所述的电子设备中的处理器。所述可读存储介质,包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器ROM、随机存取存储器RAM、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述信息发送方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例提供一种计算机程序产品,该程序产品被存储在存储介质中,该程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如上述信息发送方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例提到的芯片还可以称为系统级芯片、系统芯片、芯片系统或片上系统芯片等。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。此外,需要指出的是,本申请实施方式中的方法和装置的范围不限按示出或讨论的顺序来执行功能,还可包括根据所涉及的功能按基本同时的方式或按相反的顺序来执行功 能,例如,可以按不同于所描述的次序来执行所描述的方法,并且还可以添加、省去或组合各种步骤。另外,参照某些示例所描述的特征可在其他示例中被组合。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以计算机软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM、RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端(可以是手机,计算机,服务器或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种信息发送方法,所述方法包括:
    获取第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度;
    在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的情况下,每隔第一预设时长获取所述第一电子设备的位置信息;
    在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将包括目标位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备;其中,所述目标位置信息为第一时间段内获取的所述第一电子设备的位置信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息发送方法,其中,所述在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将包括目标位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备,包括:
    在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于所述第二预设时长的情况下,将所述目标信息转换为语音信息;
    在检测到所述第二电子设备呼叫所述第一电子设备的情况下,将转换为语音信息的所述目标信息,设置为所述第二电子设备的呼叫提示音;
    发送所述呼叫提示音至所述第二电子设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的信息发送方法,其中,所述在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将包括目标位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备,包括:
    在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于所述第二预设时长的情况下,将所述目标信息作为通讯信息,发送至预设社交账户;
    其中,所述预设社交账户登录于所述第二电子设备。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的信息发送方法,其中,所述目标位置信息为目标经纬度坐标;
    所述目标信息还包括:所述目标经纬度坐标所在地区名称和所述目标经 纬度坐标所在区域的地形类型。
  5. 一种信息发送装置,所述装置包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取第一电子设备的移动网络信号强度;
    第二获取模块,用于在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的情况下,每隔第一预设时长获取所述第一电子设备的位置信息;
    发送模块,用于在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于第二预设时长的情况下,将包括目标位置信息的目标信息发送至第二电子设备;其中,所述目标位置信息为第一时间段内获取的所述第一电子设备的位置信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的信息发送装置,其中,所述发送模块包括:
    转换单元,用于在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于所述第二预设时长的情况下,将所述目标信息转换为语音信息;
    设置单元,用于在检测到所述第二电子设备呼叫所述第一电子设备的情况下,将转换为语音信息的所述目标信息,设置为所述第二电子设备的呼叫提示音;
    第一发送单元,用于发送所述呼叫提示音至所述第二电子设备。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的信息发送装置,其中,所述发送模块包括:
    第二发送单元,用于在所述移动网络信号强度小于或等于预设值的时长,大于或等于所述第二预设时长的情况下,将所述目标信息作为通讯信息,发送至预设社交账户;
    其中,所述预设社交账户登录于所述第二电子设备。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的信息发送装置,其中,所述目标位置信息为目标经纬度坐标;
    所述目标信息还包括:所述目标经纬度坐标所在地区名称和所述目标经纬度坐标所在区域的地形类型。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利 要求1至4任一项所述的信息发送方法的步骤。
  10. 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至4任一项所述的信息发送方法的步骤。
  11. 一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如权利要求1至4任一项所述的信息发送方法的步骤。
  12. 一种计算机程序产品,所述程序产品被存储在非易失的存储介质中,所述程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求1至4任一项所述的信息发送方法的步骤。
  13. 一种信息发送装置,所述装置被配置成用于执行如权利要求1至4任一项所述的信息发送方法。
