第一前轮支架 6 , 所述的第一前轮支架 6的下端部设置有第一前轮组件 2 ; 第二前轮支架 7 , 所述的第二前轮支架 7的下端部设置有第二前轮组件 3 ; 第一后轮支架 10 , 所述的第一后轮支架 10的下部设置有第一后轮组件 4 ; 第二后轮支架 1 1 , 所述的第二后轮支架 1 1的下部设置有第二后轮组件 5 ; 所述的第一前轮支架 6的上端部、 所述的第一后轮支架 10的上端部、 所述 的第一扶手架 12的前部相同轴转动连接, 所述的第二前轮支架 7、 所述的第二 后轮支架 Π的上端部、 所述的第二扶手架 13的前部相同轴转动连接。
第一推杆 8 , 所述的第一扶手架 12的后部与所述的第一推杆 8绕轴线 b相 转动地连接,所述的第一推杆 8的下端部与所述的第一后轮支架 10之间设置有 锁定机构, 所述的锁定机构可以包括设置在第一推杆 8下端部的弹舌、 开设在 所述的第一后轮支架 10上的锁槽, 锁定时弹舌插在所述的锁槽内, 解锁时弹舌 脱离所述的锁槽;
第二推杆 9 , 所述的第二扶手架 13的后部与所述的第二推杆 9绕轴线 b相 转动地连接, 同样的, 所述的第二推杆 9的下端部与所述的第二后轮支架 1 1之 间设置有锁定机构,所述的锁定机构可以包括设置在第二推杆 9下端部的弹舌、 开设在所述的第二后轮支架 1 1上的锁槽, 锁定时弹舌插在所述的锁槽内, 解锁 时弹舌脱离所述的锁槽;
第一摆杆 14 , 所述的第一摆杆 14的后部与所述的第一推杆 8绕轴线 c相 转动地连接, 所述的第一摆杆 14的大致中部与所述的第一后轮支架 10绕轴线 d相转动地连接;
第二摆杆 15 , 所述的第二摆杆 15的后部与所述的第二推杆 9绕轴线 c相 转动地连接, 所述的第二摆杆 15的大致中部与所述的第二后轮支架 11绕轴线 d相转动地连接;
第一连杆 16 , 所述的第一连杆 16的前端部与所述的第一前轮支架 6绕轴 线 f 相转动地连接, 所述的第一连杆 16的后端部与所述的第一摆杆 14绕轴线 e相转动地连接;
第二连杆 17, 所述的第二连杆 17 的前端部与所述的第二前轮支架 7绕轴 线 f 相转动地连接, 所述的第二连杆 17的后端部与所述的第二摆杆 15绕轴线 e相转动地连接;
所述的轴线 a、 所述的轴线 b、 所述的轴线 c、 所述的轴线 d、 所述的轴线 e及所述的轴线 f 相平行;
如附图 1、 附图 3所示, 可折叠的并允许推车车架的横向尺寸减小的前撑 架 18是由第一撑杆 19、 第二撑杆 20两根杆件相交叉并在交叉处相转动连接所 构成的,所述的第一撑杆 19的一端部与所述的第一前轮支架 6的下部通过第一 转接件 28相转动地设置, 所述的第一撑杆 9的另一端部与所述的第二摆杆 15 通过第四转接件 31相转动地设置, 所述的第二撑杆 20的一端部与所述的第二 前轮支架 7通过第二转接件 29相转动地设置, 所述的第二撑杆 20的另一端部 与所述的第一摆杆 14通过第三转接件 30相转动地设置:
如附图 1、 附图 2 所示, 可折叠的并允许推车车架的横向尺寸减小的后撑 架 21 , 所述的后撑架 21是由第三撑杆 22、 第四撑杆 23相交叉并在交叉处相转 动连接所构成的, 所述的第三撑杆 22的一端部与所述的第一后轮支架 10通过 第七转接件 34相转动地设置, 所述的第三撑杆 22的另一端部与所述的第二推 杆 9的下端部通过第六转接件 33相转动地设置, 所述的第四撑杆 23的一端部 与所述的第二后轮支架 1 1通过第八转接件 35相转动地设置, 所述的第四撑杆 23的另一端部与所述的第一推杆 8的下端部通过第五转接件 32相转动地设置。 后撑架也可以仅仅设置于第一后轮支架 10与第二后轮支架 1 1之间, 如外端部 分别与第一后轮支架 10 相转动连接的并且一上一下设置的第一杆件及第二杆 件、外端部分别与第二后轮支架 1 1相转动连接的并且一上一下设置的第三杆件 及第四杆件、 第五杆件, 第一杆件的内端部及第三杆件的内端部分别与第五杆 件的上部相转动地连接, 所述的第二杆件的内端部及第四杆件的内端部分别与 第五杆件的下部相转动地连接, 所述的后撑架上设置锁定后撑架的锁定机构。
所述的第一推杆 8与所述的第二推杆 9之间设置有可折叠的横撑 24 , 所述 的横撑 24 的一外端部与所述的第一推杆 8 的上部相转动地连接, 所述的横撑 24的另一外端部与所述的第二推杆 9的上部相转动地连接。
所述的横撑 24包括外端部与所述的第一推杆 8的上部相转动地连接的第一 横杆 25、 外端部与所述的第二推杆 9的上部相转动地连接的第二横杆 26、 横杆 连接件 27, 所述的第一横杆 25的内端部与所述的横杆连接件 27的一端部相转 动地连接, 所述的第二横杆 26的内端部与所述的横杆连接件 27的另一端部相 转动地连接。
所述的第一连杆 16与所述的第一前轮支架 6的转动连接处位于所述的第一 撑杆 19与所述的第一前轮支架 6的转动设置处的上方, 所述的第二连杆 17与 所述的第二前轮支架 7的转动连接处位于所述的第二撑杆 20与所述的第二前轮 支架 7的转动设置处的上方。
所述的第一摆杆 14上的从所述的第一摆杆 14与所述的第一连杆 16的转动 连接处向前延伸形成的延伸段为第一座杆,所述的第二摆杆 15上的从所述的第 二摆杆 15与所述的第二连杆 17的转动连接处向前延伸形成的延伸段为第二座 杆。

权 利 要 求
1、一种婴儿车, 包括具有展开位置与折叠位置的推车车架(1)、前轮组件、 后轮组件、 用于将所述的推车车架锁定于展开位置的锁定机构, 所述的推车车 架 (1) 包括:
第一前轮支架 (6)、 第二前轮支架 (7)、 第一后轮支架 (10)、 第二后轮支 架 (11);
第一扶手架 (12〉, 所述的第一前轮支架 (6) 的上部、 所述的第一后轮支 架 (10) 的上部、 所述的第一扶手架 (12) 的前部三个部件中的两个部件绕轴 线 a相转动地连接, 第三个部件与前述两个转动连接的部件中的一个部件绕轴 线 a' 相转动地连接;
第二扶手架 (13), 所述的第二前轮支架 (7) 的上部、 所述的第二后轮支 架 (11) 的上部、 所述的第二扶手架 (11) 的前部三个部件中的两个部件绕轴 线 a相转动地连接, 第三个部件与前述两个转动连接的部件中的一个部件绕轴 线 a' 相转动地连接;
第一推杆 (8), 所述的第一扶手架 (12) 的后部与所述的第一推杆 (8) 相 转动地连接;
第二推杆 (9), 所述的第二扶手架 (13) 的后部与所述的第二推杆 (9〉 相 转动地连接;

第二摆杆 (15), 所述的第二摆杆 (15) 的后部与所述的第二推杆 (9) 相 转动地连接, 所述的第二摆杆 (15) 的大致中部与所述的第二后轮支架 (11) 相转动地连接;
第一连杆(16),所述的第一连杆(16)的前端部与所述的第一前轮支架(6) 相转动地连接, 所述的第一连杆 (16) 的后端部与所述的第一摆杆 (14) 相转 动地连接; 第二连杆(17),所述的第二连杆(17)的前端部与所述的第二前轮支架(7) 相转动地连接, 所述的第二连杆 (17) 的后端部与所述的第二摆杆 (15) 相转 动地连接;
可折叠的并允许推车车架 (1) 的横向尺寸减小的前撑架 (18), 所述的前 撑架 (18) 是由第一撑杆 (19)、 第二撑杆 (20) 两根杆件相交叉并在交叉处相 转动连接所构成的, 所述的第一撑杆(19)的一端部与所述的第一前轮支架(6) 的下部通过第一转接件 (28) 相转动地设置, 所述的第一撑杆 (19) 的另一端 部与所述的第二摆杆 (15) 或者所述的第二连杆 (17) 通过第四转接件 (31) 相转动地设置, 所述的第二撑杆 (20) 的一端部与所述的第二前轮支架 (7) 通 过第二转接件 (29) 相转动地设置, 所述的第二撑杆 (20) 的另一端部与所述 的第一摆杆 (14) 或者所述的第一连杆 (16) 通过第三转接件 (30) 相转动地 设置:
可折叠的并允许推车车架 (1) 的横向尺寸减小的后撑架 (21), 所述的后 撑架 (21) 设置于第一后轮支架 (10)、 第二后轮支架 (11)、 第一推杆 (8) 及 第二推杆 (9) 之间, 或者所述的后撑架 (21) 设置于第一后轮支架 (10)、 所 述的第二后轮支架 (11)、 第一摆杆 (14) 及第二摆杆 (15) 之间, 或者所述的 后撑架 (21) 仅仅设置在第一后轮支架 (10) 与第二后轮支架 (11) 之间。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的嬰儿车, 其特征在于: 所述的第一推杆 (8) 与 所述的第二推杆 (9) 之间设置有可折叠的并允许推车车架 (1) 的横向尺寸减 小的横撑 (24), 所述的横撑 (24) 的一外端部与所述的第一推杆 (8) 的上部 相转动地连接, 所述的横撑 (24) 的另一外端部与所述的第二推杆 (9) 的上部 相转动地连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的婴儿车, 其特征在于: 所述的后撑架 (21) 是由 第三撑杆 (22)、 第四撑杆 (23) 相交叉并在交叉处相转动连接所构成的, 所述 的第三撑杆 (22) 的一端部与所述的第一后轮支架 (10) 通过第七转接件 (34) 相转动地设置, 所述的第三撑杆 (22) 的另一端部与所述的第二推杆 (9) 的下 部或者所述的第二摆杆 (15) 通过第六转接件 (33) 相转动地设置, 所述的第 四撑杆 (23) 的一端部与所述的第二后轮支架 (11) 通过第八转接件 (35) 相 转动地设置, 所述的第四撑杆 (23) 的另一端部与所述的第一推杆 (8) 的下部 或者所述的第一摆杆 (14) 通过第五转接件 (32) 相转动地设置。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的婴儿车, 其特征在于: 所述的第三撑杆 (22) 的 一端部与所述的第一后轮支架 (10) 的大致中部相转动地设置, 所述的第四撑 杆 (23) 的一端部与所述的第二后轮支架 (11) 的大致中部相转动地设置。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的婴儿车, 其特征在于: 所述的第一连杆 (16) 与 所述的第一前轮支架 (6) 的转动连接处位于所述的第一撑杆 (19) 与所述的第 一前轮支架 (6) 的转动设置处的上方, 所述的第二连杆 (17) 与所述的第二前 轮支架(7)的转动连接处位于所述的第二撑杆(20)与所述的第二前轮支架(7) 的转动设置处的上方。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的嬰儿车, 其特征在于: 所述的第一摆杆 (14) 上 的从所述的第一摆杆 (14) 与所述的第一连杆 (16) 的转动连接处向前延伸形 成的延伸段为第一座杆, 所述的第二摆杆 (15) 上的从所述的第二摆杆 (15) 与所述的第二连杆 (17) 的转动连接处向前延伸形成的延伸段为第二座杆。
