发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种折叠安全的可折叠童车。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种可折叠 童车, 它包括前叉及连接于所述的前叉前端的前轮、后叉及连接于所 述的后叉后端的后轮、设置在所述的前叉与所述的后叉之间的伸缩杆、 闭合端与所述的前叉相转动连接的 U形摆杆、一端与所述的 U形摆杆 的闭合端固定连接另一端与所述的后叉转动连接的第二转动连接件, 所述的前叉、后叉、第二转动连接件以及伸缩杆的侧投影构成一个四 边形支撑结构,所述的 U形摆杆的开口端转动连接有推杆,所述的可 折叠童车还包括一个用于锁定或解锁所述的伸缩杆的第一锁件以及 一个用于锁定或解锁所述的第一锁件的第二锁件,只有当所述的第二 锁件处于解锁状态,所述的第一锁件才可以被解锁或者锁定,从而启 动或者关闭所述的四边形支撑结构的折叠动作。

具体实施方式
参见附图 1和附图 2 , —种可折叠童车, 它包括前叉 5及连接 于前叉 5前端的前轮 10、后叉 8及连接于后叉 8后端的后轮 9、设置 在前叉 5与后叉 8之间的伸缩杆 7、 闭合端与前叉 5相转动连接的 U 形摆杆 4、一端与 U形摆杆 4的闭合端固定连接另一端与后叉 8转动 连接的第二转动连接件 12 , 前叉 5、 后叉 8、 第二转动连接件 12以 及伸缩杆 7的侧投影构成一个四边形支撑结构,其中第二转动连接件 12采用焊接的方式焊接在 U形摆杆 4的闭合端,前轮 10可以各向转 动以实现童车的转向。
U形摆杆 4的开口端分别转动连接有一个下推杆 2 , 下推杆 2的 另一端的内腔插接有呈 n形的上推杆 1 ,该上推杆 1用于操作者持握 以推动童车,上推杆 1与下推杆 2的连接处设置有多个用于限定上推 杆 1和下推杆 2相对位置的档位,这里,可以设置一个锁定机构以控 制上推杆 1在移动过程中在各档位处的定位。
可折叠童车还包括一个用于用于锁定或解锁伸缩杆 7 的折叠动 作的第一锁件 6 以及一个用于锁定或解锁第一锁件 6的的第二锁件 11 , 第二锁件 11设置在 U形摆杆 4上, 第一锁件 6设置在伸缩杆 7 上并设置为踏板的形状以方便使用者直接通过用脚踩踏来控制;第一 转动连接件 3分为两个部分,其一部分通过紧固螺丝可以固定设置在 U形摆杆 4上, 并且可以调整处于 U形摆杆 4的位置, 其另一部分固 定设置于下推杆 2的下端,这两部分之间设置有一转轴从而实现下推 杆 2和 U形摆杆 4转动连接,当下推杆 2向前叉 5方向转动至一预定 角度, 例如, 下推杆 2与 U形摆杆 4之间的夹角为 0度, 即可触发第 二锁件 11从而解锁第一锁件 6 , 本领域的普通技术人员可以得知, 在这里可以通过多种不同的技术手段来实现预定角度的设定。
在本实施例中,伸缩杆 7为气弹簧,并且一个端部与后叉 8可转 动的连接, 另一个端部与前叉 5的端部接触。
以下结合附图 3详细说明本实施例是如何实现折叠的过程。 首先,向插入下推杆 2的方向推动上推杆 1至底后,向前轮方向 绕第一转动连接件 3转动下推杆 2 ,在下推杆 2绕过 U形摆杆 4转动 过程中, 启动第二锁件 11运动, 进而解锁第一锁件 6;
其次, 踩踏第一锁件 6 , 使 U形摆杆 4绕与前叉 5的转轴向后轮 9方向转动,并且与 U形摆杆 4固定连接的第二转动连接件 12 ,也将 同步地绕第二转动连接件 12与后叉 8的转轴向后轮 9方向转动, 致 使前叉 5、 伸缩杆 7、 后叉 8、 第二转动连接件 12组成的四边形支撑 结构发生折叠动作。
本实施例中的童车的展开过程与此相类似, 在这里不在赘述。 综上所述, 在本实施例中共有 5个折叠转动轴: 下推杆 2与 U 形摆杆 4之间的转动轴、 U形摆杆 4与前叉 5之间的转动轴、 第二转 动连接件 12与后叉 8之间的转动轴、 第二转动连接件 12与前叉 5 之间的转动轴、 伸缩杆 7与后叉 8之间的转动轴, 童车通过上述 5 个转动轴完成对童车的折叠与展开。
